Brother Fun Time, a rugrats/all grown up! fanfic

During a summer afternoon at the Pickles residence, Tommy and Dil were together once again in the playpen after Dil had his nice afternoon nap in Tommy's room. Both boys were wearing just their shirts and diapers.

Tommy started by calmly resting his little brother on his rester. "Here you go Dilly. Nice and calm, just how you like it." Tommy said, as his hand reached for and touched the small soft bump on Dil's tummy, which was his outer bellybutton. (giggles) "You like it when either me or one of friends touch your bellybutton, don't you? Yep. It's so relaxing."

Just then, Angelica, Tommy and Dil's cousin, walked to the playpen wearing different clothes.

(clears throat)

"Angelica? Pickles, why is it that you like touching your little brother's bellybutton so much? Because I love him so much. If he needs that touch, he's got it. It was bad from the start, but then we made up to each other. Okay then. I'll just leave you two cute brothers alone and let you have fun." Angelica said as she slowly walked away.

"Those two boys are sweet angels. I'll have to do something that will make my favorite cousin Tommy leave his baby brother's bellybutton alone. That's because he's spending more time with him than with me. I got it! I remember I have that potion with me. This mean red potion will have static electricity around things and will give those a electrical shock once they touch it after 3 hours. I'll just put it in this bottle of lotion."

After finding the solution and putting it in a container of lotion, Angelica would wait until nighttime. When it was finally nighttime, Angelica sneaked into Tommy's room and went to Dil's crib, where Dil was already sleeping like a baby. "Hi there, Dil. You mind if I put some of this lotion on your tummy? Nope. Go ahead. Just a little lotion on your outer bellybutton and it will be very soft. Yep. Very soft, just like you said." After Angelica left the room, Dil then went back to sleep. "Night-night." he said quietly.

The next morning, Tommy and Dil woke up well-rested with smiles on their faces. "Good morning, Dilly. I know what you're going to do. I'm ready for you, big brother. Okay, Dilly. Here we go." Suddenly, some electricity came out of nowhere and shocked Tommy's finger. "Ouch. Whoa. Why did it do that? Don't know." Dil replied confusingly. "Maybe the lotion Angelica put on my tummy wasn't effective enough."

Later, Tommy went back to his room to find his cousin Angelica in the room, but she was still dressed differently and was not wearing her polkadot tights. "Hi, cousin Tommy. Angelica? Is that you? Yep. Then why are you dressed like that, and where are your blue tights with the green polkadots? I just want to become a cutie just like you. Ooh, now that is another bellybutton. It's sticking out just like my brother's. Yeah, cousin Tommy, but bigger like on a newborn baby."

Tommy, with another happy glance at Angelica, liked how big his cousin's outer bellybutton was, so he would do nothing but touching it, like he always did with Dil. "Yeah, Tommy. Oh, Tommy. Come here, Tommy." Because Angelica liked what Tommy was doing for her, she and Tommy held hands and the two went to the right side of Tommy's bed. "Now I may be your cousin, but during this moment, I'll be like your baby girl because you're making me look so cute."

Liking what he saw, Dil decided to join in the moment Tommy and Angelica were having, so he got off his rester and walked over to Tommy. It's surprising that Dil is already walking and talking, and he's not even 13 months old.

"Here you go, cousin Tommy. Your baby brother is here. Okay, here we go." Then, another speck of electricity came out of nowhere and shocked Tommy's finger again. "Ouch. Oh, man. It did it again. Then maybe you should wait for some until that static electricity goes away. Maybe I forgot to add a dryer sheet to Dil's clothes while drying them." Angelica lied.

(hushed) "I did it. I made that mean red static potion to make Tommy leave his brother's tummy alone, and it worked. Wait. What did you say, Angelica?" Tommy asked shockingly. "Huh? No, Tommy. It's not what you think..." But Tommy interrupted Angelica before she could finish her sentence. "Save it, Angelica! You lied to me. You just said you didn't put a dryer sheet. You actually created some electric liquid that made me leave my baby brother's outer bellybutton alone. Why would you do that?" Tommy retorted. "I just wanted you to spend more time with both your brother and me. I'm sorry."

"You should be, little angel." Didi said, walking in Tommy's room and to Angelica after hearing what her one and a half-year-old son said to her. "Angelica, sweetie. Why would you do something like that? Because Tommy is so obsessed with playing with his baby brother, and I want him to play with me, too. Sweetheart, Tommy loves his baby brother so much, and he'll play with you on his own time. I'm sorry, but you'll have to come with me to the kitchen. You're not in trouble; we'll just have a little talk. You look very cute, though."

"Sometimes, our cousin can be up to no good." Dil said shockingly. "I know, right? I can't believe she lied to us like that. Anyways, I still love you as your big brother, and I always will." Tommy said with encouragement.

After her small talk with Angelica, Didi would walk back to the little boys in Tommy's room. "Okay, let's reverse this mistake by giving you a bath, Dylan Prescott."

Didi picked Dil up from his rester and the two headed to the bathroom. There, Didi prepared the warm water and took off Dil's clothes before putting him in the bathtub. Dil relaxed as he put the warm water all over his body all by himself, wanting to stay clean.

"Tommy, honey. I'm so sorry your cousin Angelica had to do something like that to your little brother. So, for that, I'll let you sleep every night with Dil in only your diapers. He'll also be in only his diaper after his warm soothing bath." Didi said.

Didi walked back to the bathroom to pick up her little boy from the bathtub and get him dried up, where after she pulled the tub's plug, letting all the water go down the drain. The two headed to Tommy's room where Didi placed the naked Dil next to Tommy and unwrapped him from the towel, like parents unwrapping a newborn baby after arriving home with it. Didi then powdered his bottom to keep him dry before wrapping him in a fresh diaper. "Goodnight and sweet dreams, my sweet little boys." she said sweetly as she blew a kiss to her boys prior to leaving the room.

With Dil wearing nothing except for his diaper, he would now be acting as cute and sweet as the day he was born, which caught Tommy's attention. "Aw, Dilly. It's gonna be alright. I'm here for you, my sweet baby brother." Tommy whispered sweetly. After Tommy got the blanket on his and Dil's bodies, the two cute brothers cutely cuddled each other and fell asleep like babies in each other's arms.
