I went back and forth whether to do this or not, originally I'd planned on writing this linked to 'The Hood and the Widow' but given what a disappointment Disney phase after Endgame has been so far, I just couldn't bring myself to write many big stories with MCU or Arrowverse. The only good things after Endgame have been Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings, Hawkeye and then Spider-Man: No Way Home, which was excellent, outside of some minor issues.

With Arrowverse, crossovers included, I don't plan on writing Oliver/Laurel or Oliver/Sara again but I'd like to try alternate love interests for Oliver and I have some ideas for The Flash stories and don't really care about Batwoman, Supergirl or Legends of Tomorrow. Superman & Lois is decent and not bad and actually treats Tyler Hoechlin's Superman with more respect but it still doesn't really compare with Smallville or Lois & Clark: The New Adventures of Superman.

I originally planned on writing other stories preceding this but given what a mess Disney phase has been, it has significantly reduced my motivation to write MCU/Arrowverse fics linked to the Avengers films and Black Widow film was a mess and it blew my plans for my sequels to The Hood and the Widow to hell but as for the premise, take a look at my one-shot 'The Archer's and the Widow's Journey', as for the Arrowverse pairing, they are Oliver/Natasha, Matt/Sara, Barry/Patty. In MCU, we get Steve/Sharon, as much as I've enjoyed Stand with Ward and Queen's and Raptor2216's takes on Steve/Caitlin, I hate how Sharon was done dirty in MCU, especially The Falcon and the Winter Soldier.

So, basic key events in Arrowverse, with changes to MCU too:
- Tommy is alive and also a vigilante, using The Dark Archer moniker and later taking the Green Arrow mantle as Oliver's successor
- Moira is alive but Oliver still let Slade live and lock him up on Lian Yu, mainly since he couldn't bring himself to kill the man who had been his brother once upon a time and at one point Natasha and Yelena were also trying to kill each other and later made amends and Slade later regained his sanity and helped Oliver in 5x23, just like in the show
- Diggle was secretly a Hydra sleeper agent that Oliver killed during the events of The Winter Soldier, inspired by Stand with Ward and Queen's 'When we stand together', where Diggle was a Ninth Circle sleeper agent
- Pietro Maximoff survived the events of Age of Ultron
- In Civil War, Tony gets the full explanation from Steve and lets him and Bucky go after finding out the truth about his parents, even though they still fight at first but Steve still gives up the shield because he feels unworthy of it after the truth comes out and Scott and Clint are also under house arrest since they don't want them being fugitives to negatively affect their families
- Also, no Iron Boy Jr. from Peter Parker, he's his own character as Spider-Man without following Tony as a blind fanboy and refused to join him at Vienna, knowing it was blackmail and after Civil War, he's sticking more to the street level heroism and Tony cleans up his own mess during Homecoming instead of burning Peter and Aunt May also knows but is fine as long as Peter is careful as a vigilante and also, no way in Hell I'm involving MJ or Ned, considering Homecoming, Far From Home and No Way Home and I have different plans for Peter here than what happens in Infinity War and Endgame
- Talia isn't evil, she's not the one who trained Chase, he had other teachers instead, since Talia training him just made her a hypocrite, considering that she was indirectly responsible for his father's death
- No cliffhanger with Chase killing himself and blowing up Lian Yu, since don't get me started on how stupid it was, Chase ended up locked up in Slade's cell on Lian Yu
- The first two seasons of The Flash are canon, without Barry creating Flashpoint or causing Invasion however and the pairing is Barry/Patty, since don't get me started on WestAllen, plus, Ralph survived and also became Elongated Man later and Team Flash also recruits Allegra later and Wally and Jesse also get speedster powers too without Flashpoint. Most people find Allegra "Meh" but I kind of have a soft spot for strays and she needs better writing IMO
- Don't really care about Supergirl, but I do like Melissa Benoist and in terms of acting she fares better than Laura Vandervoort, even if the writing fails her, so imagine Melissa's Kara instead of Laura's. Majority of the events Smallville series are canon here, without Kara involved in Season 7 or Lana being a horrible character, since it's possible that Clark and Lex would've turned on each other one way or another and Zod has been banished into Phantom Zone too by the Kandorians in Season 9 finale
- All MCU Netflix shows are canon here too (Daredevil, Jessica Jones, Iron Fist, Luke Cage, The Punisher, The Defenders)
- Dick Grayson is Batman, played by Matt Long, frankly, as much as I like Bruce Wayne as Batman, there are issues I have with him as a comic book character and in the current modern media, plus, it's going to be a bit tricky to distinguish between two Bruces, with Wayne and Banner and I kind of think that Bruce Wayne would kind of steal the spotlight in some moments due to him being OP'd a lot at some moments
- The first five seasons of Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. are canon and Jemma and Daisy are currently looking for Fitz in space
- For Wonder Woman (Diana Prince), imagine the DCEU version played by Gal Gadot

Disclaimer: I do not own Arrowverse or Marvel Cinematic Universe.

In the deep vast void of the space, Loki, the God of Mischief, was standing in the burned wreckage of Statesman, looking around, unnerved, at the lying corpses of his fellow Asgardians. He may not have been one of them by blood, but he had been one of them by heart and only recently, he had come to grow fond of the Asgardians, only to see them slaughtered.

"Hear me and rejoice." One of the beings, who had boarded the ship, spoke up as he paced down the ship. It was a tall, pale alien with rather big head with thin figure. "You have had the privilege of being saved by the Great Titan. You may think this is suffering. No. It is salvation. Universal scales tip toward balance because of your sacrifice. Smile. For even in death, you have become Children of Thanos."

Loki eyed the alien and Thanos, the Mad Titan nervously, trying to keep himself from shivering in fear as Thanos turned to face Loki and to see the dead bodies around.

"I know what it's like to lose. To feel so desperate that you're right…" Thanos then looked down at Thor, who was lying at Thanos's feet. "Yet to fail, nonetheless." He grabbed Thor by his armor and dragged him as Thor groaned, while Thanos approached Loki. "It's frightening. Turns the legs to jelly. But I ask you, to what end? Dread it, run from it, destiny arrives all the same. And now it's here. Or should I say… I am."

Thanos lifted his left hand and clenched his fist, in which he wielded a golden gauntlet with six slots and in one of them was a purple glowing gem and Loki immediately realized what it was. The Power Stone. One of the six Infinity Stones.

"You talk too much." Thor groaned.

"The Tesseract." Thanos ordered as he neared the Infinity Gauntlet to Thor's head. "Or your brother's head."

Loki sensed the weapons of the Children of Thanos aiming at him.

"I assume you have a preference." Thanos said.

"Oh, I do. Kill away." Loki said coldly.

Thanos placed the Power Stone on Thor's temple as it glowed and Thor screamed in excruciating agony.

It didn't take too long and Loki found himself unable to watch his brother in pain as his resolve shattered. "Alright, stop!" He cried out and Thor panted out as Thanos pulled away.

"We don't have the Tesseract. It was destroyed on Asgard." Thor said, groaning.

Loki shot Thor an apologetic glance before he lifted his hand and a glowing blue cube appeared in it.

Thor glared at Loki in disappointment, realizing he had been tricked again. "You… really are the worst brother."

Loki turned to Thor. "I assure you, brother… the sun will shine on us again."

Thanos chuckled. "Your optimism is misplaced, Asgardian."

"Well, for one thing, I'm not Asgardian. And for another…" Loki smirked. "We have a Hulk."

With a roar, Hulk rushed in, tackling Thanos, knocking him down, while Loki tackled Thor down. Hulk pounded Thanos before pinning him to a wall and Cull Obsidian was about to intervene, when Ebony Maw raised his hand, causing for Cull to stop.

"Let him have his fun." Maw said.

Much to Hulk's shock, Thanos struggled out of Hulk's grip before they exchanged blows but Thanos proved to be a superior fighter as he pummeled and dazed Hulk before lifting him to the air and slamming him to the ground, knocking him out.

Thor rushed in and struck Thanos in the face with a piece of metal but Thanos was unfazed and replied in kind by kicking Thor in the chest, sending him flying back as he rolled down the floor. Ebony Maw then lifted some pieces of metal debris with his telekinesis and used them to restrain Thor.

Heimdall slowly turned to Thor before lifting his arm and reaching for his sword. "Allfathers… let the dark magic flow through me one last… time…"

A beam of light covered Hulk before he flew into the vast darkness of space as Thanos glared down at Heimdall. "That was a mistake." He then impaled Heimdall with Corvus's glaive as Heimdall stilled.

"No!" Thor yelled. Heimdall slumped back as light left his eyes and Thor glared at Thanos. "You're going to die for that."

Ebony Maw did a gesture of his hand as pieces of metal wrapped themselves around Thor's mouth, gagging him as Ebony Maw shushed him before kneeling in front of Thanos, with the Tesseract in his hand.

"My humble personage bows before your grandeur." Maw said as Thanos discarded his helmet and armor. "No other being has ever had the might, nay the nobility to wield not one, but two Infinity Stones. The universe lies within your grasp."

Thanos picked the Tesseract and clenched his fist, crushing it and revealing a glowing blue stone as he blew away the shards of the cube. Thanos then inserted the Stone into another slot, right next to the purple stone in his Gauntlet and gasped as power surged through him. "There are two more Stones on Earth. Find them, my children, and bring them to me on Titan." he ordered.

"Father, we will not fail you." Proxima Midnight promised as the Children of Thanos knelt before him.

"If I might interject…" They turned to see Loki step up. "If you're going to Earth, you might want a guide. I do have a bit of experience in that arena."

"If you consider failure experience." Thanos mocked.

"I consider experience experience." Loki countered. "Almighty Thanos, I, Loki, prince of Asgard…" He glanced at Thor. "Odinson…" He turned to face Thanos again. "The rightful king of Jotunheim, God of Mischief, hereby pledge to you my undying fidelity."

Thor saw Loki withdraw a dagger from under his sleeve but as Loki attempted to stab Thanos, his hand was surrounded by some blue aura, while the Space Stone in the Gauntlet glowed and the blade was inches away from Thanos's throat.

"Undying?" Thanos repeated mockingly. "You should choose your words more carefully."

Loki choked as Thanos grabbed him by his throat and lifted him in the air.

"You will never be… a god." Loki choked out before there was a crushing noise as Thanos tightened his grip and Loki went limp.

Thor stared in despair at his brother's death, screaming through the gag. "No!"

Thanos dropped the lifeless form of Loki right in front of Thor. "No resurrections this time."

Thanos clenched his fist, in which he had the Gauntlet as the Power Stone glowed and then the purple glow covered the entire ship before it was rocking in explosions. A blue portal then opened, through which Thanos and his Children entered and disappeared, while Thor was freed from his restraints as he cradled Loki's body tearfully, sobbing into his dead brother's chest. "Loki…"

The entire ship was consumed in flames as purple cracks began forming throughout the whole vessel and the last thing Thor remembered was giant explosion.

Sanctum Sanctorum, New York, Earth

Stephen Strange, the current Sorcerer Supreme and Wong were walking down the stairs and bickering, when suddenly, a beam of light shattered the ceiling and made a hole in the stairwell. As the beam faded, Strange and Wong made their way to take a look into the hole, with the Cloak of Levitation placing itself onto Strange's shoulders, while Wong was preparing his Tao Mandalas and they took a look inside the hole to see groaning Hulk turning back into Bruce Banner.

"Thanos is coming… he's coming…" Bruce whispered and Strange and Wong looked at each other in confusion before turning their attention back to Bruce.

"Who?" Strange asked.
