As Luzura was leaving, Kiki stopped her, as she looked just like normal Luz.

"What are you doing here?" Kiki asked in a rage.

"Oh, I'm just here doing business for Emperor Belos. He has me on a special mission," Luzura responded.

"Oh, are you delusional? I'm sorry, but I heard that Belos has you—" Kiki was interrupted by none other than the emperor himself.

"Kiki, it's fine. Watch," he said. "Luzura, uncloak!"

With that, she immediately transformed to her true form, shocking Kikimora.

"You see, if I didn't need her, she would be dead. Are you forgetting that…?"

"My liege, I give my sincerest apologies."

"Go on, Luzura, change back and continue your mission."

"Yes, my liege."

She transformed back to normal Luz and went on her 'merry' way.

"Seriously, Kiki, I need you to be less suspicious of my plans. It makes me wonder if you're still loyal," Emperor Belos said once Luzura was out of earshot.

"My liege, I will try my hardest to do so," was all the short demon said.

One day later:

"Geez, I hope Luz is okay. It's been over a day," Amity said, almost tearing up, "I'm really concerned about her."

"Don't worry," Eda said, "she may be human, but she's tough. I know she'll make it out."

"How can you be sure?" King said, "We haven't heard from her at all."

"I'm not sure, King. I really am not. I'm just trying the 'always think positively' thing that Luz always does. Seems to work wonders, really—"

But before Eda could finish what she was saying, Hooty opened up, and said, "I spy with my little eye, something coming this way!"

"Luz!" was the unanimous response.

Sure enough, it was Luz. Amity was the first to meet her with a hug, which was reciprocated by Luz.

"AMITY!"

"LUZ! I was so worried about you—" she quickly corrected herself, "We were so worried about you!"

"Just one quick question kid," Eda started. "How did you escape? Belos wouldn't have let you go that easily."

"Oh, well, you know how you taught me to pick locks?" she started, "I just used my hairpin. I used that invisibility spell to sneak my way out. Oh, and on the way, I found this…" she brandished the fake vial of Titan's blood, which received many a gasp from the rest of the group.

"Nice, kid!" Eda exclaimed. "Now we can get you home, right?"

There was a mutter or agreement among the rest of the group before Luz said, "I want to try and defeat Belos first. I can't just leave you guys to do this alone. So, until the emperor is gone or defeated, I'm staying here."

"Sounds like a plan!" King said.

Hunter, after the whole "fraternising with the enemy" ordeal, was punished by being locked in his room.

"Uncle doesn't understand," Hunter started saying to his palisman, Rascal, "he doesn't see the good I'm trying to do. He doesn't—"

His uncle, Emperor Belos, unlocked the door and came in, to Hunter's surprise. Belos saw the palisman and, instead of losing his marbles, remained chillingly calm.

"Hunter is that…is that a Palisman?" was all he asked.

"It is uncle. And—"

"And what? He's yours? Is that what you were going to say? Speak, boy!"

"Yes, uncle. He's mine."

"No, he's mine." And with that, before Hunter could react, the palisman was snatched and used to fuel him.

"Take this as a lesson: don't get mixed up with the wrong sorts, Hunter, or the same could happen to you. I'll take my leave, now." As Belos left, Hunter silently cursed under his breath. "I could hear that, you know."

As the day ended, Luz went back to her room, wondering how she was going to reapply her disguise every 48 hours with Amity and everyone else around. I could go to the bathroom, but Hooty is awfully nosy. He poses the most risk of anyone here.

*Knock knock*

"Can I come in to spend some time with my awesome girlfriend?" Came Amity's voice.

"Yeah, give me a minute, I'm not decent," Luz responded, making up an excuse.

"Oh, gimme a break. We've been together for a month and a half now, you really think I mind?"

"No, but I do!"

"Okay, you have one minute starting…now!" Luz started to freak out because she knew Amity had a few questions about what happened.

"Come in!"

Amity did just that. And as she came in, Luz realized that she really wasn't decent. Oops, she thought to herself.

"I thought you said you didn't want to be seen like this?"

"I…thought about it, and your right. Just because we're new to this, doesn't mean we should hide stuff from each other," Luz said carefully. "Can I show you something?"

Amity blushed profusely, thinking she was going to see more. "Sure…"

"Watch this…" Luz started to draw a spell circle but was interrupted by Belos' thundering voice in her head.

"Just what do you think you're doing? You're going to blow your own cover on day one?" Belos asked.

Luz responded, out loud, "No, my liege. I'm sorry."

"Look, you may be acting excited, but it may lead to your downfall if you're not careful." His voice started to trail off, and he was gone.

Amity, confused about what just happened, asked, "What was that about? 'My liege?' That's what Kiki said to Belos…oh no." It finally clicked in the youngest Blight's mind what had really happened. "No…not you…"

"Sorry, Amity." Luz shed her disguise, revealing her new self. "I wish it didn't have to be this way…just kidding! Watch this!" With those words, Luzura, corrupted by Belos' power, cast a paralyzing spell on her girlfriend.

"How," Amity asked, "how can you do this? You're human, not a witch!"

"Well, Belos gave me some of his power. And I can't have witnesses. Goodbye, Amity Blight." She started to draw a fire spell circle but was interrupted by Eda yelling "What the hell is going on here?! Luz, what happened? Did you lie to us?"

"Yes, I did. And it's Luzura now." With that, she was gone, much in a way like Belos' teleportation power.

Eda tried to cast a spell to undo Luzura's paralyze spell but realized that she still can't cast any spells. "Shoot! Keep on forgetting that."

"Well, could you hurry and find a way to undo it? I feel like I'm being constricted, I can hardly breath."

"Yeah, let me call you're parent's and tell them what's going on."
