"Here you are miss. One caramel frappe." A man says as he hands Alexis a frappe as she is at the cafe.
"Thank you. Oh shoot. I dropped my money." Alexis says as she can't find her money.
"I'll cover it for the lady. Make it two frappes." A voice says revealing to be Max as he hands the man money.
"Yes sir." The man says as he walks away.
"Max? What are you doing?" Alexis asks.
"Well I wanted to chat." Max says.
"Here are sir. Here's your change." The man says as he gives Max a frappe and change.
"Can we talk? Outside preferably?" Max asks as he looks at Alexis.
*Timeskip*
"What are you wanting Max? Are you here to give me your first orders as per our deal?" Alexis asks as she finishes her frappe while in the park with Max and puts her cup in a trash can.
"No. The deal is off. You don't owe me anything. Or Bobby or PJ anything." Max says as he tosses his cup.
"But I went against you in the competition? Aren't you mad at me? Or at least freaked out?" Alexis asks in surprise.
"Of course not. I could never be mad at you." Max says as he smiles.
"Just like we never could be." A voice says revealing to be PJ and Bobby.
"What up sister?" Bobby asks as he smiles.
"Bobby, PJ." Alexis says
"Max told us what happened so we're not mad at you. We also don't blame you for being mad at us." PJ says as he smiles.
"But he did tell us you saved his butt in the fire with those tricks of yours." Bobby says as Alexis blushes at the thought.
"Yeah. I wanted them to know why you were acting that way. Look I was an idiot and I was really horrible to you. I let the competition get the best of me and I'm sorry for what I said. I started the argument so I'm the one who needs to apologize." Max says as he rubs the back of his neck.
"Max please don't. Look I'm a Gamma. You were right about that. And as long as I'm with Bradley I'm bad news for any of you." Alexis says ashamedly.
"No you're not. I was bad to you by doing you like I did. I took my misfortune in the qualifying rounds out on you and I took my hatred of Brad out on you. I'm sorry." Max says ashamedly.
"It's alright. Just no more of that though deal?" Alexis asks.
"Deal." Max says as he chuckles.
"But seriously are you gonna dump that guy?" Bobby asks.
"Yeah I mean do you really want to be with him?" PJ asks as Alexis looks down.
"Yeah. He clearly doesn't care about you. You can do way better than him. I know for a fact you can. There's always people who will treat you better." Max says.
"He knows my secret Max. It's that or he'll bully me." Alexis says.
"We won't let that happen." Max says.
"No I won't let that happen. You guys don't have to protect me. I can handle it. I'll be fine. I promise." Alexis says.
"Are you sure?" PJ asks.
"Yeah. I'm sure." Alexis says.
"Well would you at least consider joining our team? You're really good. Brad's an idiot for not seeing that." Max says.
"I'd like that." Alexis says as she smiles
*Timeskip*
"Congratulations dad. Here." Max says as he hands a wrapped present to Goofy while standing with Alexis.
"Garwsh son. What's this?" Goofy asks as Max rubs the back of his neck.
"Well you gotta open it to find out." Max says as he smiles while Goofy then takes the wrapping off to reveal the trophy.
"But... this is yours." Goofy says as he gestures towards Max.
"No dad. This is for you. Read the inscription." Max says as Goofy looks down at the inscription.
"I might not be your little boy anymore.. But I'll always be your son." Goofy says as he and Max hug.
"Alright that's it hugfesters. Free eats back at the dorm-a! Pizza! Double cheese-a! Mm-mmm. Scrumptious!" Bobby says holding a box of pizza as he eats a slice.
"Hey save some for the rest of us!" Alexis says as she chuckles.
"Come on dad. Let's feast." Max says as they hear honking and see Slyvia in a car waving.
"Sorry son but I kinda got plans of my own." Goofy says happily.
"You know I'm really gonna miss you dad. Sure it was pretty rough for us at the start but it turned out to be a pretty cool thing. You here at college with me. But now it's over and we'll go on with our own lives." Max says as Goofy gets in the car.
"You didn't warn him yet?" Slyvia asks as she looks at Goofy.
"Didn't tell warn me about what?" Max asks.
"Well I wanted to surprise him. Son guess what? I got me a job right here on campus." Goofy says.
"But you..." Max says in shock.
"So I could be close to you." Goofy says as he starts the car.
"B-B-B-But I thought that y-y-you were? You told me you were gonna.." Max says in disbelief.
"Just kidding." Goofy says as he drives off with Slyvia.
"He is so goofy." Max says as he smiles.
"That he is. Come on Max. Let's go celebrate with the others." Alexis says.
