Chapter 6: A Rainy Day

It was the morning of November 3rd, at 6:57 am, as Kim and Ron slept softly.
Just then, Ron woke up from his slumber. He then smiled when he looked down to see Kim resting her head in the crook of his left shoulder and with a smile on her face.
"Always feels great to wake up with my bon-diggity spouse by my side," Ron thought.
He then leaned in and kissed the top of his wife's head.
After pulling away, Kim woke up, turned, and looked up to see her husband.
"Morning, Ronnie," Kim cooed.
"Morning, KP," Ron cooed.
The two then shared a kiss on the lips.
After breaking the kiss, Kim said, "You just woke me up from a wonderful dream."
"What were you dreaming about?" Ron asked.
"I had a dream of you and me in a secluded tropical paradise," Kim replied. "I have to admit, it was the most romantic dream I've ever had yet."
"I'm so sorry to pull you away from it," Ron said with sympathy.
Kim reached out and placed her left hand on Ron's right cheek, "It's okay, Ronnie. Besides, having you here by my side is a dream come true."
"Wanna go down to Florida for spring break?" Ron asked.
"Of course, Ronnie," Kim replied. "And we will go to the Bahamas in the summertime."
Kim and Ron were about to share another kiss when the alarm on Kim's nightstand went off.
"Ugh," Both teens groaned as they looked to see the alarm clock on Kim's nightstand read, 7:00.
Kim reached over and shut the alarm off.
"I'm guessing it's time to get up," Ron guessed.
Kim nodded, "Yup."
With that, the two teens climbed out of bed.
Once Kim made her way around the bed, Ron walked up to her and pulled her in for a passionate kiss.
Kim quickly melted into the kiss and wrapped her arms around Ron.
A minute later, the two teens broke the kiss.
"Oh, Ronnie, you always surprise me with these badical kisses," Kim cooed.
Ron cupped his wife's face with his hands, "I'm happy you enjoy them."
"I do enjoy them," Kim cooed.
Ron then pulled his hands away, walked around Kim, placed his arms around her waist, and rested his chin on her left shoulder.
"Do you enjoy this?" Ron asked in a flirty tone before giving Kim a kiss on the left side of her neck.
"Oh...yeah...that's...nice..." Kim cooed as Ron continued kissing her neck. "That's...really...nice...!"
Ron then stopped kissing Kim's neck and whispered into her left ear, "A booyah..."
Beep Beep Beep Beep
Ron pulled away as both he and Kim groaned.
Kim then walked back around the bed, picked up her Kimmunicator from her nightstand, and activated it.
"What's the sitch, Wade?" Kim answered.
"Morning, Kim, I just wanted to inform you and Ron that the football game has been rescheduled to tomorrow at 2:00 pm due to bad weather," Wade announced. "It's gonna be raining all day today."
"It's gonna rain?" Ron asked as he walked around the bed and joined Kim.
Then, as if on cue, it started raining outside.
Kim and Ron looked up at the window before looking back down at Wade.
"Thank you for telling us, Wade," Kim said.
"Anytime," Wade said.
After the screen went black, Kim and Ron turned towards each other.
"I'll go wake up, Han, and I'll meet you downstairs to cook us up a badical breakfast," Ron announced.
"That sounds like a plan," Kim agreed.
It was 7:30 am, as Ron finished cooking bacon, eggs, and toast for breakfast.
"Breakfast is ready," Ron announced. He then proceeded to put some bacon, eggs, and toast on four plates: two that were next to each other, one across the table to the right of Hana's booster seat, and one on the end of the table that's closest to the living room.
"Thanks for cooking, Ronnie," Kim cooed as she walked into the dining room from the living room.
"You're welcome, KP," Ron cooed after serving Rufus his breakfast.
"Thanks!" Rufus, who was standing by the plate at the end of the table, chirped. He then started digging in.
Ron then went back to the kitchen, got some baby food out of the fridge and served it to Hana in her booster seat.
"Say, where's, AC and Ike?" Ron asked as he looked around.
"They must be in Anna's dance studio, again," Kim speculated.
"Here we are," The voice of Anna came.
Kim, Ron, and Hana looked up to see Anna and Ike walk into the dining room. Rufus was too busy eating his breakfast that he didn't even notice.
"Morning, Anna," Kim waved.
"Morning, AC," Ron added.
"Morning, Annie!" Hana cheered.
"Good morning to you," Anna sang before doing a little tap dance.
Kim, Ron, and Hana giggled.
"Can't stop tapping, can you?" Kim asked.
Anna shook her head, "Nope."
Kim soon noticed that Anna was wearing her Hudson River cheer outfit.
"I see you are dressed up for the game," Kim said.
Anna nodded, "Uh huh, after getting some tap dancing in and taking a shower, I wasn't sure when we were going to leaving, so I got dressed up for the game."
"AC, the game has been rescheduled to 2:00 pm tomorrow," Ron pointed out.
Anna became confused, "Tomorrow?"
"It's gonna rain all day today," Kim announced.
Anna looked and saw rain coming down outside the front window of the townhouse.
She then turned back to her parents, "Okay, so what shall we do today?"
Kim thought for a moment before speaking, "Well, Drew and Sheila won't be coming over until tonight so…"
Beep Beep Beep Beep
"Just a second," Anna interrupted. She then answered her Annamunicator. "Morning, Wade."
"Anna, I just got word from a woman named, Michelle Kelly," Wade announced. "She was wondering if you'd be willing to babysit her daughter, Ellie."
"Ellie Kelly?" Anna said.
"You know her?" Wade asked.
Anna nodded, "Uh huh, she's my biggest fan and soon-to-be next door neighbor. Tell, Mrs. Kelly that I'll be more than happy to babysit Ellie."
Wade typed a few keys on his keyboard before speaking, "I've just informed Michelle. They should be here shortly."
After the screen went black, the doorbell rang.
"I'll get it," Kim announced.
She then walked up to the front door and opened it to find Ellie Kelly smiling and wearing a grey jacket with hood, white socks, and black patent Mary Jane shoes. She was also carrying a black backpack on her back.
Kim smiled and waved, "Hey, Ellie."
"Good morning, Mrs. Stoppable," Ellie said with a wave. "May I come in?"
Kim stepped back and said, "Of course."
Ellie then entered the townhouse.
Once she was inside, Ellie took off her backpack and jacket, revealing a red dress and her hair tied back into a bun.
"Do you know where I can hang my jacket?" Ellie asked.
"I'll hang it up in the closet," Kim offered.
Ellie handed the jacket to Kim before the latter took it into her hands and hung it up in the nearby closet.
"Hey, Ellie," Came the voice of Anna.
Ellie looked to see Anna walk up to her.
"Hey, Anna," Ellie waved. "It's great to see you."
The two then embraced in a hug.
After pulling away, Anna said, "It's great to see you too."
"How did your mother drive you here so quickly?" Ron asked as he walked up.
Ellie turned to Ron, "She and I just moved into the townhouse next door."
"You and your mother already moved in next door?" Ron asked, amazed.
"My Mom wastes no time in accomplishing tasks," Ellie replied.
"So, Ellie, Wade told me your mother asked me to babysit you," Anna spoke up.
Ellie turned back to Anna, "She did. I had a babysitter, but she moved away a day ago and now Mom needs a new one to watch me. She considered you the perfect candidate and couldn't think of anyone else to watch over me."
Anna smiled, "That's really kind of her to ask me and I'll be more than happy to be your babysitter."
Ellie smiled, "Thanks, Anna."
Just then, Ike walked up.
Ellie noticed him and gasped in horror.
Anna's smile faded as she noticed this, "What's wrong, Ellie?"
Ellie took a deep breath before speaking, "I'm sorry, Anna, I'm just not much of a dog person. Mainly, when it comes to dogs that wanna bite those they consider a threat or a trespasser onto what they consider their territory."
"Ellie, Ike can tell friend from foe," Anna pointed out. "He can smell emotions and only considers those who are evil a threat. You are a nice girl; he won't bite you."
Ellie turned to Ike, "You won't bite me, will you?"
Ike shook his head.
Ellie couldn't believe what she just saw, "Did Ike just shake his head?"
Anna nodded, "Yup. He can understand humans perfectly too."
"That's so cool!" Ellie commented. She then slowly walked up to Ike and gave him some pets.
Ike then started wagging his tail in response.
"See, I told you Ike wouldn't bite you," Anna said before she joined in, petting Ike.
"You were right, Anna," Ellie said, happily. She then noticed Ike's dog tags and asked. "Are those military dog tags?"
Anna nodded, "Yup. Ike use to serve in the U.S. Army."
Ellie pulled away from Ike before she asked Anna, "Your dog use to serve in the Army?"
Anna pulled away and answered Ellie, "Sure did."
"How did you manage to adopt a military dog?" Ellie asked.
"I got him at Smarty-Mart," Anna replied. "My parents and I were there at the grand opening and were shopping in the pet department when we came across Ike. He expressed his wish for me to adopt him and a man in the pet department told me that Ike was a war hero." Anna's facial expression turned into a sad one. "But sadly, he was abandoned sometime after being discharged."
"Ike was abandoned?" Ellie asked in disbelief.
"He was," Anna replied. She then looked at Ike who stopped wagging his tail and had a sad look on his face. "But I have managed to convince my Mom and Dad to let me adopt him and he's been a great dog." Anna then smiled, got down on her knees and petted Ike. "I love Ike."
Ike then gave a happy look and started wagging his tail, again.
"Say, Ellie, wanna have breakfast with us?" Kim asked Ellie.
Ellie thought for a second before looking up at Kim, "Well, even though I already had breakfast, I could go for seconds."
Anna got up and spoke up, "Then let's go eat."
Soon, Kim, Ron, Anna, Ellie, and Ike walked off and into the dining room.
Just as they walked into the dining room, the group noticed Rufus lying back asleep on his now empty plate.
"Is that Rufus?" Ellie asked.
Ron nodded, "Yup, that's Rufus."
"He sure wasted no time eating breakfast," Ellie speculated.
"He's always like that," Kim spoke up.
"Ellie!" Came the voice of Hana.
Ellie noticed Hana and waved, "Hey, Hana."
"I'll go set up a spot for Ellie at the other end of the table," Ron announced.
"And I'll go fill up Ike's food bowl," Anna added.
Later, at 8:30 am, the Stoppables, Ellie, and Ike finished eating breakfast. They were also smiling, having enjoyed it.
"That was delicious!" Ellie, who sat at the end of the table closest to the kitchen, commented. She then turned to Anna on her left. "Anna, your Dad is a really great cook."
Anna, who sat between Ellie and Hana, turned to Ellie, "When it comes to my Dad's cooking, you can't go wrong."
"Thanks, guys," Ron, who sat to Kim's right, spoke up, getting everyone's attention.
"He's the greatest cook on the face of the Earth," Kim, who sat between Ron and Ellie, commented.
Ellie turned back to Anna, "So, Anna, what's on the agenda for today?"
Anna turned to Ellie, "Well, there was supposed to be a football game later today, but it just got moved to tomorrow because of the rain. Tonight, Drew and Sheila will be coming over for dinner."
"Who are they?" Ellie asked.
"They use to be Drakken and Shego," Anna replied. She then changed subjects and asked. "Say, Ellie, did you bring your tap shoes?"
Ellie shook her head, "I never leave my house without my tap shoes. I also brought my leotard."
"You carry tap shoes with you everywhere too?" Ron spoke up.
Ellie turned to Ron, "Ever since I took up tap and fell in love with it, I carry a pair of tap shoes with me everywhere I go. In fact, the Mary Janes I'm wearing are tap shoes too, only with the taps removed."
"That's amazing," Anna commented, getting Ellie's attention. "I carry tap shoes everywhere I go too. And I often wear tap shoes without the taps as my daily footwear."
"That's so cool!" Ellie commented.
"Wanna go upstairs to my dance studio and I can give you tap dancing lessons?" Anna asked.
"You know it!" Ellie replied with excitement.
"I just have to change into my leotard first," Anna said as she got up from her seat.
"Same," Ellie said as she got up from her seat.
"Anna?" Hana spoke up, getting Anna and Ellie's attention. "I wanna ta dance too."
"Don't worry, Han," Anna assured, happily. "You'll be tap dancing with us."
"Yeah!" Hana cheered.
Ron got up from his seat, walked around the table, picked up Hana from her booster seat and carefully handed her to Anna.
Anna then took Hana into her arms, turned to Ellie, and said, "Let's go tap."
With that said, Anna (with Hana in her arms) and Ellie walked out of the dining room. Ike followed suit.
After Anna (with Hana in her arms), Ellie, and Ike walked out of the dining room, Kim stood up from her seat and walked up to Ron.
Ron turned to Kim, "So, KP, what do you wanna do now?"
"Let's clean up," Kim suggested.
"Aw man," Ron groaned.
Kim gave a sultry grin and sat on the edge of the table.
"I'll make it worth your while," She cooed.
Ron gave a sultry grin and cooed, "Then let's clean up."
Kim then hopped back onto her feet before Ron pulled her in for a kiss.
After breaking the kiss, Kim cooed, "That was the best dessert I've ever had."
"Same here, beautiful," Ron cooed. "Same here."
"Before we start cleaning, shall we have seconds?"
"You know it."
Kim and Ron then smashed their mouths together in a passionate kiss and wrapped their arms around each other.
From the end of the table closest to the living room, Rufus woke up to see Kim and Ron kissing. He then turned away and slapped his face with his right hand.
"Oh brother," He groaned.
Later, at 8:45 am, Kim and Ron finished cleaning the dining room table and kitchen.
Ron smiled before he and Kim turned to each other.
"So, KP, now that we are done cleaning, what shall we do now?" Ron asked.
Kim turned her head away 45 degrees right, put her right index finger on her chin, rolled her eyes toward Ron, and gave a sultry grin.
"I know something we could do," She cooed.
Ron then wrapped his arms around his wife and asked, "And what will that be?"
Kim pulled her finger away from her chin and turned her head towards her husband before she wrapped her arms around him.
"Let's go put on our gis and go spar in the basement," Kim suggested.
Ron kissed Kim on the top of the head.
"I'm game if you are," Ron cooed.
Kim got on her tiptoes and gave Ron a peck on the lips.
"Ronnie, I'm always game," Kim cooed.
Later, at 9:10 am, Kim and Ron were down in the basement, standing on opposite sides of the blue mat and in their gis and with Kim's hair in a flowing ponytail. It's been twenty minutes since coming down to the basement and the two teens have been engaged in a series of sparring matches with Kim winning every time.
"So, Fiery One, ready for another rematch?" Ron asked.
"Oh… yeah… Monkey Boy," Kim replied. "You're so going down, again."
"Don't get too cocky, Fiery One," Ron warned. He then got into fighting stance. "I have learned from the previous fights we had."
"I never get too cocky," Kim said. "Not like you do."
Ron gave a mock glare, "Why you…"
Kim giggled, "You know me."
"You're a bad girl," Ron commented sarcastically.
Kim got into fighting stance, "Oh yeah, well you're a bad boy."
Ron gave a sultry grin, "Well, I gotta stay true to my essential Ronness."
Kim gave the same grin, "And I gotta stay true to my essential Kimness."
Ron gave a smirk, "Let's spar, Fiery One."
Kim gave a smirk, "You're on, Monkey Boy!"
With that, Kim and Ron charged in and attacked each other.
Kim unleashed a karate chop with her right arm from above, only for it to be blocked by Ron. Ron tried to do the same, but it too was blocked. He then unleashed a palm strike only for Kim to block it. She then quickly got down and swept Ron off his feet with a leg sweep, causing him to fall back onto the mat.
"That's a good one, Fiery One," Ron commented with a mock look of disbelief.
He then quickly got back up and pulled off a leg sweep of his own. But Kim jumped up, evading the sweep.
"You talk too much, Monkey Boy," Kim commented as she touched back down.
Ron then used both his hands to try and hit Kim. But Kim grabbed both of them before they could strike. She then pressed against Ron's hands as Ron tried to press back against Kim's hands.
"Seems we are evenly matched," Ron said in a husky voice. He then smirked. "But good thing I know your one true weakness."
"Oh no," Kim mockingly gasped as she let go of Ron.
"Oh yes," Ron cooed.
Kim gave a sultry grin, "Whatever shall I do?"
Ron then pulled his wife in, wrapped his arms around her waist, and kissed her on the lips.
Kim quickly melted into the kiss before returning it while wrapping her arms around her husband's waist.
Just as they broke the kiss, Kim noticed a sultry grin on her husband's face.
"Just enjoy," Ron said in a flirty tone. He then quickly pulled away and gave Kim a leg sweep.
"Ah!" Kim screamed as she fell back onto the mat. She then scowled. "Ron!"
"Gotcha!" Ron said triumphantly.
Kim then got back onto her feet, "Ronnie, that was so rude!"
Ron laughed, "You know me, KP."
Kim crossed her arms, "You are very lucky that I love you!"
"And you are very lucky that I love you too," Ron playfully argued.
Kim smiled and held out her arms, "Oh, Ronnie, that is so sweet of you to say that. Come give me a kiss."
The two teens then embraced in another kiss.
Just as they broke the kiss, Kim quickly pulled away and pulled off a leg sweep of her own, sending Ron falling back onto the mat.
But just as he fell, Ron quickly grabbed Kim's hands and pulled her down with him.
"AH!" Kim screamed as she and Ron both fell back into the mat with Kim landing on top of Ron.
"I saw it coming," Ron cooed as he wrapped his arms around Kim.
Kim then gave Ron a kiss on the lips.
After breaking the kiss, Kim smirked, "But did you see that coming?"
Ron smirked, "Oh... yeah..." He then asked. "So, Fiery One, are you up for a rematch?"
Kim gave a sultry grin, "Actually, I have a better idea."
Ron gave an identical grin and asked, "What do you have in mind my most badical spouse?"
Kim gave a puppy-dog pout, "I'm tired and I wanna cuddle with my most badical spouse."
Kim rolled over to Ron's left side.
Ron quickly got onto his feet and offered his hand to Kim, "Do you need a hand?"
Kim smiled, "Oh, Ronnie, you are such a gentleman."
She then took hold of Ron's hand before Ron pulled her onto her feet.
"I always aim to make you the happiest girl in the world," Ron cooed.
"And because of you, I am the happiest girl in the world," Kim cooed.
With that said, Kim and Ron made their way upstairs, hand-in-hand.
A few minutes later, Ron, with a sultry grin on his face and wearing his pajamas and robe, was lying in the bed of the master bedroom and waiting for Kim.
Just then, he heard the door to the master bathroom open.
Ron sat up to see Kim wearing her black spaghetti-strap night gown with a left leg slit. She also had her hair in a flowing ponytail.
"Hiya, bad boy," Kim cooed with a sultry grin.
"Looking beautiful, bad girl," Ron cooed as he got up from the bed.
"Why thank you, Ronnie," Kim cooed. She then walked up to Ron and draped her arms around his shoulders. "And you look so… handsome."
"Why, thank you, KP," Ron cooed as he put his arms around Kim's waist.
Kim and Ron then shared a kiss.
After breaking the kiss, Ron asked, "Shall we?"
Kim then removed her hairband holding her ponytail, letting her hair flow freely.
"Of course," She said in a flirty tone.
Kim and Ron then climbed into bed before going on to share a series of hugs, kisses, and cuddles.
Later, at 12:00 pm, Anna (with Hana in her arms), Ellie, and Ike entered the dining room.
"I wonder where Mr. and Mrs. Stoppable are," Ellie said as she looked around.
Anna turned to Ellie, "I wonder myself."
"Maybe on a miffon," Hana suggested.
Anna looked down at Hana, "Nah, they would've informed us if they were going on a mission."
"Perhaps…" Ellie spoke but paused.
Anna turned back to Ellie, "Perhaps what?"
"Hey, kids," Came Kim's voice.
Anna, Ellie, Hana, and Ike looked up to see Kim and Ron all cleaned up and dressed up for the day. For outfits, Kim wore a dark-blue short-sleeve blouse, black jeans, and black ballet flats. Her hair was also in a ponytail. Ron on the other hand wore a dark-blue short-sleeve collared shirt, black jeans, and black Loafers.
"Mom. Dad. You look great," Anna commented in amazement.
"Your mother felt like dressing up and she persuaded me with the puppy-dog pout to do the same," Ron said.
"What's the puppy-dog pout?" Ellie asked.
Ron turned to Ellie and said, "It goes like this."
He then showed Ellie the puppy-dog pout.
Kim elbowed Ron.
"Ow!" Ron said before he rubbed his upper right arm.
"Ron, don't give Ellie any ill ideas," Kim warned.
Ellie held up her hand, "It's okay, Mrs. Stoppable. My Mom specifically warned me not to get any ill ideas from anywhere."
Beep Beep Beep Beep
"What's the sitch, Wade?" Kim answered her Kimmunicator.
"Kim, there's been a break-in at a lab at the Baikonur Cosmodrome space center in Kazakhstan," Wade announced.
"Anything of value stolen?" Kim asked.
"The lead scientist of the lab that was broken into, Yuri Buran, will tell you," Wade replied.
Kim's face turned serious, "Contact Sabre and tell him to come here and watch the kids and Ike."
Wade nodded, "I'll get to it. Wade out."
After the screen went black, Ellie asked Kim, "Who's, Sabre?"
Kim turned to Ellie, "He's a Global Justice agent."
"He's a really nice guy too," Anna added. Ellie turned to Anna. "He's also a great cook, so he can cook us up some lunch."
Ellie then asked, "Say, Anna, are you sure you wanna stay here instead of going on the mission?"
"Ellie, I'm your babysitter now," Anna pointed out. "Your Mom has assigned me to watch you and that's what I'm gonna do. True, Sabre will be watching us, but my job is to watch you."
Ellie nodded, "Okay."
Just then, the doorbell rang.
"That must be Sabre," Kim speculated before she walked over to the front door.
Later, Kim and Ron (the latter eating a Naco) were at the Baikonur Cosmodrome in Kazakhstan in the lab that was broken into. While Rufus searched the lab, Kim and Ron conversed with the lead scientist, Yuri Buran.
"The plans stolen was one of our old Soviet projects," Buran said in a Russian accent.
"What was it?" Kim asked.
"It's called Shchit Proyekta, Project: Shield," Buran replied. "It was meant to protect the CCCP from conventional and nuclear attacks from America and it's allies. I cannot tell you anymore since I don't know the full details."
Kim activated her Kimmunicator and got Wade on, "Wade, do you have any information regarding Project: Shield?"
Wade typed a few keys on his computer and said, "According to the info I just found, Project: Shield was a planned revolutionary defense system designed to protect Soviet cities and military bases from conventional and nuclear air and missile attacks. The plans consisted of satellites with cloaking devices and armed with lasers, as well as a ground-based Integrated Air Defense System consisting of cloaked surface-to-air missiles, anti-aircraft guns, and radar that could detect even stealth aircraft. This project would render any air or missile strike impossible. But the project was deemed too far ahead of its time and never made it off the drawing board."
He then came across something and gasped, "Oh no, it can't be."
"What?" Kim asked.
"Excluding the cloaking devices, the part of Project: Shield with the satellites armed with lasers matches those of the American, Strategic Defense Initiative," Wade replied.
"What's the, Strategic Defense Initiative?" Kim asked, confused.
Wade took a deep breath before speaking, "Nicknamed, 'Star Wars', SDI was a proposed missile defense system involving satellites armed with lasers to be used to intercept and destroy Soviet ballistic missiles. But, like Project: Shield, it was deemed too far ahead of its time and never made it off the drawing board."
"How did Russia get a hold of the SDI plans?" Kim asked in disbelief.
"They were copied by the KGB," Buran spoke up.
Kim looked up at the scientist, "Copied?"
Buran nodded, "Da, Soviet Intelligence learned of this project and sent a couple KGB agents to America to find the plans, copy them, and bring them back to the CCCP for scientists to study and reverse-engineer. After studying the plans to the Star Wars project, we decided to incorporate it into Project: Shield."
Ron finished his Naco and asked, "Now, who would wanna steal this, Project: Shield?" He then turned to Rufus, who was at the hole in the wall that was created. "Rufus, did you find anything?"
Rufus soon noticed a golf ball split in half on the ground outside.
"Golf ball!" Rufus squeaked.
Kim's face turned serious, "So it was, Duff Killigan."
She and Ron ran up to the golf ball remains.
Kim then had Wade scan it.
"Scan complete," Wade announced. "This golf ball contained a knockout gas. This must be how Killigan was able to knock out the guards before using an exploding golf ball to blast his way into the lab."
"Apparently," Kim said. "Any lead on Killigan's whereabouts?"
Wade typed a few keys on his computer, "According to intelligence, he's on Killigan's Island."
Kim nodded, "We're on our way there."
Bonnie was on a computer in her throne room and browsing villain tech on the Hench Co. website.
Just then, something caught her eye.
"Plans to Project: Shield, stolen by Duff Killigan," She read silently before reading the description of the project.
After doing so, Bonnie smirked and thought, "Hmmm, promising."
She then hit the buy button.
"Queen Bonnie?" Came the voice of Jack Hench.
Bonnie turned to Hench, "Yes, Hench?"
"I take it you're searching my company's website, again?" Hench asked.
"Yes, and I just bought the plans to something that will make the lair invulnerable to air and missile attacks," Bonnie replied. "Project: Shield, stolen by Duff Killigan."
"Do you wish my men to fly you to Killigan's Island?" Hench asked.
Bonnie shook her head, "No, I need someone else to go there on my behalf. I still need the world to think I'm dead."
Hench nodded, "Very well, I'll send one of my henchmen over."
Later, Kim and Ron parasailed onto Killigan's Island and landed on the island and out of sight.
Kim then activated her Kimmunicator, "Okay, Wade, we're on the ground."
Wade appeared on the screen, "Okay, I scanned the island and learned that Killigan still has the traps he set up after the Lorwardians burned their insignia into his golf course. But scans show there is a narrow path around the island and to the back of the castle you can take. I'm sending you a map of the island with the route now."
Wade then pressed a button and the screen changed to a map of the island with a red line and arrow starting at Kim and Ron's position and leading around the island to the back of the castle.
Kim turned to Ron, "Let's move."
With that said, Kim and Ron followed the path Wade showed them.
A few minutes later, Kim and Ron made it to the back of the castle and to an open window.
"Wade, we made it," Kim announced.
The screen changed back to Wade, "Good now… uh oh."
"What?" Kim asked.
"Jack Hench's hover jet is approaching the island, find cover," Wade replied.
Kim and Ron quickly climbed through the window into the castle just as Hench's hover jet flies by and lands in front of the castle.
Killigan was in his living room when the doorbell rang.
"Coming," The rogue golfer announced.
He then walked up to the front door and opened it to find one of Jack Hench's henchmen holding a black briefcase.
"Duff Killigan," The henchman spoke.
"Ye must be on behalf of the one who wants to by the stolen plans to Project: Shield," Killigan speculated.
"You are right," The henchman said. "She is eager to buy it."
"Let's sit down and discuss the deal," Killigan suggested.
The henchman nodded before he and Killigan went to the living room and sat down.
Shortly after entering the castle, Kim and Ron carefully made their way to the living room to find Duff Killigan just sit down with one of Jack Hench's henchman holding a black briefcase. The two teens quickly took cover behind the walls on opposite ends of the doorway.
"Is that one of Hench's goons?" Ron whispered.
"Looks like it," Kim agreed.
"So, this lassie is interested in the stolen Project: Shield eh?" Killigan asked the henchman.
The henchman nodded, "Yes."
"Who is this lassie?" Killigan asked.
"Let's just say that she wants to rule the world," The henchman replied. He then held up the black briefcase. "I have a briefcase containing $1,000,000 in cash to give you in exchange for the plans."
"The plans are in a red brief cast in my closet," Killigan said, pointing to a closet in his living room.
"So, we have a deal?" The henchman asked.
Kim and Ron nodded to each other before revealing themselves.
"There will be no deal!" Kim announced.
"There will be no deal!" Came the voice of Kim Stoppable.
Killigan and the henchman looked to see Kim and Ron.
"Kim Possible and what's his name?!" Killigan gasped.
Ron sighed, "It's Ron Stoppable."
Killigan stood up and ran over to his bag of golf clubs beside the fire place.
Noticing this, Kim fired her wrist grappler and pulled the bag away from Killigan.
"Now you have nothing to fight with skirt-dude," Ron taunted.
Killigan scowled, "It's a kilt and you are wrong!"
He then punched the wall, and a secret panel containing golf clubs and balls appeared. He quickly put one of the golf balls on the floor and pulled out a golf club.
"Four!" Killigan shouted.
He then hit the golf ball towards Kim and Ron.
Before the two heroes could evade, the golf ball unleashed a net, trapping the heroes.
"Thank goodness for my secret panel," Killigan said.
He and the henchman turned towards each other.
"So, do we have a deal?" The henchman asked.
Killigan nodded, "Aye laddie."
The henchman ran over to the closet, opened it, and pulled out the red brief case. He then dropped the black brief case and ran out of the living room.
Killigan then ran up to the black case and opened it to find a large amount of money.
"Excellent!" Killigan shouted triumphantly. "Now, I have enough to buy a giant golf course."
"I don't think so," The voice of Kim declared.
Kim and Ron noticed the henchman run out with the red brief case.
Kim quickly got out her laser lipstick and used it to cut the net that trapped her and Ron.
"Excellent!" Killigan shouted triumphantly. "Now, I have enough money to buy a giant golf course."
"I don't think so," Kim declared. She then fired her wrist grappler and pulled Killigan back towards her before knocking him unconscious.
Kim and Ron soon heard the noise of a hover jet taking off and ran over and out the front door to the castle.
Just as the two teens ran out the front door to the castle, they saw Jack Hench's hover jet fly away.
"Great," Kim groaned.
She then got Wade on her Kimmunicator.
"Yes, Kim?" Wade answered.
"Wade, Killigan sold the plans to Project: Shield to one of Jack Hench's goons who came on behalf of someone," Kim announced.
"Who?" Wade asked.
Kim shook her head, "I don't know, but all that we know is that this someone is a she and could be trouble."
"I'll do some digging to find out more," Wade announced. "I'm also sending the authorities over to take Killigan into custody."
Back at her lair, Bonnie was sitting on her throne and in thought, "Looking forward to ruling the world. Everyone will be at the bottom of the food chain and I will be at the top of it."
Just then, Hench walked in and announced, "Queen Bonnie?"
Bonnie snapped out of her thoughts and answered, "Yes, Hench?"
"My men have the plans to Project: Shield," Hench announced. "They will get started on building it right away."
"Excellent!" Bonnie said triumphantly. "Once constructed, the lair will have protection against air and missile attacks."
"So, now what?" Hench asked.
Bonnie smirked, "Get in touch with your contacts stationed in prisons in the United States. Have them encourage those awaiting trial in November to make plea agreements."
"Why plea agreements?" Hench asked, confused.
"I'll tell you," Bonnie replied. "But first, there's someone I need you to help me get in touch with."
"Who?"
"Valerie Piper."

The Strategic Defense Initiative (SDI) was in fact, a real-life Cold War era project that started back in 1983. Nicknamed, "Star Wars", SDI was a proposed missile defense system consisting of satellites in orbit armed with lasers used to intercept and destroy Soviet ballistic missiles. But because the project was years ahead of its time, hardly any progress was made. The whole project dissolved in 1993.
