She can be complicated to understand, but she doesn't mind it all too much. She can experience two lives at once. At birth her soul was split into two bodies, an accident caused by her Mother's quirk. It can still be hard at times. She has two bodies, two different quirks, but isn't she's still the same? She's thrown into a quest to better understand herself, and what is right.

My inspiration for the characters. (MHA)

At first Amaya was going to be a gang member. For a student, teacher ship with Aizawa. While Kin was an entirely separate character for the slow outline for an oc x overhaul fic.

(If anyone is interested in those let me know and I'll write short fics on those.)

I don't know where along the line I decided to combine the two. However, I do remember noticing how few Twice fics and wanted to come up with someone who could understand him. But I personally hate the everyday route of 'split personality chicks'. It gets annoying and repetitive. As well as difficult to balance. Everything from there just started falling into place and gave me whole new idea.

Amaya and Kin are such contrast that one side of her trying to be alike to her other half is impossible. She is raised and treated like two different people by everyone except her mother. And I didn't change their quirk ideas. So, when these powers manifest it drives her further apart with herself. This fanfic now doesn't have a solid ship. But I love the plot myself and I'm not sure where it will really go either.

Goro also had his own fic. Meant to be just a comedy character. He was pretty flat in personality. But when I stuck him into this fic and thought it over. I found it added more situations and possible routes. So, although he's been put in the background as more a plot booster. He has a much more rounded personality with hidden traits. Which show themselves in important situations.

Shuichi was created later for balance. He ended up being even more vital than Goro. Both Kin and Goro are bright and fun loving. Goro more on the impulsive side and Kin is nice to everyone. Shuichi is actually more reserved but is just as outgoing with encouragement. More patient and responsible. His basic job is to keep Goro back from interrupting the growth of the main character. However, he has just as many defining traits.

So, the Bando family. It started with just Anzu. I'm sure you noticed she's basically a mix of Ochako and Bakugo. I wanted my characters to stay pretty knit with the characters already in the series and manga. So, I started playing around with the personalities and my own ideas. As any fanfiction-er does.

However, Anzu isn't much of any hassle on her own. So, she needed someone a lot like her to spar with. Isumu is like Bakugo with... Hawks thrown in, I guess. Anzu and Isamu around each other is always a rivalry. On their own, Anzu is cheerful and well-mannered. While Isumu is cocky but likes to please. Their father is typically a very flat character. Rarely will be mentioned. Single with two kids. I wasn't really thinking anything while making him. I just knew Isamu and Anzu would wear the poor man out.

I'm sure that you could all see Amajiki in Jun Kojima. He has a basic quirk. That will become more impressive throughout the growth in the story. But he's meant to be shy and naturally talented. The three children get the cute little club name the "rowdy ruff kids" in this fanfic. That's how I'll be referring to them throughout most of this.
