Part-1
Jacob, Winston, and Rosie, three close pals have a blast at a restaurant on the eve of New Year. Vexed with the monotony of life, the trio decides to spend a good amount of time till 2 a.m. and then return to their respective homes accordingly. But as the clock ticks 1.30 a.m., they alert themselves and brace up to hit their spots owing to the security restrictions accompanied by eerie darkness. Jacob on his bike departs to his destination while Winston and Rosie move on via car to their residence.
On reaching home, Jacob astonishes to see a casket in front of his main door. He intimates his friends about the issue on phone and requests them to drop into his place at the earliest. As the malaise descends on him, he opens the casket and jerks back on seeing the dead laid inside. He trembles, yells, and leans against the wall because the body is of none other than one of his dearest pals. Lost in a labyrinth of cases, Jacob decides to visit Winston as well as Rosie's residence before their arrival to cut the Gordian knot.
After a couple of minutes, Winston arrives at Jacob's home and searches for the latter in all rooms. But failing to acquire his whereabouts, he steps over to the casket and goes crazy on seeing the severed head of his beloved friend inside. With trepidation, Winston rummages Jacobs's home in every nook and corner and then motions to Rosie's residence to find out the actual truth.
The moment Rosie steps out of her home to march towards Jacob's residence, she stumbles on a casket and falls down on the ground. Unable to understand its presence over there, she opens it and closes quickly on seeing only the torso of her friend.
"I dare say someone is playing a dirty game and whosoever it is will not be spared", Saying these words to herself, Rosie races to her friend's residence in a bid to bring down the curtain on the current problem.
