Ok, it took way less time than I thought it would have taken to write this chapter and this one is also a little bigger than the others. I decided not to describe the akuma fight as it is not important at all for the story and the chapter was getting kinda long (I'm new at this, so I am allowed to call this chapter long). Also, anything I have mentioned in this story about technology and hacking is made-up, I know some things but I am not a pro or something. I got more things to say but I will leave them for the end note since they could be soft spoilers. And now, time to see Lila get hardcore exposed.

After some attempts at other famous people stating that they don't know any girl called Lila Rossi the girls got tired and gave up. They didn't make much progress since they had to scrap most of those videos as they had no excuse on how they got in touch with them. Alya wanted to make a fake video of Lila planting her necklace in Alya's locker and that she got that with a secret camera on top of her locker but her story wasn't the smartest. That day she immediately left the school after her expulsion without even going to the locker room to get the SD card out of the camera. Also, Marinette was almost sure that having a secret camera recording in school was a crime.

After confirming that suspicion with Google, they had to give up on the idea of getting Lila expelled themselves since their proof was mostly about her lies about aquiring fame and not directly school-related (except her attempt to frame Alya). Still, they had proof of her lying multiple times so she would at least lose her core supporters -her classmates-. Perhaps Mr Damocles decides to investigate on her various illnesses and finds out the truth himself about Lila.

After giving up on making more Mirage videos, they did some homework together (since they had been working on gathering proof all day long) and when they got done Alya went home and suggested they both sleep early since they had a long day and the next one looked to be even longer. Of course they didn't expect it to be as explosive as it turned out to be...

It's a new day and school is about to start. All the students of our favorite class were in their classroom excluding Alya. Surprisingly, Marinette was not late again -which so far did not turn out to be a good omen- (second day in a row). All the students looked pale though, since their first lesson of the day was with Mendeleiev and physics so early in the morning are even more boring boring than usual. What they did not expect to see when the door open was Mr Damocles with Ms Bustier and Alya, who was smiling in victory, entering the class instead of the appointed teacher.

"Hello students, you're probably wondering why we are interrupting your physics lesson. Drop your smirks everyone, it is not cancelled. Alya has to show everyone something important. Your normal class with Ms Mendeleiev will begin after Alya is done." Ms Bustier said

Then Alya after clearing her throat started speaking in a dramatic tone, just like in her live reactions to akuma fights she posts on Ladyblog.

"You're probably wondering why I did not attend any class following literature yesterday. Well, I was expelled for 'visiting controversial websites during school hours'." some gasped in surprise "But of course, I'd never do that and I think everyone here would agree. Even the person that did visit all those websites attempting to frame me..." now gasping in shock

"As you know, the school has a device that has the ability to check student's browser history while in school. It is also mentioned in the school rules. Apparently, it is proven to not work exactly as intended" Mr Damocles interrupted

"Yes, if you use someone's hotspot and browse, then your IP address will not show up in the school device. Instead, the hotspot's IP does. Now, does anyone remember what I shouted last Wednesday before Maths class?"

"You said that you had infinite mobile data so you could hotspot for us. Though, if I remember correctly, everyone had infinite data that day because of that special offer." Alix responded

"Though, one person claimed to have no signal and ended up using my hotspot. And that person is none other than Lila Rossi..."

"I did not do anything using bad that day, I only texted my mom to come pick me up when school was over." Lila immediately protested since she knew she was gonna be the one Alya put the blame on "I think you're just trying to get away from your punishment even if that means framing someone else. You are accusing me again without proof. To be honest, that's so lame of you."

"But seems like I do have proof this time..." Lila gasped raising a lot of suspicions "What I haven't mentioned so far is that my antivirus has a parental program activated which blocks my browser from visiting all 18+ websites. The only way to deactivate it is if you are over 18 years old and provide any file that proves your age. I have this antivirus since summer and I can prove it with my purchase history in App Store. So it is technically impossible for me to visit any of those sites. Which means someone else did and they just confessed that they had access to my IP address the day that those internet visits happened."

"I..." Lila tried to respond but Alya kept going, speaking in the same passionate tone.

"I also have proof that she lies to all of us every day about her connections and her 'super-intersting life' "

The whole class gasped again except of Marinette, Adrien and Nino. Then a video started playing on the class computer containing all of the videos the girls made.

After 7 entire painful minutes for Lila's ego and reputation, Mr Damocles spoke up after clearing his throat.

"Furthermore, I called Ms Rossi few minutes before school started and she claimed that Lila is completely healthy and that she hasn't travelled with her since she arrived in Paris. That means that all of her absences for 'travelling around the world' are unjustified and that she will have to repeat the class next year." At this point no one was gasping at the continuous revelations since they finally knew the truth. "Sadly, it doesn't stop here, after all of this has come up, I have no choice than to expell Lila Rossi from Collège Françoise Dupont permanently.

"You can't do this to me!" Lila shouted in rage

"Why Lila? After all, you caused all of this yourself" Mylene shouted

"Yeah, we are not even mad at you Lie-la, just disappointed that we expected you to be someone you're not, an honest person." Kim said

"According to my calculations there is a 89.3% chance that an akuma will show up, so I suggest we leave Lila here and evacuate the building after calling for Ladybug and Cat Noir."

As Lila was fuming and storing up her anger, everyone did as Max said and Mr Damocles issued an Akuma Alert the moment the purple butterfly phased through the wall. The butterfly reached out for Lila's necklace and everyone was shocked when they saw Lila walking towards the butterfly and willingly becoming akumatized. Marinette and Adrien had already left the scene to find a place to transform.

"Yes, Shadow Moth, I will gladly accept the power you offer me. I will crush that stupid bug." Lila said before purple smoke covered her

Now, as Exposer she used her flying shoes to go to the Eiffel Tower where she could lure the superheroes' attention. Her costume was white on the center with a purple eye in the middle. Her necklace was no longer the replica of the Fox Miraculous, but a purple eye just like the one in her suit. Her arms were half-black and half-purple while her flying shoes were black with white and purple stripes. Her hair remained the same pretty much, but few purple ribbons were added. Her face did not alter much at all actually, something extremely rare on akumatizations, probably because she was willing to be akumatized. The only new thing in her face was a purple mask in her eyes.

Upon reaching the top of the Eiffel Tower she started her villain speech.

"People of Paris, I am Exposer. After all my bad acts have been exposed I will do the same to everyone. Everyone hit by my rays (that she launched with her hands kinda Like Rogercop did) will start admiting all of the bad things they have done."

And then she shot Clara Contard who was on the TVi helicopter broadcasting with the accuracy of a sniper. Clara started doing exactly what Exposer said she would do and the live broadcast was cut because of that.

Soon Ladybug and Car Noir showed up and realised that they would need a Second Chance if they were planning to fight Exposer head on. So Ladybug left to find Luka. After a few minutes Ladybug, Cat Noir and Viperion were in a rooftop discussing their battle plan.

"Thank you for letting me help, but sadly I can't afford to be hit because I am probably gonna do something really bad, so I will have to stay hidden. Hope you don't mind." Viperion said

"It's ok Viperion, I also think that it would be better for you to stay away from the battle so that you can't hear us saying anything that could give away our identities in case we get hit. Besides we don't have to deploy our full power, we got infinite attempts." Cat Noir said

"We did that before when fighting Wishmaker, so it should be fine. Now let's get to the plan: Viperion, stay here, you'll have a good view of the battle and be safe. Cat Noir, we will rush together: me on the right and you on the left side of the street. According to Ladyblog, the akuma is in her necklace. Try to slow her down as much as possible till I figure out my Lucky Charm. Viperion use Second Chance now."

The fight ended pretty quickly, Ladybug immediately found out how to use her Lucky Charm and no Second Chance was used at all this time. After the traditional fist bump, Cat Noir left and Ladybug went home after retrieving the Snake Miraculous.

[Scene: Adrien's room]

"Plagg, I don't understand. How does Alya have a video of Cat Noir exposing Lila that I don't remember filming?"

"I don't know kid. It is probably edited or something. Besides, I wasn't really paying attention, I was eating my beloved Camembert."

"I'm thinking of 3 possible scenarios:

1)There was an akuma yesterday that erased my memory of yesterday and the Miraculous Cure did not make me remember it for some reason.

2)The video is fake, photoshopped or edited.

3)Ladybug gave Alya the Fox Miraculous after their encounter, so that she could make fake illusion videos."

"Scenario 1 is impossible, there is nothing in the Ladyblog or the news about an akuma attack yesterday. Besides, you had extracurricular activities the whole day yesterday and you did not miss any of them." Plagg replied

"True, also scenario 2 in unlikely, that video looked so real and legit, there is no way any computer program could make something so convincing." Adrien said

There was some silence for some minutes, since Plagg did not wish to bring up the 3rd scenario because of the identity rule.

"Scenario 3 is also impossible to be true. Ladybug would never let someone use a Miraculous for a personal reason. She also was busy that night, so she couldn't have given Alya the Miraculous, even if she agreed with its use, since she would not be there to retrieve it. The fact that Shadow Moth knows about Alya's identity makes it twice more dangerous. This situation makes no sense at all."

"I don't think that this conversation will get anything done other than make you crazy. We should just forget about this incident and move on. There is also nothing you can do to get to the end of this. You can't just find her and interrogate her as Cat Noir, can you? "

"That's a great idea Plagg, how didn't I think of it myself? Plagg, Claws out! "

"It was just a jokeeeeee" Plagg shouted as he was being sucked into the ring

And then Cat Noir exited the room through the window and headed towards Alya's house. After seeing that Alya was not home, he decided to look for her at Marinette's house too before returning home. There was a good chance Alya would be there since they are best friends.

[Scene: Marinette's room]

Ladybug drops down from her balcony and detransforms. She gets more than startled when she hears a familiar voice behind her. Luckily it was just Alya.

"Alya! You almost gave me a heart attack. I'd appreciate it if you aren't hiding in my room to scare me next time." Marinette said and she was really upset

"Sorry girl, though your reaction was really fun. Anyways, I'm here to celebrate."

"Celebrate what? "

"Lila's expulsion of course."

"Oh yeah, I almost forgot about it because of the akuma fight"

Then Marinette's phone started ringing, it was a group video call with the other girls, Rose, Alix, Juleka and Mylene. They wanted to apologise to Marinette for believing Lila's lies so easily and even turning against her a couple of times. Marinette and Alya had been talking for a while with them till Marinette muted all sources of input and output of the chatroom. 'because her mom was calling for help'. In reality she wanted to discuss something about the Grimoire with Alya.

So, it works like a Discord call: once you join the room, you can mute your mic or deafen. Though, there is not only a deafen option here. This made-up app allows you to mute video, sound or mic. Marinette muted everything to start talking with Alya about Guardian stuff.

But, as soon as she left her phone on the bed, a playful kwami fell from a shelf and landed on the unmute mic button unwillingly unmuting her mic without telling Marinette. It did not realize what it did anyways. The worst thing is that Alya and Mari would not be able to understand that they could be heard by the girls. Also, they didn't notice a certain alley cat that just landed on the roof and is now hiding behind the wall next to the window eavesdropping. Surely he didn't see any floating kwami in the room or hear them mention any kwami/ superhero name, did he?

So as you can see, I decided to include the crack one-shot in this story as an epilogue chapter. Depending on the feedback I could turn this into an AU fanfic with the girls as permanent heroes too and have it end with the defeat of Shadow Moth (ignoring season 4 finale events). I hope this suspense isn't too much for you to handle [evil_smirk emoji]. The story is technically done, but I will not mark it as complete till I finish the epilogue chapter. Btw, crack fics are my favorite and that's why I am so dedicated in making one(crack fic= fic filled with random stuff that usually make little sense and are funny, also they are things that would never happen in the show; e.g. Ephemeral episode could be considered a crack if it was a fanfiction).

Anyways, as you see, I am getting better at writing: chapters are slowly but surely getting bigger and include more details. I took a first attempt at describing a villain outfit too. I hope the akuma fight didn't seem too boring because it lacked action, but it really was useless when it comes to the plot. Anyways, that's it for now.
