New chapter time. This time things will be a tad…different

Chapter 7

Revaluation

Shinka Nibutani was not having a good day. Or week that is.

I bet you're wondering, 'Oh you are such a normal pretty girl, what could be wrong with your life?'

I'M FAR FROM NORMAL AND EVERYTHING IS WRONG!

First I try my best to not just burry but burn, my old weird Chuuni past then, an equally weird Chuuni girl from my past pops out of nowhere and I learn she printed out nearly every word I have ever bothered to UTTER back in my old Chuuni days.

It doesn't stop at that, so I pick the single boy( and that is the only reason) in the group to try and get closer to them to take the large book with my previous statements and then destroy it. Next, a freaking GOD, takes away what made me a normal human being and tells me that everything I thought I had made up, was actually real and what normal I was reaching for was fake.

I get picked up by some dead guy that can sprout black wings(admittedly very soft wings) and generate electricy somehow and he drops us onto a plant monster.

I'm running around in a nun outfit mind you, and then we get sent to some alternate world where once Yuuta fell to the ground suddenly I'm alone in some strange fog and attacked by wannabe ninjas which I barely beat while Hisoki was fighting some lion war god from ancient Egypt. Not exactly a good booster in my confidence.

Now, Hisoki is very blunt with how weak we are, and yet still thinks an anime training montage will be enough to elevate us to the next level. I don't feel much different but he has yet to be wrong, as irritating as he can be.

I barely lifted my massive cannons as I blocked another attack from the strange red creature Hisoki sicked on me.

There was one main problem with having the spear now, I had no idea how to equip it to my weapons, did you expect me to look at these giant Captain America style shield blasters and think 'oh, I could just rewire the circuit board here and here then the spear could be plugged in right around the mainframe optimizing the performance and lifespan.'? Of course, I can't! I'm a high school student for god's sake, even if I was over 1000 years old, not a single day of those years went towards understanding weapons like these because I didn't have them!

I grunted as I shifted my gaze away from our only male besides our God, who both were currently shirtless. I cannot afford to gawk at the only guys here like some hormone-filled adolescent.

I resisted the urge to slap my cheeks to hide the heat rushing into them. I am more mature than that, even if what I thought was normal is crumbling.

You should just hit someone, you'll feel better than just holding those emotions up. Hit Hisoki, he won't feel it much or... even Yuuta for dragging you into this. An aggressive voice whispered in my mind. That was my voice. So much for peace and love from Mori Summer

"Violence will get us nowhere, it is only through peace and love we shall find happiness" A slightly younger-sounding version of my voice called from the other side of my mind. I held back the cringe that normally would have come with it. I have to accept that as part of me, even if it is the embodiment of cringe, I know at the time, it was accurate and good.

Suddenly the dark-skinned boy that was watching over me lunged at me. This time I went for an overhead bash like he had recommended when we had fought for the first time, but to my surprise, he didn't attack me and went straight at the demons behind me that I didn't notice.

He whipped his face over to look me dead in the eyes, still holding the beating heart of one of the demons in his hands, ignoring the blue blood splattered all over him. "Are you stupid? Pay more attention to your surroundings and don't leave yourself defenseless like that if you don't know for sure you're fighting off more than one"

I growled a little, enough for him to barely hear it. "I'm sorry, I'm exhausted and I don't know how to attach the spear. It's a little frustrating."

He looked at me for a few seconds before looking away. "Quick Change: Clean Clothes"

His blue strained clothes were replaced with a fresh set after a brief flash of bright light.

"Alright. Get the spear" He said slowly.

I let my blasters shift back into pom-poms and a reached for the sack slung over my shoulder, pulling it out awkwardly.

"So, I'll be honest, I don't exactly know how to teach someone about this thing, I never have owned a weapon like you guys"

"What do you mean?" I asked. "Don't you have that fancy bo-staff?"

"I figured you would have caught on by now," He said with an amused chuckle. "I'll summon it again and I'll let you figure it out."

The metal bo staff lengthened in his hand, this time just the plain metal staff, and he tossed it to me. When I caught it, I nearly fell over because it was so heavy. I dropped my pom-poms for this freaking steel beam. It felt a little warm as if he had been holding it the entire time.

"If it feels a little heavy that's just a sign that you're not its wielder, because most weapons can detect their master's magic signature." He explained.

I adjusted the weapon in my hands, dropping the spear as I do so. Hioki grabbed the spear, coating his arm in a rubber glove with some spell, and held it patiently as sparks flew off the spear in protest of being in his hand.

"You're thinking of the weapon as just that, a weapon." He said far more simply than he should have, what he was saying was ridiculous. "Think of it as an extension of me, what do you do to sense me?"

I closed my eyes and concentrated on my magic sense, and to my surprise, the staff in my hand responded. It wasn't a magic weapon the same way we have them, this was a magic weapon, it's formed of magic! That's why he summons it as he does and never brought it up when he started talking about finding a weapon to bond a creature with, this is already magic and bonded with him in a way.

"Now you know," He said with a light whistle, "I thought you would have figured it out on your own much sooner than this but I guess being caught up with Yuuta kept this off your mind."

I felt my face brighten as I sputtered. "I-I wasn't thinking about him, why would I b-be thinking of that nerd?"

"You're changing character types again~," He said in a teasing sing-song voice. "Enough of that, drop my staff and take your spear"

I followed his instructions and before the staff hit the floor it evaporated. I quickly picked my pom-poms back up and took the spear from his gloved hand.

"Alright, go into cannon mode," He said with a small smile of encouragement. "But first throw the spear into the air."

I blinked at him. "Do what?"

"Throw it into the air, how will you hold onto the spear and slap it onto your weapons without your hands, throwing it is a much better option that saves us time," He said simply. I just shook my head and followed his instructions. He tells us to do odd things that end up saving our hide later on and I'd hate for the spear to fly off mid-fight because I didn't put it on hard enough.

I threw the spear as hard as I could straight up and summoned my blasters, pom-poms expanding and becoming metal like some odd transformer.

"Place them flat together, your handguards should meet in the middle" He quickly ordered and I obeyed.

"Now line up the spear with the connecting point of your blasters " I quickly did so and waited for the spear to hit the blasters. Maybe I threw the spear too high.

I glanced up and saw it in the sky, but not falling or going up, it had a strange green glow around it-

I looked at Hisoki who had his crazy broken time spell going on with the small clock in front of his extended right hand. "Ready?"

"Ready," I said and he jerked the dial forward, causing the spear to rush down faster than I could see.

The point met the blasters where all the lines connected and a blinding flash of golden and white light blinded me for a moment. When I opened my eyes, I was holding my pom-poms again but instead of the normal single color, there were flecks of gold scattered around it.

Hisoki impatiently motioned to the pom-poms. "What are you waiting for? An invitation?"

Before I could say anything, he spoke in a bad Dracula accent that almost sounded Italian. "Oh fair maiden, I commend you and your valent efforts but I do humbly request your blood- I mean your testing of the goods. Bleh le bleh"

I giggled a little before summoning my blasters. They were big before and now a little larger. Inside where my hands go, I had enough space to shift around a little, and near the normal buttons was a dial.

I pulled my hands out to inspect it and Hisoki looked into the left one while I examined the right.

"Let's see Gear 1, Gear 2, and Gear 3," He said with some interest. "It seems normal banger mode is Gear 1, Gear two is likely Suction and Gear 3 is likely some other form you unlocked."

I nodded, and hesitantly reached out into the right one to change it into Gear 2, the metal shifted into something akin to a large cannon that could go onto my arm.

Hisoki, who had been checking out the left one told me that I could have them in separate forms, which could be handy.

I placed my hand in the one in now Gear two and found a button like in Gear 1(I ignored the dial that had shifted below my hand). I Lifted it up and pushed the button, and as Hisoki predicted instead of things flying out, things seemed to flow into the large cannon.

Hisoki gave a nod before firing off a spell into the path of the cannon, which got sucked up.

"It's like a vacuum" I commented.

"Yup," He said, popping the 'p'.

He moved to the side to let me grab the other one and I changed that one into Gear 3, this one shifted, and instead of the large, almost bulky shield form, it became much more slender, not quite thin because it still had its large size, but now it was a much more graceful spear-shaped weapon attached to my arm.

"Isn't this impractical?" I asked. "Being spear-like on this kind of weapon"

"Check the inside, it wouldn't sabotage you"

I felt inside and this time there was no button at the end like normal, instead, there was a button on the left side of my hand and two buttons on the right.

I first clicked the top button on the right and watched as the spear grew longer, I clicked the bottom one and it grew shorter, after messing around with that, I clicked the one on the left, and the spear edges thickened, to be even and became droopy.

"So Gear 3 is basically Whip and Spear mode, nice" Hisoki said with a hint of satisfaction. "I'll summon 3 demons but I'll crank it up if you kill them"

I readied myself, shifting my left blaster into Gear 2 and my right into Gear 3. I swiftly changed into a much longer whip and readied myself.

"Bring it"

.

Kumin Tsuyuri, very bluntly put, was tired.

I yawned a bit and placed my hands in the ready position. "Ok, what do you want me to summon?"

"Summon me an assassin, a strong one, like one of the strongest assassins in their universe," He said.

I steeled my resolve and focused all my sleepy energy in my palms.

I closed my eyes. A galaxy appeared in my head. I poked around a bit before calling out. "Excuse me! I actually have instructions on who to bring this time, but they're kind of vague, does anyone mind helping me?"

No response.

"*Sigh* I guess I'll keep poking through"

I remembered what it was like summoning Saiki. I had stumbled upon his universe and he didn't like it. He wanted no part in anything until I mentioned our school was near a sweet's shop. From my experience, people of a certain power level can actually agree to come with me instead of me just ripping them out, which would be rude.

I found a different universe and it was pretty loud and there were lots of flashing lights. "Hello? I need someone strong from some training! Can anyone help me?"

Instantly a man with a light complexion and spikey black hair appeared by me.

"Hi, I'm Goku. I heard you needed someone strong for training"

"Oh my!" I gasped as I took in his muscular body that radiated a certain high concentration of power. "You must be very strong"

"You betcha!" He said happily.

Maybe Hisoki just wants someone powerful. I shrugged. Maybe this will satisfy him, but I should double-check.

"Would you happen to be an assassin, Mr. Goku?"

"Assassin?" Goku scratched his head. "Well I was sent to destroy or kill everyone on earth, does that count?"

"I think that's close enough" I held out my 'hand' to him. "Please take my hand and we can head off, it will only be a minute so you don't need to worry about taking a lot of time"

I opened my eyes and there was a flash of golden light.

And the sound of Hisoki screaming. "Oh, gods no! F-" For some bizarre reason, a large black bar flashed over Hisoki's mouth as the word he was going to say was replaced with a large beep noise.

"What's wrong? You asked me to summon a strong assassin and he was sent to kill everyone on earth in his world" I asked

"Kumin! For as cute as you can be sometimes this was not what I meant! This Saiyan is not an assassin, that's what his people do! They send off infants to conquer planets as a show of strength! And you summoned one of the most deadly people in his universe!"

"Hi, I'm Goku!" Goku said with a nice wave and he made a small salute upwards. "I take it you guys are sparing as training?"

"Noooooooo" Hisoki quickly said shaking his head which was very pale. "Just helping her with summoning"

Goku braced himself, after seemingly not hearing the Hisoki clone. And he did the strangest thing, he started yelling and his body gave off a golden glow.

"Oh no," Hisoki whimpered.

"Interesting" I murmured

When Goku had finished, he had a steady golden glow around his body and his hair which was originally black and mostly downwards was now golden and spiked up. He even now had blue eyes.

"Oh! that's so cool" I said. "Hisoki can you teach me to do that?"

"*Gulp* Well I don't understand how it works exactly but you might be able to use it with your rift borrowing power," He said as Goku started to float. I saw Hisoki place his thumb and pointer finger together, touch them to his forehead, chest, and then both of his shoulders.

"KAAAAAAMMMMMMEEEEEEEE" Goku called as he bunched his palms together, and a bright blue glow emitted from his hands.

"Great! I never thought I would die this way but here we are, I haven't even paid the rent this month!" Hisoki sobbed as he started pulling together several what I guessed to be defensive spells.

"KAMMMMMEEEEEEEE" Goku continued as he moved his hands forward towards Hisoki.

"Mother, I'll see you on the other side!" Hisoki said as he put a small children's blanket on top of him.

"HAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA!" Goku hollered as he thrust his hands towards Hisoki and right before it hit him, a small blonde male stepped in between them and pulled out a sword, hitting the sphere of energy with it and yelling "FULL COUNTER!"

The ball doubled in size and bounced back towards Goku, who easily dodged.

Hisoki, realizing he wasn't going to get hit by it hugged his small savior. "OH, MY GODS! MELIODAS! I NEVER THOUGHT I'D BE SO HAPPY TO SEE YOUR PERVERTED LITTLE FACE"

"Um, who are you?" The now named Meliodas asked awkwardly.

"Full Counter?" I asked. That sounds cool.

Then another Hisoki walked over, after quickly checking on my friends, it seemed to me that this was the original Hisoki. "Come on, we have a reputation to uphold"

"I don't know if you saw that but GOKU was about it hit me! What was I supposed to do, take that blast get destroyed, and let a good chunk of the Overlap get torn to shreds after we spent 5 hours on this place? Or avoid the hit and the same thing happens while I get crushed by the rubble assuming I could actually get away from that?" The still-hiding clone responded.

"Why not send him back to his universe?" The original offered, looking very bored.

"Or you could have asked me to send him back" I offered with a smile.

The clone sat up, realizing how silly he had been. "Damn it, why do both of you have to act smarter than me?"

"You are me, idiot," Hisoki said with a sigh. "Clearly I hadn't given you enough of my common sense"

"Well, what should I summon now?" I asked.

"Weakest thing you can think of," The clone said to me after all was returned to normal. "Like a slime or something"

I once again tapped into another universe and I found a slime that also resembled a small blue-haired girl. Surely they couldn't be that dangerous, and they are a slime as Hisoki asked.

.

Dekomori was not having an easy time. Just when she thinks she can jump to the part of the tree, it's either too weak or the Hisoki clone knocks the tree down.

Unfortunately, it seems Kumin got the weakest clone(at the very least, most pathetic), but that means I could take pleasure from his next set of terrified screams about some blue-haired slime popping up.

I was released by my thoughts when my skull had once again, become quite acquainted with the soft undergrowth.

I am the mighty Mjolnir Hammer! I will not be defeated by some measly trees that I must climb. I have slain armies single-handedly, besting the worst of my foes with a meer look! These trees' blood shall water the pathway that climbs to my victory!

I ran at the first tree to my right at the speed and grace of a 4-time winner of a golden Olympic medal and a dancer. I ran up the tree after around 3 feet up, my foot came down on a weak spot from there I quickly jumped over to the thickest tree near me, for there I had only run up 5 feet before I jumped to the next tree, which ended up being my downfall. Hisoki had chosen to grow a tree right in my path and I slammed my face into the bark, earning my first kiss in a very rough manner.

"That's quite a bruise on your lips, let me fix that up." The Hisoki clone hovering over me said.

What I had expected was for him to use his Times Denial spell, but instead, he muttered what had seemed to be a traditional healing spell taught to Exalts that have any capacity for magic.

His hand glowed a dim white and he winced a little, likely due to his half demonic origins, and lightly touched my lips, and the spell fixed up my bruised body part.

He looked up. "You're getting closer"

"How high does this blasted training go?" I asked as I stood, unburdening myself of any dirt.

"60 feet"

I gasped. "The highest mark I have reached is 20! How do you expect me to reach that high?"

"I understand what you are capable of, and this could be the first step," He said simply. "I was thinking, we need someone to be able to take more hits in this team, a tank if you will"

"And you request I take that role?" I asked, feeling oddly unsure.

"We use your size as an advantage, not to mention you already pack the strongest punch out of us, excluding me when I put some magic into it," He said.

"So why have My Master invest in her durability if I am to be the 'tank'?"

"Well, if I want her to lean into the dark aspects of her fighting, to be frank, she needs to be able to handle more hits. I want her to undertake some kind of Ninja-type style but it's hard to be a Ninja and fight back if you are out with one hit, I want her to at least be able to take 6 hits bare minimum" He said. "I am likely no help to any of you after we start stepping into other worlds, that's why I'm pressuring you to be stronger"

"I see, what of Kumin?" I asked. "Kumin is the least combat-oriented among us, considering Mo- Nibutani has weapons," I said quickly, ignoring my blunder.

He gave me what kids nowadays would call the 'side-eye'. "You know you shouldn't doubt her. She is the one and only Mori Summer, whether you like it or not"

"I- know that," I said as I hung my head. "I just feel so much more...distant from her now. I had presumed she was gone evermore and suddenly she's returned but...she's revised her ways"

"She hasn't forgotten you, you know," He said solemnly. He used a spell and summoned a can of soda and passed it to me. He held a finger to his lips as he summoned one for himself. "She still remembers those conversations you guys used to have, every single one."

I took a swig of soda and tried to find some form of comfort in the sugary beverage. But it was for null.

"Besides, you shouldn't blame her too much. If it wasn't for me, she wouldn't change as quickly as she is now" He said. "So if you want, you can hate me instead"

I stared at him.

"I told her to ditch her outfit because of how impractical it is for her to be fighting in it, I want her on the front line, not in the back providing healing or defensive 24/7. "

I tightened my grip on my can, making it creak in protest.

"I'm the one teaching her how to fight, not cast faster spells" He continued, choosing to ignore my reactions, which only poured gasoline over my burning anger.

"I knew exactly who she was the entire time, but I didn't utter a word to you, I didn't bother to tell you how much she has changed on the inside." He said with a shrug as he destroyed his can.

Now, my sight was starting to tunnel on him.

"And lastly, I didn't tell you that you had forgotten some very important things about Mori Summer," He said but I wasn't listening all that much as I lunged for him.

Instead of fighting, he ran up a tree and I slammed my way after him, jumping from tree to tree.

Soon enough he reached the top and had the nerve to smile at me. I summoned my hammer and prepared to pummel him into a tiny god-flavored pancake when he forced me to drop my hammer with a simple spell.

"Look down" He commanded and I angrily did, to reveal what I had done. I...had climbed this effortlessly.

"You see, you are plenty capable. I only said all that to get you angry. It was all true though so not a single lie left my lips." He said with a smug smirk.

"You absolute jerk! Have you no decency? How dare you rile me up in such a manner?!"

"To motivate you. Besides, I have a new incentive for you that would make you work twice as hard"

I paused. If it was half of a decent goal of the one he had just provided, I would go farther than the stars. "Continue"

Time seemed to slow down as he spoke, and I subconsciously embedded his morbid promise into my mind. "I'll make a clone of Mori Summer before she was Chuunirized but...you have to become strong enough to kill me for it"

.

I have a god-sized headache. Maintaining these clones is a pain in the behind. Not to mention they are holding different personalities, for example, the wimp with Kumin.

Not a good choice, I'd swap him out but the would only drain me further considering I switched myself out with a clone for training Yuuta, who was doing good enough to not notice me switch out. So far great progress with them.

Rikka isn't being flattened into a pancake anymore, Kumin is now bringing in various items(she had just summoned The Sword of Darkness, the one used to brainwash the Green Power Ranger, with no Rita around we could abuse that power like crazy), Dekomori was moving much faster and smarter, Nibutani was absolutely wreaking the demons enough so that my clone had doubled their numbers, and lastly, Yuuta was working on controlling the dragon through the sword for close-range combat.

It was easy enough to make the dragon rush at someone from a distance and slam into them and make it shoot itself at a building and explode but much more difficult keeping tabs on the power flow in it as you're fighting. But he did learn how to change the dragon's size, so he basically unlocked customization on his sword with clear limits on how much he can make it smaller.

Maybe once his power hits the 500 mark, I'll teach him how to channel the dragon without his sword, that's something for another time.

I made up my mind on something I had been weighing for a while.

"Oi! Everyone" I called, "time for a 40-minute break after I explain a little change in plans"

They tried to find me and failed when I realized I was hiding behind a large bush. I cleared my throat and exited my hiding place.

My clones had vanished and I felt some of my energy returning to me. I cleared my throat and rushed over to where they were, the center point which was Dekomori's tree area.

"I want all of you but Yuuta to redesign your Overlap outfits," I said, I rose a hand before anyone could complain. "I'm not saying ditch your old ones, I'm saying you can keep those but you need new battle-ready ones, as long as we aren't fighting some god, you can use them but I'd recommend using the battle-ready ones when we move to other worlds in case of an ambush"

"Why is Yuuta the only expectation?" Kumin asked.

"Because it fits what style I want him to use, although I would place some metal padding in there somewhere, nothing heavy but enough to lessen force in areas," I said. "I'm assigning all of you a role, don't get butt hurt about your picked role, I placed you based on your current abilities and what I think is best for you"

"Rikka, you will take on speedy 'kills' per se. I want you to hit as hard as you can and be as fast as possible, your durability is simply so you don't get one shot anymore" I said. "So the dress needs to go for a little while, I'd suggest something like Yuuta mixed in with more lightweight items."

Rikka gave me a nod.

"With your semi-small frame, it should be easy work for you, and considering your eye laser attack has some decent range if needed," I explained before turning to Nibutani. "Naturally that outfit of yours needs to go, way too restricting. Even if we are fighting the demons of our world, they need no divine retribution, they need to be destroyed. I want you, basically now to be on our front. You are the most well rounded of this team"

She tilted her head a bit. "You have the stuff we need for the front, you got a solid defense with your shields and now a solid close-range offense, not to mention the new bit of reach you have. We need to fix up your fighting skills but once that is out of the way, we should be good, not to mention you could likely heal yourself or increase our defenses at a short given time."

Nibutani gave a curt nod, likely planning out what her new outfit should look like.

"That brings me to the next person in the front, Dekomori" Everyone glanced at me a bit surprised(besides the said girl, she knew of course). "You will be our tank, your offensive power rises very easily so that's not an issue and your durability is solid but your small size...can be a problem" I looked at her directly. "That's why I picked the trees for you, not only to sharpen your mind but to test your speed. It's good too, now, I need you to ditch that amazing heavy golden armor and pick something durable but more lightweight. Now you know how to pick the best route to rush up those trees and I need you to figure out how to get between your more frail teammates and the enemy's attack"

She looked at me with fire in her eyes before it dimed with something, almost like guilt...odd. I'll have to search my clone's memories to see what he said to her. Why can't making clones be like Shadow clones?

"Kumin, I need you in the back," I said drawing her attention. "You could bring much-needed backup or extra weapons and you can't fight much until you that. As far as we know, you have no other forms of magic available besides summoning and borrowing powers from people. I was weighing the possibility of learning how to not exactly summon one of us but pull us over to you. That way if one of us ever gets in a sticky situation you could pull us out"

"I see...I'll check if it's possible," Kumin said placing her hand on her cheek.

"Obviously, you need to lose the Pj's, it's cute and all but we don't need cute. Eventually, you will have to fight and the Pj's will not help you." I finished. "Yuuta, you are the last person besides me. What I need you to do is just unleash all hell on anyone you fight"

"I get it, that's why you're teaching me that spell."

"Soon enough, I'll show you another trick or two," I said with a smirk. "You may not know this but I know plenty of spells that could benefit you all that you guys forgot or someone else forgot that could be helpful"

"Intriguing, do you mind enlightening us with at least one?" Rikka asked.

"Yuuta these words will activate that Dragon spell for you, Vocato Dracone Obscuro ut vires suas mihi commodaret"

"V-Vocato Dracone Obscuro ut vires suas mihi commodar-commodaret" He repeated. Close enough yuuta.

"Me next please," Dekomori asked, hiding some excitement. I'd doubt she casts many considering how she has never forgotten a spell that could be used offensively as Yuuta does.

"Animae lapsorum ossa mihi praebe"

"Deathly interesting, if my memory serves correct this is Latin. It should roughly translate to 'Bring me the bones of the fallen'" Dekomori said with an air of confidence, she was close. It translates to give, not bring. In a nutshell, it's a spell that uses bones to bind and trap its targets. Unlike the previous spell that I used on Nibuatni, this one can bind them regardless if they are standing up or not, in fact, it can be used in any place.

"I was wondering do you have any...shorter spells for me?" Nibutani asked. "Anything will do as long as it doesn't have more than three paragraphs"

"Benedicat et custodiat me" It's a Protection spell meant to bring temporary immunity to pretty much anything.

"It seems I am next," Rikka said.

I pondered for a moment. I only want to give each of them one, so they can't say I'm playing favorites or anything. But Rikka has a wide range of options. Something stealthy could work, or something to up her damage.

I snapped my fingers. Got it

"Capiant tenebrae et teneant tua fata" I said after sometime. Rikka's main weapon is too large, this will allow her to use darkness around her mixed with her magic to form more sturdy weapons than she would be able to alone.

"So my last little thing, is that we will not do the raid tomorrow, we will be putting it off for 3 days and 3 days only. Why? We have spent way too much time in here. We could have some new recruits waiting or some weird plot mixed with canon events to dive into. Something like that, I'm reading this from an index card" I said as I squinted at a card I had just pulled out as part of my preparations for this training. "Not sure why I wanted to say that to you, and the next card is delving into the topic of furries...so let's just relax for a bit and not talk about why I spent an hour writing the pros and cons of being a furry"

...Why did I spend time doing that? That time could have been spent making a cake of something for the gang(maybe not a regular cake considering Dekomori hates milk), maybe make something like...what could I make that would be nice for everyone? I flipped over to the next 5 cards(because those were explaining the game mechanics of the pokemon games, how chakra is an infinite power source, why Luffy should eat even more meat, what anime hair is made of and how we could use it to advance human evolution, and lastly what are the identities of Ladybug and Chat Noir, why did I spend so much time writing this junk?)

And what I found was a very sloppily drawn girl with red and black hair with some heart on her cheek, stuffing her mouth full of spaghetti, this isn't even mine! This is from a dude in a children's show trying to flirt badly. Why in the world would I ever recreate this?

I activated Oblivions Introduction and tossed the entire stack of cards into it. My Master had always written on index cards, now was the information on them relevant? Highly, at the time my life practically depended on that information. But was it legible? H to the E to the double hockey sticks. Calling it chicken scratch would be an insult to chicken scratch. I guess I had spent time writing out random things I sometimes thought I read on her cards. But I kept none of the correct info. Go figure.

I threw Yuuta a shirt. "Put that all, Rikka is going to melt if she glances at you one more time"

He started to sputter but put it on anyway. Never bothered to check the shirt.

Nibutani was, understandably the first one to react. Blushing a bright red while trying to tell him what was on the shirt.

"Y-your shirt...i-it says you'd h-have s- an i-intercourse with..." She said trying to work through her shyness.

I gave him a shirt that said he would get 'intimate' with anyone that could read it.

Maybe I have been in a decent teasing mood, seeing my friends I thought were dead had put a little pep in my step as some would say. It doesn't matter if I had to attend two funerals.

Yuuta realized what his shirt said and quickly changed out of it, opting for a plain white tee.

I sat down with my back to a tree trunk and leaned my head back.

"This is going to be a long few hours" I grumbled to myself as my 'social batteries' were running low. Maybe I shouldn't have been playful, then I could join one of them for dinner or something. I'm getting tired of store-bought meals or meals I've made with magic. I have no...energy to buy food or its ingredients. I might have to suck it up and join Yuuta and Rikka, just sit in the corner, brooding, and maybe no one will speak to me that isn't necessary.

Argh. Yumeha is going to want some kind of training...I'll send her off with a dependable clone to train her so maybe she can surprise us if we need backup.

I want to go home and slowly die in a blanket...but I can't considering my immortal status and the fact they need help that only I can provide them now. Why couldn't I just die with the others and let someone more social survive?

With those thoughts, I closed my eyes and prepared to spend the last of the break I had granted the group with a nap.

"Create water!" A male voice exclaimed with glee and a small burst of water hit me in the face, startling me out of my almost nap.

"YUUTA I'M GOING TO KILL YOU!" I roared as I shot to my feet.

"It's revenge! Rikka sleep with one eye open from now on because I have mastered the dreaded wakey wakey spell!" Yuuta cackled before I activated an Infinity's Passing to create a large magnet in the sky and in Yuuta's shirt. He flew off then I destroyed the magnet in the sky, jumped up to the falling Yuuta, and (lightly) kicked him into the deepest part of the water in this fraction of the Overlap

"How's that for a wake-up call?!" I yelled down to his now failing body in the water.

I'm going to make his training real hell.
