On Today's Episode: The spies have made it to the top of the Full Moon Tower, only to come face to face with a small army of the Sisterhood, with Ariel at their forefront. Needless to say, it's going to be quite the hectic final battle, especially when Ariel reveals the ace up her sleeve. Can the spies topple the Sisterhood for good this time, or is this where Ariel and her chosen ones reign supreme?

Act 3: Trouble on the Tower

3:08 A.M. – Full Moon Tower

Top Floor

("Kings and Queens" by Ava Max plays)

"Hey, we made it to the top of the tower!" Alex proclaimed.

"...only to run into a mook trap!" May chastised.

"So much for 'thank goodness'," Mat groaned.

Quite a few of them were there to stand in the way of the thirteen spies.

"No way we're having any of this!" Nick proclaimed.

"I'm with ya," Mat remarked. "Under her influence once is enough for me, thank you!"

A big army came after them all.

"Seriously, how many mooks do you need to fight us?!" Clover complained.

"As many as I feel the need to, little girl. Now you will feel the full, unbridled wrath of the Sisterhood!" Ariel proclaimed, turning to Sam.

"I don't know how many times I need to brick this into your thick skull, Ariel," Sam growled. "but I am never joining your sick cult, and that's the end of that story!"

"On the contrary, you ARE, and YOU WILL!" Ariel proclaimed.

"Hey, when a lady says she's not gonna, she's not gonna!" Blaine shot back as he charged forward to attack. Three mooks tried to jump him as he got close, but Blaine simply spun around to shake them off before jumping into a flying kick aimed at Ariel, who swiftly dodged him.

"We've gotta do better, Blaine," Bridget remarked.

Ariel still tried shining her stone on Sam and the rest of the girl spies. Again, they all resisted.

"She's not listening, Sammy," Nick sighed. "I guess we're just gonna have to beat it into her."

"And believe me when I say that this 'Sisterhood' IS NO MORE, ARIEL!" Sam yelled.

"On the contrary, little Samantha, my true Sisterhood is only just beginning," Ariel laughed as she advanced on the spies. "You'll come around to my way of thinking soon enough, make no mistake about that."

"God, she's even more stubborn than a good chunk of our baddies," Nozomi quipped. "Where'd all of this arrogance come from, Ariel?!"

"Arrogance is such a strong word," Ariel laughed. "I prefer 'confidence'. After all, this world is meant to be ruled by the chosen ones, and that's really all there is to it."

"The way you're acting isn't much different, you know," Sortiliena proclaimed. "And trust me, I've seen a lot of baddies acting like they're confident when all they're showing is arrogance. You know pride comes before the fall, right?"

"It's such a shame that you can't understand my motives," Ariel sighed. "But I guess that's to be expected of anyone against my plans. But it doesn't really matter at this point, does it?"

Ariel once again raised her magic stone as she laughed like any good villain would. "Just fall under my spell, and I promise I'll make all of this go away," Ariel proclaimed. "We can rule this world as we were always meant to."

"Well, sorry to disappoint you, but we're not interested in ruling," Clover shot back. "We're too busy with college!"

"Then you will pay the price for defying me," Ariel stated. "My loyal followers, please eliminate these pests."

When no response came from her mooks, Ariel looked around, only to find that all of her mooks had been psychically tied up, courtesy of Nick.

"Thanks for monologuing, by the way," Nick taunted. "You clearly didn't study rule forty-nine, if you want my opinion."

"Now give it up, Ariel," Sam growled. "We're through playing games with you."

Ariel took a few steps back as the spies advanced on her. Without her loyal minions, she was clearly outnumbered and she knew it.

But she glanced at her staff, and a wicked idea popped into her head.

"There's only one way I'm giving up," Ariel proclaimed, stepping back even further. "And that'll be after I squash you all beneath my heels."

Just as it clicked to the spies what was about to happen, Ariel took one more step backwards and fell off of the tower.

"W-wait, did she just...?!" Alex gasped.

Nick rushed to the edge of the roof to look down towards the ground, only to see a bright red flash...

...and then Ariel reappeared. In fact, she was growing in size until she eventually became larger than the tower itself.

"...oh, no," Alex gasped.

"Holy crapbaskets, did Ariel just do the freakin' Ultraman Rise?!" May exclaimed.

"Now where's all that bravado?!" Ariel bellowed, her staff now being worn as a necklace (since it didn't grow along with her) as she took aim at the spies. "This is where I wipe my hands of every last one of you!"

"Can I count this as rule sixty-one or not?!" Haruka exclaimed.

"Incoming!" Mat shouted as the super-sized Ariel punched the edge of the roof twice, forcing the spies to scatter in different directions to avoid getting rattled.

Ariel raised both of her hands to squash the spies underhand, but Nick blasted Ariel's hands away with a Final Shine Attack, giving the spies some room to breathe.

"All right, we need a game plan here," Bridget stated. "If this keeps up, Ariel's probably going to destroy this entire tower, along with everyone that's still on it!"

Ariel smirked, and Bridget realized she probably shouldn't have said that last part out loud.

Before any of the spies could react, Ariel reared back before striking the Full Moon Tower with a sweeping kick that broke a sizable chunk off of it, forcing the spies to activate their Jetpack Backpacks to stay aloft as the tower collapsed in on itself.

Nick quickly moved to encase all of Ariel's mooks in a psychic bubble so he could bring them safely to the ground before flying right back up to rejoin the spies in confronting the giant Ariel.

"Okay, that was low!" Sortiliena proclaimed. "You know you could have killed your own followers with that dirty move!"

"Acceptable losses," Ariel responded as she clapped her hands together, creating a short-range sonic boom to drive the spies back.

"All right, now you've really lost it," Sam growled. "Prepare to eat some pain!"

"How about you first?" Ariel retorted as she reached out to grab Sam with both of her hands. "You had so much potential, you know. But you decided to waste it with these lowlifes."

Sam attempted to break out of the giant Ariel's grasp, but to seemingly no avail.

"And now, you pay the price for your refusal to join my cause," Ariel laughed. "I'm going to crush the life out of you in front of your precious boy-toy, and he's going to watch you die. Isn't that right, boy?"

Ariel looked back to the spies, only to find that Mat was nowhere to be found. That question was swiftly answered when Mat flew up and punched Ariel in the side of the head with a Metal Masher Boxing Glove, stumbling her while May flew in and started bashing Ariel's hands with her anchor until she was forced to release Sam.

As Sam flew around to stay away from Ariel's grasp, she noticed that the staff the super-sized Ariel was wearing as a necklace was glowing brightly.

That must be how she grew so big, Sam thought.

So, what would happen if I broke it? Nick thought. That's probably what you're thinking, right, Sammy?

Pretty much. We're gonna have to distract her, though, before I can get a clear shot.

Follow my lead, then, Sammy.

Nick flew closer to Ariel, peppering her right flank with psychic bolts to keep her attention on him while Sam searched for a perfect vantage point to attack from.

"Stand still, you wretches, so I can crush all of you!" Ariel shouted as she attempted to swat the spies away while they encircled her.

"How about you make us?!" Bridget exclaimed. "Sonic Mode, online!"

Once Bridget had transformed, she blitzed around Ariel, landing multiple hits and keeping Ariel focused on her so that she didn't notice Sam flying closer with a Cyclone Blast Hairdryer in her hands.

"How about you pick on someone your own size, you wrestling wacko?!" Sam exclaimed as she fired the Cyclone Blast Hairdryer point-blank to destroy the stone in Ariel's staff.

Almost instantly, Ariel stopped in her tracks as the power she'd used to grow into a giant left her, and she raised her hands to the sky in disbelief before being enveloped in a cloud of dark red light and slowly shrinking back down to her normal size.

The spies all flew back down to the ground to see Ariel, back to normal, lying unconscious on the ground.

"And that's how you topple a kaiju," Melissa quipped. "Big bro, if you would?"

"With gusto," Nick proclaimed, raising his right hand to encase Ariel in a psychic bubble, then flicking his hand upwards to send both her and her already-bubbled mooks off towards the approaching W.O.O.H.P. chopper.

"Excellent job as always, spies," Jerry proclaimed.

"Man, she really did a number on that tower, didn't she?" RiCO giggled. "So much for her confidence, huh?"

"I agree on that," Sam laughed as the spies all jumped into the chopper so that Jerry and RiCO could take them home.

4:53 A.M. – The Spies' Beach House

Everybody was completely gassed after that mission to a point where everybody just went to bed; all three of the main spies slept with their boyfriends (fiancée in Alex's case).

"It's nice to just have some time to ourselves, huh?" Alex giggled.

"We gotta cherish the time we have," Nick quipped. "That's my philosophy, at any rate."

"No kidding," Alex replied. "Now, where did we leave off?"

"I believe right about here," Nick stated as he leaned in to kiss Alex, who happily kissed back.

Meanwhile, Clover and Blaine were in bed kissing, and Clover was obviously giddy inside getting to sleep with Blaine.

"Now this is my kind of unwinding," Clover sighed as she and Blaine held each other.

"My kind, too," Blaine added.

In Sam's room, she and Mat were in bed holding each other.

"Hey, Sam?" Mat stated. "Are you..."

Mat didn't get to finish his statement because Sam immediately covered his lips with a deep kiss. Mat caved in and lost his thought process.

"Shhhh..." Sam whispered as she nuzzled near Mat before going back to sleep.

Mat conceded and got to sleep... even after whispering an "I love you" to Sam.

"I love you, too, Mat-honey," Sam whispered back.

The two went kissing into the crack of dawn.

12:43 P.M. – The Spies' Beach House

After an early brunch, everybody was relieved the next morning.

"Totally glad you resisted the Sisterhood, Sammy," Clover stated.

"That was never gonna happen," Sam quipped. "Besides, I'm sticking to wrestling on TV, IF I decide to watch some that is... which is never."

"Don't we know it," Nick laughed. "Though I admit that is up there with extreme spots like Mat's Motocross series."

"I won't disagree there," Mat replied.

"No race this week, Mat?" Melissa wondered.

"No, two-week break before the guys head to Spring Creek in Millville, Minnesota." Mat answered. "Ryan Dungey's neck of the woods because he's a Minnesota native."

"Hard to beat that," Dawn chuckled.

"Even Villopoto couldn't win in Washington," Nick added. "I wouldn't be surprised if the shoe goes on the other foot then."

"And I'm not going with a side bet this time," May groaned, remembering the last time when she was thrown in the pool and 'pirate dived' onto by Nick and Alex.

"You know what they say about payback, May," Haruka laughed.

"But you're pretty close to it, too, Haruka," Bridget replied. "If you know what I mean...?"

She then looked at Nick, who then remembered how many times she teased him by wearing a two-piece.

"But in case... should we put Haruka on the same page?" May giggled.

"I vote yes," Nozomi laughed.

Britney got Mat's attention by slipping him a note; it was asking Mat out to a movie at The Groove next week.

"Yeah, sounds good to me," Mat replied, getting Sam's attention.

She was then shown Britney's note; Sam didn't mind it at all since May was already planning to go out with Nick to the Idol Opportunity concert next week.

"Ooh, thanks!" Britney exclaimed, getting all giddy herself.

"Anyway, I vote no on Haruka getting payback now," Blaine stated.

"Yeah, come on, I don't deserve this now!" Haruka remarked.

"Well, on that note, summer is winding down for us," Mat pointed out. "So, I suggest we get a lot of pool or beach days in before we gotta head back to Mali-U."

"I'm definitely all for that," Melissa proclaimed.

"Oh, by the way, May, when's the Idol Opportunity concert you and Nick are going to?" Clover asked.

"It's next week!" May laughed. "Can you tell I'm excited?"

"Are Seven and Rain going to be there, too?" Alex wondered.

"Yup, they've got a new duet to show off," May replied. "They've been working pretty feverishly on it since we got them back together, so it sounds like it's gonna be a banger!"

"Sounds like it's gonna be a ball, huh?" Dawn quipped.

Before May could answer that, she yelped in surprise as she was pulled underwater by Nick, though she managed to twist her way out and wave her finger like a certain famous hedgehog before swimming away with Nick giving chase.

"Nice to see that hasn't changed much," Sam giggled.

"Say, Sam, you wanna..." Mat asked.

"Ready whenever you are, honey," Sam laughed as she dove underwater with Mat giving chase.

All in all, it was a lovely summer day for the spies as the end of summer drew ever closer.

Totally Spies: Re-Recruitment

~The End~

Final Note from Mat49324: And with that, we bring down the curtain for Re-Recruitment. Hopefully some parts surprised you all. This project may be over, but the projects are not. The Blue Time Ranger has the next one, and he's titled it Toys in the Attic. Two particular villains should come to mind when you hear "Toys." One's from S1, and the other from S2 in the TV series. I'll leave you to figure that out. For now, here's The Blue Time Ranger for his final thoughts.

Final Note from The Blue Time Ranger: And that's a wrap for this one! We seem to have a knack for bringing one-shot villains back to see how they'd do if given a proper shot at revengeance, plus is gives some probably forgotten villains a chance to shine again.

Which, coincidentally, is exactly what we're doing on the next episode of Totally Spies: The New Adventures! A certain toymaker is out for world domination via sentient action figures once again, but it seems like he's got a different target now. We're getting Small Soldiers up in here next time on Toys in the Attic, which will be posted by me. So, until next time, have a fantastic day, don't listen to the screeching morons, enjoy this preview of Toys in the Attic, and we'll see you next mission!

"Whoa, check out this wacky-looking place," Melissa quipped as she and Dawn walked into The Groove, following the many, many different signs that led the two of them to one of The Groove's newest toy stores for the younger crowd, Galaxy Toys.

"Yeah, talk about upping the flashy factor by twelve," Dawn stated. "I remember a lot of those 'modern' toy stores back in Japan, and they weren't even half as flashy as this place is."

"What do you say, should we go check it out?" Melissa wondered.

"Ah, why the heck not? Might as well see what the big fuss is about," Dawn replied.

With that, Melissa and Dawn stepped into Galaxy Toys to see what it was all about.

"HELLO, FELLOW TOY LOVERS!" a random employee shouted as Melissa and Dawn walked by. "Welcome to the grand opening of the Beverly Hills branch of Galaxy Toys!"

"Oh, you've got more stores?" Melissa asked.

"From what I can gather, Galaxy Toys is an international chain of toy stores that just opened up shop in the states for the first time," Dawn explained as she checked out Galaxy Toys on her phone.

"You sure know your stuff," the employee proclaimed. "In fact, since this is our grand opening in the states, have these free action figures for stopping by!"

The employee handed Melissa and Dawn a pair of action figures that resembled the original Power Rangers Megazord.

"Wow, this is old school," Melissa giggled.

"Tell me about it," Dawn laughed.

Melissa and Dawn were too busy conversing to notice that the toys' eyes were suddenly glowing.
