Chapter 4 sick day Part 2

{ flashback} that morning Naruto had called in sick to both his job and school so now he's just resting but as he's trying to rest both the quintuplets are trying to take care of them but ironically in comically they're failing to do so as Nino tries to help take care of him but fails by dropping hot water on him Miku use she tries using a hot towel to help bring down his temperature but it was too hot and scolded his forehead well Ichika tried to give him cough medication to help him with his coughing but it's it's so bad that he ended up coughing even more Itsuki tried to help him out but she ended up pouting instead until Naruto head enough and he told all five of them including Yotsuba to go to school well all five of them was pouting he told him that was that and he made up his mind so be gradually all five of them went to school end of flashback….

What's Naruto was done singing he looked up and asked me know if the soup was ready and doing so she came out of her shocking stupor and now her head and checking up on the soup once she was done checking on the soup she turned the stove off and brought a bowl of soup for him he smiled brightly at sea chicken noodle soup Nino brought the bowl over 2 him she sat down next to him and blew off some steam that was coming from a spoonful of soup Nino I can still eat by myself so you don't need to feed me I can't do it myself he says as as he took the spoon out of her hand she huffed and pouted need a side in she was about to stand up but instead she said time shut up you're sick just let me feed you not to cave in and let Nino feed him once he was done she put the ball away in order to decide to close his eyes and get some rest throughout the night either miku or Nino or its key or Yotsuba decided to check up on him until the morning the next day Naruto was feeling a little bit more better but he still felt weak after being sick so he called in both his job and work again but he did go to school Phil little while once he was feeling a little bit more sick or if he was he went straight to the north nurses office while he was in the nurses office he told the nurse that he still felt under the weather so she let him stay until he felt a little better so he was resting in the nurses office until it was lunchtime while he was resting the Nakano siblings came to check up on him it was still fussing over him trying to rub his back with a cold or hot compress they pop too hard and made in imprint on him he started Yelp in pain because of that he ended up with a really rough mark on his back or was it his forehead that the siblings were trying to rub but in the end he just couldn't get enough sleep so he shooed him out the nurses office seeing as he was hungry and it was lunchtime he decides to get up I've bed and decides to go and get some lunch so he decided to head to the cafeteria but well heading to the cafeteria he was caught off guard as all five siblings were there with lunches one that was made for him in a Bento box which happens to be Nino when Naruto walked up to her he asked how he how her day or try to but he was his stomach was growling too loud and an embarrassment not to rub the back of his head and seeing as you know held out the Bento box that she made for him he happily took it as he sat down with all five of them and opened the Bento box he looked inside of it he was surprised to see some egg rolls that were cut and sliced or diced some carrots rice some pork Ant chop cut up chicken along with it he took the chopsticks that came with it pull them apart thank you Nina a big smile before started eating as he started eating he started to really like the food that Nino made for him so who once he was done eating he thanked you know and handed her the Bento that was now empty while just waiting for the rest of them to eat or to be done Naruto turned and saw Futaro was there he called over food row but he ignored them wondering why so throughout the whole tired day Naruto was resting in the nurses office until school was over once school was over. Now to decide to check the schools to see if Nakano siblings were there so he decided to check all around the premise walnut was looking he did not find any of the siblings so as he was about to check one last time he spots a familiar lock of red hair and blue shirt with which happened to Miku and Futaro at the bench outside of the gym as he walked over he got closer and he saw both Futaro and miku by the bench resting as he got closer he called out to them and that's what they were doing both miku and Futaro shocked and caught off guard at seeing Naruto opening bell specially for miku who now was panicking because she remembers that Naruto wasn't feeling good the other day Miku started to panic so she tried to get up but was to tried to so from running away from Futaro who she figured out lied to her about know the Japanese history of the feudal era and their feudal Lords…

Naruto saw the look of panic on Miku face and asked both of them what are they doing witch Futaro says were doing nothing!. Naruto looks at him for a while rise his eyes brow at why Miku took off her feet stocking and notice that her leg was red so he decide to carry her making Miku blush as he was heading home from the school Futaro was also fallowing them to tutor them . Once inside the home Naruto puts miku down and went to the bathroom to get the first aid kit and comes back with it and parches her up telling her not to strain herself and again miku go's to her room before but comes back to study which was odd but now Futaro had two both Miku and Yotsuba to study while Naruto heads off to sleep in Nino room .

{with Nino } Naruto Knock on nino door and she answers and lets him in while she was talking to her friends or texting them she did not mind Naruto being in her room. So Naruto lays on her bed to rest while Nino texts watch a movie on the TV in her room.
