Chapter 7: Mr. Slacker

It was not possible that all this was happening. Zooli begins to notice that it was very difficult to get the Bubble Guppies to meet again. It was obvious that they did not want to see each other again for reasons unknown to her. By now she had certain clues, like for example, their fight was related to Molly's disappearance. Zooli hoped to discover the root of the problem to solve the dilemma, but for now she had another priority.

She came to a house. She walked to the door and rang the doorbell. I just waited a few seconds for someone to open the door for him. She was about a redheaded adult guppy woman and her tail had dark green and brown styles.

"Ejem...Excuse me, miss. Are you .. .Mrs. Pirruccello?" Zooli asked with education.

"Oh yeah. I am. Do you need something, girl?" She asked kindly.

"Well….Does a boy named Nonny live here?" Zooli asked.

When that happened they were silent until one of them began to speak.

"And good? What do you want? Obviously I don't know who the hell you are, but I don't know why mom thinks you're my friend" Nonny answered with a grumpy tone.

"(Why are all my friends here so grumpy and annoying?)" Zooli thought "Listen to me, Nonny. I know who you are the smartest boy of the Bubble Guppies. So I need you"

"In that you are right, I am the most intelligent. However, how do you know my name? And how do you know about the Bubble Guppies?"Nonny started to analyze.

I stopped attending classes and have had a great time just playing video games, anime, and occasionally hanging out with some great guys. I quit that boring nerdy life" Nonny explained. Zooli was surprised for her friend´s change. It wasn´t good.

"I see. So...your answer…." Zooli said before…

"No, because I don´t care. Could you leave me alone? Don't take it personal, girl. It's not that I don't like you, I just don't like anyone" Nonny commented. He just closed the door in front of her. She sighted.

"Wow, it shows that he cares nothing. Not even good manners" Zooli said it to herself.

She simply decided to withdraw from there. This time, she decided to go to a botanical garden that was near her. In that place it was very quiet, Zooli just wanted to rest from walking so much. The flowers and plants were beautiful. But that place was not a good idea, because at that moment, Zooli felt homesick. Well, in that place, Zooli and Oona had a good time seeing the flowers. Sometimes Zooli would buy the flowers with Oona or Khloe to put on the tombstones of Zooli's parents. Even though they were mixed feelings, she missed her friends.

"Hey girl! Why are you sad?" It was a boy´s voice.

"Huh?" Zooli was surprised.

"Do not put that face. You are a flower and flowers only look pretty with a smile hehehe" The boy commented. Zooli was not very fond of the boys' cliche attempts at flirting.

"Listen to me, clumsy boy! I'm not in the mood for a boy to ... Huh?" Zooli was shocked. When she realized who he was talking to, she was shocked. It was him! The boy of her dreams!

"Oh...sorry..I didn´t…"

"Wait! You´re….Urchin?!" Zooli was surprised. This time, the boy was a little different. He had another type of haircut. But the most drastic thing is that ... Urchin did not use a wheelchair! He could swim like other guppies.

"I never seen you before" Urchin said. But he noticed that Zooli was withdrawing. He decided to intercept her "Wait!...Oh...you´re Zooli, right?" Urchin smiled.

"I ... well ... I don't know…..Wow...You know, we've just met, but I feel like I've known you for quite some time. It's like ... my heart knows who you are" Urchin explained.

"Well…...So ... would you believe me if I told you that we are close friends?" Zooli asked with doubt. He decided to sit down on a bench. He invited her to sit at his side.

"Well….maybe I can believe it. Zooli, right? I would like you to explain to me what is happening. Why do I feel like we know each other? What do you know?" Urchin was kind with her. Zooli was hesitating at first. She thought he was just playing with her. But, he is Urchin. Not "her" Urchin, but it was him. So she began to explain the situation to him.

She explained everything she remembered. The situation of her family, her friends, the situation of the Bubble Guppies and how everything changed overnight. Perhaps ... will he be her first ally? Or will he reject her like everyone else?
