Chapter 5

'Amaya' found herself hiding out in a bar to meet with her ugly date again. Except now she was equally as concerned with avoiding the public as he was. Both her identities were plastered all over the news. Mr. and Mrs. Kojima visited her home every day, with gifts of gratitude for saving their only son. Whom happen to be the wealthy owners of the Kojima Hero Agency. Then Mr. Shimizu and Gun head met. Thus birthed the fabulous idea to have both 'Amaya' and 'Kin' train together to enter U.A.

Shigaraki was silent. Glaring at her.

And she stared back, bored and resting her chin in her palm. "Well, if you don't have a reason to meet with me. Or at least pay for a meal. I don't want to be late for dinner." She pushed out the chair as she stood. This was a sketchy place. Eyes from every corner were watching them. "So, I'll be heading home now." She informed him blandly.

"I don't know." He grumbled. He looked her up and down before turning to watch the tv news recapping for the millionth time what happened at the park last week. "You're incredibly popular now…"

She looked over her shoulder at him, "You said you wanted to expose the unfair, treatment and opportunities, right?" when their eyes met, she turned to face him fully. She was wearing a violet dress today. And it wasn't just 'Scabs', it was getting to. She could see the bulge of another man's, who was sitting at the bar.

Shigaraki smirked as a realization hit him. "This is perfect! Go home already! I'm not paying for you to eat! We'll meet again and I'll have a plan together then."

The Kojima family invited her family and friends and their families, to their elegant home. Ms. Kobayashi and her daughter/s sat outside. Talking with Mr. Shimizu. As well as Gun head, and several other pros from the Kojima Agency and other agencies. 'Amaya's teacher was clearly just as proud as her mother was. Both, of them going on and on about how talented she was. 'Kin's quirk quickly got her dubbed "The Compassionate Hero". They all bombarded the 'sisters' with questions, advice, and offers. And of course, flattery.

Mr. Bando, Goro and his parents, his four older siblings, and two younger sisters. Plus, the three Rowdy Ruff Kids from the park were watching a movie and throwing pillows in the massive guest room. Including two other women, exclusively there to run errands for the children. "You really do have a lot of siblings…"

"That's right! I could never replace th-umph! Who threw that!? I'll get you!" Goro shot upright, chasing his youngest giggling sister round and round the room. His three older brothers and father flexing for all the ladies holding all the kids up, swinging on their arms.

Shuichi and his aunt were playing darts and card games with the other guests, security, and ladies. Exchanging jokes and stories. Sampled all kinds of treats and appetizers. And danced to all kinds of music.

Mr. and Mrs. Kojima were everywhere, conversing, and serving drinks, snacks. As well as entertainment, advice, or sealing new contracts for business. As the evening was coming to an end, the next day coming around. The hosts stood by the front door thanking and wishing everyone a safe trip home and a good night's rest. The last of the guests were Mr. Shimizu and Dr. Kojima, who both ended up stuck on the couch with the 'sisters' dozing off.

Shuichi's aunt and Ms. Kobayashi sat across the room. Shuichi himself was on the floor, snoring, leaning up against her chair. Mrs. Kojima joined the women with tea. "I know a beautiful bakery in downtown. It's owned by a young lady and her older brother. You should join me some afternoon."

While her husband poured coffee and started up a conversation with the other men. "Dr. Kojima, is my younger sibling."

"I'm a surgeon, my quirk enables me to slow time. Though surgery is still very time-consuming work."

"You're still so young… it seems success runs in the family."

The ladies from the guest room quietly snuck out to head home themselves. All the children, and their parents were completely dead asleep on a mountain of pillows and comforters.

Finally, the entire house was hushed. They had all slipped into their dreams right where they sat. Mr. Kojima with his head thrown back and mouth partly drooling. His wife and the other women were sprawled on the other couch under a comforter. Mr. Shimizu had rolled onto the floor, while Dr. Kojima, held tightly onto the young ladies. The sun was shining through the sky light in the hallway.

It was only for Mr. Shimizu in the beginning. But the light in Jun's eyes… he felt safe. As 'Amaya' I have the power for it. But that… was it just my contentment quirk? What I felt in that moment… it changes things…doesn't it? If I wasn't…

Oh, dear God… "Don't run into the road!"

CRASH!

She shot upright, wide awake. Everyone had in fact. "What was that!?"

A head poked out from the kitchen, "Sorry guys, my sisters and her new friends were hungry." It was Goro. Clinging to him were Anzu, and two other little girls.

Another head poked out, an older boy. Jun and Isamu laughing and shoving each other up on his shoulders. He looked a lot like Goro in the face. However, much taller and had the longest white hair, and… a horse tail. Braided with all kinds of beads, hair clips, and flowers. "And I'm the one who dropped the kettle. I'll clean the mess."

Mr. Kojima stood and stretched. "That's just fine, thank you. My darling," embracing his wife "let's help them prepare brunch."

"Shigaraki, that young lady you brought in here,"

"She's not my girlfriend Kuroguri!"

"No? Well, she was still such a beautiful girl. Is she the new addition to the team?"

"…Yeah…"

Kuroguri chuckled, "that's wonderful."

"Shut up! …Kuroguri?"

"Yes?"

"…She was wearing a dress…"

"Yes, she was. A very expensive dress."

Shigaraki fell silent again. Fiddling with his hoodie, his face was hot. He didn't understand it. He didn't like it. "Why… did she wear a dress?"

"Well, I can't say I know the answer to that. But it could be, that she likes you."

"There must be some other reason! She's only ever looked at me with either an annoyed… or disgusted expression…"

"You could ask her out officially."

"NO!"
