Laessa layed in the foliage of the Falkreath hold, talking with Wander-Lust had given her a whole new perspective in her life. She could hear the idle chatter of Iona and Amalee in the distance, but chose not to listen.

Her thoughts wandered, what the Argonian had said hit home. Looking forward far enough to know how to say goodbye. She was… She is the polar opposite of Wander's son.

She can remember the day she penned her letter, gathered her things and left the manor from her homeland of High Rock.

'Farewell, father. I appreciate you forever for taking me in, but I have no place here. Not with any of my half siblings. I shall be away by the morn, out of High Rock by Mid Year.'

The Breton sighed as she sat up, looking to her own hands and flexing them, feeling them.

Who's to say she would succeed in her new destiny, if she even wanted to. But yet she had to, she knew this. The World Eater is not called such without a reason.

She wonders if she could've been family with them, her birth not meaning something to them. It's been years since she left, she wonders if they ever think about her.

Laessa is unsure, her talks with Wander and her epiphany has given her a new look for life. She has a child of her own to take care of, all while living such a tumultuous life.

She made her resolve, no regrets. She will do as is needed, do as she pleases, and be the best she can be. For her friends, for her family, for whoever she chooses whenever.

That is her way. That is her life.

So combing through what I've typed out... I figured I'll add in this little excerpt as well. Usually like to post every couple days or so, but this one was right after I met the wandering Argonian from the mod I use.

More character exploration of the Breton I play, hope it's a good little tid bit to get into her mind.

Have a good day everyone!
