"I know a way you can repay your debt." Nami said to Zoro, who was working out.
"What is it now, Nami?"
"How about a card game? I have a deck ready."
"I guess I could use a break from training." Zoro supposed.
"Yay! Thanks, Zoro."
"It's no problem."
The game was on. As Nami shuffled, Zoro noticed her outfit was especially racy for the game and blushed. He looked away before Nami could notice, but she smiled devilishly.
I got him now. There's no way he can concentrate on the game. She thought.
"Okay, place your bet and then we can play." Nami said, putting the least amount on the table.
"Hey, no fair!" The swordsman said.
"All's fair in poker." The navigator shrugged.
Zoro said, "Tch! Fine, play your way; but mark my words, I'm going to win and finally pay that stupid debt of yours."
"You're on!" Nami smirked.
What is she hiding? Zoro thought.
As Nami dealt the cards, Zoro had seen no signs of cheating on her part.
The two picked up their cards and put on the best poker faces they could.
"All or nothing, huh, Zoro?" Nami said, noticing his bet.
"You got it, princess. Read 'em and weep." He showed her his hand, which had a royal flush.
Darn, I must've given him the upper hand when that was supposed to have been mine. Nami thought sadly.
"You forget, Zoro; this means war." Nami told him.
After many more games, Zoro had lost his concentration and gotten the lowest cards possible, the exception of having a high card.
"Darn, I lost!" Zoro said, folding his cards.
"Peace!" Nami smiled while giving a peace sign.
