Epilogue: Good-Bye Jurassic World

The fires still burned as she ran through the destroyed buildings. Marinette came running down Main Street and saw everyone turning to leave. She raised a hand and shouted, "Alya! Guys! Over here!"

"Marinette?" Alya said and turned. She became happy when she saw her best friend and went to running, "Marinette!"

The two best friends came running up to each other and hugged it out. When they stopped, Alya asked, "Where have you been, girl?"

"I kind of got a little turned around with the evacuation." Marinette sheepishly said. She held Alya close to her and said, "I'm just so glad that you guys are all safe."

"Same here, Marinette." Alya said as she held her best friend close again. Nino and the others were about to join them when he heard Adrien shout, "Hey, guys! Over here!"

"Adrien?" Nino asked and looked to his friend coming down the path. Nino ran up to him and the two shared a hug as well. Nino then asked him, "Where have you been, my dude."

"Sorry, I couldn't exactly get away from the crowds as they were evacuating." Adrien said while rubbing the back of his neck. Zach came up and asked, "Uh, how did you miss the T-Rex."

"Huh?" Adrien asked as he didn't really understand the question. Zach pointed the way Adrien came and said, "That was the direction that the T-Rex had gone."

"Yeah, how did you get past her?" Claire asked in confusion. Owen then guessed, "He must have been standing very still or something."

"But isn't that just a myth?" Gray asked in confusion. Chloe waved off and said, "Who cares?" She rushed up and hugged Adrien, "As long as my Adrikins is all right, that's fine by me."

"Okay." The brothers said as they looked to each other. Marinette and Alya rejoined them and the former said, "Looks like we're all back together again."

"Too bad about the park." Alya said as she looked about the ruins. Claire looked down and said, "It's going to be chapter Eleven when the sun comes up." Her lip trembled when she said, "And I could have prevented all of this."

"Not all of this." Gray disagreed with her. She looked to her nephews and Zach said, "Gray's right. You couldn't have planned for Hawk Moth's attack. That and that hybrid escaping wasn't entirely your fault."

"But I could done better by her." Claire shook her head. She turned to Owen and said, "I should have done better for all of them."

Owen knew what she was talking about and glanced down. Marinette then suggested, "Well, maybe you can start now."

"What do you mean, Ms-" Claire started, but hadn't met this girl yet. Marinette smiled when she introduced herself, "Marinette Dupan-Cheng."

"Dupan?" Claire asked, thinking that she had heard that name before. Marinette then said, "That's my dad's name. He owns the best bakery in Paris."

"Oh, yeah." Claire nodded. She got back on track when she asked, 'But what do you mean by doing better by them now?"

"Well, since the park's liable to be shut down…" Marinette started the question. She became a little worried when she asked, "What will happen to all the dinosaurs?"

"The island may return back to what it was before Masrani took over." Claire shrugged. But then she said, "But my worst fears are that some kind of action will be taken against the island."

"Then you could work to keep the dinosaurs safe." Alya spoke up. She looked enthusiastic about it and said, "And I could help out with my blogs."

"We can build awareness for the continuing existence for them." Nino put in. Chloe shrugged when she said, "Not sure how that really helps in the long run." But she seemed to change her mood when she said, "But I suppose that I could talk to my father about something."

"Well, for now, how about we go and join the others." Owen suggested with a slight grin. No one seemed to object to this as they started walking to join with the others.

In the Control Room, Lowery had witnessed just about everything that had gone down when Claire had asked him to open Paddock Nine. He had seen some pretty awesome stuff go down, but he knew that it was time to go. He adjusted one of the little dinosaur figurines on his work space and seemed a little satisfied with it. Lowery sighed before he pressed a few buttons and the lights of the Control Room went out. He could still see well enough to head to the elevator one last time.

The sun was starting to rise as the ferries came into port. Thankfully, they were big enough to hold a few hundred people each, so not so many trips would need to be made. On one of the boats, the group that had been dealing with the Indominus the longest stood at the bow of the boat. Zach looked to the French Students and said, "So, after we get picked up by our parents, then I guess this is it for us, huh?"

"Well, if you were to ever come to Paris…" Alya started with a small laugh. She pointed to him and said, "Then there'd be no terrifying dinosaurs chasing after you."

"We'll keep that in mind." Zach laughed. Gray grinned when he said, "Who knows, we might actually end up running into each other again someday."

"One can only hope, little dude." Nino said when tipped his cap. Everyone started to laugh with each other.

The ferry that had come to collect everyone, and had brought everyone to a harbor in Costa Rica. People were inside of a rescue building being tended to or being reunited with loved ones. There was scattered chatter about as everyone went about to help someone. Marinette, Alya, Rose, Juleka, Mylene and Rose all worked to give people some water while the guys were all helping with the medical issues. Barry was helping to direct people. Zach and Gray's, Marinette's, Alya's, Chloe's and a few other parents had shone up. Marinette happened to see her parents walking through and set everything she had down and ran over to them. Everyone else but Adrien and Lila followed after them. While Lila was standing near one of the doors, Adrien and his father stood a little further from the crowd. Adrien had met up with his father when the ferry had arrived. Adrien was even touched that his father had been worried about him when Gabriel had embraced his son.

Karen saw her sister and began crying a little when she saw them. Claire happened to notice Zach and Gray's parents walking through the crowd. She nudged her nephews, "Oh, my gosh. It's your parents. It's your parents."

"Come on, come on." She ushered when she stood up. Zach and Gray stood up and rushed over to their parents who did the same. Karen and Scott embraced their sons. Karen held herself together as best as she could when she asked, "Are you guys, okay."

Gray nodded to her and Karen held her youngest close to her. She looked to her sister who seemed to be breaking down. Karen let go of Gray and walked over to her sister. Both sisters started to cry as Karen hugged Claire and the former said, "I'm so sorry. I'm so sorry."

"It's okay." Karen said to calm her sister. When Claire seemed to calm down enough, Karen went back to her sons and husband.

On another side of the hanger, Zara and Adrien's Bodyguard stood. The two were facing each other and seemed to be lost in each other's eyes. Zara smiled at him and said, "I want to thank you for helping me today."

Adrien's Bodyguard seemed to blush and waved it off with a few grunts. Zara took the giant's hand and said, "It really means a lot to me.

"I don't suppose that there's someone waiting for you back in Paris?" She asked with a hopeful look. The Gorilla shook his head and smiled back at her. Zara leaned up and planted a kiss on his cheek and he blushed again. She smiled when she backed up and promised, "I'll look you up when I come around."

The Gorilla grunted as if saying that he would like that.

Claire looked over to where Owen was and saw that he was helping someone. When he was finished he turned and found himself staring back at her. The two walked towards each other and met in the middle walk way. They didn't say anything for a moment and Claire broke the silence when she asked, "So, what do we do now?"

"Probably stick together." Owen suggested. He grinned when he added, "For survival."

Claire smiled back at him and the two could only enjoy each other's company. From where she was standing, Marinette watched a lot of touching scenes. Her smile fell when she started walking out of the building. Adrien happened to notice this and silently followed after her. Gabriel watched his son walk away, but didn't say anything to top him. Owen and Claire happened to notice the two teens walking out of the main door and followed after them.

All four walked to the edge of the peer and stood looking out over the ocean. Owen stood on Adrien's right while Claire stood on Marinette's left. They were all thinking about the one place that they may never get to go back to. Marinette looked to Owen and asked, "You think that they'll be okay?"

"I'm pretty sure they will, Marinette." Adrien nodded to alleviate her fears. Claire looked to the boy and asked, "How do you know?"

"Because-" Adrien started and looked to Owen. Everyone seemed to be getting the same idea and they all said at the same time, "Life finds a way."

They all smiled when they thought about the dinosaurs on the island of Isla Nublar.

Far across the sea, on the island of Isla Nublar, things were starting to calm down a little again. In the old Visitors Center of the old Jurassic Park, Blue, Echo, Delta and Charlie all came into the lobby of the trashed building. The four chirped to each other before letting out shrill shrieks into the air.

A little ways to the south of the old park, the day seemed to just be getting started for another resident of the island. Rexy, who had rested well since the battle, walked through the forest. Her footsteps thudded against the ground and even more so when she came onto the now abandoned Control Room of Jurassic World. Though her wounds from the battle had healed even with the Miraculous Ladybugs, a few scars were still visible on her body. When she stopped in the middle helipad, Rexy looked about her kingdom and let out a roar.

Author's Note: And with that, Miraculous Jurassic World is finished. Well, mostly finished. There's just a little bit left to the story. I do have a sequel in mind, but first I have both see the new movie and season before I get started. I once again thank you all for coming along on this ride with me.
