'You're up, great sage!' Rimuru commanded his skill, great sage, as Anbu ninjas and Jounins surrounded him.
《Confirmed. Switching to Auto-battle mode.》
Great Sage possesses Rimuru's body.
Under that mask, Rimuru's pupils transitioned into the red with glowing octagon pupils,
Under Great Sage's control, Rimuru's body is capable of using all fully analyzed Skills, Arts, Magic, Attack Moves, and any other techniques to their maximum potential even if Rimuru himself can't use them proficiently yet.
*CLANK* *CLANK*
Rimuru moves his human body, swiftly dodging and parrying Konoha ninja's ninjantos.
More and more of the Ninjas appear to fight him. It's due to the fact they saw Rimuru snap his free hand when he cast the barrier.
'If we take down the girl, Hokage-sama might be free...' One of the Anbu thought.
But it's weird...
Very weird, to be exact.
The girl in front of the Konoha ninjas didn't fight like a ninja or a samurai at all. Sure, she used a katana to fight, but Rimuru's movement simply speaks as if she has neither a form(Kata) nor stance.
To them, it's as if the girl predicted every movement, and move minimally to dodge and counter them. Constantly generating after images, she is hacking and slashing with her sword as she got the upper hand against a whole anbu unit.
"That... is a wrong way to use a katana..." muttered a kunoichi with purple hair, brown eyes, and then tattoos on her arms; named Yugao.
A familiar Jounin appears near the girl(Rimuru), leaving an afterimage as they try to attack, 『Raikiri! (Lightning Blade)』
*THUD*
That Jounin who attacks had white hair and was named Kakashi Hatake. His pupils narrowed when he sees
The electrified hand of Kakashi Hatake was stopped by the girl's right hand, now covered in some sort of armor exoskeleton. In truth, it was an intrinsic skill, 『Body Armor』.
Kakashi pulls out his hand trying to get some distance whilst avoiding the roundhouse kick Rimuru tried to deliver. Dodging another punch from Rimuru's armored punch by jumping up, he digs his hands into his kunai pouch, 『Shuriken Kagebunshin no Jutsu』
*CLANK* Swiftly, Rimuru; turned his body, let his armored right hand hold the Katana instead, and while parrying an attack from Yugao's katana and dual custom-made daggers of a guy named Asuma both of their attacks with one straight diagonal line of a katana blade, Rimuru lifted his hands towards the incoming shurikens beside him.
『Predation』
Shurikens were absorbed swiftly by the girl's hand in blue glows as if it transformed.
"She... absorbed it?!"
Suddenly... "DINAMICー" an exclamation can be heard.
A blur of green dashed in towards Rimuru. Of course, Rimuru's Magic perception picked this up.
"ーENTRY!" Just then, Rimuru crouched down, swiftly as he sweep the other two Shinobi and Kunoichi's feet as they both jumped back to dodge and gain distance at the same time.
Of course, Rimuru also didn't waste any movements. As he crouched, he could see the man in green with a bowl hairstyle above him as he watches the man's grin in slow motion due to magic perception.
*BOOM* The green guy landed harshly on the ground(Roof?) behind Rimuru. (A/N: They're fighting on top of the roof, if you imagine them on the ground, you probably skimmed or forgot the previous chapter.)
Rimuru doesn't really get it but... afterward, they're... Having a conversation?!
"Our Objective is only Orochimaru, no more no less," Rimuru stated coldly after he deactivated Auto-battle mode.
He didn't understand, was it this world logic or something like that, but it all started when he can't help but sweatdropped at the "Introduction" of the "Konoha's Sublime Green/Blue Beast of Prey" or whatever his name was... cringe. Rimuru can't help but ask, "Is he always like this?" which brought the other Shinobis to sweatdropped.
It was then when Kakashi brought it up, "You weren't even trying to harm us. With that barrier, I doubt you won't be able to cast it again to defend yourself... unless you were just playing with us?"
Rimuru caught on to that, "That's weird... This mask suppresses my aura. That Sharingan you have, it should be impossible for it to sense it" he stated, indicating the Hatake's red eyes with his spinning tomoes.
By this point, every Shinobi stopped attacking Rimuru as they listen to Rimuru and Hatake's conversation. "Not quite, You have to perform quite a technique with having an ounce bit of chakra inside of you. Just having to feel it, the feeling's different. Those are not Ninjutsu..." The Hatake let his kunai down.
"Ah, is that so? Well, it seems like I'm needlessly giving information during battles again... what a truly bad habit of me." Rimuru muttered.
And then... "So, are you up for a conversation? I'll go first, What are you guys planning?"
"Ah? That's what you're asking out of all the questions? Well, our objective is... Orochimaru, obviously." The girl in front of them cheerfully explained.
*BOOM* *RATTLE* *RATTLE*
Just then, a sound of an explosion and also... a maniac laugh can be heard, "AHAHAHAHAHA! YOUR EMOTION TASTES SUBLIME! LET ME HARVEST YOUR SOULS!"

-With Ishigami-
Firstly, Orochimaru was being dragged into close combat by a teen named "Ishigami". At some point, Orochimaru cast a technique to summon three coffins. 『Kuchiyose: Edo Tensei!』(Orochimaru)
"This is bad, that technique-!" Hiruzen, the Third Hokage moved to seal the third coffin that was about to appear.
But Ishigami stopped him with a kick, *THUD* "Kuf- What are you!?" "Shut up." The masked boy muttered coldly towards him before turning at Orochimaru.
Edo Tensei or Reanimation Technique, a technique to bring back the dead.
From the coffin, three figures were shown as three individuals. "There's no wayー Those attires are-!" Shout an Anbu agent outside of the barrier who's currently not fighting Rimuru.
In front of the, is the fourth, second, and first Hokage.
Ishigami on the other hand, brought his hand to take off his mask.
Orochimaru is... confused.
He smiled evilly in delight the moment three of the coffins were summoned... However, *Grin* Ishigami had the biggest grin out of everyone present.
Before he could complete the seal, *SLASH* *RATTLE*
The Reanimated figure's arms disappear and... did not regenerate. It was the blonde Hokage known as Lord fourth who lost his arms.
*THUD* And their eyes gaze down to the undead arms of Minato Namikaze, the Fourth Hokage, on the ground(Roof). (A/N: Again, They're fighting on top of the roof, if you imagine them on the ground, you probably skimmed this shit)
Near the undead's arms are dual scythe sticking their blades on the paper transformed arms.
"What is this... Minato's arm, it's not regenerating!?" Orochimaru had a panicked yet curious face.
*Rattle* suddenly, the dual scythes transformed into white particles, they came back to their owner, Ishigami, as they transformed into rattling chains.
Both surprising events happened because of Ishigami's weapon skills; 『Shape Shifting』 and 『Reaper』.
As for why Minato Namikaze's arms not regenerating... *Thud* *Thud* *Thud* Ishigami stepped forward. "The name of these scythes is 『The Harvester』. The same scythe used by the death himself, well I doubt you even know about it..."
"Well then... Orochimaru. You cheated death for quite some time now... I don't want to be rude, but please kindly hand over your soul." The revealed teen stated along with a smile.
"You..." (Orochimaru)
"Saru... huh? We meet... again..." One of the reanimated Hokage with red warring era armor attire stated weakly. He is the first Hokage, Hashirama Senju.
Then the guy beside him too, calls Sarutobi Hiruzen weakly, "You've grown old... Saru." He is the second Hokage, Tobirama Senju.
"What... happened...?" Finally, the armless Minato Namikaze muttered weakly.
They're just corpses.
They are just moving corpses.
Yet,
That was enough to bring the old Hokage known as the "third" to shed tears.
"Shodai-sama (Lord first), Nindaime-sama (Lord Second), and Minato-kun... it's unfortunate to be meeting the three of you again like this."
Well, Ishigami just stands there a bit baffled. 'This is stupid, Why are we even having a conversation now?' He thought.
"Edo Tensei... huh?" (Tobirama)
"Conflicts, no matter in which era is it..." (Hashirama)
*STAB*
"Haah~ This is stupid, why are we even standing still for 30 seconds?"
*FLUTTER* In a flash, both Hokage were beheaded and their bodies quickly disintegrate to seal papers.
Two bodies were revealed inside the two undead that seemed to be the sacrifices to summon them.
"What!?" To say Orochimaru was surprised was an understatement. He couldn't stop switching from being baffled, panicked, or amused in curiosity at the current Ishigami in front of him.
*SLASH* *SLASH* *CLANK*
Orochimaru dodges two attacks of Ishigami's scythe and parried the third with a sword he pulled out from his throat.
In the heat of the moment, the snake man's eyes widened.
At the start of the fight, he had secretly made Minato Namikaze move to create the Hiraishin no Jutsu, the Jutsu with the ability to teleport him from one point to another marking.
It is normally impossible to control the reanimated ones completely by adding the last touch of the seal for Edo Tensei. But Orochimaru had done his research.
But nevertheless, Orochimaru now realized why the unknown teen claiming to be the demon lord in front of him cut down Minato Namikaze's hand right after the undead Minato finished the Hiraishin on his hand.
"You even learned the Hiraishin in a short amount of time... I can't help but be amused instead of getting irritated!" Both Ishigami and Orochimaru have almost the same expression on their face.
Widened eyes, narrowed pupils, and a huge grin formed on their mouths.
"Ha? was that a compliment? You know you can't escape death by complimenting him, right?"
"Kukuku... I don't care about that... show me more!"
*CLANK* *BOOM* *RATTLE* *RATTLE*
And finally, they clashed, "AHAHAHAHAHA! YOUR EMOTIONS TASTE SUBLIME! LET ME HARVEST YOUR SOULS!" (Ishigami)
From that moment, Hiruzen wanted to join the fight, but a certain masked slime pulled the old man out from the barrier.
"You are... " (Hiruzen)
"There, your Kage is safe. Now you won't be minding me anymore, right?" (Rimuru)
"We give you our thanks." (Kakashi)
And they somehow end up watching the fight.
To say they were bewildered at the fight was putting it very lightly.
At some point in the fight, Orochimaru gets his hands back on the undead Minato and uses him as the Hiraishin to teleport.
Of course, he also completed the seal for Edo Tensei, and now Minato is fully regenerated and is listening to all his commands.
But then...
*CLANK* *JAB* While parrying the attack of Orochimaru's elongated blade on his left, Ishigami stabbed Minato in his right side with the other scythe, currently transformed into a Chokutō.
(A/N: Chokuto are straight single-edged blades, often of the one-handed variety, whereas Katanas are curved.)
The moment his "Harvester" dug into Minato's stomach, Minato's undead body frozen in place as the Rasengan on his hand explodes too early.
*FLASH*
Ishigami, with his newly attained skill called 『Thought acceleration』, which he used to learn the Hiraishin no Jutsu (Flying thundergod technique) in a flash, used the technique to teleport both the frozen Minato and himself to one of the markers written with the kanjis of "nin Ai no Ken" on the diagonal ground.
(A/N: They're fighting on the Roof right now, and the left side of the roof is diagonal.)
"Kukuku... to hijack the Edo Tensei technique itself... I wished I could've known about that." (Orochimaru)
"Don't be surprised, one of my abilities is to manipulate souls. I've been wondering though... You really don't know about 'that', do you?" (Ishigami)
"Oh? do tell, what are you talking about?" (Orochimaru)
"About this." *Pluck* *WOOOSH* The moment Ishigami removed his Chokutō-transformed scythe out from Minato's stomach, a trail of red chakra was pulled along with it. It seemed like his blade pulled it out.
"Ku... kukukuku... The Kyūbi's Chakra! I never thought of this! I see... So the fourth didn't only seal the Kyubi into a child. But he also sealed half of the Kyubi into himself!" Orochimaru's eyes shone with ecstasy.
*Flutter* Finally, the body of the reanimated Kage disintegrated in papers, revealing the last sacrifice Orochimaru used to summon the undead.
"Humu... now I felt more intrigued in something else..." (Ishigami)
"...And what is that, if I may ask?" (Orochimaru)
"You were afraid of death. Yet I saw you not trying to escape again." (Ishigami)
"Ah? You know me well, aren't you? I don't think I have ever met someone like you in my whole life though?" (Orochimaru)
"You're right... I never met you. Yet, I know every single thing you did. Well, mostly. And I'd like you to kindly kill yourself for that." (Ishigami)
Both still have a smile on their face. It's understandable for the sociopathic Ishigami, but Orochimaru?
He always embraced the concept of "life".
Why doesn't he run away?
He's always scared of dying.
Why doesn't he tell his summons to reverse summon him?
And he cried when he watched both the closest person to Tsunade, Dan Kato and Kawaki, died in the past war.
Why doesn't he pull more tricks upon his sleeve?
'People are such fragile beings' was what he thought as he saw their deaths in the past.
'Something is wrong with him...' or so, Ishigami thought. On the surface, he grinned as wide as Orochimaru's maniac smile. But inside, he is calculating all possibilities of what Orochimaru is trying to achieve.
But he stopped overthinking things as he rushed in once more after all red chakras were consumed by his scythe.
*CLANK* *CLANK* *SWOOSH* *CLANK* *CHOMP*
They fought.
Ishigami's dual scythes keeps transforming back and forth and attacks, Orochimaru's tongue transformed into a snake and bit Ishigami's right arm, Ishigami delivered a kick and an enhanced punch to the snake, and Orochimaru's sword elongated and shrunk itself as it was controlled telekinetically by the snake man.
And along with the fight, both sides' curiosity grows stronger and stronger...
『Thought Acceleration』
And so, Ishigami's curiosity reaches its peak. And he cast Thought acceleration, both on Orochimaru, and himself.
'Kukuku... I see, the ability to accelerate thoughts... this anomaly. It's like we're telepathically speaking in a slowed-down world...' Ishigami didn't hear Orochimaru saying that, in fact, it is because he is able to decipher what Orochimaru's thinking.
'I'm sure both of us are curious, don't you think so?' Ishigami thought as he left Orochimaru to decipher what he currently thinking.
'Yes, I am quite curious about why you had the motivation to go after me.' While giving this expression, his eyes darted to the scythe blade near his neck.
'Well, I want you dead. Is there supposed to be anything else?' And I shifted my eyes to the sword jabbed into my thighs.
Everything looks like we're moving in slow motion.
'Huh... that's fair.' (Orochimaru)
'Whoa, you catch on pretty quickly.' (Ishigami)
'Not really, the moment Minato's reanimated body lost the ability to regenerate was the moment I know I don't have more choice...' (Orochimaru)
'Ah? Then what about your summons?' (Ishigami)
'Someone said that my death is necessary' (Orochimaru)
'That's... intriguing. And you accepted the fact easily?' (Ishigami)
'I still have some more cards under my sleeve.' (Orochimaru)
'Ah? You mean the Cursed Seal (Juinjutsu) you planted on Sasuke and a bunch of others?' (Ishigami)
'So you even knew about that...' (Orochimaru)
'You can say I know a little bit of the future myself.' (Ishigami)
'Kukuku... well, will you be killing off every bit of me?' (Orochimaru)
'Nope, I'll just kill the current you and that's it.' (Ishigami)
'Kuku... is that so? I thought I was a goner, especially when I am dealing with the Shinigami himself.'

I at least know the characters for Hiraishin (Thunder flying god technique) is Nin Ai No Ken: "The sword of Shinobi's love" Which doesn't make any sense.
That's why, I practically, rewrote the system.
No, I didn't make seals by using English or something like that. The reason for that, it's English... Even if you have bad grammar, if someone were to give you a dictionary, they'll figure it out. I don't want that.
So the only solution for this, is don't use characters or alphabets.
That's right, Binary codes.
Now bear with me, first, you'll have something like this:

-After defeating Orochimaru-
The rainbow-like translucent barrier died down by disintegrating in particles and Ishigami walked slowly, leaving the beheaded Orochimaru's body as he inserted Orochimaru's head inside his inventory.
The others are prepared to get some answers. Either that, or they're going to let them go since looking at the situation, it seems like Ishigami dealt with Orochimaru for them.
However...
*SHING*
"O-oi! Ishigami!" (Rimuru)
Ishigami's blade threatened the Third Hokage; Hiruzen Sarutobi's neck.
"What are you doing!?" A Jounin exclaimed while the others has their wary faces on as they gripped their kunai and ninjato (A/N: a shorter version of katana, used mainly by shinobis) slightly harder.
"I'm giving you a day... surrender your village under our flags. Well, that's not really what I desire, but whatever... I guess that's all for now." He nonchalantly stated.
*Swish*
As he retracted his scythe from Hiruzen's neck, and slowly walk past him. "Rimuru, we're leaving."
"Wai-" (Kakashi)
"I heard about your plan from Jiraiya" Calmly, without looking at him, Hiruzen stated.
It brought the others to widen their eyes as Ishigami stopped in his tracks, "*Sigh* that guy..." His groan just made the surrounding Shinobis confused further.
Well, somehow, Hiruzen told his ninjas to back down and let both Ishigami and Rimuru leave as much to their displease.
-Yesterday-
"So what do you mean by 'invasion', admin?" Jiraiya asked.
"Simple, We'll fake the invasion. We give chance to the Hidden sand to redeem themselves and I'll play the bad guy. In addition, Danzo is the whole trouble for the future so I want him dead. As simple as that."
"Simple, youー!"
"And ultimately, we'll keep everyone else safe. There's also a chance Orochimaru will reflect on himself and come back." That silenced Jiraiya immediately.
"...What?"
"Look, do you want to bring peace upon this world or not?"
"What... Well, y—"
"Then stop complaining and help me sort things out!"
-After defeating Orochimaru-
"So Orochimaru is still alive... And he did that by placing a cursed seal on the Uchiha brat..." Jiraiya muttered these words.
"yup." (Ishigami)
"And now the 'two mysterious masked individuals' are blamed for the whole Invasion instead of the Hidden sand and Hidden sound... Once Konoha stated that, Suna's(Sand's) elders catch on to that quickly and claim innocence as they also pinned the blame on you..." (Jiraiya)
"That's right." (Ishigami)
"Are you... Okay with this?" Jiraiya suddenly asked.
Ishigami responded to his question with another question, "What, do I need to care about it?"
"..." (Jiraiya)
"That look on your face is annoying" (Ishigami)
"Huh!?" (Jiraiya)
"Why are you pitying me? I brought this upon myself... Rather, it would be more convincing enough if you hadn't let Hiruzen know beforehand. Now come on... Hiruzen should've probably been berated by the elders. It's our chance to take Danzo's head."
"I would be right behind you, Ishigami-sama" This voice, was Kabuto's voice.
Somehow, after some talks, Kabuto ends up following Ishigami, but that's a story for another time.
"Fine but... are we allowed to let Hayate free now?" Jiraiya indicates the Gekko Hayate who's tied up on the floor and IS staring at us.
"Ah... I forgot about hi— yeah sure let him free, just let us go to Hiruzen's Office."
And finally, whilst ignoring Jiraiya's "You forgot about him... " or something like that, they make haste through the ghost village.
All villagers have been evacuated but there's still the "Winning declaration" made by Ishigami.
Well not really, Hiruzen understood that everything Ishigami is trying to do is not because of his student, Orochimaru, but his friend, Danzo.
Jiraiya has told him about all of that.
And...
"It's about time you gave us an explanation, Hiruzen." An elder of the Konoha's council named Homura asked.
"To 'surrender unconditionally' to some unknown individuals... are you out of your mind!?" the old woman named Koharu.
"Hiruzen... there's no need for a recap, does this look like something a Hokage would do? You've grown senile, Hiruzen..." And finally spoke the elder with a bandaged arm and eye.
That, was obviously Danzo Shimura.
In the Original timeline, Danzō gained notoriety as The Darkness of the Shinobi because of his frequent unsanctioned actions and his often-suspected undermining of specific Konoha personnel.
ROOT, a branch of Konohagakure's Anbu training subdivision, carried out missions that Danzo believed would benefit Konoha.
Because of its core views as "the unseen ones who support the great tree of Konoha from the depths of the earth", some of these missions were less than respectable, such as eliminating individuals that were considered potential threats simply for expressing their detestation for Konoha, despite not actually having done anything against the village.
The organization's top priority was its secrecy, and most of its missions were carried out in the dark - autonomous of Konoha's authority.
Root was officially disbanded after the Uchiha Clan Downfall due to Danzō spearheading the tragedy but remained active as an underground organization until Danzō's death.
Despite Hiruzen's orders to disband the group, the members remained loyal to Danzō, his orders being the highest priority over even the Hokage's.
(A/N: Yes, I copied that from the wiki. And yes, I have no shame.)
Inside Hiruzen's office, the elders keep berating him as some Anbu actually joined the argument. It was said the daimyo himself is on his way here too, but I guess they're late for the show.
But they were interrupted.
"Just like I thought, every single of you is present. Well, you would once your village got attacked by Orochimaru either way, but at least this is convenient."
And that's our main character.
He just appeared so suddenly from the dark side of the room with his black mask emanating the eye-shaped neon magenta lines, complimenting his current edgy look.
*Brag* The sound of the entrance being opened forcefully.
"Apologies for our sudden intrusion, but we're here to declare an invasion if you won't mind." These sentences were stated calmly by Kabuto who came inside uninvited along with two others we recognized as Rimuru and Jiraiya.
The elder named Danzo widened his eyes at him the moment he came into his view.
"It's been a while... Danzo-sama." Kabuto smiled at him.
"You..." (Danzo)
'Huh, weird... certainly there are Iruka Umino, Kotetsu, and other minor characters present as they are who were complaining at Hiruzen early too. But I don't see anyone like Kakashi, and other jonin senseis (teacher). Hiruzen has told them about me perhaps? Well, no matter. This is more convenient...'
"Hump, I was under the impression that our sennin is strong(A/N: sennin means sage, he's indicating Jiraiya). But he turns out to be a traitor out of all people." The bandaged elder stated.
"You sure are confident. I had dealt with ROOT before coming here you know? Not only a few of course...Isn't that right, Rimuru-chan?" Playfully while saying that, Ishigami asked Rimuru.
Not everyone understands, but Danzo knows about it. Rimuru's right hand turned purple. It is the technique of a guy named Torune Aburame.
In the original timeline, Torune Aburame was known to utilize nano-sized insects known as "Rinkaichu" in combats.
Once they covered his body, he would remove the necessary attire to infect anyone he touches.
This contact will cause the insects to spread onto the opponent's skin, which causes severe pain and potentially leads to death.
Of course, it was nothing for Rimuru.
*SWIRL* For a second, Rimuru's hand transformed into silver-ish blue. He ate the insects using 『Predator』 and when his hands changes back, Danzo turned his full body at the presumed girl.
"I didn't kill them, there are others but I let them live." Yeah, this is Rimuru before he decided to become a demon lord.

It happened too fast, no one has the time to react. It was just then that Ishigami's Scythe spins and Danzo's head flies.
"What- What in the world?" no one could hear it, but Ishigami and Rimuru could hear it clearly. Disregarding the noisy room, a hidden anbu is also in the room. If they were to pay attention to it, an anbu agent is hidden away like a wood decoration, unable to suppress his surprise too.

"The reason Naruto was shunned among the villagers was because of him. The reason The Uchihas grows aloof towards the village was because of him. The reason why Uchiha Shisui died was because of him. All for the sake of keeping the nonexistent 'peace' within the village." Ishigami stated while his smile died down.
"Indeed, does that irritates you, Invader?" Danzo lifted an eyebrow.
"I'm not sure..." *Shred* While saying that, he ripped a page out from the book he was reading.
"I make a point of having a clear distinction... between what's important to me, and what's not, in order to achieve my goals without losing sight of them."
*Flip* *Flip* the mysterious individual swayed the paper around in his hand before letting it fall into the air.
"As people go about their lives. More and more things become important to them. They make friends, fall in love, start working..." (Ishigami)
"..." (Danzo)
"No need for this," *Flutter* A paper was released into the air.
"Throw that away..." *Flutter* *Flutter*
"This one is too troublesome to deal with so," *Flutter* *Flutter* *Flutter*
"And as I go about discarding things... I realize what it is I can't let go..."
"I live my life for the sake of those few things without caring much for anything else, but even so, even if just a little bit..."

"Looking for this?" As Ishigami stated that, he holds a bandaged hand with Golden metal locks seemingly looking like a type of fuinjutsu.
"Black flames..." (Danzo)
"Ah, don't mistake it as the Amaterasu flames ok? We have no Uchiha in our group... well, yet." (Ishigami)
The elders and shinobis are either gaping like a fish or scared to death at the unique aura emitted by the current smiling happily Ishigami.
