After a day of resting, we left Bryonia Island and we were on the ship's bridge. Since Gaius is short-handed Musse offer to help out with the ship. She knows what she's doing.
"You guys seem a little short on hands... Are you sure you can make it work?" Rean asked.
"This is more than enough, actually." Gaius assured. "If anything, things might start getting a little too cramped."
Elliot nodded. "Yeah, the ship's already a bit of a tight fit for us as it is."
"And given our objectives, it's only going to become more of a crowd from here on out." Machias said.
As for Crow and Duvalie, well, they ended up getting new outfits and they looked pretty well in them
"In any case, while I will do my part to search with my magic, do we have any leads at the moment?" I asked.
"I'm afraid not." Rosine replied. "Security has been on the rise all throughout the Empire since yesterday. We may be limited to the western parts of Erebonia, in terms of where it's safe to land."
"Parm and Eryn should both be fairly safe bets." Gaius said. "I suspect the more details we learn about this security, the more viable locations we'll discover."
"That doesn't leave us with much." Elliot sighed. "But I guess it's better than nothing."
"Steady does it. We can check how things are one area at a time." Machias replied. "In the meantime, though, maybe our connections can help throw some intel our way."
Jusis nodded. "I'll get in touch with Arnauld and see if he can reach some of our contacts further east."
"Then I'll touch base with some RF members over on my end, ones we're sure to trust." Alisa said.
"We've got some guild members on the move, too- both domestic and Liberlian." Sara added. "We can get the fist of the situation through the various request they send in."
"Perfect then. If we can complete some of the task, we might gain something out of it" I said. "You don't mind if we use the Merkbah's computer for that right?"
"Of course. You can use the one right there." Rosine answered as she turn her head to the direction.
"This one, right? Let's take a look then." Rean said.
We went over to the computer and there were a few requests for us.
"Hmm, looks like we've got one in Parm, and one at Titus Gate." I pondered. "There's also a report of a strong monster on the Parm Byroad."
"And this one said defeat the Magic Knight Regulus-Zamiel in Bryonia Island? But we were just there!" Venti exclaimed. "Whoever send this sign Anonymous."
"That's waaaay to suspicious." Juna replied.
"But should we check it out in case?"
"That's up to you Rean. You're the leader." I replied.
"We'll check it out. Anyway, Looks like Saint-Arkh has been blocked off for the time being." Rean pointed out. "Let's look into these for now."
"In that case, feel free to bring me along. I can use my search magic regardless."
"Yeah. Thanks Levi."
"Instructor. After careful discussion with Juna and the others, I have assigned the duty of 'first watch' to me." Altina said. "As such, I will be serving as your chaperone once we have landed."
"F-First watch? Chaperone? I appreciate the concern, you guys... But you don't need to worry so much. Levi already has place-"
"I am afraid that this particular matter is not up for debate, Instructor. We will not take our eyes off you, for a single moment."
I laughed. "She's got you there, Rean."
Rean chuckled. "All right, Altina. Just make sure you're prepared, I'll call you down once we get to the surface."
Altina smiled. "Thank you, Instructor Rean."
"If I'm not with you guys, I'll be here searching for Towa, Elise, Alfin and the others from the ship." I said
Rean and the new Class VII students went with Rean whilst I stayed on the ship, I begin to be in the lounge and then begin to use Search Magic. Two magic circles appeared under me and I spread my magic. I begin to search for our friends. Okay, searching for Towa, Elise, Alfin, our friends. Wondering where they are.
In my vision. I see Palm…no they won't be there. Maybe somewhere more secured? Let's see… Roer? Hmm… I see the building… I see Chairman Irina working- wait… Alberich and George… you despicable pests… I'll deal with you later. No… no one is there… Not Celdic either… Bareahard? Hmm… no not there… Heimdallr? Tch. I see that bastard Osborne. But they're not there… now where are you…
(Levi's Bond Event)
"Oh, hey Levi. How's the search going?" Rean asked as he came in.
"Hey, Rean. So far I did see a few people we know. But so far I'm still searching for Towa, Elise, Alfin and the others." I answered. "And… certain pests."
"Certain pests?"
"You know like Alberich and Geroge."
"Ah, I see. But you still haven't found the others yet?"
"Well I did find a few others like Beryl but she vanished so suddenly. Then there's the other students who are discussing about something."
"I'm glad to know the other students are okay."
"Same here. They help out a lot." I smiled. "Hmm…"
While I am busy searching… there are a few thing concerning about that man… but not only that… my fate with Rean as well. Our fates are intertwine with each other… something about what Venti said got me so curious.
"Is something the matter? It looks like you were concern about something?"
"Yeah… I'm still thinking about what Venti said and how our fates are intertwine with each other. Yet both possess powers that… that is far out of the ordinary. That and… another thing I was planning to do."
I honestly frown. I want to destroy that bastard Ishmelga. And punish those who are unworthy as well… my role as the Arbiter. We judge those in Erebonia nobles. And now I'm once again draw to judge to Osborne's BS. He may be Rean's father but I will-
"Hey, Levi, if you like, maybe we can talk about it while riding horses?" Rean suggest
I look at Rean as I am surprised. Yeah, I can use some horse riding to clear my mind.
"Haha. Of course. I really need a breather." I smiled
"No problem. Let's get the horses and then you think relax." Rean smiled
"Yeah, after everything that is going on. I really needed some time riding."

And then me and Rean begin to head to the hangout and then we begin to head somewhere road to Palm. Me and Rean begin to ride together. Honestly I really needed this. Horseback riding always help me when I'm stress and clears my mind of late.
"Ahh… this is more like it. I can feel my stress fading away and I can think more clearly." I sigh of relief
"I thought this might help. After all. You love horseback riding." Reach smiled
"Yeah. It helps me a lot. I wish I can ride everyday though."
"That would be nice. So do you want to talk about something with me?" Rean asked
"Too be honest. Yeah. There is another secret I been keeping from all of you. But it also involves my magic and power."
"What do you mean?"
"Tell me Rean… Do you know what happen to the nobles that keep disappearing lately a few years back?" I asked as I look serious
"Yes. I remember that. Many nobles had disappeared without a trace. It cause quite the commotion in the high society."
"Yeah…" I look in front of me and close my eyes… "I know why they disappeared."
Rean turn to me and looks surprised. "You do… wait… don't tell me…"
I nodded. "Yes. I was involve on their disappearance."
"Wha-" Rean eye widen.

"I will explain. Back when I was a little boy. When I was training on my powers, magic and my Glaive. My Master and I have been eliminating unworthy nobles in Erebonia. So I am part of that group that eliminate unworthy nobles. It's like we're assassins. We call ourselves Arbiter."
"Arbiter?" Rean asked
"Yes." I nodded while looking down. "We kill nobles who we deem unworthy of power and status. Many nobles are putrid because of their high status and abuse that position. We Arbiter judge them by their behavior and actions. Strike one. Strike two. And Strike three. When the Erebonian nobles receive a strike three. They been given the death penalty. And vanished without a trace."
Rean was obviously surprised that I told me another of my past.
"I don't regret killing those bastards. I won't deny that I have kill people before… even though it was a job or role I play. That is what my master had taught me. We are who judge those in power. If those in power use their power for greed or bend the weak to their will. They must be punished. And now I'm going back as the Arbiter mode. And punish Osborne and the Gnomes plan. I plan on killing him, Alberich and those who stand in our way. That includes Ouroboros. So Rean… you really okay with someone like me?" I asked for a respond while Rean close his eyes to progress what I told him. I wouldn't be surprised that he doesn't want me here.
"Levi. Did you forget what I told you when I learn about your powers?" Rean asked.
"Huh?" I look surprised.

We understand him and why he did it. It will be the same for you."
I was honestly speechless. How… how can I forget that.
"Plus. I also want you to be with us Levi. Be with Class VII. And be with me."

And then Hamsuke and Luka appeared.

Me and Rean return along with the horses as I begin to resume my search. Hmm… let's see… After a few minutes later. So far I found nothing on some territories related to the west. Although there was some interesting scenes. Maybe I'm missing something. But now it's time for the west. So far I can find anyone I have contact with. Erebonia is so vast that I see millions of people. Ugh what am I doing wrong? Okay, remember Levi… what do you remember about search magic? When it comes to objects. They can be located more effectively if you remember what they are… maybe if I see Towa, Alfin and Elise I- huh. Wait…
I gasped. Towa! I found you. Where is she- she's in a mansion?! And who is… oh my Aidios! It's the Empress! But where?! Ah! Ordis! I found Towa! I need to let everyone know!
"Attention! This is captain Rosine. Please report to the bridge as soon as you can."
Looks like I should tell I won't have too. I begin to hurry to the bridge and then waited for the others. The others entered the bridge and then, Rean and everyone else joined the ship once their tasks were done.
"So we've got our lead, then?" Rean asked.
"We have found two leads." Rosine replied. "The first lead is one that concerns you all. We've received word about an ongoing house arrest at the Cayenne Mansion in Ordis. According to this report, the two in custody consist of a special VIP and a faculty member from Thors."
"Ordis... I should've known." Musse said.
"Musse…" Altina trailed off.
"Your hometown..." Juna look at Musse. "It feels like it was just yesterday we were there for our field study." Though it turned into a pretty tedious slog, no thanks to a certain snotty aristocrat."
"Ah, yes. Marquis Ballad…" Kurt said. "Though he's no longer the interim supervisor there, in light of his latest blunder."
"A faculty member… no doubt about it. It's Towa." I said.
"Towa?" Rean look surprised and turn to me. "You found Towa?!"
"Yeah. Although it took a while because I was searching in the western part. When I begin looking at the east and just recently thought of Towa. I found her. But Towa wasn't alone."
"The VIP. So who is the VIP?"
"This will surprised all of you. But it's the Empress."
Everyone was shocked. Mostly Cedric.
"Mother?!" Cedric exclaimed.
"Yeah. She and Towa are located within the mansion."
"And who is watching over the city?" Rean asked
"Carl Regnitz. My dad." Machias answered. "Given his position and that of those, there's no way he wouldn't know about this house arrest business. No doubt in my mind, he's got something to do with it, one way or another."
"Though it's hard to imagine such a lofty individual acting of his own volition." Jusis replied
"Our next destination is decided then." Rean declared. "They've got someone important to us over there. We'll make our first move by getting them back. That includes reuniting you with Governor Regnitz again."
"Thanks, Rean." Machias smiled. " And don't worry; I'm ready for this. It's my duty as an inspector to assess my dad's authority and hold him accountable."
"If it's the port city you're heading to, I should be able to be of some help." Crow said. "I've got a few ties to that place, thanks to Ordine and Cayenne."
"I would like to see the situation there myself. I am of its local noblewoman, after all." Musse said.
"I'm taggin' along, too." Ash added. "My own hometown's further depends on it."
"Seems our infiltrating team's shaping up nicely with you guys at the center." Sara said.
"What about the second lead?" I asked.
"This one concerns only you." Rosine replied. "Thanks to members of the Church working in secret, they've found your Soldat!"
And That got my attention.
"What? You mean my light blue Soldat? Where is it?"
"It was located in the forest by Malva Coast, which is much further south and off the Ordis coastal road."
"So it's that far down, huh?" Ash asked.
"However, we received a report that our enemy has also learned of its location. The Imperial Defence Force has the soldat, They built a station there."
"The IDF is there?" Fie asked.
"And they have my Soldat." I replied "I have to reclaim it from their hands."
"You're not thinking of going alone would you?" Rean asked
"Yes. That is exactly what I'm going to do."
"No way. Not on your own. I know your skill and powerful but-"
"I understand your concern, all of you. And I know it's suicidal. But I can handle it. Plus I can teleport to you all in case. I'm not that type to be reckless. I can turn myself invisible with my magic. So I'll be fine. And who knows. We might be able to get more information."
They all thought for a moment then Rean let out a sigh.
"Alright. I have faith in you. I would be more relieved to have someone stick with you but… just… try to be careful okay."
"Of course I will. Thank you. And thanks for having faith in me." I smiled. "But I should probably warn you all something. I might have blood on my hands if situations come to worst."
"What do you mean by that?" Alisa asked in concern.
"If i'm somehow discovered. There is a chance I will kill them."
That surprised everyone.
"What?!" Elliot exclaimed
"Turst me. I won't like it either. However, the IDF are loyal to Osborne and his bullshit. I will not show mercy to any of my foes. You all saw it back at the Workshop. Espcually that brutal movement with Alberich. I'm planning on killing him later along with Osborne, and Ouroboros. My warning is clear. Plus... It's also part of my role."
"Role?" Machias asked
"Yes. Something long ago. What my master taught me. Obviously, many of you don't like it. However, we already have those who spilled blood on their feet."
"Yeah, I can't deny it." Crow sighed. "I got blood on my hands. I won't regret it when it comes to payback against the chancellor. I say you guys should let him. Look at me. I got blood on my hands and you all still accept me even after what I've done. You should do the same if Levi is force to use his hand."
"Well..." Machias trailed off.
"Yes, that is true... even though we don't like it." Jusis nodded
"All right, Levi... Just... be careful out there." Rean said
"I will. Who knows. I might not if I'm still invisible." I smiled "In any case. Let's sure we're prepared before we go."
"Well, you guys sure settle that quickly." Celine sighed
"That's just the Class VII way." Emma smiled
"Honesty. It's quite the team effort." Luka nodded
"Then in that case. Best of luck to all of you." Hamsuke added
"Well, that obviously doesn't apply to me. Nevertheless, I'll deign to go along and provide any help you might need." Duvalie said.
"We'll be sure to take you up on that." Laura smiled
"I'll start planning out an infiltration route and H-Hour right away." Gaius said. "If anyone has anything left to do, now is the time to take care of it."
Rean nodded "Roger that!"
Dateline August 21, 1206
After doing a few last minute checks, we arrived at the Lamare province and the airship with the soldats and Divine Knights landed on the large empty ground which was where we had our field camp back in June.

I exited the ship first. Rean, along with Machias, Crow, Musse, Ash, Duvalie, and Cedric followed afterwards.
"I don't sense anyone nearby…" Rean said as he look around. "Looks like we made it here unnoticed."
"Heh, this place really takes me back." Ash replied.
"Well, it is where we had our first field exercise with Class Vll, after all." Musse added.
"Yeah. And yet we had so many good times here." I nodded. "The beach, shopping, and our time here."
"So I heard. Honestly, I'm jealous." Cedric said.
"Wish I could join in… but most of my memories of this place are bad ones." Crow sighed. "Anyway, you sure it's okay for us to hide these guys here?"
"It should be fine." Rean answered. "We used to have Altina cloak them, but now that we've got a Divine Knight, I think the Soldats will be safe."
"Not to mention we need retrieve back my Soldat now too." I added.
"Besides, if we really need them, we can always have Ordine teleport them to us."
"I shall stand by and await your call." Ordine respond. "Even in my absence, as Valimar's Awakener, you should still be able to call upon his power to do the same."
"I second that. But we should get moving. We need to get to Ordis." Machias stated. "I'll let you guys take the lead."
"Sure, sure. We got the horses with us. So we should be fine." Ash replied.
"Then I shall be riding with Instructor Rean~" Musse cooed. "In any case, the city is just west of this field exercise camp. We'll have to be careful not to draw any undue attention on our way."
"With the horses, we'll make it there quickly. Oh, And speaking off." I said as I summoned the horses. We each riders begin to take one. Rean takes the brown one. I take the Black one. Ash takes the light brown one. Cedric takes the white one. And Crow takes the other brown one. While Musse rides with Rean and Duvalie rides with Crow. And Machias rides with me. I begin to cast a spell onto the horses and to us. "There, that should do it."
"What did you cast?" Duvalie asked.
"I cast a Stealth spell onto the horses. We can ride without the horse's hooves making noises."
Crow whistle. "Sweet. No one will notice we were coming."
"Now then, off we go." Cedric replied.
And then we begin to ride towards Ordis. We left the field camp and made our way along the Lamare Highway.
"If we turn right here, this road will take us to Ordis."
"Sounds like you know your way around." Ash replied.
"Yeah. We drove through here back during my orientation at the inspectorate." Machias said
"Heehee. Lucky we have the horses here to make it easy. And Levi's stealth spell works like a charm." Musse replied.
"I always love a good horseback ride. Glad the spell work like a charm." I replied
We turn right along the roadway, there in front of us there is fork in the road.
"Another folk in the road. The right path leads to the naval fortress, if I'm not mistaken." Rean said as we arrived at the folk in the road.
"One-Eyed Zechs is there with his 3rd Division, yeah?" Crow asked.
"One-Eye Zechs is one of Erebonia greatest commanders in the army. His sharpness rivals that of his skills." Cedric replied.
"Hmm… I know our destination is Ordis, but…" Musse trailed off as she is curious about the situation of the fortress.
"Won't hurt to go take a look." Ash replied.
"In that case. If we're going to check it out. I need to cast a spell." I said.
Soon we all look at each other and then nodded. Then they look at me and I nodded. I begin to cast a spell and then turn invisible.
"There. I turn us invisible. We can see each other because we're connected by my spell." But everyone else can't." I replied. "But try not to get touched."
"Understood. Okay, let's take a quick peek." Rean nodded and then we begin to ride towards the Naval Fortress.

As we ride onto the Naval Fortress invisible like ghost. As we rode towards the highway to the fortress. We can see the fortress we're going near the fortress.
"Takes your breath away, doesn't it?" Machias asked.
"We had a little encounter around here before, didn't we?" Crow asked
"Pfft, yeah." Ash chuckled. "You look like a complete took, too."
"Maybe to you. I bet Instructor Rean would be stunning in something so form-fitting." Musse wink with her flirting.
Good grief with this girl.
"I'll pass, thanks…" Rean nervous smile.
"Look, I didn't choose that tacky-ass getup. It ain't my style at all." Crow pouted.
"Oh really? And here I thought you wanted to be the cool and mysterious type." I respond with a joke as I smirked with Crow.
"I am the cool, handsome, and mysterious type. The ladies love types like I am. I'm a triple package."
Soon we arrived near the large containers as we see the Fortress.
"The 3rd armored Division… Which means General Zechs Vander…" Machias trailed off.
"The full force will be transfer here…" I sighed.
"There should be around 50,000 troops stationed here." Musse said.
"Tch, never woulda guessed, considering how quiet it is." Ash muttered.
"They're either getting too coky for their own good or-"
But then me and Crow sense Zech's presence coming closer to the view on top of the fortress.
'Shh!' I turn to everyone with a finger to my lips as a signal to be quiet.
As we are quiet and my stealth spell works. Although it is small glimpse. We see Zech coming to view and then he left.
"My spell work. I don't think he notice us." I whisper to everyone.
"Y-Yeah. No wonder he's considered a representative of the Vander style." Machias said nervously.
"Yep. He can carry his own weight, that's for sure." Crow nodded
"I'm just glad Levi's spell work." Cedric sigh of relief.
"Hmph, guessed they just knew what they were doing." Ash said.
"Despite we're under Levi's stealth spell. It's too dangerous to get any closer. Let's turn around and head to the city." Rean pointed out and then we begin to ride again back to Ordis.
After we made a quick detour to the Juno Naval Fortress and we could clearly see that the Imperial's 3rd Armored division was occupying the fortress. It was better for us to leave and continue heading towards Ordis.
"It's a good thing we had the horses here. Otherwise it would be a long walk." Machias sigh of relief.
"True. But we're almost there. Once we're there. We need to dismount and walk once we arrived at a good distance." I advised everyone.
"Yeah, I was thinking the same." Rean nodded as we continue galloping.
Soon we can see the entrance of the city. When we arrived at the entrance, there were two guards stationed on both sides.
"Heimdallr Military Police." Rean said quietly.
"Let's dismount and find a good place so I'll teleport the horses back to the stables." I also said in whisper.
"Got it."
We begin to ride and then turn back. Soon we found a good spot and then dismount. I return the horses to home. Then we begin to walk to the entrance with the invisibility spell and the stealth spell and easily get pass the two guards.

Once we did and no one is around. I dispel the stealth and invisibility spell.
"Heehee, back home at last." Musse said. "We owe to you and your magic, Levi."
"It's no problem. And with that, this is where we split up now." I responded. "I will turn left and head south to get my Soldat back. Once I am done with that and gone through the IDF, I'll find a way to catch up to you."
"All right, take care." Rean said.
"Make sure you come back in one piece." Crow added.
"Right, I'll see you guys then." I said as I broke away from the group.
I walked somewhere where no one can see me. Unfortunately, the Business district has no such hiding place so I just head to the North Street and then look around and there are too many people walking by. This is going to be harder to sneak my way in. So I made my way to the Harbor District. And I walk around and hide around the ships and then cast an invisibility spell and a stealth spell. Finally. Then I ran towards the Noble District before turning left to enter the coastal path. There were two guards at the entrance as well, but slip past them.

"Okay, the Malva Coast is far down this path... Hmm... Have I been there? I think I have. Well I better fly there, just in case."
I flew across the coastal path. I begin to fly there for 15 minutes or so. I used concealment magic so avoid getting spotted. As I was flyin there. I spotted a military truck. Once I arrived. I see a station there. And then the military truck is there and it's the IDF.

On the inside. There were similar buildings back during my secret missions.
I sighed. "As expected from a military base. How irksome… But whatever, I need to pull up a fight to get my Soldat back. But if the station goes on alert, then...I'll make sure there are...no witnesses."
I floated down to a nearby building that wasn't guarded. I begin to look around but also move very carefully. As I walk around. I've noticed two soldiers were chatting.
"I have to say, that Soldot we found is pretty sweet. It's one of a kind, right?" A soldier asked.
"It is. However, something is preventing us from even entering it. Regardless. We need to send it to the Reinford Group so they can inspect it." answered the other soldier.
"You think they can make one of those?"
"Possibility. But let us find out what this soldot can do first."
So they're planning to move my Soldat away? Not if I have anything to say about it. I begin to walk around and then begin to head towards the different area. If I were a soldat. I would be in a storage house or hanger. Now, where is it? Then just before I was going to look. I spotted an IDF soldier exit the building and close it. I begin to check it out. Inside was a meeting room. I've spotted some files there too. It also has a communication system. I don't see anything can be of use there. I begin to head elsewhere. Still. considering how fortified this base it, there's no doubt they have an armory. I should destroy them.
I begin to look around until I reach a warehouse location. Lucky, there isn't any soldiers guarding it. But sadly. They have a keycard lock. I'll just use my magic and walk through walls. Once I snuck inside, there were countless rows of weaponry, mostly rifles, swords, and I think there were loads of grenades in there too. I went over to a crate that was opened and I picked a grenade before using my magic to light it on fire. Toss it towards the rest of the grenades, casual walk towards the wall, exit out, count to three with my fingers. Three. Two. One.

And the warehouse exploded many times over until it all stopped. Now the warehouse is destroyed. And if there are more. I'll destroy than next.
"Hehe... Well that was fun." I smirked "But before I go, I need to kill them all and get my Soldat back."
I saw three IDF rush to the scene.
"What the hell just happened?!" One of them asked.
"The warehouse! It's gone..." Another one answered. "All of our supplies...our weapons..."
"Dammit! How did this happened?!" A third one exclaimed. "Stay back, it could blow up again!"

It sure did, and the explosion took down two of the IDF soldier who screamed in pain. Then a siren was heard across the entire area.
"Intruder presence has been confirmed! Find the intruder and eliminate them! That is an order!"
Huh. Did they just conclude that? Eh, it doesn't matter it not. Looks like I'll have to take them down now...It's time to die.
I snuck behind the third soldier, and was quicker at taking him down by stabbing through his body. Once I finish killing him. I had no regrets. Those loyal to Osborne are meant to die. And then as I walk around, a trio of IDF showed up while I'm still invisible. I showed no mercy to any of them and kill them. And then-
Four IDF came around...I zoomed by each one, taking them down with lethal skill.
"It's true! The warehouse blew up!" The IDF soldier yelled.
"Damn it!" The other one growled. "How did this happen?!"
I wrap behind them and beheaded them, then another two showed up, they met the same fate as well. Now to find more of them and give them the sweet kiss of death. I then saw the IDF soldiers, coming. And then I zoom and strike them down and slice them in half.
I spotted IDF soldiers heading toward that communication room I spotted earlier. Five IDF soldiers were guarding a doorway. I then give one beheaded while the others is a stab in the chest, slice in half, wide slash to kill them and slice through them, leaving a trail of corpses behind. I kick the door and see two IDF soldiers trying to communicate and then I beheaded them. And then destroy the communications. And now I'm going to explore around and make sure they don't escape. I begin to explore around and slice down many IDF soldiers along the way. Soon the mess hall, offices, building, stations post. I soon killed all of them down. I begin to head elsewhere.
Soon I encounter some of those Zauber Soldats. And then I destroy them all with one slash and they explode into pieces. And so I explore around and cutting down IDF soldiers and destroying many of their Zauber Soltats along with the progress. Honestly… it was more fun destroying anything from the enemy. I destroy most of their base. Their weaponry, Zauber Soldats and many of their disguising lives. I arrived inside a building. I begin to head down the hallway and arrived at another hanger where there are Zauber Soldats. And there was a light blue Soldat.
"There you are." I said and then notice footsteps coming closer.
I ready my Glaive and then ten IDF soldiers arrived. And then I beheaded them and then 50 more show up. I zoom and slice them all, beheaded. I destroy more of their Zauber Soldats.
And that's that. I kill them all and destroy all of their Zauber Soldats. I undo my concealment magic. Then I begin to snap my finger, then cast a fire spell and set the entire station ablaze. Then snap my finger again and the flames vanished as the ruined station is now burned. The dead bodies were scattered everywhere like a sea of blood.
"That's more like it. The scums loyal to Osborne have no position of living. Their souls will be send to either by Aidios or to Gehenna." I replied as I swirl my Glaive and swing it to remove the blood I've stain it. " I would say I should head back, but how about you come out from hiding." I gleam to the left.
"Oh ho ho ho! So you notice me."

I turn around and see a golden blonde twin tail woman. She wears a suit blazer in dark violet with a violet lining. A matching skirt with a ruffled pink top beneath. Along with Tall stiletto heels and black tights with the outfit. And the ornament of two purple feathers on her hair.
"What a pleasure to meet you, Levi. That's right, I already know so much about you."
"I highly doubt that. Then enlighten me. What do you know about me?"
"If you must. You are an interesting young man who holds incredible power. That light show you did back at the workshop prove how much you are a threat to the Chancellor's plan. And according to Mcburn. You are somewhat Akin to him. Not only that. Your power is somehow connected to the Divine Knights. You can merge with them and even allow them to borrow your power."
"Well, you have done some part of your homework. But not my background."
"Oh, we look into it. Unfortunately, the only record we can find is your enrollment in Thors Military Academy. Above all else, there are none. Even the Grandmaster finds you so curious."

"Oh ho ho! Please, there is no need for violence. I can't deny I just arrived. I was planning on a little sightseeing is all. Then suddenly as I was nearby, I heard an explosion. It piqued my curiosity, and what do I find? A man with powers who showed no mercy to his foes. Clearly, you are not to be underestimated."
"Yes. And I'm planning to do the same to Ouroboros. I also heard that the society is planning on capturing me. Well, they can try. But don't blame me if sever their lives and send their heads as a warning. And since you're here. You can be my messenger."

She then vanished away.
"Hmph, Ouroboros is full of colorful people." I shrugged. "Anyways, with my soldat return to me. I should head back and return to my friends."

I've undone the barrier on my soldat. Good thing I place one in case. I got inside my light blue soldat. Then once activated and ready. I then teleported away from the now ruined IDF station and teleported to Rean's location. And as I arrived, it seems they are inside the main entrance hallway inside the Cayenne mansion.
"What the?!" Machias exclaimed.
"A light blue soldat?" Crow asked
"It's Levi. He must've gotten it back." Rean said.
"That's right, I was able to get it from the Imperial Defence Force." I replied. "Looks like you're about to face off against two soldats, how about I join in the fight?"
"Hey hey, nice timing, pal." Crow added. "And sure, let's do this together!"
"H-How did you get your hands on that Soldats?!" One of them exclaimed.
"What happened to the others back at the base?! They were suppose to be transporting it to the Navel Fortress!" The other one stated.
"I will not answer you IDF trash. Now, come at me!" I respond and then stand next to Ordine.
And so, me and Crow ready to battle them. We both charge as the Zauber Soldats. The Zauber Soldats strike back. I was a little rusty with the controls, but it's slowly coming back to me. I swirl my Glaive and launched it at them and I follow up. Crow launched a powerful attack as they launched an attack back. Soon as one of them gunfire at me. I swirl my Glaive and repel it and then charge and strike through them. causing it to malfuction and then Crow deal with the other one. Then the battle ended

"Phew! Talk about a workout!" I sighed.
I got out from my Soldats and stretch.
"Okay, so how the heck did you guys get here?"
Then Rean briefed me on what they had learn before we carried on to the banquet hall. I was surprised that Patrick and Ferris came to the rescue. Along with Edel, Margaret, Vincent. Along with Maya, Leonora. When we made it through the door, we saw Towa, Empress Priscilla, Carl, Angelica, and Claire.
"I had a feeling you'd show up." Claire said.

"Towa, Your Highness!" Rean replied.
"Class VII." The Empress responded.
"Mother!" Cedric smiled with joy.
"Cedric… Oh, thank Aidios you are okay."
"Thank goodness we made it in time." I sighed.
"Rean, You're okay! And everyone else, too! And... And..." Towa looked at Crow.
"What's up, Towa? How's life been treating you?" Crow responded. "Me? Well, you know how it is. Anyways, looks like I'm back with the gang now."
"Crow...I...I can't believe it! It's really you!" Towa sniffed. "W-Wait, Rean, what happened to your hair? Oh, what am I saying?! What matters is that you're all right! I felt a warm sensation of Levi's power earlier. I was connecting with you because of it somehow. I thought... maybe it was just my imagination. But it felt all so real because of Levi's power."
"It was real, thanks to Levi's power. You were there for me when I needed it most. I'll explain everything later- after we get you both of you out of here." Rean replied.
"Oh. Didn't anyone ever tell you it was rude to make a plan without a lady's consent?" Angelica asked.
Crow sighed. "Not as rude as taking them captive, wouldn't you say, Gelica? Or… would you prefer I call you Red Rossweisse?"
"Heh… that is indeed who I am now. And you are the one they once called Siegfried, no? Your sweet nothings won't work on me. But I do appreciate you bringing that delicious little duchess along with you."
"Oh, you flatter me." Musse giggled
"Ah, looks like I was right. You've been manipulated because of that mask as well." I sighed. "But I'm not interested in that. What matters, is you, Claire."
"Levi." Claire responded.
"Now that I'm seeing you again, Claire, just like with Lechter, I won't hold back my words. While I appreciate the times you've helped us in the past, I'm afraid those days are long gone. You are no longer the Claire we once knew. Right now, you're nothing but a puppet in Osborne's hands."

"How pathetic. This is exactly what I meant. You've been given so many chances to stop all this. Even when Millium was around, I could tell that she knew this was hurting you. But you still couldn't choose, and in the end, you and everyone else had to watch as Millium was sacrificed. And what did you, and Lechter do? You didn't mourn or greive, you kept carrying on, like she meant nothing! The Claire I know was a strong and compassionate woman. Not this sorry of an excuse!"

"I think it's actually obvious, he's against all of this, right?"
Claire nodded. "Yes...Governer Regnitz has been vocally opposed to the war since the Great Twilight's inception."
"Major Rievaldt." Carl said quietly.
"I'm sure I'm the last person you want to have explaining this to you, but… Governor Regnitz has been vocally opposed to the war since the Great Twilight's inception. After which, he led an offical protest of the National Mobilization Law at City Hall. In fact, he even went so far as to claim that the Republic played no part in the assassination attempt whatsoever. But in the end, no matter how hard he tried to expose the facts. That truth fell on deaf ears."
"Because the people who fell victim to the curse, like a propaganda." I nodded. "So in other words, Carl was being forced to do all of this. All thanks to the Great Twilight."
"The greatest curse ever known... A force that can bend even fate to it's will." Musse added
"Dad..." Machias muttered.
"You've all noticed, right? How strange everyone started acting, all over the Empire?" Towa asked in a sad expression. "But beyond the obvious is some invisible force, subtly twisting the Empire onto a path of destruction. Its effects have become most apparent in the army, as well as the government."
"So it's gotten that bad, huh?" Crow muttered
"That's right." Carl replied. "All I've done is acted in accordance with my own conviction. Should I find my efforts have backfired, it can only point to my own failings as a politician. Under the National Mobilization Law, the Imperial government temporarily absorbed all administrative authority over Heimdallr. As such, I've been sent all the way out here to oversee Ordis. Everything happening now is because I simply wasn't capable enough."
"And that's the reason why these two are here, right? You want us to prove our worth, so we can save Towa and the Empress?" I asked
"As I expected, you are quick to catch on, Levi." Carl nodded. "You'll have to convince me, under pretense of your 'inspection', that you are qualified to take custody of my two charges. That way, neither of us will be abandoning our duties."
I sighed. "Very well, if we have to beat these two to prove our worth, then so be it."
"I know how powerful you are Levi. But the governor's obligations and opinions are in no way the same as mine." Claire respond. "Further, custody of Ms. Herschel and the empress is the Imperial Defence Force's duty. However, all of Class Vll are fugitives by law. Restraining you is my responsibility as a member of the RMP. My duty as an officer. But more than that… it's my own role as an Ironblood- as a vessel for this terrible curse."
Claire's eyes then went pink, no surprise that she's gonna go all out.

"That same cheap trick?" I cross my arm. "How pathetic. Relying on that cursed power just proves my point."
"Cheap trick or not. This is the power granted to us by Chancellor Osborne- the mark of the Ironblood. It allows us to draw power from the energy of the Great Twilight itself. But its effect goes beyond merely boosting our battle capabilities. The governor's failing… Operation Birdcage… all such events were brought forth by this power of ours."
"Ah. I thought it was strange." I replied. "It would be impossible, even for you alone to hold such strong people within the birdcage. The Divine Blade of Wind, the SSS, and this other one called Yin, it would be far more difficult to contain such strong fighters in one place. That would explain why I felt something was dark with you."
"So it was you after all Levi. I was wondering how I was knocked unconscious along with the rest of the RMP and how they escape. It was your doing."
"Can you blame me? What that scum Rufus has done is unacceptable. I can't simply allow him and Osborne to get away with removing good people like them. Not after how Juna felt about her heroes and her homeland. And anything Osborne has done is nothing good at all. You cannot blame me for the Injustice they caused. Even I do confess, you can't touch me, can you?"
"I suppose not. Back then, there was no proof of your involvement. In addition, you're incredibly stronger than I am. And since your power can oppose the curse. The only thing we can do is keep an eye on you. But even that prove to be more difficult. As for the curse, back then, even I wasn't fully aware of it. But now, I can harness its energy at will. And with its aid, I can easily stop you in your tracks." Claire got out her orbal gun. "Class VII...I hereby place all of you under arrest." Claire said. "You may attempt to carry out your 'inspection', if you so please. You're free to take Miss Herschel and the empress with you and go...in the unlikely event you're able to kill me."
"So naive." I responded. "Right now, you're acting so pathetic, you're not even worth taking down. The only thing I can do right now is take pity on you."
"I'm afraid Levi is right." Rean said. "I was told Major Lechter said something when he fought the others, not too long ago. He mentioned the grief and guilt he felt after losing Millium. And how the two of you would put things right. A moment ago, you said we'd need to kill you to rescue Towa and the empress. The only thing that tells me is that you're all too willing to die. It just like he says, it hurts my heart to see you acting so pathetic."
"Exactly, I was expecting you to have a backbone. Seems to me you don't even have one. How disappointing. Just like Lechtor, you're a lost cause."
Claire glared at me. Like I give a damn.
"Ouch, that's gotta hurt." Crow muttered.
"Millium didn't sacrifice herself so you could use her as an excuse. Fight for yourself. For your own reasons." Rean drew out his sword. "Even if you have the power of the Great Twilight on your side, I don't intend to lose. Not to this melting imitation of the icy maiden."
And that snapped Claire out of it. Rean, you always know what to say to people, don't you? Unlike me.

"Haha, and so, the indomitable ice cracks!" Angelia said as she got ready to fight. "But like a knight upon her shining steed, I shall come to all these fair maidens' aid."
"You've got some nerve, calling yourself a knight in front of me." Duvalie said.
"Gh..." Claire clenched her teeth "Very well. I will use Millium as an excuse no longer! I am a member of the Ironbloods, and an officer of the RMP!" Then she use that power again. "As such, I will use whatever force necessary to apprehend you!"
"Come at us, then!" Rean replied.
"Mother, Miss Hershal, please step back." Cedric requested
"Understood!" The Empress nodded
"Rean, Levi, Crow... You can do it!" Towa praised
I link up with Crow as Rean link up with Duvalie while the others will support. And so we clash with Claire and Angelica who also link up.
"You're being detained: Frozen Prison!" Claire said as she use her Dis order. Ugh.
Claire then use her crafts onto us while I dodge and then use Illumination Rain and strike both her and Angelica as Crow follow up and Duvalie launch her swift attack and Rean with a flame projection slash as Angelica send a sword projection kick then charge at Crow who dodge her kicks but in the end get kick and then I use Supercell Plunger and drag them both and Crow follow up. And then Claire use her Craft on us and it took some damage on us. Then she continue to fire energy bullets at us but I deflect them while Crow did the same thing to counter as she dodge and then I zoom and then swirl and slash her and push her back. Angelica charge at me but I backflip and kick her back while Rean vortex slash her and Duvalie with her techiques. And then I begin to cast my arts onto both Angelica and Claire and then.
"Hamsuke." I called out Hamsuke and then he appeared on my left shoulder as I pet his cheeks and then pointed at Claire and Angelica. "Go play!"
Hamsuke jump off my finger change size into a larger version of himself and then he zoom and brought both Angelica and Claire together and a bolder appeared as Hamsuke roared and slam it onto them. Perfect.
"It's go-time Crow!" I respond for a burst.
"Sure thing!" Then me and Crow zoom and let out a powerful burst and slashing onto Claire and Angelica and push them back.

"Urk!" Claire wink in pain.
"Ahh, the flames of passion. It's no wonder at all you were able to melt through..." Angelica paused as a crack in the mask broke off. "Gaaaaaah! T-Towa? Crow? G-George?"
"The mask, it's breaking up a little." I said. "Then it's just as we thought. Those masks are the cause of those who lose their memories."
"Gelica! Hey! Angelics Rogner! Snap out of it, already!" Crow shout out.
"A-Angelica? No...I'm...Red Rosswiesse." She replied.
"That's wrong. It's more than a part you were made to play!" Musse replied
"Find yourself, Angelica! You need to break free!" Rean added
Towa came up from behind and hugged her. "You can do it, Angie! Please...COME BACK TO US!"
The mask cracked more and then it all fell apart to the floor.
"A-Angelica!" Machias shout
"Angie...are you okay?!"
Angelica laughed. "I'm not sure, Towa. I think I might need you to give me another little squeeze. It was so hard to see that adorable face of yours through that mask. I'll need to get a nice long look now that I can see clearly again."
"Gelica... It's you." Crow smiled
"You got your memories back!" Rean added
"Angiiieee!" Towa walked around and hugged her. "Thank Aidios... Thank the Goddess you're yourself again! You have no clue how worried I was! Ever since you disappeared, I... I-!"
Angelica hug back. "Whoa-oh-oh! Maybe I should disappear more often. Hmm...how could I ever forget this lovely scent... It felt like I was living a nightmare. But I guess I must've died and gone to heaven in the arms of an angel..."
And we sweatdrop. Yep. She's back all right.
"Oh yeah. She's back all right." Ash said."
"I'm glad to see there were no lasting effects on her personality or memories." Musse smiled
"And those masks themselves forced her to play that role. As I expected." I sighed
"Sure wasn't like that for me. Hah...I guess George didn't follow through." Crow added.
"Oh right...him." I said quietly. "So he didn't actually kill her, he chose to take her down and then manipulate her memory with that mask. Well, I'm glad about that, but that still doesn't excuse his other crimes."
"Perhaps he simply couldn't bring himself to." Claire said. "But then again...maybe I'm no different."
"Major Claire..." Machias trailed off.
"Do you still intend to fight?" Rean asked.
"Without our iron horseman, I stand at a disadvantage. Unfortunately, it would seem I have failed in my mission." Claire answered
"Major Rieveldt..." Carl trailed off.
"Then I take it you're just about finishing up here?" A voice asked.

Suddenly, General Zechs arrived, Kurt's uncle was here.
"General." Claire salute.
"For those of you with whom I am yet unacquainted, allow me to introduce myself. Zechs Vander, General of the 3rd Armored Division." Zechs introduce himself "Schwarzer, Class VII. I do hope you've been well."
"It's been a while. Congratulations on your promotion." Rean greeted
"Yeah. Congrats." I nodded. "If I had to guess why you're here. You must have come here to investigate?"
"Very sharp." Zechs nodded. "I'm here to investigate the situation as you said. The Heimdalle Military Police are starting to chatter about some trouble at the Cayenne Estate."
"I apologize for the disturbance, General." Claire said. "It was under my personal command that the situation fell out of control. I will have all unis within the state withdraw immediately and give the order for the Imperial Defence Force to return to base. Forgive me, but... may I leave the rest to you?"
"You may."
"Major Claire..." Machias trailed off.
"So you're gonna let us off the hook for now?" Crow asked
"With war on the horizon, the last thing we want is news of a domestic dispute to surface." Claire answered "As it stands, only the RMP, IDF and the Intelligence Division have orders to apprehend you. Maneuvering around those groups will be your only hope going forward."
"I see. We'll remember that. However, before you leave, Claire. I do have one final word." I said. "I'll let you go this time, You're on your second strike. This means you have one final chance to redeem yourself. But the next time we meet, should you fail to avoid the third strike, I will not hesitate...to strike you down."
"I...I understand. But I assure you that I won't be so charitable next time." Claire respond. "Governor Regnitz… I apologize for the disruption. Your Highness… Towa… my sincerest apologies for inconveniencing you." Then Claire turn to Angelica. "Angelica… I'm glad you were able to recover your memories." Then turn to Rean. "And Rean… I just wanted to say how happy I-" Then she pause and stop, "No, pardon me."
Claire then left the room
"Poor gal...she's in too deep with her feelings." Angelica said.
"Indeed… so deep that the pressure may very well crush her, in the end." Priscilla nodded
"Osborne… I swear you will pay for this." I whisper that to myself.
(Liam's POV)
I was watching from my magic of the event.
'There has to be something we can do… no. We'll find a way…' Rean look at Levi who is also upset as he look down in frustration. 'And Levi's power is the key to find the way.'
(Levi's pov)
"Anyways, I think we can call this a successful mission."

"Mother!" Cedric ran to his mother and hug her. "Oh, mother. Thank Aidios you are okay. You had no idea how much I worry you."
"I am the same, Cedric. Rean. Levi. Thank you both and Class Vll for protecting and fighting alongside Cedric." The Empress smiled
"We're happy to see you reunite with him." I smiled.
"Ah yes, Levi. I have something important to tell you about your background." The Empress replied.
"What?" My eye widen. "Did you find out!?"
"It's…" The Empress look sad. "I would humbly ask if this was to be a private matter."
"Of course, Your Highness." Rean said. "We'll meet you outside when you're done, Levi."
I nodded. "Thanks."
The rest of the group, along with Towa and Carl, left the room.
"Your Majesty… you truly found out about anything?" I asked as I gulp.
"I have but… it is not as you hope." The Empress answered. "You don't appeared to have any records of your birth here in Erebonia."
That's the same as Mariabell said.
"You mean… I'm someone from a different country?" I asked in shocked.
"It's possible yes but… Olivert use his connections on your background but… there aren't any records of you. No date of birth, nor place of birth. Even the name of your parents."
"What?" My eye widen in shock. So it's really true? But… But…
"I don't know or how this is certain but. It's possible that you were born somewhere in Nord Highland where you were discovered. It would explain why there isn't your birth certificate."
"Nord Highland… the very same place where I was found… yeah… it's possible you're right… thank you…" I bow. "But… if I find out I wasn't born in Nord Highland either… then…"
"Oh Levi. Please don't lose hope. You will find out who you are someday. Just keep believe in yourself. I know somewhere you will find out who you are."
"Thank you… Your Majesty…"
"I wish you luck and may Aidios be with you."
I smiled back and she gave me a hug, I had to hug back. I then left the room. I felt it was right to let everyone in Class VII know.
I soon caught up with the others and we returned to the field camp before exchanging our farewells. The Empress and Carl had to remain in Ordis, but Angelica and Towa came with us, and now we had two more of our friends back with us.
And that's done! Next chapter, we will go forth Sutherland! Also, did you see how Levi caused quite the masscured? I'll be honest. I was trying to be a little more creative than that but. So far. I couldn't come up with a better one...
