"What the hell? How can he summon that normally? There is no restriction on how to summon that thing, Most of my higher-level Rituals require something from my own deck to work." said Hagakure, "All of that on a level one, 4000 attack monster."
"What could he even use that for? I guess if he was using a ritual or an XYZ deck, but judging that he just summoned a Synchro monster, I doubt that he is an XYZ or ritual Duelist based off of that alone" said Toko,
"Stranger things have happened. But it looks like Makoto just started his next turn," said Hagakure
"I DRAW!" shouted Makoto, he looked toward the card he drew and his face scrunched up in confusion, "I guess I will hold off on using this card, for now, I set the pendulum scales, Dryad of Death: Baikāgyangurīdā and Dryad of Death: Bitoku."
Behind Makoto, two seedlings burst into two giant trees with the monsters themselves perching on the branches. The first looked like he was covered in the bark and leaves of the Cerbera odollam, with branches coming out of his back that held the fruits of the Cerbera odollam, but he had long flowing brown and black hair.
The second one was covered head to toe in a white military-style uniform that was made completely of Strychnos nux-vomica leaves with his hair being made of the same thing, his piercing red eye boring down onto Reiji from the distance between them.
"I use my normal summon to summon Dryad of Death: Gyanburā and activate its effect to summon a Ultimalive: Lucky Kid from my deck!"
A seedling appeared behind Ultimalive: Lucky Kid, with the childlike being itself looking behind him as the seedling flowered into a woman in an Oleander Flower Dress that was in the style of gothic lolita, she had Oleander Flower pink hair that framed her face, her red eyes looked at Ultimalive: Lucky Kid with what looked like a lustful glint in her black eyes.
"My field is full, however, so I need to slim it down a bit! I fusion summon Dryad of Death: Lucky Valentine by fusing Ultimalive: Lucky Kid and Dryad of Death: Gyanburā when they are on the field together!" said Makoto
Vines surrounded both Ultimalive: Lucky Kid and Dryad of Death : Gyanburā before the vines tightened before opening up into them again, but the lucky kid now looked much… different. He was taller with his hair that of Belladona vines and his clothes the same white color as Gyanburā, both of their faces were half-human looking with their eyes now being the same color, that being red, while the other was nothing but bone with spiders crawling around in their eye sockets.
"When Dryad of Death: Lucky Valentine is summoned using both monsters on the field without a fusion spell this card's attack gains 2000 attack points, and once per turn I am able to summon one of the cards that went into this card summon, I summon with it Ultimalive: Lucky Kid but it's effects are negated for the rest of its turn, I synchro summon! Level 5 Dryad of Death: Shisha no gakkō no Sengoku tunes with Level one Ultimalive: Lucky Kid, Synchro summon! Level 6 Ultimalive: Kyūkyoku no tantei!"
A beam of light erupted between the childlike a monster and the monstrous monster as both of them walked into it, soon after the light dissipated with a figure being the only thing being left behind, the figure himself was human, one wearing a tight black bodysuit with armor on his torso and shoulders, on his face was a pair of black sunglasses that coved his eyes and a head of straight brown hair that framed them.
"I Attack! Lucky Valentine, Destroy Keplar! You take 4000 damage for the first attack!" said Makoto
"Holy Shit! Makoto might have this! If the other two monsters attack after this goes through, Makoto wins!" said Hagkure
"That is "if"." Said Toko, "'If' he did not have THAT card in his deck Makoto would be able to kill him now, but he does. It is whether or not he chooses to use it."
"He will, Ever since Deck traps have been put into the game Reiji has taken advantage of three of the ones for his deck." said Kaito, "So he will not let this attack go through."
"I ACTIVATE THE DECK TRAP D/D DIMENSION EQUATOR! When I banish this card from my deck it cannot be retrieved again from this point on! But this card allows me to equalize the levels and attack of all my monsters to the highest on both sides! For your Attack, I shall equalize the attack of all my monsters to 4000, and I equalize all the levels of my monsters to level eight!"
Dryad of Death: Lucky Valentine and D/D Savant Kepler both shattered into digital code with Ultimalive: Lucky Kid and Dryad of Death: Gyanburā falling to the ground soon after.
"Dryad of Death: Lucky Valentine has an effect when it is destroyed, it allows me to summon the materials used from my deck or grave, I choose the grave and summon them in defense position."
Both of the monsters landed with almost relative ease before Ultimalive: Lucky Kid ducked back behind Makoto, allowing those watching the duel to gain a better look. The monster itself was shorter than its Master, its form was shaking, almost as if it was cold and scared of everything around it. In its hands was a golden revolver, with eight bullets in the chamber. His face was covered by a black mask that covered the lower half of his face, his hair went down to his shoulders and covered both of his fearful brown eyes. His clothes were simple, just a pair of black pants and a redshirt. The only thing off about his clothes was a trench coat that was two sizes too large with a large red floral design on the coat itself. On his wrists were a pair of silver gauntlets with golden accents and a pair of green orbs.
Toko's eyes widened in shock at the Monsters form, it almost looked exactly like Makoto when they went into their first-class trial, small and frail. Makoto in comparison looked Like he could take on the whole world so why was the monster that looked a lot like him looked like he was a coward and a fool, even despite its power.
"I end my turn by setting two cards and the Pendulum scales of 0 and 13, Your turn Akiba!" said Makoto, the look on his face was that of enjoyment. His eyes were burning with passion about the sight of what was going on, it was honestly quite exhilarating to see the boy like that, but the duel was about to end. And both knew that.

It stood, its full height was enough to tower over everyone there and its gaze was enough to put all into a fearful trance.
"I activate the spell card Raigeki which will destroy all your monsters. But that is not all I can do with this, I pendulum summon! Between the scales of Scale Ten, D/D Savant Newton, and Scale One, D/D Savant Cepurnicus, I can summon any number of monsters from my hand or extra deck pendulum monsters to the field, but for the pendulums they have to be destroyed first before being sent to the extra deck, I Activate Monster Reborn to summon a monster from my grave, I summon D/D/D Flame King Genghis and activate the effect of Dark Contract with the Swamp King by sending D/D Necro Slime and D/D/D Supreme King Kaiser to the grave in order to fusion summon a monster from my extra deck, and I choose to summon D/D/D Dragonbane King Beowulf."
A portal opened up beside Duo-Dawn King and a werewolf in golden robes came through it and landed on the ground with a soft thud, and soon after another portal appeared.
"I summon, thanks to D/D/D Flame King Genghis's effect, D/D/D Supreme King Kaiser, and I Pendulum summon D/D Lamia to the field and I synchro summon the Level Eight Synchro D/D/D Cursed King Seigfreid!"
The portal opened again and this time an armored knight lept from the portal and drew its sword to fight.
"You see the damage on the field, don't you? I have 11,300 damage on board with this one setup, You could have prevented this whole thing if you just passed your turn. I still could have done it, but that doesn't mean it would not have taken more time." said Reiji, "You have lost "World Ender" nothing you have in your hand or on the field can help you."
"Maybe I was trying to let you set up?" bluffed Makoto
Everyone went silent at that, Makoto had an out? WHEN! To those who knew about what
D/D/D Duo-Dawn King Kali Yuga's effect and what it could do were floored, those who did not were floored at the amount of a threat this could be for the Base Dimension Duelist. The Duelist himself, however? He was Ecstatic, but also Heartbroken at the thought of the person on the other side of the battlefield could be able to beat him.

Makoto looked at Reigi with confusion when he said that and motioned for him to elaborate.
"You remind me of a friend of mine. She is a World Ender like you are… that is dangerous for me. She won our duels on the first turn, mainly because she bluffed in her favor. Kyoko is a fantastic duelist, You are following in her footsteps even now aren't you Makoto?" said Reiji
Makoto was silent at that, but something never faltered. Hope. the hope in his eyes only strengthened at that. Makoto smirked, "I am flattered that you think so, but right now she and I are different! I wish now to continue on from this place! I will not lose to you! I will never give up on my dreams and my hope!" he said, "SO COME AT ME!"
"I will gladly show you retaliation here is futile! D/D/D Dragonbane King Beowulf! ATTACK AND END THIS!"
The Werewolf lept forward to strike at Makoto, only for Makoto to remove a card from his deck with a seed popping out in front of him and opening up, plopping Ultimalive: Lucky Kid onto the field
"I ACTIVATE MY DECK TRAP DRYAD OF DEATH: FANFIKUSHON" Shouted Makoto, "Dryad of Death: Fanfikushon allows me to summon a monster for every time I have been attacked this game, So far there has only been one so I only summon one monster and that monster is Ultimalive: Lucky Kid!"
Ultimalive: Lucky Kid Looked upon the werewolf in fear and as it got closer shot it in the limbs and ran back behind Makoto
"And of course, because it has 1000 more attack points than D/D/D Dragonbane King Beowulf I take 1000 damage and lose a monster." said Reiji, "Interesting maneuver. But nothing I cannot handle! I activate the effect of my deck trap Dark Contract with the Rainbow Dragons! I take half my current Life points in damage and I can reduce the attack stat of any monster on your field by that amount! So your Monster Loses 3000 attack points leaving it with 1000 left! I attack! D/D/D Cursed King Seigfreid, Send that monster to the depts of the grave!"
The swordsman Attacked, cleaving into Ultimalive: Lucky Kid without a second thought and sending his sword through Makoto slightly as well reducing Makoto's Life Points.
"I attack for Full damage with D/D/D Flame King Genghis and D/D/D Duo-Dawn King Kali Yuga doing 5,500 damage!"
Both monsters attacked as Makoto cried out in pain as they struck, Makoto fell to the ground with stagged breaths. Makoto stood and spoke. "I still have 700 Life points left. I can still fight."
"But you are on your last leg." said Reiji, "Your hand is nothing but a second thought, I have the advantage on the field. I end my turn but you will lose the next turn.

'I drew into a dud didn't I? It is a two tribute monster that I cannot summon anyway! I don't think I have many light monsters in the grave currently.' thought Makoto as he looked upon the card he drew, Ultimalive: Lucky Hope. Makoto looked at it more before adding it to his hand and checking the graveyard. 'How did I not realize this! Most of them ARE light monsters! But what if he has an out for this? Well, might as well hope for the best!'
"I banish two Light monsters, Ultimalive: Lucky Kid and Dryad of Death: Utahime in order to summon the card I just drew! Master of hope in the darkest of times! Banish the dispair with your touch and strike down the ones who cause it to bring new hope to the universe! CHAOS SUMMON! Ultimalive: Lucky Hope!"
