Chapter 6

Olivia called Fin and he picked them up immediately. Fin looked at Lucy playing with Kim in Cragen's office. Fin shook his head, "Liv, how much does she know?" Olivia shrugged, and didn't want Kim involved "Call Beth and her lawyer. We need to talk."

Olivia was pissed about a lot. Beth knew Amanda was being hurt and she didn't understand why Kim knew all these young girls who were in their home being raped. They laid out the information in front of her and her lawyer. "You do realize I can snatch your freedom just like that, right?"

Beth looked at her confused. "I don't know him. Never even met anyone by that name. I did tell you I wouldn't be safe. You think it ends at Johnny. My guess, it may end with this Angel guy, it may not."

Olivia watched her eyes and she was shocked that she believed her. "How does Kim know him and you don't?"

Beth was at a loss, "I don't know." They went over the information and Beth promised that after Amanda, Kim was never left with Johnny, but girls were there sometimes. They were back to Kim.

Olivia took her and Lucy lunch, "Hey figured you guys were hungry. She fed and rocked Noah while they ate. "Hey Kim, your mom doesn't know Angel. She never even met him."

Kim dipped her fries in ketchup. "I know. I haven't either. Ellie told me about him." Olivia was confused and asked who Ellie was. Kim stopped eating. "Ellie's my friend like Ariel. Remember my friend Ariel?"

Olivia nodded, she was helping with the trial that was still months away. "Kim, do you know Ellie's last name or where she lives?" That question was a long shot. Kim didn't know last names.

Kim nodded, "Yeah, it's Porter. She called me when dad got in trouble. She asked where mom was." Olivia froze, they hadn't told Kim anything about the case. The only thing Kim was told was she couldn't go with Beth because of the bruise on her arm.

Olivia asked, "What do you mean?" Kim stopped eating and pulled out her iPad. She had messages and video calls. "Kim, call Ellie for me." Kim shrugged and hit the number that belonged to her.

Kim smiled as Olivia saw a young girl answer. She didn't look right and Olivia knew she was on something. "Hi Ellie!" Ellie was nice to her. "My friend wants to talk to you. She can help you like she helped Ariel. Here."

Olivia smiled, "Hi, please don't hang up. I'm Sergeant Benson." Ellie gave her a chance and listened. Olivia promised to pick her up, feed her, and give her a warm place to sleep. She cooperated and gave her the address. Maybe she was tired of the streets or the drugs. Olivia hoped she was ready to find her family.

Kim was excited and wanted to see Ellie, but she needed a hospital and to get clean. She gave her mother's name and Sheila Porter and her husband were on the way. Olivia was happy she was safe, but she wasn't in a place to help with the trial. She could help with the names of who messed with Lucy. "Ellie, have you met Angel and the woman he was with?"

Olivia saw fear, real fear. Ellie was brave, "Her name is Selena Cruz. She used to be just like us, but now she works for him. He will kill me." Olivia promised he would never know she gave up his name. Ellie sighed, "Angel Perez."

"Oh my gosh! Baby!" Olivia stepped back as her mother and father hugged their daughter. She was glad that Ellie would have a chance. Sheila hugged her next, "Thank you so much Sergeant Benson."

Nick and Fin picked up Selena Cruz. They had the important information to flip her. She was done and didn't even know it. Selena had a sad story, but it was no excuse for the damage she caused. She was raped by Angel Perez and gave birth to his son. He was an evil man who kept his own son hostage to make her work for him. The problem was she started kidnapping and finding young girls for him to traffic. "Selena, we've got you!"

Selena laughed, "You think I'm going to turn. I'm dead if I do. Jail doesn't scare me." Nick laid down a photo that scared her more than jail. It was a photo of her son living on the streets in Mexico. "He's supposed to be with my sister. Where did you get this?"

Fin laughed, "And you believed him. He's a scammer. He played you. If you ever want him in the states with your sister. You'll talk, now." Selena was crushed, his own son was treated like a slave from his own father. She gave them everything.

Angel's real name was Teodoro Juarez. He would traffic underage girls from Vargas, Mexico and take them to his mansion in Tenancingo, where he would rape them. He would then smuggle them into New York and have them work for his pimps. His operation got so big that he eventually started buying girls from other traffickers. He was a monster and it did end with him. The squad had no choice but to go to Angel's mansion in Tenancingo and take him into custody.

The dinner table was quiet. Lucy, Kim, Amanda, and Olivia sat in silence. Noah was the only one making noise. Kim swallowed her food, "Do I get to go to school tomorrow?"

Olivia didn't want her, Lucy or Amanda going anywhere until this was resolved. "No, but we picked up your work, so you will keep up and probably go back next week." Olivia saw Amanda barely holding it together. "Go take your shower if you're done." Kim didn't know why if she didn't have school, but she didn't question a thing. She just asked Lucy to help her.

Lucy scooped up Noah while Olivia and Amanda cleaned the kitchen. "Amanda, don't hold it in, talk to me. If you're mad at me, talk to me." Amanda shook her head, her silence seemed like anger towards Olivia.

She turned to her, "Mad at you, no way. I'm terrified for you. I'm not dumb, I know you have dangerous job, but this…" Amanda rubbed her head, "This is on her, just one more thing my mom fucked up. I'm happy. I'm finally happy with you and Kim and Noah. And because of her dragging us all into this. I can lose you." Amanda fell to the floor crying, "I don't want to lose the one family I have."

Olivia helped her to the bathroom, she didn't want Kim to see or hear her, "You won't. I have a dangerous job. I can't promise you that nothing will ever happen, but I promise you that I love what we have and I will fight like hell every day to come back to us."

Amanda kissed her and Olivia pulled her in the shower. "I don't want to have sex. It feels like it would be the last time. Will you just hold me?" Olivia washed her and held her under the stream of water. It was better than sex.

The next morning Olivia woke up early and got ready without waking her. She let the officer in and had strict instructions. She woke Amanda up with a kiss on the lips. "I'm leaving and I love you." Amanda's eyes were big and watery. "We didn't have sex last night, so when I return I'm expecting big things." Amanda hugged her and told her she loved her too.

Captain Cragen spoke to the team on the plane. They all knew the danger, but this was a huge case and they needed him put away for life. With help from the FBI, they raided Angel's home. They had him surrounded, but Angel threatened Olivia, "That little family you have, won't last for long." Angel's wife started yelling and distracting the officers. Angel grabbed an officer and his gun, but Fin quickly shot Angel in the heart. He bled out and died right there.

After two days Olivia walked into Amanda's place. She thought it was time to get a bigger one together. She thought about a lot of things while she was away. She relieved the officer and checked on the kids. Lucy was snuggled up with Kim and Noah was asleep. She walked into the bedroom and kissed Amanda. She smiled when she saw those blue eyes open, "I told you I'd come back." Amanda kissed her, pulled her on the bed, and they made love. Olivia did want a lot of things, but she needed Johnny's case out of the way.
