A/N: And since I didn't say anything in the previous chapter, this story takes place before the Season 3 finally. So yes, this takes place when Chloe is still a character that is greatly likeable. But for the sake of keeping it real, there will be a few mean Chloe moments.

Chapter One: Trouble in Paris
Two Years later…
It was a sunny day over the city of Paris and while the city is relatively calm most of the time, today was a big exception. There were a few screams as a large flock of dark black pigeons flew overhead. All about the city, cars had smashed into each other and cracked windows in just about every building. People in the streets were running as a cluster of pigeons with a man in a pigeon like suit flew by. The man raised his arms in glee and shouted, "Rejoice my feathered friends! All of Paris will soon be ours!"
A butterfly shaped outline suddenly appeared before the man's face and he heard a familiar voice say, "Don't fail me this time, Mr. Pigeon. For I've already akumatized you up to forty-nine times already and you have still yet to prove to me that you are capable of getting me Ladybug and Cat Noirs Miraculous."
"Oh, don't worry, Hawk Moth." Mr. Pigeon waved off. His grin didn't falter when he said, "For I have the perfect plan for acquiring your precious magic jewels."

In his secret lair where he could keep himself hidden from all eyes, a man in a grey mask and purple suit stood before a large window. He didn't seem to confident in his most recurring villain's plan. But he did know that he had to try and see it through and conceded, "Fine. Just bring me their Miraculous."
Hawk Moth sighed as he continued to stare out the window.

Back on the streets of Paris, Mr. Pigeon and his giant flock of black pigeons were gathered over City Hall. The villain's confident grin didn't falter when he called out, "Ladybug! Cat Noir! If you wish to save the mayor and all the people inside from getting crushed from a bombardment of pigeons, then you'll have no choice but come forth and give me your Miraculous!"
Speaking of the ones in question, a young lady with ponytails and a red suit with black spots and a young man with a black cat suit complete with ears and a tail-like belt, were running across the roof towards City Hall. They stopped on a building across the street and kept hidden to avoid being spotted by the villain. They gasped when they saw that the pigeons were in position to strike. Cat Noir looked to his partner and asked, "So what's the plan, Bugaboo?"
"First off, don't call me that." Ladybug said with a slightly annoyed look. She glanced at the situation and said, "And second, even if Mr. Pigeon's easy to defeat most of the time we need to protect those people."
"And how will we do that?" The holder of the Black Cat Miraculous asked. Ladybug smirked before throwing her magic yo-yo in the air and calling her, "Lucky Charm!"
The yo-yo spun a little before the magic ladybugs produced a record. This confused them both when Ladybug asked, "A record?"
"I'm not that great at being a DJ." Cat Noir shook his head. Ladybug suddenly got an idea and said, "But we do know of someone who knows a great tune."
"Okay, you go find him and I'll go keep Pigeon Man busy." Cat Noir said and readied his staff. Ladybug smiled before preparing to throw her yo-yo, "Thanks, Kitty. I won't be gone for long."
She threw the yo-yo before zipping off to find the Guardian of the Miraculous. When she was gone, Cat Noir jumped onto the edge of the building, waved his arms up and down and shouted, "Yoo-hoo, Mr. Pigeon!"
The villain looked to Cat Noir and his smirk came back, "Ah, Cat Noir! So nice of you to join the party!
"Attack, my pigeons!" He commanded and pointed to the superhero. A flock of pigeons came flying his way and Cat Noir quickly jumped out of the way.

While Cat Noir was keeping the bad guy distracted, Ladybug found herself by a music store. She jumped down to the street before looking to make sure that she wasn't followed. When she believed herself to be alone, she said a command, "Tikki, Spots Off!"
A flash of pink light and the red and black suit vanished to reveal a young girl wearing a dark gray blazer with rolled up sleeves, a white T-shirt underneath it, pink rolled up jeans and light pink ballet flats. On her ears she was wearing a pair of black earrings and a necklace that looked like half of the yin and yang symbol. She was now in her civilian identity, Marinette Dupen-Cheng. Marinette ran over to the store and opened it. It was a music store that sold cassette tapes, records and CDs. Marinette called out, "Hello?"
"Yes, how may I help you?" An older voice came from behind the counter. She looked to see an older Chinese man wearing a shirt with the store's logo on it. And on his wrist he was wearing a green bracelet. He recognized her and asked, "Marinette?"
"Oh, I'm so glad that I found you, sir." Marinette nodded in gratitude. Then she said, "A very good friend of mine directed me to your store. And I sure am lucky to have listened and came here. It worked like a charm."
"Ah." Master Fu nodded when he understood. He gestured for her to follow after him. They both made haste to the back room and he said, "I can tell that you may need some help making a proper selection."
They walked into the back room and Master Fu checked to make sure no one was watching. When he was sure that he was in the clear, he closed the door behind him. He walked over to a table where a record player was sitting and pressed on the dragon's eyes. They glowed red and a compartment opened to reveal nine buttons. Master Fu put in the code and the top of the record player opened up. A short series of panels opened up before a box was raised from the inside with a spin. Taking the box from the record player, he set it on a table. Opening it he said, "Marinette Dupen-Cheng, pick a Miraculous to allow an ally to fight along side you. But you must be careful. Such powers are meant to be used for the greater good."
A pendant shaped like a foxes tail, a comb in the shape of a bee sat in the middle while the other slots were empty. And on the sides of the box, twelve slots opened up. Marinette looked about all the Miraculous before an idea came to her. She took both the Fox and the Bee Miraculous from the box before asking, "May I borrow Wayzz for a bit, Master."
"Mm." Master Fu nodded before removing the bracelet on his arm. When she had all that she needed, she bowed her head and said, "Thank you, Master Fu. I'll be sure to return them to you as soon as I can."
"I know you will." Master Fu nodded, having full confidence in his protégé. With that said, he led her back out of the room. When she was in the clear, Marinette quickly rushed out of the store and back to the alley. Making sure that no one is watching, she opened her purse. A red creature came flying out and said, "Do you have a plan, Marinette?"
"I sure do, Tikki." Marinette nodded as it was already formulated in her head. Then she asked, "You ready?"
"Mm-hmm." Tikki nodded before looking determined. Marinette brushed her braid back and said, "Tikki, Spots On!"
Tikki suddenly flew into the right earring and the black jewel turned into that of a ladybug. The five black spots shimmered as the transformation began. Marinette brought her hands before her eyes before moving them just as a ladybug themed mask appeared on her face. Then throwing her arms out, a ladybug themed spandex suit appeared over her arms before it spread over the rest of her body. A ladybug themed yo-yo appeared on her side as the string wrapped around her waist. When the costume completely materialized on her body, Ladybug then struck her usual heroic pose. She had what she needed and removed her yo-yo. Throwing it forward, she was pulled away when it had wrapped around something.

Ladybug had returned the battle just in time. She saw that Cat Noir was doing his best to evade the incoming pigeons. Looking to City Hall she saw that there were still pigeons hovering over it. Turning her head back to Cat Noir she called out, "Cat Noir, over here!"
The feline themed super hero looked over to her and seemed glad that she was back. He gasped when another small flock of pigeons came his way and jumped to avoid being feathered. He landed on another roof and Ladybug quickly ran to join him. They met together behind a chimney. When it seemed that they had a breather, Cat Noir then asked, "Did you come up with a solution, Milady?"
"I sure did." Ladybug nodded before handing him the Bee Miraculous. Cat Noir was a little surprised by this and asked, "You're going to have Queen Bee involved."
"It seemed like a good idea to me." Ladybug shrugged, still feeling confident about the plan. Cat Noir smiled and said, "Anyone else joining our little bird watching group?"
"Just a couple other friends too." Ladybug said before zipping off to get the other two. Cat Noir only chuckled before rushing off himself.

In his lair, Hawk Moth knew that something was up when he could see what Mr. Pigeon was seeing. He ordered, "Follow after them. They must be going to recruit more allies to join them. And that means more Miraculous that could stand in your way or to grab."
"As you wish, Hawk Moth." Mr. Pigeon acknowledged. The link cut off for the time being as Hawk Moth waited.

Cat Noir had managed to ditch the pigeons following after him and reached a large hotel building with a girl with a blonde ponytail, yellow jacket over a yellow and black striped shirt and white pants standing on the edge. Chloe Bourgeois. She gasped in delight to see Cat Noir coming to her. When he landed on the roof, Chloe said, "I'm ready for my Miraculous."
"You're ready for what?" Cat Noir playfully said while holding his hand to his cat ear. Chloe's smile dropped at this and asked, "Really, this again?
"But fine." Chloe sighed before saying differently this time and held out her hand, "Cat Noir, could you please give me my Miraculous?"
"Of course." Cat Noir nodded and placed the box with the Bee Miraculous in her hand. A smile once again forming on her face, Chloe took the box and took out the comb before placing it in her hair and a golden light came from it. The ball of light faded to reveal a creature that somewhat resembled that of a bee. The Kwami opened her eyes and happily said, "Happy to be by your side again, my Queen."
"Let's get started, Pollen." Chloe said and a confident grin grew on her face. With wave of her arm she said the phrase, "Pollen, Buzz On!"
Pollen disappeared in a golden light before flying to the comb. She disappeared into the Bee Miraculous and the magic jewel became fully charged. Chloe flicked her hair and it seemed to straighten her ponytail out a little as a black stripe appeared through her hair. With a step of her foot, a yellow spandex suit appeared on her body and a mask appeared over her eyes. With a wave of her right hand, black markings appeared over the suit. A yellow and black striped top appeared on her side. She finished the transformation by striking a pose.
"Well, if you're ready to go." Cat Noir said. Queen Bee nodded before removing the stringed top and whisking away with Cat Noir right behind her.

Like Cat Noir, Ladybug was able to evade her pursuers before coming upon one of the parks in Paris and found who she was looking for. Sitting under a tree for cover a young couple kept a look out for any dark pigeons. One of them was a girl with wavy reddish-brown ombre hair, black horned-rimmed glasses, a short-sleeved plaid shirt over a white tank top, blue jeans and white shoes. The other was a boy with short dark brown hair, a plain red cap, black-rimmed glasses, a pair of headphones around his neck, an azure T-shirt with an eye design, blue jeans and white shoes.
Ladybug jumped down from her spot and landed before the two. The boy was surprised to see her, "Ladybug?"
"What's going on?" The girl asked. Looking between them, Ladybug said, "Alya, Nino, I need your help."
She presented two little boxes to them. Alya and Nino took a box and opened them. They took out the necklace and the bracelet respectively. Ladybug then asked with a grin, "Ready to get your hero on?"
"You know it, Ladybug." Alya said and both she and Nino put their Miraculous on. Two spheres, one of orange and another green, flew from the Miraculous. They flew before the teens before revealing two Kwamis. One looked like a fox while the other a turtle. Wasting no time, Alya said, "Trixx, Let's Pounce."
"Wayzz, Shell On!" Nino followed while swiping his hand across the bill of his cap.
Both Kwamis were sucked into the magic jewels and the transformations started. Alya brought her hands over her eyes and then moved them back, a fox themed mask appeared. She raised her right hand and magical cloth came over her person and ended at her feet. Then with a wave of her hands over her head and two fox ears appeared. Then with another flick of her wrists behind her this time, a tail-like extension appeared and flowed for a moment. Rena Rouge finished up with a dance step before pulling a superhero pose. Nino extended both arms and the magic material started to appear on his body. When he was covered from head to toe, Nino dropped down onto his back and started to spin. He spun so fast just as a turtle shell appeared on his back. Jumping onto his feet, Nino finished up the transformation by pulling a hood over his head. Nino, now the superhero Carapace, struck a heroic pose.
"Alright. Let's get going." Ladybug said and the three rushed off back to deal with Mr. Pigeon.

All five heroes reconvened at City Hall. Rena Rouge looked to Ladybug and asked, "Okay, so what's the plan?"
"We need to get the pigeons away from City Hall and Mr. Pigeon." Ladybug explained as there were a good number of them crowding around City Hall. She then told them her plan, "First, we have Carapace protect City Hall, then we have Rena Rouge create copies of me and Cat Noir to lead a good number of the pigeons away.
"The real Cat Noir will temporarily trap the pigeons somewhere to give Queen Bee time to immobilize Mr. Pigeon." She said while looking to holder of the Bee Miraculous. Queen Bee nodded to the plan. Ladybug finished up by saying, "Then with the pigeons in disarray without him, I'll take his bird call. Thus, winning the battle."
"That's a pretty good plan." Carapace nodded to the idea. They were all surprised when they heard Mr. Pigeon shout, "Ladybug and Cat Noir! If you don't come out and surrender now, I'll destroy City Hall."
They all looked to see the flock of black pigeons about come down on the building. Ladybug looked to the others, "We need to act fast."
"How exactly is he going to destroy City Hall with a bunch of pigeons?" Queen Bee questioned, but remembered to keep it down. Cat Noir shrugged, "Hey, a man desperate to save his pigeons will do what he can to protect them."
"It's still quite lame, utterly lame." She said one of her trademark phrases. It made the other four roll their eyes at this. They gasped to see the pigeons come down on the building. Looking to the green colored superhero Ladybug said, "Carapace, now!"
"Shelter!" Carapace shouted and held his shield to City Hall. A large green dome covered the building just before the pigeons could smash into it. Mr. Pigeon was surprised by this and the outline appeared once again on his face and he heard Hawk Moth say, "Ladybug's brought multiple heroes into this fight. Defeat them and bring me them all, especially Ladybug and Cat Noir's."
"As you wish, Hawk Moth." Mr. Pigeon said and directed his pigeons, "Keep an eye out for the nasty Ladybug and Cat Noir my pigeons."
The birds cooed as they complied with their masters orders. Seeing that they had been found out, Ladybug looked to Cat Noir and said, "Okay, Cat. Go and get in position."
"At your command, Milady." Cat Noir said before rushing off. Looking to Rena Rouge she said, "Cat Noir will give us a signal when he's ready."
"Hopefully he doesn't take too long." Queen Bee commented. It wasn't long when Ladybug got a message from Cat Noir. She read it and said, "He's found a space in the subway tunnel. You're on Rena."
"Got it." Rena Rouge said before removing the flute from her back. She blew into it and an orange sphere of light appeared at the end. She threw it forward and said, "Mirage!"
An illusion of Lady Bug and Cat Noir appeared in the middle of the four. Queen Bee snickered, "If we weren't fighting a super villain, I'd totally mess with you."
That just made Rena look to her with a glare. Then she made the illusions jump out into the open before using her flute to speak through them. The fake Ladybug said, "Okay, Mr. Pigeon, we're here!"
"Yeah, have your pigeons try to come and get us." The fake Cat Noir taunted. Mr. Pigeon growled before throwing his hand forward and commanded, "Get them, my feathered friends!"
A large number of the flock flew right at the illusions. 'Ladybug' and 'Cat Noir' quickly rushed off while the real Ladybug and her friends stayed out of sight as the flock flew overhead. When both the illusions and the pigeons were gone, Ladybug peeked over the roof and saw that the only pigeons left were those keeping Mr. Pigeon up in the air. Looking to Carapace she said, "Okay, City Hall should be good."
"Right." He nodded. Then looking to the still protected building he said, "Shell Off!"
The green dome disappeared and Ladybug quickly said, "Rena, until Cat Noir's trapped the pigeons, keep an eye on the illusions. The three of us will keep Mr. Pigeon occupied."
"Right." Rena nodded to her task. With a motion of her head, Ladybug said to the other two, "Let's go."
"Right." Carapace and Queen Bee nod before the three jumped into view.

Down in the subway tunnels, Cat Noir was waiting patiently to do his part of the plan. The sound of flapping wings came to his cat ears and he readied himself. He saw the illusions of himself and Ladybug running down the tunnel. He waited as the fake Ladybug and Cat Noir ran into the opened space. The flock of pigeons soon followed after and Cat Noir raised his right hand. He shouted the command, "Cataclysm!"
Destructive energy flowed over his hand and he jumped to the ceiling. With a light touch of his palm, cracks appeared before large debris came falling down and blocking the exit for them. When he was sure that they couldn't get out, Cat Noir contacted Rena Rouge. When he got an answer, he said, "Okay, Rena. The plan worked. Pigeons are trapped and will be released as soon as Mr. Ramier is back to normal."
Inside the room, the illusions of Ladybug and Cat Noir disappeared from existence. Outside the trap, Cat Noir took off running to rejoin the battle.

Back at City Hall, Mr. Pigeon was currently evading Ladybug's yo-yo, Queen Bee's top and Carapace's shield with the pigeon's under him. But when his little flock flew to close to where she was hiding, Rena Rouge came out with a kick to his back. Mr. Pigeon screamed as he was sent falling to the ground. Luckily for him, his pigeons managed to catch him. Looking up to the four heroes he taunted, "I don't know exactly how you managed to evade my pigeons, Ladybug, but I'll soon win this battle yet."
"Not likely." Ladybug said before throwing her yo-yo up into the air again and calling on another, "Lucky Charm!"
A new object appeared, this time it was a box that would hold bread but red with black spots. This confused everyone, especially Mr. Pigeon when he asked, "A bread box."
But it would seem to be his undoing at the sound of the word bread to his pigeons. They all cooed before flying out from underneath him. Mr. Pigeon once again screamed as he fell to the ground, but was luckily saved at the last minute when Cat Noir's staff appeared directly under him. The super villain looked to see a smiling cat themed super hero looking to him. Becoming angry he questioned, "What have you done to my beloved pigeons?"
"I'd be more worried about you!" Queen Bee shouted as she jumped towards him. Holding out her right hand she called upon her power, "Venom!"
A magical bee's stinger appeared over her hand and when she landed, she got Mr. Pigeon in the back. The man cried out before he was paralyzed by the power. Grabbing the bird call, obviously where the akuma, a black butterfly that turns someone into a super villain, Queen Bee broke it for the only one who could deal with it, "You're up, Ladybug."
"Thanks, Queen Bee." Ladybug smiled as she raised her yo-yo. The black butterfly emerged from the pieces of the broken bird call. Tracing her finger upwards on the surface, she opened it up, "No more evil doings for you, little akuma."
Like a pitcher for baseball she raised a leg as she spun the yo-yo around and proudly declared, "Time to de-evilize!"
Ladybug threw her yo-yo forward and it caught the butterfly before closing. When she pulled her weapon back, she caught it, "Gotcha!"
Knowing that it had been purified, Ladybug opened her yo-yo back up and a white butterfly came flying out. She waved to it as it flew away, "Bye-bye little butterfly."
Grabbing the bread box with her free hand, Ladybug threw it in the air for one last part to clean up the mess, "Miraculous Ladybug!"
The box turned into magical ladybugs before spreading out through the city and cleaning up the damage caused by Mr. Pigeon. Speaking of Mr. Pigeon a purplish mist appeared over the super villain before reverting him back to Mr. Ramier. When it was done, all five super heroes stood in a circle before bumping their fists together, "Pound it."

In his secret lair, Hawk Moth was seething with rage at the loss of the villain. He angrily said, "Ladybug. Cat Noir. Mr. Pigeon may have failed yet again, but one day, there'll be something or someone who will give you a run for your money. And then your Miraculous will be mine."
The window to his lair closed up and Haw Moth turned away. With a sigh he said, "Nooroo, Dark Wings Fall."
The appearance of Hawk Moth vanished to reveal a man wearing a white dress shirt underneath a gray vest along with a red-and-white striped tie. He was also wearing red dress pants and white shoes. He wore a pair of black-framed silver glasses upon his face and a silver band ring on his left hand. The purple Kwami floated next to him and asked, "Master?"
"Not now, Nooroo." The man, now Gabriel Agreste, said before walking over to a panel. It lowered him out of the lair.

After gathering all the Miraculous back, Marinette returned to the record store. Master Fu once again led her to the back room before once again removing the Miracle Box from the record player. After placing the Bee and Fox Miraculous back in and the Turtle Miraculous on his wrist, Master Fu congratulated her, "Well done, Marinette. Once again, you, Cat Noir and your friends have successfully avoided disaster."
"Thank you, Master Fu." Marinette graciously bowed in respect. She chuckled when she said, "Luckily school had let out right when Mr. Ramier had become Mr. Pigeon again."
"Well, you might want to hurry home then." Master Fu advised her. He gave her a light smile when he pointed out, "You don't want to keep your parents waiting."
"Fair point." Marinette nodded in agreement and they walked back out together. When they came out of the back room, Marinette rushed out of the store and waved, "Good-bye, sir. I'll have to come back."
"Ha, ha." Master Ful lightly laughed and waved back to her.

At the Parisian airport, a private jet was starting to land. When it had touched down and come to a stop, a small flight of stairs were pushed up to the jet. As soon as the steps were in place, the door opened to reveal a man of India in a grey business suit. He took in a deep breath of air before saying with a smile, "Ah, Paris."
He started walking down the steps to get started on what needed to be done.

Author's Note: I think I'll end the chapter here. The next chapter, we learn a little more about this visitor to the city of Ladybug and Cat Noir. I do apologize that we didn't see the akumatization process, but to be fair we've seen it before and I'm basically on a schedule. I look forward to reading your reviews.
