"Looking out to the Reach, my Thane?" The hardy Nord looks to her charge.

"Mhm. You know it, Iona." The Breton woman kicks her legs over the rock edge, letting them move through the air.

"Something on your mind, then. You usually do this when something bothers you." Iona stands behind the seated Breton.

"I never thought I'd have destiny like this Iona. It just seems unreal… I have this mythical power to shout down walls, freeze people solid, and turn them to dust with my voice. Sure I could use magic but that requires skill. But for me. I yell a few words in dragon tongue and there it goes." The smaller woman leans back and lays on the rock, staring into the night sky.

"And you feel you aren't worthy?" Iona steps close to stand over her, looking down to meet her thane, eye to eye.

"I'm a bastard born Breton who ran away from home years ago who now finds herself the fore front of saving the world from ending. The Great Laessa, bastard born of House Dalont. I just wanted to wander, not have my head nearly cleaved off and learning soon thereafter that I have a land to save." She makes various motions to the sky with her hands, expressing her feelings.

"And yet here you are. With an orphan who tried and toiled to eventually be your Housecarl. If I may speak plain, and I will because I know you now." Iona raises her eyebrows as she made her case.

Laessa rolled her eyes and snorted, motioning with her hand for the woman to go on.

"Don't let destiny or fate be the weight that stops you. If I let it, I'd be a frozen corpse at the bottom of the Sea of Ghosts. You're Dragonborn, but it doesn't need to make you try and carry the world on your shoulders. By all means, it'd be nice if you saved the world and as your Housecarl, I must support you in any way I can. But never let it stop you from doing what you want. Might need to take an off shoot path, bash some skulls in, but you'll find your way eventually."

Iona finished strong, arms crosses over her midsection before putting her hands behind her back and clearing her throat.

"Is there anything else you need… My Thane?" The Nord let a smirk sit on her lips.

Laessa only sighed before grinning, moving to the middle of the outdoor area of Sky Haven Temple.

"Give me a bit, I need to thank Kyne for the good wisdom." The woman kneels down and looks over her shoulder before looking to the sky.

"FUS RO DAH!"

Sky Haven Temple is such a unique look compared to the rest of Skyrim. Harsh Nord landscape and a top a mountain is the oriental building style of Akavir. Just so cool.

Iona! Unique voice for a housecarl? Does Rayya have the same voice? I don't know. Iona's delivery is different to me.

But anywho! Have a great day everyone.
