Uzumaki Naruto wants to train, and manages to become good enough to pass the exam after 3 attempts, some disturbing events leads to him unlocking a new dojutsu, he got a letter from his mother and father and want to become a true ninja, he get placed with two new people under Hayate Gekko, he gotta overcome many challenges.

4. The war and the end

I do not own naruto

Konoha was attacked but the toads, monkeys, hiruzen and naruto defended. But in the end Hiruzen died but managed to kill orochimaru. Naruto is Jounin Captain, the third in command of the public military of konoha. He has also allowed konohamaru to live with him and has become his guardian. Also Konohamaru is 4 years old soon to be five so he is younger than I first said. Also younger than in

Naruto: *Wakes up, and sees a lot of white* "Ugh I hate hospitals" *He looks around to see konohamaru sleeping on his bed beside him* *Chuckles* Wake up konohamaru.

Konohamaru: *Wakes up* Oh Naruto-niisan *He then jumps on naruto to hug him*

Naruto: *Chuckles* How long have I been here?

Konohamaru: Just one night.

(Then a anbu appeared)

Anbu 1: Jounin Naruto. The council requested an audience with you.

Naruto: All right. I'll be there in a bit. *Takes on clothes and takes a hand on konohamaru's shoulder and bodyflickers home.* Stay here I'll be back in a bit. *He then bodyflickers outside the council meeting room. He then knocks on the door, and he hears a come in and he opens the door*

Koharu: Uzumaki Namikaze Naruto, we are the council this is the clan heads *Points at the clan heads* and this is the civilian council *Points at the civilian council* And Homura and I are the elders. Nara Shikaku is your supervisor, also known as the Jounin Commander.

Homura: We will discuss a few things. The first is your guardianship with konohamaru. Second, your rank and duty, third what happened during the attack and forth whether you are to become a clan head or not.

Koharu: First so in order to become guardian for konohamaru you need to have permission from the last guardians or parents.

Naruto: Hiruzen was the last guardian and here is the paper. *Gives paper*

Koharu: *Reads it* All right you are hereby the guardian of Konohamaru Sarutobi. Second. We need proof for you to become your rank and with what we have been informed you are to become Jounin Captain, which means you will be In Command In the battlefield as Shikaku here is in charge of strategy and formations.

Naruto: I agree with that.

Homura: Which also means you will not be given many missions but Guarding as you are supposed to stay in the village most of the time. But before this we need proof of Hiruzen's decision.

Naruto: Hiruzen wanted four things. He wanted me to take care of konohamaru. He wanted me to become a Jounin Captain. He wanted me to take the monkey scroll and give it to someone worthy of it.

Flashback:

Emna: I want you to take the scroll with the summoning contract. You can decide whether you want to take it and sign it or give it to someone worthy. You are hereby granted this duty by Monkey King Emna

And the forth. He wanted me to make sure that either Jiraiya or Tsunade became the next hokage. He told me that those two are to be asked first and if they are not agreeing then the daimyo is to decide. *Gives them the document of all those things* Well that should be it.

Homura: Not yet. Now we will decide whether you are to become clan head or not. The problem here is that you are the last surviving of two clans.

Koharu: Hmmm. We could combine the two clans.

Naruto: That would Indeed be smart. Uzukaze.

Danzo: Well then, we shall vote if we will allow the Uzukaze Clan to be allowed into konoha.

Danzo: Very well, Uzukaze Naruto is hereby the clan head of the Uzukaze family. We shall announce the new rules tomorrow. Everyone but Naruto, Shikaku, Dragon and the clan elders are dismissed.

Koharu: Now, we need to discuss what we shall do. First we need to find a hokage. Lets ask Jiraiya first.

Fukasaku: Naruto-boy what do you need?

Naruto: Can you reverse summon jiraiya and then summon him here?

(He then puffs into smoke and 10 seconds later than jiraiya arrive, with a bit of bruises and a blue mark on the face)

Naruto: Did they spot you peeking?

Jiraiya: *Looks down* Yes, *He then jumps up* Thank you for saving me. There were some kunoichi there too. Well, what'cha need me here for?

Homura: Jiraiya-sama, do you want to become the Hokage?

Koharu: Hiruzen wanted you to become hokage.

Jiraiya: No thank you, it is way too much paperwork, and I can't peek at girls.

Danzo: "Yes one gone one to go and she won't say yes"

Jiraiya: Well, I think we can ask tsunade. I have a clue on where she is. Can I take Naruto with me? She is his godmother and she doesn't know he's alive as a corrupt anbu told her naruto died.

Shikaku: Very well, you shall take Naruto and head out when this meeting is done. Please go and wait outside.

(Jiraiya goes outside)

Shikaku: All right, so the relationship with Stone and Cloud village is bad. I fear they might try to attack us.

Danzo: I see. Orochimaru let loose a snake in the village which destroyed a lot so all chunin and under are only to do missions inside the land of fire. All Jounin shall be sent on missions since we cannot show weakness. I shall also send all Root on mission, even easy one to show we are prepared for anything. Shikaku, can you make formations and put all anbu on defense?

Naruto: I agree. Shikamaru Nara showed very good intelligence and the ability to think out of the box. He almost won with one technique. Although, I think he needs to become more creative. He could've used the shadow to smash temari's head into the fan and make her unconscious but of course. I can only think of that as my creativity is kinda insane. Well, Akira and Akihiro showed perfectly what type of chunin we need. They find their way around stuff and just perfect chunin material.

Danzo: Indeed. Anyone else you guys can think of?

Koharu: Sasuke Uchiha.

Naruto: I disagree. While his skills are no doubt chunin his mindset is not in the right place. He gets angered way too easily and he completely forgot there were others there. And with the Curse Mark gone we can make Kakashi train him to be mentally better.

Shikaku: I agree.

Homura: Well then. Council Dismissed.

(Naruto went out to talk to Jiraiya and found him)

Naruto: Jiraiya? May I ask If I can take Konohamaru Sarutobi with me?

Jiraiya: Oh, why?

Naruto: Well I am his guardian and I believe he is kinda depressed from losing hiruzen so it would not be smart to leave him now.

Jiraiya: Very well, but he is your responsibility.

(Naruto bodyflickers home, tells konohamaru about the mission and they pack for the mission, Naruto then gives konohamaru the letter from hiruzen and tells him to open it when he feels ready. He then put konohamaru on his shoulders and they walk to the gate when they arrive Jiraiya is already there)

Naruto: Hello Jiraiya.

Jiraiya: Hello brat, and hello Konohamaru.

Konohamaru: Hello Jiraiya. Are you the old man's student?

Jiraiya: Yes.

Naruto: Well while we go I will be trying to make the Flying Raijin easier for me to use.

Jiraiya: And how will you do that?

Naruto: *Smirks before pushing chakra into the tattoo and Fusajiro appears.

Fusajiro: Hello Naruto-sama.

Then jiraiya actually summons his own toad and they begin going, they go much faster due to their toads as they have strong legs and the two toads, jiraiya and konohamaru talk while naruto reads in scrolls and works on the sealing. After 1 week of traveling and checking city's they come to a city and they buys a room and goes to a bar after having check almost everywhere when they walk in jiraiya shouts)

Jiraiya: Tsunade!?

Tsunade: Jiraiya!?

Jiraiya: *Goes and sit down with Tsunade and her apprentice Shizune*

Naruto: *Joins him with konohamaru on his shoulders sleeping on his head, he sits down before putting konohamaru beside him to sleep on his arm.

Tsunade: Jiraiya, why are you here and who are those two.

Jiraiya: The village was attack by orochimaru. *He then tells her about everything and naruto's fight* Before saying this is naruto.

Tsunade: *Eyes widen and mouth falls to the ground* This is the guy who has learned the flying raijin and killed 750 people?

Naruto: *Scratches the back of his head* Yeah, but only because my father and mother left me a scroll about it and some jutsus.

Tsunade: Wait thats means you-

Naruto: Yes, I am the son of Kushina Uzumaki and Minato Namikaze, also the head of the new Uzukaze clan.

Tsunade: *A tear fall from her eyes* B-but, that means you're a jinchuriki and have been treated worse than trash.

Naruto: *Nods*

Shizune: Yes, and you are 13, soon 14?

Naruto: Indeed. *Goes to the bathroom and takes off clothes and takes on a white t-shirt a black shorts.*

Konohamaru: Does the same but with grey shorts and orange t-shirt.

(Naruto then goes to sleep and konohamaru actually goes on top of him like on his breast and falls asleep, naruto smiles at him and goes to sleep)

Shizune: "Well he is kinda cute and nice, I understand what Jiraiya sees in him." *She then goes to sleep*

(The next morning Naruto takes his clothes and prepares to leave. Shizune too they then goes to wake up Jiraiya and Tsunade)

Naruto: *Walking in with Shizune and Konohamaru, they see that Jiraiya is snoring very high.* See what I mean?

Shizune: Yeah. *They walk to check on Tsunade, they see her having a nightmare* I'll go wake up Jiraiya you should probably wake her up*

Naruto: All right. *Wakes up tsunade* Wake up.

Tsunade: Oh, naruto. *She then remembers the nightmare a jumps on him* Oh it was only a dream. Phew, but she has a tear in her eyes.

Naruto: Are you all right?

Tsunade: I had a dream about you getting killed and there was a lot of blood and I had to save you and managed it but then a kunai flew at you and I woke up.

Naruto: I'm all right It was a bad dream. *Bites his thumb and shows tsunade* Doesn't react and just tilts her head. * It seems your dream made you overcome your fear for blood.

Shizune: *Kicks down the door* Really!?

Naruto: Indeed. I have a mark on my house so I can teleport us home but I'll be exhausted since it's a very long distance.

Tsunade: All right.

Naruto: Everyone take a hand on my shoulder.

(Everyone does and they are at naruto's home)

Naruto: *Falls on one knee and breathes heavily* Ah that took a lot more than I thought.

Jiraiya: I don't think even Minato could travel that distance.

(They then goes to the hokage building and goes to the council meeting room. Naruto has a seat right beside the hokage and shizune and jiraiya stand beside tsunade)

Homura: So you accepted the hokage position?

Tsunade: Yes, all thanks to Naruto here.

Koharu: I see, good work Jounin Naruto.

Tsunade: What has happened since Naruto left?

(They both vanished before appearing in front of Danzo, Naruto cut his arm off and threw it to shizune while Jiraiya took his left eye)

Tsunade: Danzo, you are hereby arrested for stealing Sharingan eyes, ordering slaughter of the uchiha clan. And many more crimes in the shadow. Naruto Uzukaze will be the new leader of Root.

(Everyone in the council was shocked)

Tsunade: I am not weak and I will change how the third hokage did it.

Flashback:

Naruto: Tsunade?

Tsunade: Yes?

Naruto: I have a bloodline named Bakugan, and with it I can see through things, and I saw that danzo has sharingan on his left arm and eye. Also around two hours after I activated the bakugan for the first time I could see thoughts. It seems to be a hidden ability but I could see his thoughts and it was to make me a weapon and use his sharingans to become hokage. He is the reason for the uchiha massacre, he should be arrested.

Tsunade: Naruto, you are to go to root and announce the news when we're done.

Medic (Those who can use medical jutsu some stay behind to heal behind walls and some in the front lines)

Trap Specialist (Those who specialize in trapping )

Seal Specialist (Those who specialize in seals to make paper bomb and sealing scrolls)

Special Unit:

Close Range (Those with special abilities and fight close range)

Mid Range (Those who have special abilities and fight mid range)

Long range (Those with special abilities in long range)

Commando Unit:(A unit with people chosen to work together and a perfect team with very skilled people)

Naruto: I recommend Kakashi Hatake as Attack Commander. And Might Guy as his assistant and Attack Close range captain.

Shikaku: That is a very good recommendation and I agree, they both have great teamwork and experience.

Tsunade: Yes, also council please leave. This is ninja matters.

But if you choose camp, then you will not be trained in combat. But you will still be genin-chunin level taijutsu. But you will be able to conduct more important healing. Of course I am efficient in both as I am Tsunade-sama's student.

Sakura: Wow, really? Isn't she the best medic in the world?

Shizune: She is however until one month ago she couldn't even look at blood but a certain boy helped her overcome it.

Shizune, you got a lot of work to do.

Shizune: Yeah, I can't believe I had this of all classes.

Naruto: This is gonna get ugly.

Shizune: Yeah.

(Everyone looks up confused before the door gets destroyed and Tsunade comes in)

Naruto: Yo.

Tsunade: Don't yo me.

Naruto: How many stacks of paperwork did you have?

( The day goes on and everyone prepare and naruto is not about to sleep )

Naruto: * Falls asleep, he then wakes up in a red alleyway, he walked into one of the doors to see a big cage.

Kurama: *Smashes his claws towards naruto but the cage stopped him*

Naruto: You know that If I die then you do too?

Kurama: Smh, what do you want, brat.

Naruto: Well for a starter what is your name?

Kurama: Kyuubi.

Naruto: No your actual name.

Kurama: Nobody has asked my name so why do you want it?

Naruto: Because it's fair that I know your name, I don't hate you for being the reason I am jailed. My father did it. Also it doesn't make sense to just aimlessly attack konoha.

Kurama: My name is Kurama, I was controlled by a Uchiha.

Naruto: I see. *Points a closed hand at kurama* Wanna be friends?

Kurama: * Takes his closed hand towards his and they hit each other* Sure. But you gotta remove the Seal.

Naruto: Very well. *Is about to remove the Seal when a hand stops him* Yo dad.

Minato: You know I'm your dad?

Naruto: Yeah, I mastered your technique too. The Flying Thunder God and Rasengan. Also relax, me and the kyubi is friends. He has it bored here so he agreed.

Minato: I see, you're a strong one then. I am very proud of you. I would be no matter your choices. Well my chakra is fading Goodbye.

Naruto: * single tear falls from his eyes* Good Bye. *He then turns to kurama* Lets do this.

Kurama: Let's go, my friend.

Naruto: Takes off the Seal.

Kurama: Now I am free. Thank you. I will give you chakra when you need to. But we should probably train to hold it longer.

Naruto: Okay let's begin tomorrow. * He then makes his mindscape to a forest. Here you go. Naruto the. Returns to the real world to see Konohamaru looking at him*

Konohamaru: Niisan why are you crying.

Naruto: I met my dad so I am happy. * he then tells Konohamaru what happened* Let's keep this a secret till I decide to make it public.

Konohamaru: Okay.

(They then goes to sleep. Kurama and naruto would then train in the mindscape everyday as it worked as well as If you did it in real life this continued in 1 month naruto is currently in the hokage office)

Tsunade: Okay so we know where they are coming from. They should be here in a week with their speed.

Naruto: We should make a trench on our borders and wait for them. This will give us good cover as the borders don't have any cover.

Shikaku: I agree.

Tsunade: Very well, Shikaku tell everyone to prepare their divisions.

Shikaku: Hai.

Tsunade: Naruto, you and Shizune will be moving around and you will be helping those who need it. You will join and help make the trench. Shizune prepare the students first and divide them into their groups.

Naruto: Very well. We shall go in 4 days, I have a few more duties with root, commando and defense divisions. And Shizune got the support division.

(Five days later Shizune and Naruto arrive to the trenches)

Kakashi: Greetings Naruto.

Naruto: What's the status?

Kakashi: Well the morale is very bad and the mood is almost to the ground and they have no confidence.

Naruto: I'll fix that when the enemy arrives, tell them to stand down until I give the order when the enemies arrive, and also make everyone sleep to be ready for the fight. I'll use shadow clones to make sure everyone is prepared.

Kakashi: Very well.

(The next two days kakashi and naruto discuss tactics while shizune makes sure the medics are prepared)

Hyuga 1: I can see them! They are five minutes away.

Naruto: So the whole special and attack unit are here medic team from support too. Make sure nobody attacks until I give the order.

(The enemy then is at the end of the forest and there is a stare off and the mood has never been so down. The enemies then begin to charge)

Naruto: *Sigh* I'll be going to put the mood up. *Walks out of the trench and five meters before running towards 3000 enemies. (When they are 20 meters away from each other) *Puts chakra to his tattoo. Fusajiro then appears and Naruto nods to him and he disappears. * "Kurama you wouldn't mind giving me some chakra to put the morale up?"

Kurama: Sure.

Naruto: *Gets chakra from kurama and goes KCM 2, yellow begins glowing from him and he gets a yellow cloak.*

(Naruto then charges at the enemy and they charge back, Naruto then takes out 4 kunai and throws them before doing handsigns and shouting Kunai Shadow Clone Jutsu and they become 200 kunai he then takes out his sword and begins teleporting around after 1 minute he teleports back in front of the treches, he got 500 kills before shouting FIRE! Then everyone got their morale up and begins throwing kunai and jutsus at the charging enemy ninjas when they are 30-50 meters away from the trench naruto shouts CHARGE! Then with naruto in front they charge at the enemy ninjas and right before they begin fighting 100 toads appear behind them and charges from behind they then begin fighting and naruto teleports and slashes the enemy while sometimes doing jutsus. After 20 minutes the enemy ninjas attempt to escape but 50 monkey's appear and makes it impossible and they get killed.)

Naruto: *Teleports back to the trenches and falls on one knee* Phew, that took a lot of chakra even with Kurama's chakra.

Shizune: *Walks up to naruto* Seriously I swear you are so reckless, she then begins healing him.

Naruto: *Blushes weakly* Well, what can I say, it worked anyway.

(Hiashi and Kakashi appear.)

Naruto: Yo, what's the status?

Kakashi: Well, thanks to you, the toads and the monkeys we only lost about 500 men.

Fusajiro: We lost 10 toads and 15 monkeys.

(They prepare for another attack when 5 thousand enemy shinobi + the two kage appear)

Naruto: It seems that this will be the last attack.

(Tsunade then jumps in front of everyone and Naruto and jiraiya walks up beside her)

Naruto: I'll deal with the army.

Tsunade: I'll take care of the Raikage.

Jiraiya: I guess the flying guy is mine eh?

Naruto: Yeah, have fun. *Trows 10 kunais and does handsigns and they become 500 kunai*

(The five hundred kunai kills about 50 enemies)

Naruto: *Shadow Clone!* Let's do this! *He then begins teleporting around and killing while tsunade and jiraiya fight. Time goes on and after 1 minute of all three fighting jumps back* So, how'd it go with you two?

Jiraiya: I'm good, he is on the brink of destruction.

Tsunade: I beat him in strength but not speed so we are in a stalemate.

Naruto: I finished about 2 thousand enemies. Let's go for another round?

(Naruto is now slower and after 5 minutes he teleports back after killing every enemy, Jiraiya is done with Onoki too.)

Naruto: Let's help tsunade, shall we? *Takes hand on jiraiya's shoulder and teleports beside tsunade and they both hit him with a rasengan at arrival.* Give up, everyone but you is dead.

Raikage: HOW ARE YOU SO STRONG?

Naruto: Training.

Raikage: Well, I will leave and we will never attempt to take over konoha.

(They leave and the war is over, Akatsuki gives up, shizune and naruto get married. I suck at relationships so I will likely not be doing a lot of that. Well it was a nice first story. I hope you like it. I will likely become better at story's after I make more of them)
