PROLOGUE
A/N:
Good day, everyone. As you noticed, I am writing another original power ranger series titled Power Rangers Legacy Wars. Now, I will be joining Star Force with it. You might later see a crossover with my other series but as to where it will be written is yet to be decided.
This series is based off the Greek gods as you would have seen from the plot. Also, spoiler alert, I will be using some characters from the movie Clash of the Titans. But all in all, I hope you enjoy this series as much as I enjoy writing it.

PROLOGUE
Many years ago
Zeus stood in his throne room, his hands placed under his chin as he appeared to be lost in thought. A cleared throat made him to look up before he smiled. His son, Perseus was standing in front of him kitted up for battle against Hades and his pet Kraken.
"My son, when did you get here?" He asked. "I just entered few seconds ago. Before the men march to battle, do you have any orders for them?" Perseus asked as he regarded his father with a worried stare. Zeus stood up from his throne and walked to where a big box was located. He then lifted his hands and began to speak in a strange language.
Immediately, a black box landed on his palm. Perseus looked at the box before looking back at his father without speaking.
Zeus said, "Son, these power gems is the trophy that Hades seeks and if he gets it, he will rule the entire universe and become unstoppable." As Perseus got the box, he opened it and peered inside. The box contained eight diverse colour gems fixed into watch faces and also had sigils written all around the watch. Then five buttons aligned themselves with the watch namely: onyx, black, grey, ash and white. Meanwhile, inside the box contained red power gem, blue power gem, green power gem, yellow power gem, pink power gem, black power gem, gold power gem and white power gem.
Perseus nodded and said, "I promise to keep the gems, father. Now if you will permit me, I must lead the battle against Hades." Zeus nodded and watched as the box disappeared inside Perseus's armor and he walked out of the throne room.

A little while later, while the battle was at its peak, a young lady was shown standing on a plain far away from where the battle was being orchestrated. She had a hair of golden locks and she was donned in gold armor with her sword dripping blood. She was about to sheath it when she noticed movement to the north side. Flexing her fist, she threw a dagger which vanished from thin air at the figure which turned out to be an Herald of Hades.
The herald batted away the dagger and the young lady prepared for combat. The herald snarled and jumped for her with his great lacerated sword. She deflected the blow with her own sword and was about to move in for a counter attack when a voice spoke that halted the two fighters, "Enough, Kormas. Hello, Io and so we meet again." "Hades." Io said with a suspicious voice and a tensed body language. Hades emerged from the shadows wearing a black armor. He chuckled menacingly and said, "I am not here to fight you although that narrative can quickly change if you prove stubborn."
"What do you want?" Io asked as she relaxed her body but not enough to let down her guard. "Where are the power gems?" Hades asked. "I don't know, Hades and even if I did, why would I tell you?" Hades chuckled menacingly and said, "Stubborn as I suspected. Kormas would kill you without a second thought but I have need for you yet." He raised his palm and blew wind on it.
Immediately, Io was levitated into the air with a great dark air of energy covering her. Io tried to fight against the onslaught of the dark web but it was too strong and was disorienting her senses. She tried to scream but discovered that as a mistake when the energy entered her body through her mouth.
As she got dropped to the ground, she laid motionless and Hades and the Herald Kormas observed her. When Io opened her eyes, her entire pupils was dark. Hades smirked as she stood and knelt before him. The three turned as they heard a cry of outrage from behind them but before they could move, a red sigil appeared beneath them and sealed them along with Io. Perseus screamed in rage as his girlfriend and Hades disappeared into the ground through the sealing spell he had crafted. Taking out the box, he said, "One way or another, you will be freed, Io and when the rangers come, Hades will meet his loophole." He walked out of there.
