Disclaimer: I do not own LOTR or Game of thrones.
AN: Hey what's up everyone it's Thomas and today I am bringing you a very special story. Now you may be wondering what makes it so special so I'll tell ya. Two days ago me and my family gathered together to celebrate my 18 year old cousins cancer free diagnosis, after 2 years of chemo she has won her battle. When she found out that I wrote fanfiction she asked if I would write a Game of thrones and LOTR crossover for her since it is her favorite show and movie respectfully and I just couldn't say no.
PS: I just want to say, that all of you who are battling cancer to keep fighting the good fight.
The Valyrian Freehold, said to be the greatest empire the world had ever known, was burning. The Fourteen Flames unleashes molten fire and rock that fell upon the great city, crushing the proud Valyrians and toppling their topless towers, while toxic fumes and ash killed those that the flames and rocks did not. The very earth itself was shaken to it's core as the Flames unleashed their wrath like vengeful gods. All the death and destruction caused by the Valyrian's own greed.
From atop the tallest of the great volcanoes a woman that could only be described as a goddess watched on indifferently. Standing 2 meters in height with moon pale skin, strait void black hair that cascaded down her back like a waterfall. Her slitted crimson eyes, pointed ears, facial markings and perfect features added to her inhuman beauty. Her figure was slender yet voluptuous with full round breasts, wide hips and firm ass, which was accentuated by her orate red robes.
For hours she watched as the entire peninsula was devastated beyond recognition, unaffected by the by the fire and ash. Sighing she waved her hand the devastation came to an end, the Fourteen Flames once more going dormant causing the earth to fall still and silent while the air was cleared allowing rays of sunlight to shine upon the land once more.
Looking up she could see that the few dragons that survived were flying in her direction, no doubt sensing her. She watched as they landed around her, then approached the largest of them, a great golden beauty that measured 160 meters in length. Placing her hand on the dragons snout she ran her thumb over a narrow white scar that was more than likely made by a whip of some kind.
"For millennia the men and women of Valyria have used you great and noble creatures as beasts of war to conquer and enslave all those they deem lesser that themselves. But now you shall rule the skies as you were meant to while being accountable to no one but yourselves." she said, her voice soft and beautiful.
The dragons looked among themselves, debating amongst themselves in their own silent way. This continued for a time before they all looked at her and as one bowed, causing her eyes to widen in surprise before she smiled and gently stroked the golden scales.
"You honor me, I swear that I shall do all that I can to lead you as a true ruler should." she said and chuckled when the dragon began to nuzzle her. Gently pushing the golden dragons head away she walked around, greeting the other dragons before she walked to the edge of the volcano and looked out at the devastated landscape.
"The age of the Valyrian's has come to an end, now the age of the Dragon has begun." she said then turning to the dragons she said "Go and find any humans or your kin that survived, together we will rebuild this land into a land where dragons can live in peace as equals." The dragons took to the skies to carry out their new rulers orders.
From the back of her dragon Vhagar, Visenya Targaryen starred out at the massive wall of fog that was commonly known as the Veil of Valyria. It had appeared 100 years ago following the cataclysmic event known as the Doom of Valyria, keeping all those that sought to pillage the once great civilization at bay. Of all those that had dared to enter none have ever return.
She and her brother Aegon were here on the orders of their father to investigate rumors of dragons being spotted leaving and entering the veil. Normally she wasn't one to put much stock in rumors but after her cousin Daemon had claimed that he had seen one things had changed. Though young her cousin was not one to give in to flights of fancy and if he claimed he saw a dragon then she had no doubt that he saw a dragon.
Their father had ordered them to pass through the veil and see if the rumors were true, and if they were to establish a foothold within the heartland of the former empire so that they could rebuild it to its former glory.
She was shaken from her thoughts when she heard Aegon call her name. Turning she called out "What is it egg."
She smirked when she saw his eye give the slightest twitch of annoyance and outright laughed when he shouted "I asked if you are ready you damned maniac."
"Yes egg I am ready." she answered before kicking Vhagar into flight laughing at the curses that followed her.
Navigating through the Veil proved to be far harder than she originally believed it would be. Several times they lost their way and ended up back were they started. There were time that she would swear that she heard dark whispering from deeper in the fog, though she would deny it to her dying day. After what seemed like hours they finally exited the Veil, and what they saw took their breathe away.
Miles upon miles of undisturbed nature stretched as far as far as the eye could see in every direction. Great meadows of grass and flowers of every color, huge forests of enormous trees that were teeming with wildlife and crystal blue rivers that gleamed like jewels in the sun. But what truly caught their eyes were the dozens of dragons that were either flying around or resting on the ground. They ranged in size from hatchlings to great behemoths that rivaled and even surpassed Belerion in size.
Shaking off her awe she directed Vhagar to land Aegon doing the same. Once they landed they dismounted and were quickly swarmed by curious hatchlings. Visenya laughed when she noticed Balerion and Vhagar getting the same treatment with a bright red one sitting on the tip of Belerions nose looking quite proud of itself while the black dragon looked at it with wide eyes.
'Valyria is still alive.' Visenya thought 'Forget Westoros we will migrate here and rebuild the freehold and when we are ready we take the rest of world and under our rule peace and order will reign.' She was broken from her thoughts when she heard Aegon gasp, turning she saw him looking up at the sky his eyes wide with pure terror. Following his line of sight her heart nearly gave out when she saw an absolutely massive dragon flying towards them.
The beast was five times the size of Balerion, it's body covered in pitch black scales. It's body was human-like with forelimbs shaped like human arms and hands, two wings shaped like those of a bat emerged from its back. Its head was crowned by two massive horns and it's eyes were blood red with slits. *
She was thrown off her feet when the beast slammed into the ground, causing the ground to shake for miles. Shaking the ringing from her ears she looked up and looked gazes with the dragon, she felt like it was looking into her very soul, judging her worth and finding her wanting. After a moment the beast broke the lock and lowered itself to the ground and Visenya could make out a human shape on it's back.
'A dragon rider.' she thought in shock and looking over at Aegon she could see that he had seen it as well. Looking back at the dragon she gasped in surprise when she found herself looking at the most beautiful woman she had ever seen. For the fist time in her life Visenya could honestly say that she felt insecure about her looks, because she paled in comparison to this woman in both beauty and stature.
Gritting her teeth, Visenya was the first one to regain her bearings she drew her sword dark sister and demanded "Who are you."
The woman looked at her her gaze feeling like it had a physical weight behind it "Is it not common courtesy to give your name before asking another's." she said.
"I demand tha-."Visenya started only to be cut off when a darkess seemed to come over the woman as she coldly said "You demand nothing of me human. You are but a arrogant child who thinks she can order around those that she deems lesser that herself while hiding behind a dragon."
Releasing a battle cry Visenya charged forward sword raised to strike, once she was close enough she brought her sword down. Her eyes widened in horror when instead of being cut is half the woman instead caught the blade then delivered a palm trust that sent Visenya flying. The Targaryen came to a stop at her brothers feet, Aegon quickly checking to make sure that she was alright. Both siblings looked up when the world darkened to see that the woman had changed, where once stood a beautiful woman, now stood a 10 meter tall dark armored titan wielding an enormous mace. *
"I am Lúmiel, daughter of Morgoth strongest of the Valar and Ungoliant primordial spider of darkness. Queen of Angulonórë and protector of the dragons." the titan boomed, her voice shaking the two of them to their very soul "You come into my domain and think that you that you can slay me and take what is mine. Foolish child, I have fought and killed beings that would break your mind with their meer presence. I brought low the greatest empire this world had ever seen, before me you are nothing more than an insect to crush."
The world brightened once more as Morhen reigned in her power, returning to her fair form once again. Looking at the siblings she said "Now leave, while I still allow it."
She watched as Aegon helped a shaking Visenya to her feet, locking eyes with the woman and seeing the pure terror in her eyes. They quickly mounted their dragons and took to the skies, disappearing through the Veil. Once they were out of sight she sighed, she did not like causing such fear in others, doing so made her feel like she was becoming her father.
A smile worked its way onto her lips when she felt her dragon gently nudge her. "Do not worry Tulkas I am okay." she said, scratching the dragons nose drawing a pleased rumble from him. Looking in the direction that the Targaryens had gone, she wondered what the future had in store for her.
Tywin Lannister refused to give face to the nervousness that was gnawing at him like a hungry rat, as he and the rest of the lords of King Aerys Targaryen stood on the shore of Blackwater bay outside the Iron gate. The reason they were all here was because of his former friend's lastest bout of madness, he felt his nervousness rise when he thought about it.
Flashback
"Steffon my cousin, I want you to get a bride for my dear son." Aerys said with a mad gleam in his eyes, causing the entire Thorne room to go as quite as the grave. Tywin felt his heart clench when he saw Cersei's eyes light up with hope, knowing that Aerys would never allow his daughter to marry Rhaegar.
Speaking of the crown prince, from the horrified look on his face he most already know what his father was about to say. That look caused Tywin's heart to sink, knowing that whatever mad plan Aerys psychotic mind had given birth to would do more harm than good.
"This is a great honor your grace, I will immediately draw up a list of eligible candidates." the lords of Storms End said, moving to turn away only to stop when Aerys raised his hand.
"That will be unnecessary Lord Steffon, no woman on this backwater continent is good enough. There is only one woman good enough for Rheagar, the Dragon Queen of Angulonórë." Aerys said, a demented smile on his face.
Gasps of shock and horror spread throughout the throne room, while Tywin felt his blood freeze in his veins. 'He has truly lost his fucking mind, if he believes that the Dragon Queen would marry Rheagar.'
He was pulled from his thoughts when Steffon stated speaking "B-b-but your grace, it is a well known fact that the Dragon Queen has no interest in men and only has eyes for women. She would never agree to marry a man no matter who he is."
Tywin rolled his eyes, not believing that a lord of Steffons experience would say such a thing to the King 'Leave it to the stag to run antlers first into the maw of the dragon. Even if it is a well known fact that the Dragon Queen only has eyes for women, it is tactless to say it in open court.'
"Silence, I am the King of the Seven Kingdoms, my word is law. Varys send a raven to Angulonórë and order the Dragon Queen to come to Kings landing for betrothal negotiations." Aerys demanded then stood and left followed closely by the kings guard.
'This is not going to end well, that fool may have just doomed all of Westeros to death by dragonfire. To insult a being as powerful as the Dragon Queen in such a way.' Tywin thought shaking his head. Feeling a hand on his shoulder he turned and was surprised to find Queen Rhaella and Prince Rheagar standing behind him.
"Lord Tywin, If I remember correctly you were there when the Dragon Queen destroyed Maelys forces during the war of the nine penny kings. What would you suggest we do?" Rhaella asked
Tywin shivered slightly when he remembered that day. They had pushed Maelys forces back to the island of Bloodstone and were preparing for the final assault when an Earth shattering roar had rung out. Looking upward he had beheld a sight that would haunt him for the rest of his life. A massive black dragon had fallen from the air and landed right in the middle of the Blakefyre fleet, crushing dozens of ships instantly. The Blackfyre fleet, which had numbered 200 ships of various makes, was completely destroyed in mere moments.
Once the fleet was destroyed they had turned their attention to the island and beheld a slaughter. The Dragon Queen, in her armored form, was sending dozens of men flying with every swing of her mace and burning them alive with great blasts of fire. 5,000 men against a single being and they never stood a chance.
When the last man lay dead they thought that it was over, but the Dragon Queen was not done just yet. Holding her mace out in front of her she had went still for a moment, before bringing it down. When it made contact with the ground a great shockwave ripped through the air nearly capsizing the ships, while the earth ruptured. Great cracks spread from the point of impact, great columns of rock and fire erupting from the earth, filling the air with a sound like thunder. *
That one strike had turned Bloodstone into a broken, burned out rock, that became a monument to the Dragon Queens power.
Shaking himself from his memories, Tywin turned his attention back to Rhaella and said "My Queen your concerns are valid, the Dragon Queen is both an incredibly powerful and dangerous but I belive we can still spin this in are favor. It is the wording of the letter that will make all the difference, we will also have to be very careful in the days to come. Not only has the King possibly doomed Westeros to death by dragonfire, he also snubbed every single lord in the kingdom by outright saying that their sisters and daughters are unfit to marry the prince."
The Queen grimaced at that "Yes it do us no good worrying about a foreign threat, when every lord in Westeros is more likely plotting to kill us."
Tywin nodded with a grimace of his own "Exactly my Queen, for now all we can do is pray that the Dragon Queen does not burn Westeros to dust."
Flashback end
Tywin was pulled from his thoughts, when he heard the other lords gasp. Looking up he felt his heart stop when he saw a least 4 dozen dragons flying straight for them, lead by the black behemoth that he saw all those years ago. When the dragons had reached the coast, the 8 largest of them broke off and moved to land while the rest started fly around Kings landing. As they approached Tywin could make out figures on the backs of 4 of the dragons, while the other 4 had strange saddle like harnesses that went the entire length of their sides.
Once they landed the four harnessed dragons lowered themselves to the ground and to the astonishment of all the lords present, 5 ramps were extended from both sides and fully armored warriors streamed out. They wore a beautiful sets of full plate armor that possessed a dragon motif *, carried large round steal shields that were engraved to look like it had scales * and simple but beautiful long swords with steel guards shaped like dragon head with 4 horns, a black leather wrapped handle and steel pommel *.
They formed 4 staggered lines on each side of the path between both parties. The 5 riders dismounted and made their way towards the Westeros nobles. As they approached Tywin finally got his first go look at the Dragon Queen and was stunned at her inhuman beauty and grace as she all but gilded down the path.
Standing to her left was beautiful woman who looked nearly identical to her but lacked the red eyes and facial markings. She possessed the same black hair and fair skin but with sapphire blue eyes and she was tall for a woman at 6'2 with and slender but shapely figure. She was wearing a beautiful suit of silver and blue armor * with an ornate long sword *, bow * and quiver slung over her right shoulder.
He gasped when he saw the woman standing to her right. She like the other woman looked nearly identical to the Dragon Queen but unlike them she possessed picture perfect Valyrian silver-white hair, amethyst colored eyes and fair skin. She was shorter than the other two at only 6'0 but possessed the same slender and curvy figure, that was emphasized by her silver dress.
Standing behind the three was a woman judging by the shape of her armor which was identical to the armor that the warriors were wearing, but unlike theirs hers had golden trim. At her hip was an ornate longsword *. She was equal in height to the Dragon Queen and possessed strong built with good curves.
When they reached them, Tywin stepped forward to welcome her "Greetings my lady, I am Tywin Lannister hand to the king and it is my honor to welcome you to Westeros."
She looked at him for a moment, her crimson eyes making him uncomfortable, before replying "Thank you lord Tywin, I am grateful that you saw fit to welcome us personally. Though to be truthful I was expecting the fool king to be the one to greet us."
"The king awaits your arrival in the throne room my lady and apologizes that he could not be here himself." he said, then gestured to kings landing "If you would all follow me I will show you to the throne room."
She looked at him with slight amusement, no doubt knowing that he was lying, then gestured to the woman behind her. The woman called out a order and all the warriors turned as one and began to follow them towards the city.
