Got this idea a while ago, and decided its time for it. Some bits of it can be slightly uncomfortable, but its happening to someone who deserves it.

Magic Box

Anya was at the counter when the door suddenly slammed open and Willow appeared in the doorway. She marched inside.

Lamps and light fixtures exploded as she walked past them. Anya stood behind the counter, staring. "Willow."

"Where do you keep the black arts books?"

Anya knew something was up. "Something terrible has happened, I know. But you don't have to do-"

Willow was staring up at the loft bookshelves. "I need power."

Anya was coming out from behind the counter, wondering how to stop her. She was about to tell her to not use the books before getting another idea.

"Willow, you don't need those books. I got my Vengeance Demon powers back, you're a woman, you can ask me for a wish!"

Willow froze, looking at Anya, her mind processing what she'd just said.

She wanted to make Warren pay, and rip him apart. But it wouldn't bring back Tara, the light of her life, either way. So what would she do after she killed him?

But Anya's powers…..yeah, she could ask Anya for a wish, much better option. Everyone would get what they deserved.

"Thanks Anya", Willow sighed in relief, then took a deep breath and spoke her wish. "I wish that Tara is alive again and Warren suffers his worst nightmare for all of eternity."

Anya flashed a smirk that was both genuine and nasty. Genuine because she was going to make sure Willow and Tara are together again, as Tara was her friend, the only one of the Scoobies who actually treated her like a friend rather than just tolerating her for being Xander's girlfriend.

And nasty because she had something horrible and fitting for Warren in mind. Her face turned into its Vengeance Demon form.

"Done."

There was a flash of light.

Willow's eyes opened as she saw she was lying on bed now, and turned to see Tara next to her, both were naked again.

"Tara…" Willow stroked Tara's face, almost unable to believe it. Tara was back, she was here, alive and well.

"Willow", Tara was confused why Willow seemed shaken as she grasped her lover's hand. "What's the matter?"

Willow realized Anya had changed things- she herself had probably managed to convince Tara to have sex with her again which is why they were on the bed, naked, and their clothes from the morning were discarded on the floor.

And Warren had never come with a gun in hand and murder in mind, so things had been changed.

"Its perfect", Willow finally said, unshed tears in her eyes as she kissed Tara on the lips, and Tara kissed her back. They parted, a little breathless.

"Everything's perfect."

Tara nodded, a smile on her face. "Yes, it is perfect."

There was a knock on the door as Buffy's voice came. "Are you two gonna come out sometime or remain there?"

"Sorry", Tara cried out, both Witches blushing now.

"Yeah, we're coming", Willow added as they got up to get dressed.

'Thanks Anya', Willow said in her mind. 'I owe you one now.'

And well, Warren was turned into a woman and made to live out a loop in his current hideout for eternity where he would keep getting menstrual cramps and periods, and pregnancy scares, and the process would repeat itself forever for the bastard. He, or she now, was too pained to do anything other than lie down on the bathroom floor and cry hysterically, for all of eternity.

Since all of it wasn't happening over a period of a month or anything, rather all at the same time.

The punishment was savage enough to put Anyanka the Vengeance Demon back on the map as well.

So, everyone got what they deserved.

And that's the end, thank you to Brainstorm Sorcerer for his idea on Warren's punishment, which is what I used. For a pathetic misogynistic scumbag like him, being turned into a woman would be the worst punishment IMO, alongside him (or her now) being reduced to a sobbing mess from things women actually deal with like champions.

Show him why good women are superior to him.

Well, yet another way the show could have avoided a mess, a logical way too, LOL! But Joss is a douche so not surprised this didn't happen.
