A/N: Hi. This is my first ever Fanfiction, the funny thing is actually that this character isn't my first OC I had two others before this. I really like to make some of my stories link so I have two OC's in here because i just want to make them link:
Bea Barnes: Originally the Midnight Huntress, born and trained in Hydra and the daughter of Bucky Barnes.
Aleksandra Maximoff: The younger sister of Wanda and Pietro Maximoff(I also refuse to believe that Pietro dies). She's got her brother's speed and her sister's telekinesis and mind reading.
Sorry this is getting really long, I hope you enjoy!
Loria daughter of Loki
Loki stared at the foot of his father's throne not daring to look up if only to see his father's disappointed face and the judging going on within his eyes.
"Loki Odinson, is this or is this not you invading Midgard to take over and rule it's people?"
Odin shows the gathered Asgardians a video clip some terrified mortal must have filmed, of Loki at the head of the Chitauri invasion.
'How funny' he thought 'I don't remember that, but that definitely is me.'
"Yes All-father. That is me."
"You tried to invade Midgard with intentions to rule its inhabitants?"
"Yes?" Loki questioned though to Odin it must have seemed like he was wincing because the All-Father moved on.
"You accepted help from a sworn enemy so as to carry out you plan?"
"Yes?" Loki really couldn't remember what happened which was strange because he had an impeccable memory.
"Loki Odinson," The Asgardians in the room all had their eyes fixed on the father and son. "For your crimes on earth and your various other 'crimes', I believe that a punishment for you will not make you regret your past ways."
Now everyone's attention was fixed on the pair not sure what Odin would do.
"Guards," The All-Father said "Bring forth Loria Lokidaughter."
Their attention went back to Loki focused on what he would do. No one saw the stream of tears silently flowing down the God of mischief's face. But before he could beg for his daughter to not be punished for what he had done an ear-splitting shriek came from the nearby library,
"Get your hands off of me! I am quite capable of walking to see the All-Father without the help of some Asgardian brutes!"
'Yes, 'Loki's brain thought 'That is definitely my Loria; We're all going to have a field day.'
Two seconds later an indignant looking 14-year-old goddess flounced into the room. When her gaze located her father, her eyes lit up and a smile spread across her face.
"Dad!" She screamed launching herself at the God of mischief.
"Loria." Loki smiled back at his daughter.
The goddess slowly scanned the room and in doing so realised that a trial was in progress and if her father was in the middle of the room, he was the one on trial. Her father did something wrong? That couldn't be right, he was always so kind and caring towards her, maybe that was it, maybe he was a different person to other people, but that just didn't seem possible.
"Loria Lokidaughter," Odin started but before he could continue, he was cut off by Loria.
"Grandfather, please continue."
Odin looked like he would kill her right then and then because of Loria's unnecessary interruption but managed to hold it together.
"Your father committed crimes on Midgard, and we believe-"
Odin was once again cut off however not by Loria but in fact by Thor.
"Father," The God of thunder said, "She is just a child, let her stay with her father, this is not right."
Frigga nodded "I too agree, Loria is only 14, she needs her father, you are not thinking of the lasting impacts."
Thor once again spoke "It is only you who think this a good idea."
Frigga nodded once more and placed a comforting hand on Odin's shoulder. Odin shook it off leaving a stunned Frigga to stare at her husband confused as to what had gotten into him.
"Loria Lokidaughter, for your father's crimes against Midgard I sentence you to banishment on Earth until he shows that he has changed his ways. That is all." Odin stared at Loki and Loria "You have five minutes to say your goodbyes."
Odin left the room. Frigga looked close to tears about having to witness her own granddaughter's banishment and Thor comforted his mother, they looked like they were deep in conversation and soon hurried out of the room leaving only the gathered Asgardians and the God of mischief and Loria.
"Dad," Loria choked tears falling from her eyes "I really think I hate him you know." The teen said trying to lighten the mood knowing that her father also hated Odin for what was now going on. She failed when another sob escaped, and she hugged her father fiercely. Loki was also now crying, and they hugged even tighter as if it were the last time, they would see each other, which it quite possibly could.
"Loria," Loki sobbed "I'm so sorry, I can't even remember doing that."
Loria raised her right eyebrow,
"You forgot something?"
"I know, it was such an important event and yet, no matter how hard I try I can't remember a thing, not even what I was wearing, this is very strange."
Odin re-entered the room, effectively cutting of Loki and Loria's conversation, both Frigga and Thor following behind though for some reason Frigga looked happier than when she left.
"I love you dad."
"I love you too Lori." Loki replied using Loria's nickname.
"Loria, from now on you are banished from Asgard for your father's crimes."
This was Heimdall's cue to send Loria to Midgard. However, he remembered his conversation with Frigga and Thor when the pair snuck away from the trial. They had all decided that Heimdall off-centre the Bifrost and 'accidentally' take Loki with his daughter to Midgard. As a group they decided that Loria needed Loki and Loki needed Loria.
The Bifrost shone down on Loria but when hearing her father yelp saw that his own foot was stuck in the circle of light too. The last thing the daughter of Loki saw before being transported was both Thor and Frigga and wink at her.
Little did the two Asgardians know, that when they arrive in Midgard, they will land at the feet of Tony Stark scaring him to Helheim and back.
