Stargirl ate the grilled cheese sandwich she just fixed before she heard the television program. She glanced at the screen as footage of bank robbers running down streets appeared. She began to frown. ''I don't hear any cop car sirens. I guess it's up to me. My lunch can wait,'' she muttered. Stargirl stood and glanced at the Cosmic Staff near a chair. After the Cosmic Staff was lifted, she opened a door and flew outside.
Stargirl eventually found herself flying above streets. Three robbers ran with bags of cash.
The Cosmic Staff was aimed at the men. Energy was released from it before they were enveloped and lifted. Stargirl viewed their wide eyes
even when she brought them to a handful of cop cars. She dropped them near wide-eyed cops and returned to her home.
Frowning, Stargirl decided to reheat the sandwich.
