Chapter 2: New Friends
(Time Skip: 5 Years/ 8:00 A.M)
We currently see a young boy with snow white hair sitting cross legged in a large room full of training equipment, his eyes were closed and he seemed to be relaxed. A little ways away three figures stood watching him, the one in the middle was a woman with the same snow white hair and silver eyes. She was wearing a standard blue and white french maid outfit. She also had the maid headband and was wearing red lipstick. This was the boy's mother, Grayfia Lucifuge, the strongest queen in the underworld and the Head Maid of the Gremory Household.
The one to her right was a large man standing at 6'5, he has massive muscles covering his whole body. He had wild spiky hair that stood straight up, his shining golden eyes staring intently at the young boy. This was Surtr the Second Sirzechs Lucifer's only rook. He was wearing his standard workout clothes consisting of a tight fitting shirt and sweatpants and over everything he had his signature large brown overcoat on.
The last man was wearing a gray kimono and had his sword resting on his hip. He had dark brown hair and was 5'7. He was Sirzechs' knight Souji Okita.
"He's doing very well for one his age." The swordsman said.
"Indeed he is." Grayfia responded with a hint of pride in her voice.
The three present were overseeing Aldrich's training as per the plan that they made five hours after he was born. It was decided that the first part of his training would be for him to gain control over his emotions, alongside learning how to be a proper noble with the help of his grandmother. They still didn't know if he held the Power of Destruction but they still believed it to be a possibility, so until it was brought out Sirzechs wouldn't join in on the training.
"Alright that's enough for today, come on over here Aldrich." Grayfia called out to her son. Hearing his mother call for him Aldrich opened his eyes revealing his crystal blue and red eyes and stood up. His grandmother's training on the proper way to act was drilled into him so instead of running over to his mother, like any other child would have, he calmly and elegantly walked over to the group.
Upon reaching them Aldrich looked to his mother and with a small tilt to his head asked, "We're finished already mother?"
"For now, we need to get to your next lesson on how to be a noble." Grayfia told him, Her son nodded his head in acceptance. Seeing this, Grayfia turned to the other two and nodded. They nodded back and went to find Sirzechs so they could tell him about his son's training. After they were gone Grayfia turned to her son and said, "Come along, we must find your grandmother." Before she turned and walked away, her son followed close behind.
They soon came to a stop at a large door, Grayfia turned to her son and said, "I need to get back to work, so you behave for your grandmother okay?" He nodded, smiling brightly and she leaned down and kissed his forehead, and before she left she gave his head a quick pat. Moments like that always elated Aldrich, they very rarely happened and always when there was no one around. But he knew that didn't mean she didn't love him, his grandmother had told him about how his mother acted around others, and how she believed she needed to keep her emotionless image, during one of his lessons on how to be a proper noble.
Watching her walk away for a moment Aldrich soon turned to knock on the door. The door opened revealing Venelana Gremory, the Lady of the Gremory Clan and the grandmother of Aldrich.
"Aldrich, you're right on time, you're doing remarkably well at being a proper noble." She told him.
"Thank you Grandmother, I'm glad I could live up to your expectations." He told her in a calm tone, but if one listened closely you could hear a slightly giddy undertone to his voice. The Lady of the Gremory Clan of course heard this and could only smile amusedly, 'he is certainly still a child.' She thought.
"Well come in, and we'll get to your next lesson."
"Yes, ma'am."
(Hours Later: 12:00 P.M)
After his nobility lesson with his grandmother, Aldrich had the rest of the day to himself, so he went to find his aunt Rias. He found her in a sitting room a little bit away from the room where his grandmother trained him in being a noble. She was sitting in front of a chess board with the white's one her side, and across from her was a black haired girl. She had on purple glasses and behind them were purple eyes, she also had a stoic and impassive expression on her face. The girls appeared to be the same age and neither had noticed his approach, seemingly focused solely on the chess match.
Not wanting to interrupt their game, Aldrich sat on the ground off to the side and started meditating. Sometimes Aldrich would do this to try and relax or as a way to gain further control over his powers. While he was meditating he kept his eye on the game watching while he relaxed, he did this by expanding his senses, and if he reached out fully he could probably sense anything in the mansion, he hardly if ever did that seeing no reason to but sometimes it was fun to listen to conversations that were taking place on the other side of the mansion.
Doing this for a few minutes Aldrich felt the newest familiar presence approaching the room. When he asked His mother about the new presence that was in the house, she had explained that Rias had gotten her pieces on her seventh birthday and soon after found someone that needed saving from their family. She was a young girl the same age as Rias with long black hair and violet eyes. She had been on the run from her family after they had killed her mother when she was six. Two days after Rias' seventh birthday the girl had wandered into the Gremory family's territory in the human world. When Rias found her she was badly injured, and being the kind hearted person she was, brought her back to the family estate. The girl couldn't thank Rias enough and she told Rias her story. Akeno Himejima got along great with Rias and they soon became the best of friends and three days later she had agreed to join Rias' peerage as her queen.
Aldrich stopped meditating as she got closer to the door and before she could knock he opened the door, revealing Akeno standing there holding a tray containing a pot and two tea cups, her fist held up to the door like she was just about to knock. She looked surprised but before she could question him she recognized him and blushed slightly. He noticed this but didn't say anything and put a finger to his lips, signifying that she should stay quiet, at the same time he pointed at Rias. Akeno followed his finger and soon realized why he requested she stay quiet. This whole time Rias and the other black haired girl had noticed them, so she quietly stepped inside and Aldrich closed the door behind her. They stepped further into the room and sat a little ways away from the chess match. Akeno poured the tea into the two cups and handed him one, he grabbed it thankfully and took a sip.
"So, how have you been Akeno? It's been a little while since we last spoke." Aldrich said to her, putting his cup back on the saucer in front of him.
"I've been well, thank you. Have you been well Lucifuge-sama?" She asked a little teasingly. Aldrich simply smiled and nodded, she had been trying to tease him since they met but it never worked. He was taught to control his emotions, he didn't hold mastery over them but he was still incredibly good for someone his age.
They soon turned back to the game and focused on watching its ending, the black haired girl had moved her queen to take Rias' rook and put her king in check. Eventually Rias' King was trapped and the black haired girl had won, with the game finally over the duo both let out a breath and then shook hands.
"That was a good game Rias, you lasted longer than you did the last time we played." The black haired girl said.
"Thank you, Sona. That means a lot coming from you." Rias responded.
'So, her name is Sona?' Aldrich thought, before he could think anymore, that Rias turned in his direction.
"Oh! Aldrich! When did you get here?" She questioned. This got Sona's attention and she soon followed her gaze to see Aldrich sitting there beside Akeno.
"My lesson with grandmother ended a little bit ago, so I came to see if you wanted to play. But when I got here you were so focused on your game you didn't notice me enter. Akeno soon joined me and she was nice company." he responded.
"I don't believe we have had the pleasure of meeting. Hello, my name is Aldrich Gremory Lucifuge. It's a pleasure to meet you." He said to Sona with a small bow. Sona was momentarily stunned but she sooned snapped out of it and responded
"Hello I'm Sona Sitri, it's lovely to meet you as well. Umm. I hope you don't mind me asking but why have I never heard of you?"
Aldrich expected this question so he responded easily, "My parents didn't want people outside those he trusted or that we're in the family to know of my existence. At least not before my tenth birthday."
"Are your parents who I think they are?"
"I am indeed the son of Sirzechs Lucifer and his Queen Grayfia Lucifuge." This had Sona stumped. However she had to ask why they wouldn't want people to know about him.
"Okay so why did they not want people knowing about you?"
His mood turned slightly somber but he still responded nonetheless, "They fear that should others know of me before I can take care of myself, I might get kidnapped and brainwashed or just killed." This scared Sona. What could this boy be capable of that they would fear for that?
"I'm sorry but I can't show you without my parents." She accepted this answer because if the Satan Lucifer decided it was important it clearly was.
By the end of the day they all knew almost everything about each other and had grown really close. Unfortunately it was getting to be late and Sona had to return to her home.
"You'll come visit sometimes though right?" Rias asked Sona as she was getting prepared to leave.
"I will try to visit whenever I have the time." Before she was able to leave Aldrich asked her.
"Can you promise that you won't tell anyone about me? Not even your sister." Sona was surprised at first but she understood why he had asked that of her, so she nodded and soon teleported back home.
Seeing as how it was really late Aldrich turned to Rias and Akeno, "Well it's getting late, I believe it's
time I got to bed."
Rias looked at him and sighed, "Yes I believe that's for the best, we'll speak later. Come on Akeno, let's get going." Akeno nodded and left with Rias. Soon after Aldrich went to his room and got ready for bed.
(Later that Night: 12:00 A.M)
Aldrich was awoken suddenly by something hitting the ground hard outside his room, he hopped out of bed and ran to the window. Looking down to the ground he saw a small crater, he saw a glimpse of gray or silver hair in the center, so he looked closer and was stunned by what he saw.
There was a girl with silver hair that went down to her back face down in the crater, she looked to be around his age but she was badly beaten. There were bruises and open wounds leaking blood from them, he knew she was in terrible condition so he decided to do something. Taking his eyes away from the girl, he looked up, searching for the thing that had caused so much damage to the girl in the crater. Not seeing anyone for the time being, he hopped down from the window and landed with a graceful ease.
He was upon the girl within seconds, and as he got closer he could see just how bad the situation was. The girl was bleeding from pretty much everywhere! She was covered in blood from head to toe and she stayed unconscious even after he picked her up. That fact made him worry all the more. With the girl in his arms he hopped back up to his window and contacted his mother, she was better experienced to handle this. His mother accepted the call as he placed the girl down on the bed.
"Aldrich? You're supposed to be asleep young man." Grayfia said to him through the magic circle.
"Yes I know mother, but this is a matter of utmost importance could you please come to my room?" He said pleadingly.
Grayfia knew that her son would only be up at this hour if something incredibly important was happening. So instead of admonitioning him more she looked to her husband who had been working on important documents. Key words being 'had been' because he started to stare at her once he realized their son was the one who contacted her.
"Is something wrong?" He asked her.
"Possibly. Aldrich told me that something important has happened, however he didn't sound panicked so I don't think it's the Old Satan Faction." Hearing this Sirzechs breathed a sigh of relief as soon as he realized it was Aldrich that contacted Grayfia he thought he might have been in trouble. Much like his wife he knew that Aldrich would only be up this late if it was important.
"I believe that we should go see what this 'important matter' is." Grayfia nodded in acceptance and told her son.
"Very well we will be there immediately." Aldrich thanked his mother and she terminated the connection. Soon after a red light filled the room and out came Grayfia and Sirzechs, they looked around the room and spotted Aldrich. They were confused about what was important enough to call them at midnight. Then they looked just behind him to his bed, and spotted the silver haired girl who was still unconscious. They went over to the girl who was still bleeding and Grayfia attempted to help stop that.
"Aldrich, who is this?" Seeing as how his wife and queen was trying to keep the young girl alive, Sirzechs decided to question his son.
"I'm not sure, father. I was sleeping when I heard a loud crashing noise from outside, I got up and she was in a crater she made from crash landing there." Sirzechs walked over to the window and looked down at the ground, spotting the crater not too far from the castle. Looking back to his son he asked,
"Do you know if anyone spotted you?"
"I made sure to double check every direction before I jumped down to her. If someone did, they had to have been hidden." Sirzechs was still worried someone had seen him so he searched for anything that could suggest that he was, a faint magic trail, someone under an illusion spell, anything. Finding nothing of the sort, Sirzechs let out a sigh and contacted two people. The first one was important in this situation, her family ran a hospital and they needed one to make sure the silver-haired girl lived.
"Sirzechs? What are you calling for at this hour?" a groggy voice questioned, leading Sirzechs to believe that she was just sleeping.
"I need your help Serafall. Could you set up a private room never to be entered by anyone outside of me, you, Ajuka, Grayfia and anyone else we deem trust worthy enough to enter?" Sirzechs asked seriously. There was silence on the phone for a few minutes before Serafall responded.
"Done, room 500 on the top floor of the Serafall Memorial Hospital. I'll be there so you can explain what for." Her voice lost its groggy-ness as she was now wide awake after hearing his voice.
Sirzechs let out a sigh of relief and said, "That's perfectly fine. I was planning on informing you of the situation anyway."
"Very well, I'll see you soon." Was her response before the connection ended. Sirzechs turned to his wife who was nearly finished doing all she could, before he quickly contacted the second person he needed to contact. The man was the most logical and smart person in the entire devil race, him being the one that invented the evil pieces that lets them reincarnate other beings into devils. The connection was accepted almost immediately, with the person on the other side questioning him.
"Sirzechs? What do you need?"
"I need you to get to the Serafall Memorial Hospital immediately, go to room 500 on the top floor, I'll explain everything once we are all there."
"Very well. I will be there soon." Was all he said before the connection was cut. Sirzechs looked up to his wife who had finished doing what she could and nodded. She leaned down and picked the girl up before going to stand next to Sirzechs, who looked to his son. He didn't appear to be tired so he told him.
"If you wish to come with us, that's fine. We made sure that only those we trust will enter the room so you'll be fine when you meet the people I wish to see there." His son nodded and went to stand next to him. Sirzechs knew that his son was deeply worried about the girl, who wouldn't be after seeing the condition she was in.
When his son got to his side he created a magic circle and they were gone a second later.
(Serafall Memorial Hospital: 12:30 A.M)
Sirzechs, Aldrich and Grayfia, who was carrying the girl, appeared next to room 500. Sirzechs could feel Serafall and Ajuka in the room so he turned to his son and asked.
"We need to break the news to them slowly so could you wait here for me?" Aldrich understood and nodded with a smile, something Sirzechs returned before he turned back to the door. Aldrich stepped to the side while Sirzechs knocked on the door and opened it after. He stepped into the room and was followed by Grayfia, who gave her son a small smile as she passed him.
The room itself wasn't anything special, just a basic hospital room, a standard hospital bed, a heart rate monitor off to the side, a window, and a few chairs for the patient's family. Inside the room sitting on one of the chairs was Serafall Leviathan. She had black hair tied into a single ponytail and pink eyes. She was wearing a casual pink shirt with her T.V show Miracle Levia-tan's logo on the front and a matching pink skirt. She looked to be in her late teens and early twenties and she had a serious expression on her face, completely contradicting her normal childish persona.
There was also a man inside the room looking out the window. He had green hair and blue eyes and appears to be in his early twenties. He's wearing a green cloak with a purple shirt underneath. This was Ajuka Beelzebub, the Chief Advisor for Technology Development and was the man who created the Evil Pieces.
They heard the door open and turned to see Sirzechs and Grayfia enter, their attention being dragged to the girl in Grayfia's hands.
"What happened? Who is that?" Serafall asked, Ajuka looked just as interested.
"We don't know. We aren't the ones that found her." Sirzechs responded as Grayfia laided the girl under the hospital bed's covers. Ajuka and Serafall looked really confused now, 'if they aren't the ones that found her then who is?' They thought.
Ajuka was the one to voice these thoughts though, "If you aren't the one that found her then who did." Sirzechs looked at him with the most serious face Ajuka had ever seen on him and he knew that this was a very important matter for him.
"Before I tell you, I need you to promise that you will never tell anyone about what you're about to find out about." Ajuka nodded almost immediately, trusting his greatest friend enough to understand that he would only ask for something like that if it was of utmost importance to him. Serafall was a little hesitant but she also understood that if he requested that it had to be important to him so she also nodded in acceptance.
Seeing them agree, Sirzechs took a breath and looked to his wife and nodded, she returned it, turned to the door and walked out. Grayfia found Aldrich in the same spot he had been in when they entered the room, she smiled at him and he returned it.
"We're gonna go meet some of your father's closest friends, alright? We can trust them so be kind to them." She told him, he nodded with a bright smile seemingly elated that he was getting to meet more people. She smiled again and turned back to the room, gesturing for him to follow. They entered the room with Aldrich going up and grabbing onto Sirzechs clothes, peering out from behind him. Sirzechs looked down at him and smiled before he started to pat his head, Aldrich smiled brightly and Grayfia couldn't help but smile at the beautiful scene. Meanwhile Serafall and Ajuka could only stare at the scene in absolute shock.
"The one who found the girl, was my son." Sirzechs told them. This only baffled them further.
"WHAT!?" Serafall screamed. "When did you get a son!?" Ajuka looked equally confused and shocked but he opted to stay silent knowing that Sirzechs would explain like he said he would.
Sending a silent 'thanks' to Ajuka he turned to Serafall and said seriously, "Please be quiet. There is a reason no one outside of my family and peerage knows about him."
After saying that he turned to his wife and nodded she understood and made a barrier. After seeing the barrier form he turned to his son, "Aldrich" His son looked up at him, "I'm going to release the seal on your power alright?"
His son, understanding what his father wanted of him, stepped out from behind him and stepped in front of him. Sirzechs leaned down to his son and his son smiled kindly at the other two in the room. The two satans were shocked beyond belief when they started to feel a large amount of pressure on them. 'How could a child have so much power!?" They yelled internally.
The girl on the hospital bed that everyone had forgotten about with the reveal of Sirzechs son started to stir because of Aldrich's oppressive aura. Sirzechs and Aldrich noticed this, having been keeping a metaphorical eye on the girl, so Sirzechs placed the seal back on again and Aldrich disappeared from view appearing next to the girl who everyone then noticed was stirring.
Sirzechs' looked at his son, a knowing grin on his face. He had a feeling that his son was unknowingly attracted to the girl, and it was only a matter of time before he realized that. He knew his son was smart for one his age, and she would never admit it Grayfia was thinking much the same. However he knew now wasn't the time to play 'Matchmaker' so he turned off his 'father mode' as his father liked to call it, and turned on 'Satan Lucifer'. The other two satans put their shock on hold and also got serious, while sirzechs looked to his wife and nodded.
She walked over to her son and tried to pull him back a little but he didn't budge. Instead turning and looking at her silently pleading for her to let him stay there. Grayfia would never admit it but she was having difficulties trying to deny his request, he just looked too adorable. Reluctantly, she agreed to let him stay there but stood next to him in case the girl tried to attack out of fear.
The girl continued to stir for a few seconds longer before she opened her eyes revealing bright baby blue irises. Aldrich couldn't understand why, but his breath hitched in his throat when he saw her eyes. 'Beautiful' He couldn't help but think. Grayfia heard and saw his reaction but put that into the back of her mind, for now.
The girl had never been more confused in her life. She remembered flying away from her grandfather and headed towards a large castle she had seen one time. But just before she got there she got too tired to continue and crash landed in the yard of the castle. The last thing she saw before she went unconscious was the face of a young white haired boy looking at her worriedly.
But now she was in a comfortable bed staring at an unfamiliar ceiling somewhere she wasn't familiar with. Her confusion soon turned to fear thinking that she had been captured and brought back to her grandfather. She shot upright, fear evident in her eyes as she scanned the room. Her eyes first caught sight of the three Satans standing at the foot of her bed looking at her with serious expressions on their faces, but she didn't know who they were so she started to shake in fear.
Everyone noticed this but before someone could ease her worries through words, Aldrich reached out and put a comforting hand on her shoulder. The girl's head snapped in his direction and they made eye contact. To the others in the room, it looked like they got lost in each other's eyes, as they sat there staring into the others.
The girl recognized Aldrich as the one she saw before she went unconscious. She continued to stare into his bright crystal blue and crimson red eyes and he stared into her baby blue ones. This continued for a few minutes before Sirzechs, who had the faintest grin on his face, coughed into his hand.
This brought the pair out of their daze and Aldrich smiled softly at her in a comforting manner. The girl soon realized that she was more than likely not captured and broke down. Tears fell from her eyes as she remembered why she was able to get away, she felt a pair of arms wrap around her and her crying halted for a second as she looked to who the owner of the arms were. Her eyes once more met Aldrich's kind and caring eyes, she had never felt so safe before, she couldn't help but burst into tears again. She buried her head into Aldrich's chest and cried for several minutes, while Aldrich sat there with a kind smile on his face as he gazed down at the girl.
Ajuka was the least surprised about the current situation and was still trying to figure out how Sirzechs and Grayfia could possibly have a child with so much power.
Serafall was staring at the scene in awe. Aldrich hadn't said one word to the girl or even to them but he was still able to get her comfortable enough to cry on him. As much as she thought the scene was adorable she started to think intently about something.
Grayfia was still standing just behind her son staring at him in shock. She had no idea that he would ever do something like that, she did her best to get her emotions back in control but it was proving to be difficult. She soon got control of herself again but she was no less shocked.
Sirzechs' serious expression was gone, replaced by a gentle smile, as he gazed at the beautiful scene before him. 'Looks like my son is a natural ladies man.' He thought. Ajuka, Grayfia and Sirzechs continued to watch the children, patiently waiting for the girl to calm down, while Serafall seemed to be in extremely deep thought, seemingly ignorant to what was going on.
It took a few minutes but the girl eventually calmed down enough to speak. She got out of his hold but stayed in his arms, not wanting the safety she felt to disappear and said in a quiet voice, "Thank you, I feel a little better now."
Hearing the girl speak for the first time the Satans got serious again, including Serafall who had finished thinking about whatever she was thinking about. Aldrich was still smiling kindly but his eyes held a slight worry still.
"Are you sure you're alright?" He asked in a soothing voice. The girl found herself blushing slightly but she nodded nonetheless. Seeing that she seemed to trust his son, Sirzechs made a mental connection with his son.
"Aldrich" His son perked up indicating he was listening, "Ask her what she remembers last. We need to find out who she is and why she's here. I would ask her myself but she seems to trust you and I don't want to make her uncomfortable." His son gave a slight nod signifying he understood.
"Okay, do you think you could answer a few questions for me?" He asked her softly, he saw her nod slightly so he continued, "Could you tell me your name?"
She left his arms but continued to stare into his eyes, while she answered his question, "My name is Valina Lucifer, but I also go by Vali." Everyone's eyes widen but before anyone could yell out something *Cough-Serafall-cough* He silenced them with a finger to his lips and told his son what to ask next.
"Do you happen to know someone named Rizevim Livan Lucifer?" Everyone could see Vali start to shake in fear, and Aldrich was quick to bring her into another hug whispering soothing words into her ear. It took a few minutes but Vali was able to calm down enough to answer in a quiet voice, "he's my grandfather".
'That's what I thought' Sirzechs said to himself. Before mentally telling his son the next question.
"Remember, if it's too painful for you, you don't have to answer the question. But why are you so afraid of your grandfather?" She didn't shake as bad this time, because she was still in his arms.
"he did terrible..and painful things to me. and called them 'experiments'." she said in a near silent voice that Aldrich almost didn't hear.
"Do you know why he did those things?" he asked softly. She didn't say anything at first, but she left his hold once more, and nodded before a pair of metallic wings erupted from her back. They were silver in color but the 'feathers' were a light blue, an almost exact match for her eyes.
"he did them because of these." she told him. Once more the room was shocked silent, mainly because Grayfia had stopped Serafall from shouting out loud. Once Serafall had calmed down Grayfia went back to her son, he turned to her as he got behind her and silently asked if he could speak with her and his father. She thought about it for a moment before she nodded to him, she saw his eyes light up in happiness as she turned to tell her husband.
Aldrich turned back to Valina and said, "I'm just gonna go right outside, to speak with my parents. Could you wait right here until I return?" Vali looked frightened at first, before she turned downcast and nodded, seemingly sad that he was leaving. Aldrich gave her one last hug to calm her before he went towards his parents who were waiting at the door with the other occupants.
They exited the room and Aldrich turned to his father and asked, "Father, can she stay with us?" Sirzechs looked like he expected the question and was prepared for it, so his answer came quickly, it wasn't exactly what Aldrich wanted to hear.
"I don't think she should son." Before his son could protest he said, "Hiding you is okay because you're mine, me and your mother get to decide what happens to you until you're old enough to make your own choice, and no one can say otherwise. But her family is part of the Old Satan Faction and if she's exposed to the underworld she would be sold to an heir of one of the remaining clans as a breeding stock." Seeing his son looking mortified at the thought, gave him all he needed to know.
"However" His son looked to him hopefully, "We could use this to help the relationships between the others in our faction." He said turning to Serafall, who seemed to know what he was implying, she started to think deeply on that. She was silent for a few seconds before she nodded.
"I believe that could work but we would need to be sure that nothing happened to her while she was there." She told him seriously. Sirzechs nodded before a magic circle appeared next to his ear.
"Sirzechs, what do you need?" A mature and laid back voice said on the other side of the circle.
"Azazel, I need a favor from you." Sirzechs said seriously, telling Azazel that this was an important matter.
"What kind of favor?" He responded with equal seriousness in his voice.
"We found a Lucifer descendant, outside our home tonight, the thing is she's a half-devil, half-human
And the possessor of the longinus 'Divine Dividing'. I'm sure you know what would happen if she was revealed to the underworld. So I want you to take her to Grigori and train her there so that she's powerful enough to make her own choices, for when she is revealed to the underworld." There was silence on the other side for several minutes.
"Where do you want to meet?" Azazel responded.
"Later today. 7:00 A.M, at the edge of our separated territory. And come alone. I don't want many people to know about a secret you'll find out about. The only people that know are people that I trust."
"So you trust me enough to know?" Azazel asked suspiciously
"No. I just know that you're going to meet him sooner than I would like. The girl, Valina Lucifer, is quite attached to him already." Sirzechs responded with his tone filled with exasperation.
"So it's a person. And a male no less." He said, sounding as if he already knew the secret, "Alright I'll be there. And no one will know about it."
"Thank you. We will see you later then." Sirzechs said before the connection ended. He turned back to his fellow Satans and said, "Alright, I ask that you tell NO ONE about this. Especially about Aldrich." They nodded reluctantly.
"However, you should let me visit every once in a while." Ajuka said, Sirzechs just nodded saying that it was fine. Serafall asked the same thing but Sirzechs hesitated for a moment, before saying that it was fine as long as she didn't do anything too…her. She started pouting cutely but nodded nonetheless.
He turned back to his son and said, "Your new friend is going to be going someplace safe. But you won't be able to see her." Aldrich's expression turned downcast, "But you'll still be able to speak with her." He added quickly not wanting to upset his son. Aldrich was still sad he wouldn't be able to see his new friend but was okay with at least being able to talk with her, so he nodded and smiled.
Sirzechs was pleased to see his son with a smile again so he smiled back, before turning to the others and saying, "Alright let's go tell the girl the plan."
(A.N: I'm not writing that. just imagine it.)
(Territory's edge: 7:00 A.M)
After the group explained what they had planned for the girl, she grew scared, terrified even. Everyone thought that it was because she was going someplace new, but it was the thought that she might get 'experimented' on again and the fact that she was going to be away from her only source of comfort. The girl calmed down after numerous reassurances though. Both Aldrich and Valina were equally saddened by the fact that they wouldn't be able to see each other, but they promised to speak everyday. They didn't get to speak anymore though because Sirzechs suggested that she get some rest.
However, right now they were here to meet with Azazel, so he could take Valina back to Grigori, where she'll be safer. The group consisted of Valina, Sirzechs, Grayfia and Aldrich, a few seconds of waiting and a yellow magic circle appeared and out came a man with black hair and gold bangs. He had violet eyes and was wearing a kimono, he appeared to be laid back but Sirzechs and Grayfia knew he was anything but, they could see he was tense, not that they had it against him, they were no less tense then he was.
"Azazel. Thank you for coming." Sirzechs said peacefully.
"Sure, getting to research the divine dividing gear is totally worth doing this." Azazel responded coolly.
Sirzechs' eyes narrowed, "I hope you know not to go overboard. She is a half-devil but she is still one of us, we will not tolerate unnecessary pain for the sake of 'Research'." Azazel could understand why he said it, it was explained later that Valina was tortured by Rizeviem for having the Divine Dividing gear in the first place.
"You can rest assured Sirzechs, I would never do anything that maniac would." Azazel claimed, putting his hands in the air as a sign of peace. Sirzechs calmed down before nodding to him, he looked to Valina and said, "This is Azazel. He's the Governor General of the Fallen Angels meaning he's the leader. He's going to be taking you back to his organization for safety. Rest assured you'll be able to speak with Aldrich everyday, just like you promised, alright?"
Valina looked scared to go but she was quickly calmed by a soothing hug given by Aldrich. They sat there for a moment before they released each other. Valina was about to go to Azazel but stopped and turned back to Aldrich.
"You never told me your name, I heard it just now but could you tell me?" She asked, Aldrich grew embarrassed, while internally berating himself for forgetting to state his name. If his grandmother was here, he would have gotten a smack to the head.
"Sorry I forgot to tell you." He said embarrassed, Valina giggled and it calmed Aldrich down, "My name is Aldrich Gremory Lucifuge." Vali and Azazel, who was listening in on the conversation, were totally shocked at that.
Valina couldn't believe that the one who had made her feel safe so easily was a part of the same family as the one who always helped her grandfather 'experiment' on her. She couldn't possibly believe that he was in the same family as that man.
Azazel was also greatly shocked, but he turned to Sirzechs who was watching the children in amusement and asked, "Your great secret is your son!?" Sirzechs turned to him and nodded. Now it was Azazel's turn to be confused, 'What was so special about that?' Sirzechs knew what he was thinking and turned back to his son.
"Aldrich" his son looked at him, "We're going to show Azazel." His son understood and waited. A barrier appeared a second later and Sirzechs stepped behind his son, placed a hand on his shoulder and released the seal on him.
The pressure felt by those present was truly shocking, Azazel was steadily being pushed to his knees under all the pressure the kid was releasing. It was soon clear why Sirzechs wanted to keep him hidden from everyone, his potential was insane.
The pressure soon disappeared and Azazel was able to stand normally again. His inner researcher wanted to question it but he didn't want to do any of that right now. So he just sighed and looked at Valina, "Come on Valina, we should be going." Valina gave one last hug to Aldrich before she turned and joined Azazel, who made a magic circle and they were gone a second later.
A.N: Hope you enjoyed it. See you in the next chapter.
