Oh! Look babe, a shooting star!" Adelaide had said, pointing at the sky.
Loki smiled and looked into her eyes, adoring the way they lit up.
"Make a wish." She spoke again. He chuckled.
"I don't need to darling, you're here with me." He smiled.
"That's- sweet" Adelaide yawned mid sentence.
"Time for bed?" Loki said smiling at her face.
"Yea. Let's sit on the porch first."
Picking her up. Loki carried her to the porch, where he sat her on his lap so she could lay on his shoulder and watch the stars go by.
After a few minutes of the stars flickering in their beautiful pieces of art. Loki spots one that shoots through the painting just as the one tha lt had before. He pointed at the sky and said. "Adelaide look, another star!" When Adelaide didn't respond, he looked down to where she was sitting and saw that she had fallen asleep. He smiled and carried her back to their room. Laying her on the bed, Loki kissed her on the forehead.
"You're my shooting star." He whispered. Loki then covered her with blankets and left the room
