Charlie shook his head.
CHARLIE CARVETTE EQUESTRIAN (Sputtering):
Whoa, whoa, whoa! But I just saw you back at... How in the world... I mean... That was... Before I... When did you come to my world?
Princess Cadance smiled, then she and Shining Armor explained to Charlie.
PRINCESS CADANCE:
We came to your world five years ago, while the Storm Queen attacked my kingdom.
SHINING ARMOR:
We used the dimensional mirror to get there.
CHARLIE CARVETTE EQUESTRIAN:
The same one that Twilight Sparkle used to enter the Human Equestria to stop Sunset Shimmer?
SHINING ARMOR:
That's right!
PRINCESS CADANCE:
While we were in your world, Shining Armor, Flurry Heart and I used our magic to build a house, until Jewel and Mitch caught us. We've explained everything to them and they believed us.
SHINING ARMOR:
Then we used our magic to change into humans, so, we can blend in.
Solomon whispered to his uncle.
SOLOMON CRYSTAL (Whispering):
That happened before the day I was born.
PRINCESS CADANCE:
After Solomon was born, we told him stories about our adventures.
SHINING ARMOR:
And we were surprised when we saw all our adventures that already happened, were on T.V.
PRINCESS CADANCE:
Solomon watched it with us every day and he was very happy. But a few days ago, Celestia and Luna told us while we went through the dimensional mirror, we've travelled thousand years to the future. Which is now.
SHINING ARMOR:
But when Celestia told us that she and Luna were taking you and your dad to Equestria, we decided to take Jewel, Mitch and Solomon there too. So, we went through the dimensional mirror and we arrived at Zephyr Heights.
PRINCESS CADANCE:
But when I saw Queen Chrysalis as Queen Haven, I've gave your family magic necklaces and we used our magic to changed us into Pegasus. So, she won't know we're here.
Charlie looked surprised.
CHARLIE CARVETTE EQUESTRIAN:
So, that's why their Cutie Marks won't show up on the map!
Malcolm turned to his daughter.
MALCOLM EQUESTRIAN:
Jewel, does that mean you knew that Cindy and Linda are Celestia and Luna?
JEWEL CRYSTAL:
Yes, Dad. And we thought you and Charlie knew that Cadenza, Steve and Mary were Cadance, Shining Armor and Flurry Heart.
MALCOLM EQUESTRIAN:
Well, we didn't, until now.
Jewel smiled, while Princess Cadance walked towards to Zipp Storm and Pipp Petals.
PRINCESS CADANCE:
Zipp. Pipp. I like to thank you for keeping our secret.
ZIPP STORM:
It's our pleasure, Cadance.
Sunny Starscout looked surprised at Zipp Storm and Pipp Petals.
SUNNY STARSCOUT:
Zipp, you and Pipp knew about this?
ZIPP STORM:
Yeah. We met them when they first came to Zephyr Heights.
PIPP PETALS:
But we didn't know these humans were Charlie's family.
Sunny Starscout looked happy.
SUNNY STARSCOUT:
That's make them my family, too.
ZIPP STORM:
Oh, that's right. You're dad's a humacorn.
Flurry Heart walked up to Hitch Trailblazer.
FLURRY HEART:
Hitch, there's someone who misses you.
Hitch Trailblazer looked happy when he saw his adopted baby dragon, Sparky Sparkeroni who was on Flurry Heart's back.
HITCH TRAILBLAZER (Happily):
Sparky!
SPARKY SPARKERONI:
Daddy!
Sparky Sparkeroni flew towards his dad and hugged him.
HITCH TRAILBLAZER:
I thought letting Zipp and Pipp babysit you was a mistake, but I'm so glad you're okay.
Charlie smiled when he saw Hitch Trailblazer and Sparky Sparkeroni.
CHARLIE CARVETTE EQUESTRIAN:
You know, I've forgot to asked Hitch about his dragon son.
Solomon excitedly ran towards the Mane 5.
SOLOMON CRYSTAL:
I can't believe I'm seeing the Mane 5! Sunny Starscout. Hitch Trailblazer. Zipp Storm. Pipp Petals, and my favourite, Izzy Moonbow! I've learned to do the T.U.E.S. Day chant! Woohoo!
Solomon did the T.U.E.S. Day chant.
SOLOMON CRYSTAL (Chanting):
Uni-KA! Uni-KO! Uni-FA! Uni-FO! Uni-MEE! Uni... (Hollering) MOH!
Izzy Moonbow looked happily surprised.
IZZY MOONBOW (Gasped):
You know the chant? Uh, did you just copy that on T.V?
SOLOMON CRYSTAL:
Actually, it was on YouTube, but yes.
Izzy Moonbow squealed happily and danced in delight.
IZZY MOONBOW (Happily):
I can't believe I'm Charlie's nephew's favourite! I always wanted somepony to be my favourite, and Solomon is the one! But he's human and I like humans.
Solomon took out a tin of baked beans from his pocket.
SOLOMON CRYSTAL:
Izzy, can you open this tin of beans with your horn without using your magic for me?
IZZY MOONBOW:
Sure, Solomon. Throw it in the air.
Solomon threw the tin of beans in the air, then Izzy Moonbow used her horn to open the tin and it fell to the floor with beans coming out of it.
IZZY MOONBOW:
Ta-daaaaa!
Solomon looked happy.
SOLOMON CRYSTAL:
Just like in the movie!
HITCH TRAILBLAZER:
Should you use your magic to catch the beans from falling, Izzy?
IZZY MOONBOW:
Solomon told me not to.
Hitch Trailblazer rolled his eyes, while Charlie walked up to his nephew.
CHARLIE CARVETTE EQUESTRIAN:
Solomon, there's something you need to know about Sunny. Her dad is really my great grandfather, Carvette Equestrian. He disguised himself as an Earth Pony and named himself, Argyle Starshine. He's also your grandfather's brother and Sunny is my cousin.
Solomon looked surprised while he looked at Sunny Starscout.
SOLOMON CRYSTAL:
So, Sunny Starscout is my great cousin?!
Charlie rolled his eyes and smiled.
CHARLIE CARVETTE EQUESTRIAN:
Yes, she is.
Solomon got excited and hugged Sunny Starscout.
SOLOMON CRYSTAL (Excited):
Cousin Sunny! I'm so glad to see you! I always wanted to have an alicorn cousin!
Sunny Starscout smiled and hugged Solomon back.
SUNNY STARSCOUT:
Well, Solomon. I'm not just an alicorn.
Sunny Starscout let go of Solomon and used her magic to change into a humacorn.
SUNNY STARSCOUT:
What do you think?
Solomon looked surprised.
SOLOMON CRYSTAL:
You're a human alicorn?!
SUNNY STARSCOUT:
It's humacorn and that's my real form. I found out yesterday and I've changed into one this morning.
SOLOMON CRYSTAL:
So, you found out you're a humacorn at my birthday and you've changed into one at my Apple Charlie's birthday?
Sunny Starscout nodded and Solomon looked happy.
SOLOMON CRYSTAL:
Sunny, that is awesome! I'm so happy!
Sunny Starscout looked at Charlie.
SUNNY STARSCOUT:
Wow, Charlie. Your nephew is so energetic.
CHARLIE CARVETTE EQUESTRIAN:
I know. I taught him all about My Little Pony and my sister saw the 80's version.
Princess Cadance smiled when she saw Charlie and Solomon.
PRINCESS CADANCE:
It's so nice to see those two happy. They feel safe when they are together. That reminds me, does anypony have a smartphone I can borrow?
Area: The City
Princess Cadance appeared on the big T.V screen and all the Pegasi looked surprised when they saw her.
PRINCESS CADANCE:
Citizens of Zephyr Heights. I am Cadance, Princess of Love. Many of you Pegasi heard about me a thousand years ago, but I'm here now with my family because we've stayed in the humacorn's world a few years ago. Now I must tell you something really important. The pony you saw for the past couple of days wasn't Queen Haven. It was a changeling named Chrysalis. She imprisoned your queen and changed into her appearance. But do not panic, Queen Haven is safe and Chrysalis has fled the city, thanks to our humacorn friend, Charlie Equestrian. Now I will use my magic to create a massive shield to protect your city. Just watch.
Princess Cadance magicallycharged up her horn and released a big magic ball of pink light out of the window and into the air. Then it formed into a pink bubble shield that surrounded the entire city. All the Pegasi looked surprised, while Princess Cadance continued her speech on the big T.V screen.
PRINCESS CADANCE:
This shield will protect you. The Storm Queen, the storm creatures and Chrysalis won't get in or out. You can leave whenever you like, but I strongly advice you not to, until further notice. And there's three rules you must try to follow. Stay safe. Be brave and work together as friends.
All the Pegasi agreed with Princess Cadance and cheered for her.
Area: The Hall/Throne Room
Izzy Moonbow whispered to Sunny Starscout.
IZZY MOONBOW (Whispering):
That's almost the same thing that Celestia and Luna said.
Queen Haven walked up to Princess Cadance.
QUEEN HAVEN:
Cadance, I like to thank you and the humacorn for bring back and protecting my kingdom. I would like you, your family and friends to stay as long as you like just for helping us.
PRINCESS CADANCE:
Thank you, Haven.
Hitch Trailblazer turned to his friends.
HITCH TRAILBLAZER:
Now we got three places protected by three ancient princesses.
SUNNY STARSCOUT:
But we still need to save one more, and her friends.
Charlie walked up to his sister.
CHARLIE CARVETTE EQUESTRIAN:
Jewel, how's mum? Is she okay?
Jewel looked a little worried.
JEWEL CRYSTAL (Nervously):
Well, she... Our mum is... um...
Jewel sighed deeply.
JEWEL CRYSTAL:
To be honest, Charlie. She said to me, she doesn't want to be there for you. I've tried to reason with her, but she wouldn't listen. She's more concerned about fixing our home. So, she's really worried about... Uh...
Charlie looked sad.
CHARLIE CARVETTE EQUESTRIAN:
She's worried about herself instead of me. Isn't she?
JEWEL CRYSTAL:
Yes. That was a few days ago before me and my family went to Equestria.
SOLOMON CRYSTAL:
That was after grandma yelled at me for making too much noise.
JEWEL CRYSTAL:
Yes, thank you, Sol. Charlie, I'm so sorry.
CHARLIE CARVETTE EQUESTRIAN:
That's okay. I mean I knew from the beginning. But I never want to believe it. Until now.
Charlie looked at his friends and family.
CHARLIE CARVETTE EQUESTRIAN:
I'm sorry, everyone. I need to be alone now.
When Charlie was about to leave the throne room, he walked up to Tempest Shadow.
CHARLIE CARVETTE EQUESTRIAN:
Tempest, since you stopped Chrysalis for ruining your life, it's time for you to be a whole unicorn again.
Charlie took out Tempest Shadow's horn out of his pocket and used his magic to attach it to her forehead. Tempest Shadow looked happy.
TEMPEST SHADOW:
Wow! I can feel my magic whole again. Thank you, Charlie.
CHARLIE CARVETTE EQUESTRIAN:
You're welcome. But if your horn breaks off again, try not to lose it again. Okay?
TEMPEST SHADOW:
I'll try to remember that.
Charlie smiled and slowly left the throne room. Starlight Glimmer looked sad and turned to her friends.
STARLIGHT GLIMMER:
I better go with him.
While Starlight Glimmer followed Charlie, Solomon looked worried.
SOLOMON CRYSTAL:
Apple Charlie.
Solomon was about to follow his uncle and Starlight Glimmer, until Malcolm stopped him.
MALCOLM EQUESTRIAN:
Let him go, Sol. He needs to be alone. With Starlight.
Everyone looked sad while they saw Charlie leave the throne room with Starlight Glimmer. Queen Haven turned to her Pegasus guards.
QUEEN HAVEN:
Guards, would you kindly show our friends to their rooms.
PEGASUS GUARD #1:
Yes, Your Highness.
When the Pegasus guards took their queen's friends to their rooms, Princess Skystar sighed sadly, while she was thinking about Charlie.
Area: Guest Room
Charlie and Starlight Glimmer were looking at the city through the window. Starlight Glimmer turned to Charlie.
STARLIGHT GLIMMER:
You want your mum to be there with you, don't you, Charlie?
Charlie looked sad.
CHARLIE CARVETTE EQUESTRIAN:
She used to.
Starlight Glimmer looked confused.
STARLIGHT GLIMMER:
What do you mean by that?
Charlie looked at Starlight Glimmer.
CHARLIE CARVETTE EQUESTRIAN:
She was always there for me when I was a kid, but when Celestia and Luna came to my world, she was barely there for me at all. When she became a mayor of Equestrian Island, she never wanted to be there for me and I use my autism as an excuse to protect myself.
STARLIGHT GLIMMER:
Then she was about to put you in care home, right?
CHARLIE CARVETTE EQUESTRIAN:
How'd you know about that?
STARLIGHT GLIMMER:
Because I was about to do the same thing to my son.
Charlie looked surprised.
CHARLIE CARVETTE EQUESTRIAN:
You were? Why Starlight?
STARLIGHT GLIMMER:
Because being a mother isn't easy. I know it sounds crazy, but it is. When Ben was a little foal, I asked Tempest to be his Godmother and she liked the idea. But when he was ten, which he still is, Ben spent more time with his dad, Sunburst. Trixie told me I should be there for Ben, but I couldn't try. That's why I came up with an idea that he should live with Tempest. I've talked to Sunburst about it and he didn't like my idea. After a long argument, I was about to tell my son, until Twilight assigned me to hide the Sun and Moon Amulet in Bridlewood. Now I think my son and Sunburst will never forgive me if we save them.
CHARLIE CARVETTE EQUESTRIAN:
Starlight, we will save them. And when we do, you need to tell them how you feel and be with your son, otherwise you'll make the same mistake as my mum did.
Starlight Glimmer looked sad and a little scared.
STARLIGHT GLIMMER:
I don't want to make the same mistake as your mum, Charlie. It's just... I'm scared.
CHARLIE CARVETTE EQUESTRIAN:
We all get scared of things we don't want to do. Maybe this song will help you.
Charlie sang "Ben" by Michael Jackson to Starlight Glimmer.

After Charlie finished singing, he smiled when he saw Starlight Glimmer falling asleep peacefully on the bed.
CHARLIE CARVETTE EQUESTRIAN:
I may not get my mum back, but I promise to get your family back. Stay strong, Starlight, like your magic.
