This is the first time Kyn and Harley battle.

It was the final contest battle! The stage was set! The audience was completely silent!

Two coordinators walked onto the field! One was an effeminate Cacturne trainer. One was a fairy like (traditional faerie, not the pink ribbons and sparkles kind...) normal looking trainer. The Cacturne trainer was named Harley. The other was named Kyn.

Harley spoke "Are you ready!?"

Kyn nodded.

Harley did a fabulous jump and pokeball throw and sent out his Cacturne! Kenny did a faerie style jump and pokeball throw, and sent out his Cyndaquil!

Harley immediately called out a move! "Bullet seed, Cacturne!"

"Dodge!" called Kyn, and the Pokemon gracefully dodged. Points were reducted from both sides.

Harley then hesotated, waiting for Kyn to make his next move. Kenny spoke "Alright Cyndiquil, use flame wheel!"

Cyndiquil disobeyed however, and decided to use dig.

Harley knew what to do. "Cacturne, please dig up that Cyndiquil!"

Cacturne busied himslef with digging the Cyndiquil up with its' feet. Kyn asked Cyndiquil why it dug away, and he wasn't sure what to do. After a short while, Cacturne was able to dig it up. Points were reducted from Kyn's score.

"Cacturne, use bullet seed!" Cacturne unleashed bulletseed onto the Cyndiquil. The small creature got out of the fire as fast as it could. Point were reduced from Kyn's score.

"Cyndiquil, use flamewheel!" Cyndaquil finally used flame wheel, and it his directly hit Cacturne. It quickly ran away from the Cacturne after that though.

Harley would not let it escape. "Cacturne, use faint attack!" Cacturne did a quick faint attack, knocking the Cyndiquil out quickly. In a flash, the contest was over.

Soon, they got the ribbon ceremony underway. Harley was rewarded a ribbon and a cash price the audience clapped, and Harley blew kisses to the audience and to the cameras. Kyn applauded from backstage.

After the contest, Harley found Kyn. He told him "Sorry for winning. I couldn't fake a fight while my fans are watching. I at least used grass attacks, and I waited a few times for your Pokemon to make a move.

Kenny responded "It's fine."

Harley smiled and said. "Great. Here. You did a good job! You can take this!" Harley held out the ribbon he won.

Kyne responded "But ribbons only work for the person that won them! There's a code on the back!"

"Oh... yeah. Sorry! But still you can have it if you want!"

"No... I don't want it..."

"You can have this as well." He said immediately without listening, holding up his entire cash prize!"

"...You're giving me your money...?"

Harley nodded. "Yes!"

Kyn said "Alright... I'll take the money, I guess I do need it. How very sweet and nice of you! Thank you!" So Kyn took the money.
