Laessa took the pouch of gold from the distressed miner, thanking her and her companions for clearing out the Draugr from the mine. She opened the pouch, opened one on her belt, and ruffled in her lower armor for another pouch, this one empty. Eyeballing it and splitting the gold three ways, she tossed one pouch of gold to each of her companions.

"Payment due for helpin' out." She announces after tightening the pouch on her belt.

Meresine catches with a single swipe of her hand. Erik fumbles it a bit.

"Coin is good, it will help for whenever we part ways." Meresine mentions.

"Ah, thanks. Just doin' my job ya know! Heh…" Erik scratches the back of his head.

"That last draugr was strong. Ebony sword, shouts and weird magical pillars. Think it was an overlord of the tomb." The Breton pulled out a map to find where Markarth is.

"Well, here's to hoping they don't find another burial chamber while mining." The Nord spoke.

"Wouldn't surprise me if they did." The Dunmer snorted.

"Soljund's Sinkhole… Wonder who this Soljund guy was?" Laessa traces a finger on her map.

"Nothing rings a bell from me." Erik replied.

"Whoever he was, probably did not want to be woken up by miners." Meresine added.

"Well, he's long gone and his grave protectors are now as well." Laessa stated.

Her companions shrug to one another as the Breton looked to the map.

"Alright! Found a route, c'mon. Markarth isn't that far out from here." She motioned to her little adventuring party.

"Right behind you." Erik was close behind.

"Watch the skies." Meresine reminded.

For the peculiar trio, the trek would be uneventful… Until Erik got pinched by a mudcrab.

Inconsistency is my consistency... And another short one.

Just a quick dive into Soljunds and then cleared out easy peasy. At least as far as I can remember...

Oh well, as per usual. Have a good day everyone!
