It was getting close to nightfall as the Care Bears have managed to identify that Murphy was feeling alright physically after they've examined him for anything that needed medical attention. He managed to eat and drink plenty of water as he came out of his unconscious state hours after he fainted.
Murphy was silent the entire time he was brought out of his unconsciousness. They managed to make sure he was fed and watered which he felt like his body was doing wonders when he took a shower as he washed his body, face, hair, brushed and flossed his teeth. It wasn't till nightfall that he was asleep at the Hall of Hearts as he was laying down on a sleeping bag, his head laying on a thick, cushioned pillow and he was in a pair of bed clothes as he wore a pair of black pajamas. He was bare footed when in his bed clothes.
Brave Heart Lion, Cheer Bear, Tenderheart Bear, Friend Bear, Champ Bear, Grumpy Bear, Lotsa Heart Elephant, Bright Heart Raccoon, Love-a-Lot Bear, True Heart Bear and Noble Heart Horse were all in the meeting that took place at the Hall of Hearts. They were all sitting down at a large heart shaped table.
"From everything that's been explained just now in the situation with Murphy. There's not a lot to go on from here. Someone or something with scary yellow eyes and a scary laugh is following Murphy...and probably trying to hurt him." said Tenderheart Bear.
"He didn't seem interested in telling anyone where he resided or if anyone takes care of him out there. It's possible that he's a runaway right now. Or worse." pointed out True Heart Bear.
"What could be worse?" asked Cheer Bear curiously.
"He could be homeless with nowhere to go." Brave Heart Lion said sadly.
They turned to see the now sleeping Murphy nearby. He had a peaceful expression upon his face but they all felt a worried for him. They didn't know much about his situation but the only thing they did know was someone or something dangerous is following him and he's alone. They turned to each other and continued to find out what they could do to help him.
"He's been largely stoic the entire time we've interacted with him." said Bright Heart Raccoon.
"He didn't smile or laugh. Not even once." stated Playful Heart Monkey.
"When ever tried to get him to talk about what's bothering him. He would get very quiet and unresponsive." said Friend Bear. "But he seems to relent when ever Cheer Bear tries to get him to open up."
Cheer Bear blushed as she noticed that Friend Bear pointed out a truth about the situation. She spoke out loud as she knew she had to say something about it.
"It's possible he feels more comfortable with opening up to a female. He barely responds to a male." Cheer Bear stated a suspicion. "But I wouldn't count on that working all the time."
"Confirmed." said Noble Heart Horse. "You said he expresses an outburst of anger when ever someone talks about faith and faith in the big man upstairs while sticking to logic and facts, no matter what happens in life?"
They all nodded once or twice to answer him and they understood that there was another sign that pointed out a problem that Murphy has been experiencing. Yet they pointed out that when ever Murphy mentioned about something with scary yellow eyes following him. They knew that Murphy was being stalked by something dangerous that's out to get him.
"Did anyone see who or what possessed those yellow eyes and that scary clown, madman like laugh?" asked True Heart Bear.
They all shook their heads and got their answer. They only heard the scary laughter and were told about the scary yellow eyes but who or what had them features wasn't seen, only heard and spoken about.
"Do you think the reason he gets angry when someone speaks about, him, because maybe he's, you know?" Love-a-Lot Bear guessed.
"We don't know that for sure." Brave Heart Lion stated.
The more they spoke about what they should do to help Murphy. All ideas or suggestions had some possibility of succeeding or failing. Some suspicions to why Murphy is stoic, getting annoyed when they speak of religion or if they wonder who or what is the source of the scary laugh and the scary yellow eyes, all guesses, suspicions, ideas, suggestions and possibilities were all something that could or could not be.
But that's when Murphy began to stir in his sleep as a strange feeling came over him as his eyes opened and his eyes were glowing a Cyan color as his entire body was uncontrollably showing jerking movements while he made loud gasping sounds. The care bears stopped and heard the gasping while one of them pointed out that Murphy was experiencing convulsions.
"Uhhhh guys? Something is wrong with Murphy!" Cheer Bear pointed to him.
They all turned to the convulsing Murphy who looked like he could be having a seizure. They all stopped and rushed over to him. Brave Heart Lion pulled him up into his arms to help him sit upright while Cheer Bear tried to help him stop moving till Murphy started to say something in a high, cold, Russian accented voice that sounded adult like.
"Edward Summers Memorial Hospital." Murphy spoke in that strange voice.
Murphy's body stopped moving as he fell back to the floor but Brave Heart Lion and Cheer Bear both held him in their arms to prevent him from hurting himself as they gently laid him back down on the floor, his eyes closed and his body appeared to have calmed as his eyes slowly opened, vision returning. They all were scared for him.
"Murphy, you okay?" asked Brave Heart Lion showing panic for him.
Murphy suddenly was wide eyed as if he was struck with an idea.
"It's coming back. Slowly." said Murphy in his normal voice.
