"I'm going alone." Brooke announced. As she got up from where she was seated on the bed.

Lucas suddenly felt overcome with the consuming feeling of protectiveness.

Lucas took a deep breath. His wife's stubborness was in full force right now.

Brooke got out of the car. Went up the stairs and knocked on the door rapidly.

Soon enough the door opened. And out walked Ted Davis and Victoria Davis.
