The characters and the plots belong to Listelia and, very important, to their respective and rightful owners. I got authorization from Dolphinheart99 to take some elements of her stories. I therefore own nothing, minus the names of my OCs.
After catching up with Tintin and his group, Reese and her squad took the lead again as the group crossed the border. Suddenly, Reese and her men spotted a car down the road in a village below. Taking their binoculars, Reese and her second in command watched every move down below and saw there were many NATO soldiers, mostly American, British, Albanian, Polish, Canadian, Spanish, Romanian, Portuguese and German soldiers. Many of them were wearing brown-green uniforms with black-lined cream spots. Reese realized they had actually crossed the border for quite some time now.
"Okay. Now let's show our faces. They're friendlies." Reese instructed.
The group then began descending the mountains, running towards a checkpoint manned by US Army and Bundeswehr troops. Suddenly, Reese saw the soldiers turning at them with their weapons pointed. Reese and her Marines then displayed an American flag to show they were also American forces.
"Oh Mamma mia! This is Captain Capp... Oh, sorry, Haddock and Tintin!" a woman exclaimed.
The soldiers realized the person who said that was none other than Bianca Castafiore, who was going to cross the checkpoint anyways, since her chauffeur and staff, as well as her cameraman and light technician were going to show the soldiers their identification card or passport to the guys at the checkpoint. Reese and her men then lowered their rifles before the forces also lowered their guns and taking care of Tintin, Haddock, Nestor and the Thompson twins, who had severe cold and frostbites. Several Bundeswehr soldiers took the protectees to a convoy of ambulances, which later took them to a hospital.
"Fuck, we almost got shot by our allies." Reese told her men.
"Fuck yeah. Sorry for almost shooting you." a German soldier said.
With that, Reese and her men walked past the checkpoint before embarking into a truck, which would drive them to an airfield where they would embark in a C-130J Super Hercules, which would fly them towards another destination. And said destination would happen to be a tropical one.
