Alya stormed into Gabriel's office, pulling Kagami behind her. Gabriel looked up when he heard someone enter.
"Ms. Césaire, Ms. Tsurugi" He said while writing something down "What can I do for you?"
"Well, you see…" Started Alya, but was interrupted by Gabriel.
"Please have a seat" He said gesturing toward two seats in front of his desk. Both Kagami and Alya sat.
"Now then, how can I help you?"
Alya looked at Kagami with a look that said, "Tell him!" Kagami sighed, her nerves getting the best of her. Kagami was rarely like this. Always confident with everything she says and does, never hesitating. Never.
"Um, Mr. Agreste…" She started then she was cut off by him.
"Gabriel is fine, you are my future daughter-in-law after all"
"Well, not anymore… you see, me and Adrien broke up…"
Gabriel leaned forward, suddenly showing more interest.
"May I ask why?"
"He… He was cheating on me with Marinette for some time now."
Gabriel's eyes widened, This did not sound like the Adrien he raised. Adrein was a nice boy who would never do anything to hurt anyone.
"Should I talk to him?"
Kagami shook her head "No thanks, I don't want to make anything worse than it already is… and that's not the reason we came here…"
Gabriel nodded, wondering what else there could be
"Well, um" Kagami stuttered getting more and more nervous
"Hey," Alya whispered "it's okay… you can do this"
Kagami gave Alya a very small smile, which she returned
"You want me to do it?" She asked
Kagami gave a nod, bracing herself for what was to come after Alya gave the news that would change her life forever.
"Lets just say, that Adrien kind of turned this tomato sauce here," She said gesturing toward Kagami "In to Prego sauce"
"ALYA!" Kagami screeched turning bright red. While she was thankful that Alya said it for her, she wished that she would have worded it differently.
