It the start of a new day as Naruto began to wake up before the sun even rise.
With a new motivation, Naruto decided to start his training first focusing on his body.
Naruto start his exercising by jogging, it nice to jog before the sun rise because most of the people on the village have not even wake up leaving Naruto at peace.
Naruto make his way to a training area away from the city as he bagan doing some push-up,squad, and practicing his taijutsu.
The academy Taijutsu that the academy teacher taught him is really diffrent from the one he got from the ninja basic book from his parents library. It almost look like they even manage to try to sabotage evem his Taijutsu.
Naruto really want to start training on his shurikenjutsu but he dont have any shuriken or kunai to use, but then he remember there are some in the cave and he began to cheer, but before he can go retrive it he notice the sun rise and he began to run home and clean himself to go to the academy.
Nobody really notice Naruto absence yesterday maybe some did most just ignore it.
The academy start as usual as the teacher began to tell the Konoha history and other basic knowledge. like always the teacher keep ignoring Naruto, but now the boy did not let this bother him.
Finding his chance Naruto manage to skip the class that on progress but someone manage to notice him.
Nara Shikamaru saw Naruto attemp to skip class and decided to join him on cutting the class. He thought the he will saw the boy sleeping on the roof but to his suprise he saw Naruto actually reading.
"What are you reading?" Shikamaru ask Naruto curios to see the troublemaker actually studying even after skipping class.
Naruto see Shikamaru, he know who Shikamaru is, it his classmate that like him often sleep in class or skip class to sleep. but the boy never did do anything beside igrone Naruto so he answer Shikamaru.
"Basic Fuinjutsu" Naruto answer.
Even Shikamaru shock hearing the boy answer.
Fuinjutsu is the art of sealing to learn it some need to be really smart, something that doesnt describe the blonde boy, but seeing Naruto determination reading Shikamaru did not critic the blond boy and decided to sleep on the roof.
After that event with Naruto, Shikamaru keep being curious as everytime the blonde skip class the boy do nothing but study.
Its been months since his discovery of his parents, Naruto has been keeping his promise to better himself, his room is not to messy, he manage to train with the book from his parents library, he manage to train his shurikenjutsu with the shuriken and kunai from the cave and he even find a new friend, two of them.
At first it was just Shikamaru his skipping buddy but after spending time they got to hang out and talk and in the end they become friend, the other one is Shikamaru best friend Akamichi Choji, a boy that he help fend of bully that mocking the boy weights.
They often hang out skipping school and he even gotten help from Shikamaru when he started to learn calligraphy.
Overall it was the best time he had ever since he enter the academy.
