Hey, guys. This is the long-awaited update to High-Roller Hijinks. Other projects occupied my attention but I thank those who reviewed, favorited and followed the story. This story will be seven chapters being five nights and an epilogue moving forward.
Anyway,, Who Framed Roger Rabbit belongs to Disney not me. Let's get it.
====Night 1: Jacks and Slots==========
When we last left our heroes, Roger and Jessica checked into the MGM hotel to begin their high-roller anniversary. Now they are at the casino strip where various toons, muppets and humans congregate to get lady luck on their side or go broke trying. The Rabbits spotted various tables being blackjack, poker, baccarat, slots, craps and roulettes. Roger didn't know where to start first as he turned to his loving wife with excitement.
"Jumpin' jeepers, Love Cups. There's a lot of stuff to do in this snazzy casino. Should we try out craps, slots or even blackjack?", the rabbit asked choosing the selectable games to do. Jessica giggled at his enthusiasm gently settling him down.
"Easy, tiger. We got the whole five nights to let loose. However, maybe that blackjack table would suffice.", Jessica suggested.
"Oh goody! I love a good card game of 21.", Roger beamed. Little did Roger know that a blonde blue eyed toon woman with fishnet stockings and a riskay outfit winked at him licking her lips. Jessica noticing this held Roger closer to her and gave an actual cat hiss at the floozy who hissed back before walking away. Roger looked at Jessica emitting a low growl eyeing the woman. The rabbit asked her what was up seeing her cat ears retract.
"Is somethin' the matter, Love Dove? You don't seem happy.", the rabbit asked causing his wife to stop growling and hide her feline appendages.
"Oh, it's nothing to worry about, Honey Bunny. Just some rude passerbys.", Jessica half-lied as she and Roger head to the blackjack table. The ginger now has to be more vigilant for similar women trying to prey on the jovial rabbit.
At the blackjack table, Roger and Jessica arrived to see other players being Homer Simpson, Baloo, Wildcat, Louie of TaleSpin fame and Little Bo Peep from Toy Story wearing her biker outfit. The dealer's an anime like game character wearing the hottest uniform fitting for her and also looked Japanese with dark brunette hair with the nametag "Rio" written on it. Homer eyed Bo Peep and Jessica with a Bob Hope growl only for Roger and the two ladies to glare. Rio eyed the group with an eager smile on her face.
"Looks like we have a lovely couple willing to play.", Rio chirped.
"Oh, Love Cups. I bet we'll win for sure with luck on our side. Besides, I'm walking on them.", the rabbit joked causing Jessica to laugh along with the other players. Wildcat stifled a chuckle at Roger's sense of humor turning to Baloo and Louie.
"That rebbit fella's a hoot. I tell's ya.", the gangly lion mechanic said.
"Let's see if he could beat One of us in a game of 21. I'm an ace pilot and a blackjack player. I got it all in the bag.", Baloo boasted only for Louie to send him back down to earth.
"Easy there, cuz. Let's not get ahead of ourselves. Play it smart and have enough to get out of a jam. Ya dig?", the monkey advised. Baloo smirked at his pal assuring him.
"Relax, Louie. I'm aware of that. Just getting pumped up. That's all.", the bear grinned.
"All right, Baloo. But don't say I didn't warn you when Becky gets mad of you going broke in Vegas.", Louie sighed. The toons placed their bets on the table to see who could beat the dealer. Bo Peep smirked with confidence getting ready for the match.
"Mama needs something for her sheep. Bring it on.", she said. Roger carefully placed his bets courtesy of Jessica suggesting he goes steady.
"Take it easy, Roger. Don't bet all in one game. It's better to lose a little than to lose it all in one sitting.", Jessica advised.
"I'll try It. Let's get this game goin'. I need a new hat.", Roger chimed. Rio then got started dealing the cards to the participants. Homer had a starting hand of 3 and 7, Baloo, Wildcat and Louie had a 2 and 7 each, Bo had a 3 and 5 and both Rabbits had a 4 and 3. Rio had a 2 and a 5 in her hand.
"Hit me! Hit me!", Homer yelled as Rio dealt a card to him revealing a 4 making his hand a 14. Bo Peep got a 3 making her total 11 as she gulped but held it together. She listened in on Baloo as he grinned to himself hoping he has a chance only to receive a 5 tying with Homer while Wildcat had a 6 making it 15 and Louie tied with the gangly lion. Jessica had a 7 tying with Homer and Baloo while Roger had an 8 making the total 15. Rio dealt a 6 making it 13.
"Does anyone want to double down, hit or stand?", Rio asked considering the table had a possible chance of a bust. Neither one wanted to back down as Rio nodded at their decision.
"Very well then.", she then dealt the next card but unfortunately for Homer, he busted with a king totaling to 24. He pounded the table in frustration.
"D'oh!", Homer groaned as Rio had a sympathetic smile.
"Sorry, sir. You have busted.", the dealer noted.
"Awww! I was this close!", Homer groaned some more. Roger felt sympathetic towards him but needed to get back in the game. Roger and Jessica eyed their turns carefully for one wrong move could bust either one's hand before they could even beat the dealer. Wildcat was the next to bust being a jack going to 25. However, Baloo and Louie ha piece making it 20. They decide to stand leaving Bo Peep, Roger and Jessica in the game against Rio. Bo Peep actually had a chance of not busting due to her score at 11. The shepherd eyed Rio hoping she could get a 10, Jack, King or Queen to win.
"Please make it 21. Please make it a 21.", Bo Peep thought to herself biting her lower lip in anticipation. Rio dealt her a card being a 9 but at least it gave her and the other players a chance to beat the house. With 20 points, Bo Peep chose to stand. Jessica and Roger remained as the latter has his turn.
"Hit me one more time! Hit me, baby! One more time!", Roger blurted out causing Wildcat, Baloo, Louie and Homer to burst out laughing while Bo Peep and Jessica's eyes widen at the rabbit's outburst. Rio shook off her stupor and issued out a card to the rabbit being a 7 much to the player's delight.
"Oh my goodness! The surviving players beat me. Sounds like you're telling the truth that you walk with luck wherever you go. Time to split the earnings with the remaining players. Thank you for playing.", Rio told Roger as everyone had their winnings.
"Whew. That rabbit saved our hides for sure, man. All this gambling's making me hungry. How about you guys?", Baloo told Louie and Wildcat who shrugged. Though the gangly lion lost the game against Rio, he's a good sport about it and decides to join in for some food. Louie shrugs and just went with the flow. Bo Peep spotted Homer chasing after Daffy wanting to choke him for the insult.
"Why you little! Get back here!", Homer yeled at the looney duck.
"Whoo-hoo-hoo! Whoo-hoo! Whoo-hoo!", Daffy hollered running away from an angry Homer stretching his arms out to try and choke the wacky fowl. Bo Peep sighed and shook her head before turning to Jessica and Roger with a smirk.
"Looks like we managed to beat the house, huh?", the shepherdess chuckled. Jessica and Roger nodded in agreement.
"On vacation?", Bo asked.
"Yeah. It's our anniversary. We're staying here for five nights.", Jessica noted.
"At least it's not at that haunted pizza place called Freddie's. I wouldn't stay in there. Not even a Scooby Snack can persuade Scooby-Doo to stay there.", Roger shuddered. Jessica and Bo Peep laughed but assyured the rabbit.
"Relax, Honey Bunny. There's no way we're staying there. No need to worry about that.", Jessica cooed in Roger's ear.
"I'm in Vegas as well. A girls trip to be exact with Jessie and Trixie. They're at the slots area trying to get the jackpot.", Bo Peep explained as Roger grinned.
"Oh that's wonderful. I'm itchin' to play slots.", rabbit beamed causing Jessica to giggle at his eagerness for the next game. The ginger then spotted the same blonde lady eyeing Roger earlier winking at Roger seductively and made a disdainful look towards his wife. Bo Peep noticed this and had to do something before Jessica went hellcat on the floozy.
"Mind If I tag along with you two? Jessie and Trixie are at the slots anyway.", Bo Peep asked as the Rabbits smiled nodding their heads.
"Sure. I don't see why not.", Jessica answered. The trio made their way to the slots area. However, the male population of the casino wolfwhistled and catcalled at both Jessica and Bo and sneered with envy at Roger. They managed to ignore them but Roger whacked one guy for harassing the girls with a frying pan breaking his jaw spitting out gold and white teeth.
"Heh. Bet he'll remember that number.", Waldorf chuckled playing at a nearby slot machine. Statler snickered watching the guy rub his broken jaw and laughed.
"You mean the one hit wonder or the missing teeth out his mouth?", Statler asked.
"Both of them.", Waldorf answered causing the Muppet elders to laugh and heckle the poor sap. They soon won a decent amount of money from the machine.
The girls and Roger managed to find Jessie and Trixie at the slots being an Egyptian themed one. Jessie eyed the screen hoping she'd landed on the jackpot while Trixie deadpanned at the cowgirl's crazy expression.
"C'mon, dammit! I need a new pair of spurs! C'mon, c'mon! Ah, hell!", she whined as the spinning machine failed to hit the jackpot mark and instead give out a good amount of money. Trixie then spotted Bo Peep and the Rabbits greeting the shepherdess.
"Bo, I'm glad to see you! Hi, Roger and Jessica. Big fan for sure.", the lost toy said with a smile as the Rabbits were impressed. Roger shook Trixie's hand with a bucktoothed smile.
"Pbbbblease to meet ya. Glad to see a fan enjoying our work. Hey, what's wrong with her?", Roger pointed to Jessie still yelling and cursing at the slot machine. Bo sighed pinching the bridge of her nose not liking the cowgirl's misbehaving.
"Jessie's just mad over not getting the jackpot. I tried to tell her that it's a small chance to get jackpots like this. But she didn't listen.", Trixie explained. Just look at her.", Trixie said exasperated as the rest watched Jessie's tirade.
"Sassin'-razzen-frazzen-chicken-lickin'-dicken-rickin!", Jessie growled only for Bo to comically bop Jessie upside the head. The cowgirl rubbed the spot and whined with a glare at Bo.
"Hell was that for?!", Jessie protested
"Will you knock it off? Geez, at least you won some money. Watch that temper of yours or we'll all get kicked out.", the shepherdess begged. Jessie just sighed in defeat as Bo told Trixie and Jessie of her victory.
"I managed to win against the house in blackjack.", Bo said as Trixie and Jessie were curious.
"Really? How?", Jessie asked.
"I managed to get 21 against the dealer thus having most of us winning and splitting the pot. Only two busted though.", Roger explained impressing the girls. Jessica smiled at her husband kissing him on the nose before adding in her two cents.
"That's exactly what happened. And now we're testing our luck in slots. My Honey Bunny loves to play on them.", Jessica noted. Bo eyed on some of the machines that Roger and Jessica may like. She spotted Statler and Waldorf dancing with joy winning a great amount of cash. Roger eyed the old men intrigued.
"Jeepers, seems they're havin' a good time.", the rabbit deduced. Jessica and Bo were amused at the old men winning some money. Bo soon found a slot machine which was Sonic themed. Jessie was dragged away by Trixie to the next area while Bo went to a machine beside the one Roger and Jessica will share. Trixie and Jessie decided to sit this one out for they did enough slots for one night.
Oh, goody! A Sonic themed slot machine! This is going to be easy!", Roger cheered as Jessica raised her eyebrow.
"But it's a slim chance to get a jackpot, baby.", she noted.
"I know, Love Dove. But as long as you don't hit an Eggman symbol, then it's all good. This slot machine is based off the one from Sonic 2 for the Genesis.", the rabbit grinned as he lets Jessica take a spin at it. The ginger decided to do a medium bet for some spins. She pulled the lever hoping she'd get a decent amount. When the machine stopped at three Ring symbols, she at least got some of her money back from the bet.
"At least it was better than nothing.", the ginger said nonchalantly.
"P-P-P-Please, Love Dove. You can spin again. You may gget something better.", Roger encouraged his wifey. Jessica smiled at her husband before hitting another medium bet. This time, the panels matched 3 Sonics as it read on screen "Blue Star". The ginger in relief that she made a good amount of money to win.
"Now we're getting somewhere.", Jessica smirked as Roger eyed the image of a Chaos Emerald under the Sonic image.
"Hey, Love Dove. Just so you know, the Chaos Emeralds are the jackpot. But if you get two Rings, Sonics or Tails then you get great amount of money. But do not get two Eggmans though.", Roger advised as Jessica and the Toy Story girls raised their eyebrows.
"How do you know about this machine?", Jessie asked.
"I played Casino Night Zone in Sonic 2. Big Sonic fan.", Roger grinned. Jessica then smirked trying out the medium bet again but three Tails were landed being a "T-Kickback" giving out a decent amount of money. Bo on the next machine over hits a Fire Flower being 3 on a Mario themed one. Jessie smirked trying to sneak over to a nearby slot but Trixie dryly looked at the eager cowgirl.
"Don't even think about it.", she warned. Ignoring Jessie's growling, Trixie watched the three hustle on the slots. Roger spun a medium bet as it landed on three Spin Dashes signaling a Free Spin. The rabbit tried again and hits 3 Sonics plus 3 Tails earning a great enough money for himself. Bo finished her spins being a mismatch and three Marios was impressed by the rabbit and Jessica's hustle.
"Nice hustle on the slots, you two. Though I'm doing okay on the Mario one.", the shepherdess said only for Jessie to grumble.
"If I see one of you get a jackpot, I'm foaming at the mouth.", the cowgirl noted only for Bo to shush her. Roger lets Jessica take over the machine as the ginger tries out a heavy bet this time.
"Upping the ante."
"Jeepers, Love Dove. That's a heavy bet you placed.", the rabbit deduced. His wife smirked and stroked his fur.
"Oh, Honey Bunny. This One's going to be a great spin. Watch this.", Jessica pulled the leaver causing the panels to land on 2 Chaos Emeralds and a Sonic giving her an awesome amount. Bo gotten a match of 3 1-Ups being a free spin plus a match of Starman giving her some great dough. Jessie sighed in relief that neither got one.
"Well, Love Cups. It's time one of us gets one more spin before we take a break. I'm kind of hungry.", Roger said rubbing his stomach. Jessica lets him go take a swing at it. He placed a heavy bet and hoped for the best. The panels went round and around as the rabbit gulped.
"P-P-P-Please don't hit on an Eggman. P-P-P-Please!", Roger begged.
"Don't get a jackpot. Don't get a jackpot.", Jessie blubbered. Roger's two panels landed on two Chaos Emeralds while Bo's had two Crowns. Jessica and Trixie waited in anticipation for the last panel to show up. To Jessie's comedic horror, both slots went off respectively playing the Chaos Emerald jingle and the Mario fanfare hitting jackpot.
"Jumpin' jeepers! We hit the jackpot!"
"Woo-hoo! Mama's got the jackpot, baby!", Roger and Bo cheered respectively. Jessica peppered Roger in kisses as passerbys cheered for the winners. Jessie sprayed some Cool Whip on her face shaking in anger watching the two machines go off. Trixie grinned congratulating the three winners. The attendant being a toon cat went to the Rabbits and Bo to check and be sure the machine was not tampered with. To their relief, it was deemed fair.
"Oh, Honey Bunny! We won!", Jessica cheered while Roger giggled in glee. Jessie still spraying some whipped cream on her face thrashed side to side growling until Trixie smacks the can out of the cowgirl's hands restraining her.
"Woo-hoo-hoo-hooo! What a night!", Roger giggled gleefully while the group decided to leave out the casino for some food.
At the restaurant, Roger and Jessica parted ways with the Toy Story girls and were at a fancy buffet area. The couple came in and spotted Taz and Animal trying to tear up the place to get their grub on only to get restrained by Bugs and Sgt. Pepper.
"I'm going to knock Daffy's bill clean off for this.", Bugs groaned restraining Taz. Sgt. Pepper grabbed onto the chains to keep Animal in line. Unlike Taaz fixated on food alone, Animal spotted toon and human women congregating the buffet.
"Woman! Woman! Woman!", the wild drummer yelled out scaring away some of the female guests.
"Animal, get ahold of yourself, man! Oh, man! Zoot, help me out here!", Sgt. Pepper called out to the sax player in which he managed to assist in keeping the drummer in control. The rest of the Electric Mayhem being Dr. Teeth, Janice who came over to Pepper with food, Rowlf and Scooter sat down in which Scooter gave Animal his food to get him distracted. Roger and Jessica were amused looking for a seat. Also there were Big Bad Wolf, Three Little pigs and others.
"Jumpin' Jeepers, Jessica. This is a swanky place to eat at. Hmm. Even Bugs and Taz are here.", Roger said spotting the table where Bugs and Taz are now calming down. Also appearing was Daffy and Homer after their chase in the casino. Jessica found a table just for the two of them as they requested some variety of food from one of the servers. Once the servers left, the couple managed to enjoy their dinner with some toon alcohol for Roger. Jessica opened up the conversation relating to their luck of gambling.
"This night's interesting so far. Beating the dealer in blackjack and getting a jackpot in slots.", Jessica mused. Roger took a bite of his food before agreeing with his wife.
"Like I said earlier, I carry my good luck charm wherever I go. And I'm walkin' on them. I wonder what can we do with all that money?", Roger wondered.
"Hmm. Maybe give our house a good makeover or save some of it. Or even invest some of it.", the redhead said listing possible ways to use some of their winnings. Roger and Jessica didn't drink their alcohol yet but they got some more food and went back to the table.
"Hmm. Investing seems such a good idea. Like our own nest egg. Kind of like the golden goose in Jack and the Beanstalk laying gold eggs.", the rabbit said with a great analogy. Jessica smiled and looked into her husband's eyes.
"So how do you like our first night so far in Vegas?", she asked.
"I definitely love it, Love Dove. What makes coming here special is spending it with you.", Roger honestly said causing Jessica to coo and blush.
"Aw, Roger. You're making me blush. I'm so happy you love it. The fact we have four more nights to go is very exciting. But I have a good idea to end the first night here.", Jessica seductively said winking at the rabbit.
"Hmm. What could it be? I like guesses. Is it a hot tub?", Roger guessed. Jessica nodded her head confirming Roger's answer.
"Mm-hmm. And something special to go along with it.", Jessica purred causing Roger's feet to thump in bliss. After he stopped thumping, the couple rose their glasses to toast.
"To infinity and beyond!", Roger said reciting Buzz Lightyear's signature phrase. They soon made a toast and drank to many more years forever in their marriage.
Roger sat on the couch in their room awaiting his wife as she ran the personal hot tub. After awhile of thinking about his lucky night in Vegas, the rabbit heard his wife call out to him and was surprised to see her in her red swimsuit being a two piece causing Roger to have hearts in his eyes.
"Wowsers!", Roger beamed eyeing his wife swaying her hips holding a chocolate covered fruit basket courtesy of the bellhop earlier. Jessica seductively did the horse walk that Giselle Bunchen did on the runway towards the rabbit.
"Like what you see, Honey Bunny?", she cooed stroking Roger's face and held him towards her. She rubbed her face against Roger's like a cat purring. The rabbit gushed and looked into his fox of a woman's eyes.
"Oh yes. So nice.", the goofy rabbit cooed. The ginger carried him to the outdoor hot tub so they could view the skyline of the busy city.
"Let's celebrate Rabbit style.", she huskily said stepping into the tub with Roger in her arms. Thankfully, they managed to put a "Do Not Disturb" sign so nobody walks in on their tender moment. Throughout the night, Roger and Jessica fed each other fruits and made love in the tub while music played "Come A Little Closer, Girl" by The Isley Brothers.
Jessica and Roger were finished in the hot tub an hour later and now laying in a comfortable bed in each other's arms. The ginger retracted her cat tail and ears to wrap around the rabbit in a loving embrace. They gaze into each others' eyes before Roger grinned.
"I love you, Jessica. The apple of my eye, the light of my life and the cream of my coffee.", Roger professed kissing his wife on the lips. Jessica purred rubbing her face against him before kissing him.
"I Love you too, Roger. My pillar of strength.", the ginger nuzzled and noticed some chocolate residue on Roger's face from the fruit.
"Oh, you have something on your face. Let me help you with that.", Jessica huskily said using her tongue to slowly and seductively lick the residue off and moaned in Pleasure. Roger enjoyed the sensation that his wife gave to him. After a few licks, she felt proud of her handiwork cleaning Roger's face.
"That felt so nice on my face.", the rabbit said rubbing his wife's back causing her to purr. Soon, the loving Rabbits drifted off to sleep awaiting the next day in Vegas.
A/N: And that's the second chapter, folks. An enjoyable chapter for me to write and who is this blonde lady eyeing Roger and irritating Jessica? Find out in the next chappy. The blackjack dealer in this story is none other than Rio Rollins from Tecmo's Super Black Jack series of video games and pachinko slots. She also appeared in Dead Or Alive Paradise for the PSP as a dealer and a playable character and even has her own anime movie in the Super Black Jack universe. Anyway, tell me what you think in the reviews about the story and I'll see y'all in the next one.
