Chapter 3 The Underworld

Donald's POV

Goofy and I were in the Underworld.

"I wonder where he is", I said.

"I don't know", Goofy said. "But I sure hope he can help us."

After Goofy said this…I suddenly heard something behind me.

I turned around…and saw a blue flame.

Knowing who this flame belonged to…I quickly turned around and straightened up in fear.

"Hey", I heard a voice say. "Where do you think you're going?"

With that, Goofy and I turned around, and when we saw the person the voice belonged to…we both grabbed onto each other in fear.

The person the voice belonged quickly came up to us, and this person…was none other than Hades.

"Well well well", he started. "If it isn't the two sidekicks?"

"Hey", I started angrily as I let go of Goofy. "Who you calling sidekicks?"

"Eeash", Hades said. "Calm down will ya?"

After Hades said this, he seemed to have realised something.

"Hey wait a minute", he started. "Isn't there supposed to be three of youse? Where's the spikey haired boy wonder?"

After hearing this, Goofy and I tried to think of an answer, but before we could say it…Hades started speaking again.

"Ah", he started. "I see. So the rumours I've heard are true."

"What rumours", I asked.

"A little birdie told me that you've two bozos have been going around different worlds asking if anyone's seen your spikey haired friend", Hades revealed. "Apparently, he did something he wasn't supposed to and then up and vanished."

Goofy and I didn't respond to this. We didn't have to, because the sad expressions on our faces gave us away.

Then…Hades started laughing triumphantly.

"I can't believe it", he started happily. "That nuance is finally gone!"

"You shut your beak", I demanded angrily. "Sora's not gone!"

"Donald's right", Goofy agreed. "Sora's out there somewhere. We've just gotta find him!"

"Good luck with that", Hades started. "I'm gonna go and brew up some evil schemes while big shoes isn't around to stop me."

"Not so fast mister", I demanded angrily. "We're not done with you yet!"

"Now what", Hades asked in annoyance.

"We were wondering if you knew anything about what may have happened to Sora", Goofy revealed.

"You've gotta be kidding me", Hades asked. "What makes you bozos think that I'm gonna help you find the kid that's been ruining my plans for years?"

"Because if you don't, I'm gonna give one heck of a beating."

As soon as Hades heard this voice…he gulped in fear.

Slowly, he turned around…and saw Hercules.

"Hiya Herc", Goofy greeted.

"Hercules", Hades greeted nervously. "To what do I owe this pleasure?"

"Tell them what they want to know."

After Hercules gave this threat…Hades sighed in defeat.

"Fine", he replied. "I'll tell you what I know."

"Let's hear it", Hercules demanded.

"Okay", Hades started. "So, hearts reside in the soul, and I heard a rumour that these hearts can end up in this special place if they're guided there."

"What is this place", I asked.

"Beats me", Hades replied. "But I think I remember it being known as a world of fiction."
