Terror spread across the City by the Bay in seconds. The San Francisco ley lines lit up like a Christmas tree, forming a narrow and infinitely deep crevice across the streets. Ghosts swarmed out of them, attacking any individuals who were nearby.
Phone lines at all the police stations were ringing off the hooks, but the officers were all but helpless against the surge of ghosts now plaguing the city.
People ran screaming for cover, but nowhere was safe. There was nobody who could help. Nobody.
