- Six months later -

Liya was back in Israel. Her children were at home, asleep in their beds. Kiev was watching over them. She had just gotten back from a mission, and was in her father's office briefing him about how the mission went.

In the middle of the briefing, her phone rings. The caller ID showed that it was JJ.

"Shalom. I mean hello JJ."

Liya answered the call, speaking her greeting in Hebrew first out of habit, but she quickly corrected herself.

"Hey Emily." JJ replied, wondering to herself why Emily had answered in Hebrew. Was Emily in Israel? She was supposed to be in Paris.

"Not that I'm not happy to hear from you, but why are you calling?"

"We caught Ian Doyle, so you can come home now."

Liya paused, zoning out as she stared into space. She wanted to go home, but there was a small part of her that felt at home here in Israel.

"Emily?" JJ called, "You still there."

"Yeah." Liya blinked, now staring at her father.

This, coming back to Israel, really had been a bad idea. Quitting Mossad - again was not going to be easy. Her father did not hear the word no very well.

"Thanks for calling, JJ." Liya added before hanging up the phone.

Eli was looking back at his daughter, "You're leaving, aren't you?"

"Possibly."

He hummed, "Well, Agent Hotchner is a lucky guy to have you on his team. You were always my best operative."

Liya thought back to what Ziva had repeated back to her six months ago. Eli did not love them. They were not daughters to him. They were merely assets.

Liya walked over and kissed her father on the cheek, "Goodbye, Abba."

In the morning, she took her kids and got on the first flight to DC.

"Why are we leaving, Ima?" Chaya asked

"We're going home, sweetheart."

Chaya looked up at her mother, blinking her eyes, "But why are we leaving Saba?"

Eli may have been a terrible father, but he was a great grandfather. Very loving and doting.

Liya let out a breath, unclear of what to say without breaking her daughter's heart.

"Well, because Saba has to stay in Israel." Liya said giving the simplest answer possible

"Are we ever gonna see him again?" Declan wondered

Liya reached over, grabbing hold of her son's hand, "Of course. He will always be your Saba."

When the plane finally touched down in D.C, Liya and her kids were greeted at the airport by Aaron, Jack and JJ.

Liya smiled as she walked over to her family, "I have missed you guys."

She was carrying Chaya, who had fallen asleep on the plane. Declan was pushing the luggage cart.

"Do the others know I'm alive?"

"We thought it would be better coming from you. Give you a chance to explain." JJ informed

Liya nodded as she gave Jack a one-armed hug, "I'm so glad you and your dad are okay. When I heard that Ian had you..." She trailed off.

Aaron hugged Liya next, "What were you doing in DC six months ago?"

"Working a case."

This time it was JJ who spoke, "Is that why you greeted me on the phone with Hebrew?"

Liya nodded, "Yeah. Okay. I wasn't in Paris."

In the distance, behind JJ and Aaron, Declan spotted someone who he hadn't seen in six months. He abandoned the luggage cart and ran over to the person.

Liya froze as she saw the person too. It was Ziva. What was she doing here?

"Excuse me." Liya said as she followed after Declan, who was now hugging his aunt.

Liya just stared at her sister, "Z, this isn't a good idea. My team is here."

"I see, but my team knows about you. You've met my team. My family. I think it's time I meet yours."

"Okay." Liya agreed, handing her sleeping daughter over to Ziva, "Take the kids home. You remember how to get to my house?"

Ziva gave a nod, taking Chaya in her arms, "Of course."

"See you at home, and tomorrow, tomorrow you can meet my team."

"Love you, LiLi."

"I love you too." Liya uttered.

She watched her kids leaving with her sister, before turning back around to see the confused glares on Aaron and JJ's faces.

'Oh, this is not going to be easy.' She thought as she walked back over.

"So who was that?" Aaron questioned

"That...she's my sister. My baby sister. Her name is Ziva."

JJ's eyes widened, "Ziva? That's a Hebrew name."

"Yeah. It's where I was born. There's a reason I never talk about my father. You've probably heard of him." She explained, "His name is Eli David. He's the..."

"He's the director of Mossad." Aaron interrupted

Liya held her breath, "So you have heard of him. Emily is the name my mom gave me, but my father named me Liya.

"A Hebrew name." JJ mumbles under her breath

Jack grabbed Liya's hand, "Can I still call you Emmy?"

Liya smiled, "Of course you can, buddy. My name is still Emily. I just have two names."

"Is that confusing?" The little boy asked

"When I was little, sometimes it was. Other times it just felt like I was living two lives. Life with mom verses life with Abba."

Jack just blinked his eyes as he stared at her intrigued.

But from the looks on Aaron and JJ's faces, Liya could tell that they knew. They had surmised that she had been working for Mossad. It was the very thing she wanted to avoid them finding out. She had tried so hard to keep the two lives separate.

She loves being Liya. She loves her sister, but she also loves being able to be Emily. She loved that her FBI family didn't know about who her father was. Until now. She wondered how much this information would affect their opinion of her. If they would think she is like her father. Or if they would still see her as the Emily Prentiss that they know, and hopefully still love.
