The US Marine in Genovia

Seven years after fostering her cousin, Reese Grady, now a US Marine, is in Genovia for a field training exercise alongside the British Royal Marine Commandos. But little does the US Marine know the exercise will take place in one of the most popular events taking place there. And little does Reese know she will meet her blended family... a little early. Rated M for cursing.

7. Chapter 6: Four weeks later

The characters and the plots belong to Dolphinheart99 and to their respective and rightful owners. I got authorization from Dolphinheart99 to take some elements of her stories. I therefore own nothing, minus the names of my OCs.

After four weeks in Genovia, Reese and the other participants in Exercise Maritime Endeavor left Genovia, while Owen finally settled with his sister. Claire and her family, as well as Stephen also settled there as part of Gray having found a job there while his girlfriend Paige moved in with him.

But Reese also got the surprise of her young life when she was field-promoted to Corporal, thus giving her a position of power in the Marine Corps and promoting her to a position of team leader. And what we could say was Reese was excellent at her new job and well-liked by her men, peers and superiors, who admired her ways to work and knew how Reese worked.

But Reese's company would also be involved in a UN-sponsored invasion. Invasion which primary goal was to overthrow a dictatorship and re-establish a democracy to help the people finally get their dreams of freedom, democracy and human rights become a reality. And said country was located somewhere in the Middle East.
