Thank you for reading this story and I hope you enjoy. I have to say it's disappointing to see it end in a cliffhanger and here it is. Cheer up, though, for the fact it's back here again to see the light of day, even in its imperfect, incomplete form. My thanks to the people whose Wayback Machine project saved many fics from slipping into electronic oblivion and is practically a bank of amateur literary works though a bit of work would be appreciated to keep the search from being a slog for the ill-equipped casual seeker and keep the active ones updated.
