ToreLai sat down at her vanity. She continued to do finishing touches on her makeup. Putting on some of her extra blush and picking up her Malani setting spray.
She grabbed her bag putting in her phone, lip gloss, powder foundation, blush and brush for touch ups. "ToreLai hurry up! We have to have you on the float as soon as we get you to the parade start!" .Clair yelled up to her daughter's room.
ToreLai looked at the mirror on last time looking at her edges and her blow out. She stood up and rushed to her parents sitting down stairs waiting for her.
"Okay I'm ready" she smiled at her parents as they stood up and rushed to the door.
—• AT THE PARADE FLOAT •—
ToreLai stood in her place on top of the float making final touches on her hair and makeup before putting on her crown.
"And last but not least! This is the newest addition the the 'Miss Swellveiw' family, this is ToreLai she is our new 'Miss Teen Swellveiw'. ToreLai this is 'Captain Man' and 'Danger Force' they have been so gracious enough to come and add extra security." The vice mayor explained.
ToreLai smiled at them all.
"Oh hi it's nice to meet you all. I'm a really big fan of you guys." She smiled and she was freaking out but trying to keep it under wraps. She didn't want to embarrass herself.
Especially since she was right in-front of some of the most famous people in Swellveiw, and her mom told her to socialize with people that will up her and her families status.
"Oh well it's nice to have you here, my mother and I were a little worried about the toddler thing." She smiled not noticing Awol and Brainstorm clinging on to every word she said.
"Yep well we should get going." Shout out smiled at her before pulling the two boys away. AWOL pulled away from ShoutOut and walked toward ToreLai.
"Well you know, if you need anything just know I'm close by." He smirked. ToreLai a looked down at him nodding slowly.
"Okay... thank you" she trailed off .
"The parade is starting! Everyone get in there places!" The Vice Mayor yelled running off the float.
"AWOL we should get in our places and leave ToreLai alone so she can get ready for the parade." ShoutOut yelled before pulling AWOL away.
She waved before at the squad walking away.
