("Hawaiian War Chant" ukulele instrumental plays)

The wedding venue was a large space outside the hotel, nearest the beach. The rolling waves touched the sun-kissed sand just as the sun was beginning to set, and the palm trees blew ever-so gently with the wind, making this venue the most perfect location. The perimeter of the venue was marked with tiki torches and palm trees, the roof was made from palm fronds stitched together with traditional Polynesian thatching methods and held up with thick bamboo poles.

Junior adjusted his tie and walked out onto the dance floor with Laura, who still looked as radiant as ever.

"And now, ze bride and groom wheel have zeir first dance togezher!" Jean-Claude (who was running the DJay table) announced.

"Mais OUI!" Philipe replied, putting on a vinyl of the next song.

("I Swear" by All-4-one plays)

"I swear by the moon and the stars in the skies

And I swear like the shadow that's by your side"

Junior and Laura proceeded to have their nice, slow dance to a song they'd both picked out, the other vegetables watched in awe and admiration.

Junior slowly twirled Laura around, then they went back to waltzing across the beach.

"I see the questions in your eyes

I know what's weighing on your mind

You can be sure I know my part

'Cause I'll stand beside you through the years

And you'll only cry those happy tears

And though I'll make mistakes, I'll never break your heart"

Bob and Larry watched from afar with Petunia, Junior's parents and Laura's parents, both amazed that something as simple as a couple of roles on a Christian children's television show would bring them together.

And yet it did.

"And I swear by the moon and the stars in the skies

I'll be there

And I swear like the shadow that's by your side

I'll be there

For better or worse, 'til death do us part

I'll love you with every beat of my heart"

"You GO BRO!" Libby hollered from the sidelines, sighing. "Ah…I can't wait til' I get married…"

Junior laughed as he watched his awkward younger sister—she was still very boisterous, but also very fun. He looked back at Laura, his vision intertwined with hers.

"Hey Lenny…" Libby told the middle child of Laura's family. "You wanna dance after them?"

"DO I?!" Lenny replied, adjusting his bow tie and giving a massive, flirty smile at Libby.

"And I swear

(Ooh)

I'll give you everything I can

I'll build your dreams with these two hands

We'll hang some memories on the walls

And when (and when)

Just the two of us are there

You won't have to ask if I still care

'Cause as the time turns the page, my love won't age at all

And I swear (I swear)

By the moon and the stars in the skies

I'll be there (I'll be there)

And I swear (and I swear)

Like the shadow that's by your side

I'll be there (I'll be there)

For better or worse 'til death do us part

I'll love you with every beat of my heart (beat of my heart)"

Junior and Laura continued to look into each others' eyes while they danced. Junior's eyes had expressive, brown pupils that were the tawny color of an Irish setter puppy, Laura's eyes were the most perfect pools of blue, it was as though Junior could get lost in their waves and never surface. He never wanted to.

The scent of hibiscus wafted in now as the two lovers continued to dance, a spotlight in the shape of a heart came on, covering everything in a beautiful shade of pink. Laura could swear the air looked relatively…sparkly, at this moment, the shade reflecting Junior's body made him look even more handsome than before.

"And I swear (oh yeah)

I swear (and I swear)

By the moon and the stars in the skies

I'll be there (I'll be there)

(And I swear) I swear like the shadow that's by your side

I'll be there (I'll be there)

For better or worse (better or worse)

'Til death do us part (oh no)

(I'll love you with) every single beat of my heart

(I swear) I swear

Whoa-oh, I swear"

Junior and Laura finished once more by Laura dipping Junior and the two sharing a nice, passionate kiss.

The crowds cheered even more riotously at the beautiful dancing of the young couple that could not have been more perfect for each other.

Bob was right, Junior thought. He had nothing to fear.

End…..Aloha.
