Duo made a highly annoyed face at this comment, but weren't daring a glance at him while ACP sir turned to the younger duo with,
ACP sarcastically: Humare desh ke bachche to itne khushnasib nahi jo inn dono ka sanidhya unhe prapt ho...par tum log to seekho inse kuch... seekho inse ki bureau ka playground kaise banate hai ( chewingly ) bureau late kaise aate hai...hospitals se kaise bhaagte hai...ya resignation se blackmail kaise karte hai...( gritting his teeth )... seekho sab kuch inse...aise hi mahaan nahi bane hai yeh dono...
The duo was standing with bowed heads while,
ACP added frustratedly: Pehle to aadhe aadhe kaarname baat rakhe the dono ne lekin ab toh dono milke hi saare karnaame karte hai... ( sarcastically ) pehele ek late aata tha lekin ab dono aane lage hai…
A small embarrassed smile came on the duo's face that they were trying their best to hide while the junior duo was stuck in a crisis, they wanted to laugh but that would result of being in the hit-list of the mischievous duo...And hence, were standing there trying to control their laugh...
ACP sir continued in the same sarcastic tone: To aaj kya bahana hai aap logo ke pass ( to junior duo in sarcastic-teasing tone ) baith jao tum log aur popcorn vagrah le aao kyunki din nikal jayega lekin in logo ke bahano ki list nahi khatam hogi…( stiffly ) ABHIJEET tum batao late kyun aaye…
Abhijeet who was caught off guard with this sudden direct question to him stammered: S..Sir v..oh..
ACP sir shook his head disappointedly and added : Naya bahana maarna Abhijeet ( pointed towards Daya ) yeh late utha yeh mat kehna isme kaunsi nayi baat hai firr…chahye duniya idhar ki udhar kyun na ho jaye yeh janab jaldi thodi uthenge…
Daya who was looking at his friend in hope of an intelligent excuse again downed his head with an embarrassed smile but seeing his buddy's look decided to SAVE HIM...
DAYA in a low-shy tone: Sir voh kal raat galti se alarm AM ki jagah PM ka lag gaya...to uske vajah se pehele to hum late hogaye ghar se nikalne mein...( completely disagreeing) aur sir uske baad to humari galti hai hi nahi...mumbai ka traffic hi itna hai ki insaan aakhir kare bhi toh kya kare...( irritated ) udne waali gadiyan na jaane kab tak aayengi...bore hogaya hu mein to sadak pe chalane se...
Everyone was looking Daya in shock who had said everything in a single breath while,
Abhi ( pov ): Aaj isko naashte me kya khila diya meine...
He suddenly jerked with,
ACP clapped sarcastically for his chiranjeev: Suna sabne sahab bore hogaye hai sadak pe gadiyan chala ke ( chewingly ) traffic haan...mein to jaise har roz Mars se Rocket me beithke aata hu na...( Daya downed his head embarrassed while ACP continued ) yeh Freddy, Vivek...mere se lift le lete honge...aur Salunkhe har roz apne lab ke test-tube me se nikal jaata hoga kyu...
Abhijeet chuckled with a murmur: Test-tubes kaha...voh to chaand se jhaado pe beithke aate honge...
Everybody heard it and just rolled their lips inside to control the giggling...
ABHI stammered seeing ACP sir's hard gaze on him: S..sir v..voh to bass...
ACP completed in a sarcastic smile: Aadat se majboor hu...kya karu haina...
ABHI downed his head while ACP sir shook his head disappointedly and left out a disappointed sigh...
ACP returning to cabin: Kaam karo ab sab...

Everyone was busy on their desks while Daya was fidgeting with the files with an extremely annoyed face...and Suddenly , a message popped up in his mobile...it was from ABHIJEET...
"CHUP CHAP KAAM KARLE NAHI TO SIR NE DEDI HUME CHUTTI ... VAISE HI IMPRESS KARNE KA PLAN FLOP HOGAYA HAI"
Daya rolled his eyes and texted back
" HAAN, AUR TUMNE UNKE BEST FRIEND KO JHADOO KE SAATH JODKE, UNKO ALMOST DEPRESS BHI KAR HI DIYA HAI "
ABHI looked him with a frown and Daya gave a fake smile which his friend reciprocated with an exact fake smile, and both indicated towards each other's work...
Finally both started working tediously...and after almost half an hour, DAYA stood up and went near ABHI with a broad-excited smile...and kept the file on the desk…
Daya proudly : Lo ho gaya complete puri..ab dekh ke batao…
Abhijeet shockingly : Kamal hai Daya tumne apni zindagi mein ek file complete kari voh bhi khud se…( naughtily ) aaj suraj kahan se nikla hai…
Daya annoyingly : Zyada bolo mat bass sir ko aur naraz nahi karvana agar aur naraz ho jate to permission nahi milegi huhhh..bass isliye complete kari hai…( Abhijeet was smiling disappointedly while he added frowningly ) khi khi karna band karo aur dekho zara...ki sab theek hai ya nahi…
Abhijeet frowningly : Dekh raha hun aur vaise bhi bina galtiyon ke aaj tak koi file banayi hai tumne…
( Daya looked him annoyingly while Abhijeet started reading the file...and his facial expressions changed to shocked ones )..
Daya confusingly : Kya hua…
Abhijeet shockingly : Tumhari tabiyat kharab hai kya ( Daya became confused and nodded in no while Abhijeet added ) to firr bina galti ke kaam kaise kar diya aaj…( Daya frowned at him angrily while Abhijeet made an innocent face and added ) jao firr deke aao aur permission leke aao…
Daya daringly : Tum bhi aaoge mere sath main akela nahi jaunga…
Abhijeet frowned at him but Daya without listening to anything moved inside the cabin...while ABHI praying once for their safe return, followed him...
Both after getting the permission entered inside the cabin while Daya presented the file in front of ACP sir…
Inside ACP sir's cabin :
ACP sir was busy reading the file with surprised expressions while Daya was smiling proudly…and ACP sir signed the file and looked towards DUO..with a smile...
The duo smiled at him back, and ACP teased: Chalo jaankar khushi hui ki kuch to asar hota hai meri daat ka tum logo pe...
The duo just smiled shyly, thinking of a way to talk...ACP sir knew, both of sons wanted something, but waited for them to initiate and,
ACP just picked up a glass of water to drink some, which gave an idea to the sharp-shine and immediately,
Abhijeet excitedly: Sir kitni garmi ho rahi haina idhar...ki agar baar baar paani na piye toh dehydration ho jaata hai...
ACP suddenly started coughing hearing this while Daya gave a look like " WHAT " to his buddy...while he,
Abhijeet stammered : Ma..matlab... sir...p..paani zyada peena chahiye... kyuki yahan pe itni garmi ho rahi hai…( wiped his sweat and added ) a..aur idhar to snowfall bhi nahi hota...
( ACP sir looked at him confusingly while he nudged Daya with his elbow )...
Daya : Aaii ( He glared at Abhi who signalled him to speak while he added accompanying him ) A..haan sir Mumbai mein kitni garmi ho rahi hai sir iss baar ( To ABHIJEET ) Abhi Manali mein kitna achcha mausam ho raha hoga na abhi…aur vaha snowfall bhi hota hai...
ABHI nodded and both looked at ACP hopefully while,
ACP sir raised his eyebrow and added sternly : AC mein bhi garmi lag rahi hai tum dono ko…( confusingly ) aur yeh Manali kaha se aagaya beech me...
Daya nervously : Sir June aur July mein to Manali ki yaad aana common haina ( scratching his forehead ) kitna maza aata hai barf mein khelne mein…( nervously ) a..aur vaha ke schools bhi bahot achche hai...kuch abhi reunion bhi kar rahe hai...a..aur
He downed his head seeing the fixed gaze of his father while Abhijeet sighed at his friends nervousness so,
ABHIJEET added straightly : Sir voh kya haina Manali mein humare School ka Reunion ho raha hai ( Daya looked at him with surprised gaze ) udhar sare School friends aayenge ( unintentionally stated in pride ) aur hum to school ke sabse popular log the...humare bina reunion kaise ho sakta hai...
ACP glared at him so he stammered: M..matlab aisa unhone request kari hai hume...T..to sir kya hum log bhi jaa sakte hai chutti leke please…
ACP sir was still watching him stiffly with straight expressions so,
ABHI side-pointed Daya in a nervous smile: Yehi kehna chahta tha Daya...
Daya look him in shock while ACP sir was smiling internally at his two brave officers...
Daya nervously : H..Haan s..ir main hi to chahta tha…( chewingly ) yeh Abhi ko thodi jana hai mujhe hi jana hai…( Abhijeet gave him an helpless look while Daya added naughtily ) isliye sir permission bhi mujhe hi de dijiye…
Abhijeet glared at him hard while ACP sir despite trying a lot broke into a soft smile while both downed their heads in shyness...
ACP sir nodded his head in disappointment and added in a friendly manner : Bhai tum dono ko itni si baat ke liye permission maangne mein itna time lagta hai kya…( Both were looking down while he added ) jao bhai..( DUO looked him in excited smile ) vaise bhi tum dono kab chutti maangte ho to jao maze karo…
Both looked each other in relief and thanked him while,
Abhijeet seriously : Par sir yahan pe humare bina aap sab manage kaise karoge…
Daya ( pov ) : irritatingly ) Chutti bhi mil gayi lekin isko apna muh kholna tha...faaltu mein huhhh!
ACP sir smilingly : Tum dono fikr mat karo hum manage karlenge yahan pe sab kuch tum log jao vahan pe…vaise kab nikloge…
Abhijeet with a smile : Kal subah sir...
ACP sir nodded and added : To firr jao abhi packing karo jake subah ko nikalna hai to…( teasingly looked at Daya ) and aapko to shopping bhi karni hogi...
Daya carefree: Voh to last sunday hi karli thi sir...
And with this ABHI pinched him and he realized what he spoke, ACP again looked at them strictly but,
ABHI hurriedly: Are sir abhi tickets book karni hai to...hum jaate hai jaldi...Thank you sir...
And both immediately fled with a nervous but excited on their faces...while ACP sir smiled disappointedly at them...
ACP disappointed: Yeh log aate bhi darkar hai aur jaate bhi aise hi hai ( shook his head ) vaise to reunion me jaa rahe hai lekin harkate abhi bhi nursery class ki hai...
He sighed and looked at his table where his two best officers left that file there itself for him to take care of...
Duo's home;
Daya shuffling among some shopping bags: Abhi Jo meine sneakers liye the unka bag Nahi mil Raha...tumhare room me hai Kya?

Daya again: Aur voh jo Rahul ke liye watch li thi voh bhi Nahi mil Rahi...

Abhi sighed: Yarr bass yehi Soch Raha tha ki hum log ek hafte ki chutti par hai aur humare peeche se team pe kitna kaam ho jaayega...( looked at him ) Dekha na tune ki jab hum bureau se Nikal rahe the tab bhi ek case report hogaya tha...to bass...yehi Soch Raha tha...
Daya sighed: Yeh baat to hai...Rajat bhi mission pe Gaya hai...( ABHI nodded ) to firr? ( sadly ) hum log cancel karde Kya?
Abhi smiled: Are Nahi yarr...agar aisa Kiya to Sabko Bura lagega...sir bhi guilty feel karenge...
Daya nodded in a sigh: To Kya Kar sakte hai?
Both thought for sometime when,
Abhi suddenly in excitement: Agar hum ACP sir aur team ko Apne le chale toh? ( happily ) sab ghum bhi lenge aur Yaha Ka kaam special team sambhal Legi ( excitedly ) sir ko Apna school bhi dikhaenge...( picked his phone ) mein abhi call Karta Hu...
He was going to dial when instantly Daya snatched the phone looking at him in shock and anger...
Abhi shocked: Are Kya hai de na...Sir ko manane me bhi time lagega...
Daya in shock: ACP sir ko tum school leke jaoge Kya ( Abhi nodded excitedly while he added with a pointed gaze ) sab Samjh Raha Hu mein Abhi...tum sir ko udhar Leke jaake impress Karna chahte ho na... ( fake- hurt ) humari saari galtiyon Ka bojh mujhpe daalna chahte ho
Abhi shocked- confused: Kya matlab?
Daya disappointed: Kya Kya matlab...khud ki image achchi hai school me to ACP sir ko leke jaana chahte ho...( gritting his teeth ) meri Kya halat hogi voh Sochi hai...( cryingly ) udhar teachers bolengi ki aajtak Ek assignment copy submit Nahi ki...upar se sir bolenge ki aaj tak ek file submit Nahi Kari...( Abhi chuckled while he continued ) udhar teacher bolengi ki yeh hamesha tod-fod Karta rehta tha...aur idhar sir bolenge ki aaj bhi darwaze todta rehta hai...
Abhi laughed at him lightly while Daya looked him in disappointment and,
Daya declared: To baat saaf hai ki ACP Nahi chalenge bass...
Abhi stood up: To ab khud koi aur tareeka Soch...Nahi to mein tujhe idhar choddke sir ko leke Chala jaunga... ( looked him in a sweet-sarcastic smile ) kyuki firr na Hoga baas na bajegi basoori haina...
Giving him a slight smirk he went inside his room leaving Daya shock at his place...
Daya to himself: Kuch to Karna hi padega...iss Abhi Ka bharosa Nahi hai...
He remained there biting his nails, when suddenly his face shone with brightness and he happily pulled his phone out...
THE NEXT MORNING AT CID BUREAU;
The team were living the shock of their life, while ACP was burning in anger and roaming around furiously with his phone...
ACP angrily: Inn dono ko ek baar mil jaane do...aisa haal karunga ki apna saara dimag chalana bhul jayenge...
Nobody were daring to say anything and shared a look when the morning incident came into their minds;

DCP sir casually in a carefree tone : Mera bureau hai meri marzi...main jab bhi aau , tumse thodi permission lunga…
ACP sir murmured : Haan aur kya jab marzi aao aur humme pareshan karo idhar aake...huhh…( loudly in a sarcastic tone ) vaise sir agar aap ko koi kaam nahi hai to aap jaiye ya firr shanti se side mein baith jaiye...kyunki ( pointed at himself and team members ) hum log bahut important kaam kar rahe the idhar…
DCP Sir ( in tease ) : Mujhe bhi maloom hai kya important kaam karte ho tum log ( looked at them and added ) sara din bass time pass karte rehte ho ( All looked at him with an wide open mouth while he added proudly ) aur abhi idhar main bahut important kaam se aaya hu…( All looked at him confusingly while he added in proud grin ) ABHIJEET AUR DAYA ne merese itni request kari hai hai ki mujhe jaise intelligent aur smart insaan aakar tum logo ki madat kare...

They all came back from the trance when a voice came from inside the cabin as,
" ARE ACP KHOONI PAKDA GAYA YA NAHI...KUCH KAAM NAHI KARTE TUM LOG...JALDI JALDI KARO BHAI ...MEIN BAHOT BUSY HOON "
