Story continues in third person.
Sonic was just running in the woods.
He has just defeated dr. Eggman's plan and now he had time for himself. Tails and Sonic desided to go to island what they didn't knew existed until Tails picked up chaos emerald nearby. Now Sonic and Tails were seperated, because of Sonic's suggestion.
Sonic ran until he heard something. He stopped and silenced himself. He heard some footsteps and voice:" We lost them." Sonic walked quietly towards the noise and saw metallic knight like creatures. Largest of them said to others:" Split up and search for them! We need to find the princess."
Sonic then started to go away until he stepped on the stick. All of the nights looked towards him. Largest knight shouted:" Get the spy!" All of the knights started to run towards Sonic. Sonic started to run.
He didn't get far because he stumbled upon the fallen tree and the knights were very fast. Sonic stood up and started to run again, this time little slower. Sonic wore the commication watch, given by Tails. He activated this and said to Tails trough it:" I got some kind of problem here. Some royal knights wants to find the princess and they think that i'm spy. Now i injured my leg when i tried to run away." Tails said:" Don't worry! I'm on my way to Tornado 2. Just hold on!" Sonic stopped running for the second because he hurt his leg more. He said:" I know that i can count on you." Before Tails could react a arrow flied closely towards Sonic. The arrow cut the watch from the wrist, luckily missing Sonic's hand.
The knights surrounded Sonic. "Nowhere to run now," said the largest knight as he took out the bronze, exact color of the knights, wristcuffs. Sonic backed off from them but then he saw himself backing into the tree. The two knights took his arms and forced them to Sonic's back. Sonic tried to break free until the leader of the knights kicked Sonic's injured left leg, forcing Sonic to knee down. When the cuffs were on then they rose him up and took him towards their home base.
Knights took Sonic into the castle in middle of the city next to the forest. It was very modern but poor. The cracks were in almost every tile but the vehicle where Sonic and the knights were had like magnet wheels.
The leader of the knights powed down in throne room and said:" My king, we found a spy in the woods." King on the throne looked at the blue hedgehog and said:" Is it true, hedgehog?" Sonic said:" No. I'm not a spy. You got wrong hedgehog." The knight said:" Only a spy could say that!" King rose up from his throne and walked closer to Sonic.
He was looking like king from Sonic and Black Knight. But his armor was bronze, just like knights. His cape was purple with black dots in some places. His gloves were exacly like knights' and the mask was similar to Infinite's mask. And the back of the mask had black quils. He was little bigger than Sonic.
Sonic noticed that king was hedgehog, just like him. King stopped right in front of Sonic and asked:" When you aren't spy, then who are you? And why you were in the forest?" Sonic answered:" I'm Sonic the Hedgehog. I'm here to find the chaos emerald. And i'm suprised that you don't know me. But i can change that." Sonic then kicked one of the knights, who was holding him. The other knight tried to stop Sonic but Sonic spindashed into him. Knight leader took out his sword and ran towards the blue hedgehog but he was too slow. Sonic then jumped on the wall and then towards king but then something bad happened.
King had the spear pointed towards him and Sonic accidentally jumped right into the sharp end of it, injuring his chest very badly. King lowered the spear and Sonic slid off of it. Sonic lost consciousness when he hit the ground. King turned to the knights and said:" Let him bleed out in the prison cell." Two knights took Sonic and went to dungeon. Leader of knights took the cuffs, where was blue quill in the keyhole.
Tails found the place where Sonic called him. " Sonic!" Tails shouted. Then he stepped on something. Tails looked at it and picked it up. He gasped. It was Sonic's watch! The the rock there had arrow inside of it. Tails shouted again:" Sonic!" No answer. Tails ran into random directon and shouted his best friend's name. Still nothing. Tails then said:" It's not funny, Sonic. Please come out!" Nothing Tails then walked back to his plane and said:" Alright then. I will leave when you are like this." No answer. Tails said last time:" Your choice! I'm almost finished prepearing Tornado 2 for takeoff." When Tails didn't get answer then he started to know that something was terribly wrong. He called Amy and Knuckles.
Sonic woke up on the cold rocked ground. His chest hurted very badly. He looked at his injury and almost gasped. His chest was bleeding, and not little. Sonic was suprised that he was still alive. He then heard a door open. He looked towards it and saw a knight standing there. Sonic asked weakly:" Ready for round two?" The knight approached him and cut away the chains on Sonic's hands. Sonic was suprised that he didn't notice those. But it was suprising that the knight helped him. "Who are you?" Sonic asked. Knight shushed him as he tied the injury. Then the knight took Sonic's arm and put it across knight's back of the neck. Next thing he did was to help Sonic to stand. Then with his free hand he took out the round thing and threw it to ground, making pinkish dust appear.
The next thing Sonic saw was that they were in differend place. It was like small village. Houses looked like they were trees. The knight took Sonic one of the biggest trees there and knocked on the door.
Sheep with light pink wool, purple eyes and doctor clothes opened the door. She looked at Sonic and asked:" What happened?" The knight said:" He tried to attack the king. It was brave and very stupid." The sheep took Sonic and helped him on the bed. It freaked Sonic out. What does she want to do? Is it some kind of torture chamber? Was it to bring his guard down? Does Tails know that he's in danger? Oh no! What if knights found Tails and now he's next?
The beeping took Sonic out of his thoughts. "That's lucky," sheep said:" The heart and lungs are in good shape. Only a chip in the ribs." Sonic noticed a device on her hands. She put it away and writed something on the paper. She then said:" I need to put you to sleep so i can stitch the injury together." She then took out the syringe. Sonic now started to freak out so badly he stood up faster than he suppouse to and he fell back to the bed because of the pain. Sheep noticed it and said:" Relax, buddy! It's alright." She helped Sonic to more comfortable positsion and said:" I don't have other medical things. Trust me, you'll be okay." Sonic calmed down because something told him to trust her. " Maybe she doesn't want to poison me like i thought," Sonic thought.
Tails was on the way to Angel Island to get Knuckles. He was so worried that he didn't see where he was going until Knuckles shouted:" Tails! What the heck!" Tails then noticed that he almost flied right into Master Emerald. Tails then landed the plane. Knuckles ran towards him and asked:" You almost crashed. Are you alright?" Tails nodded and said:" I'm sorry. I'm just so worried. Maybe those things actually got him? Or worse?" Knuckles said:" Let's not think about "what if". Let's just go and save Sonic. Ok?" Tails nodded as Knuckles went on Tornado 2's wing. Tails then asked:" What about Master Emerald?" Knuckles said:" I have desided to put traps around the Master Emerald. I want to see theif's face when they try to steal the Master Emerald." Tails then flied the plane back after they picked Amy up.
Tails explained what exacly had happened:" Sonic called and said that he's in trouble. After some time the commication was cut off and i found this." He showed them Sonic's commication watch. Amy took the watch and said:" When i get them who harmed Sonic, i will...i will...i don't know what i will do but it's not pretty." Knuckles said:" We need to worry about how we search for him. When we are flying then we could miss some important clues. But when we are on foot then we could be so slow to save him." Tails said:" You two are on foot and i'll fly." Amy asked:" Are you sure? What if something is going to happen to you?" Tails said:" Trust me, i'll be alright." Knuckles said:" Very well then."
Sonic soon woke up. He noticed the bandage around his chest. Sonic said to himself:" Maybe i truly overthought." He looked around and saw hiding figure in the corner. She said:" Awake so soon? Normally mobians are out for longer time." Sonic said:" What can i say, i'm full of suprises." Figure laughed and replyed:" I can see that. You ran right into the spear. Not very good idea but i think that you already know that." Sonic asked:" How do you know? Who are you?"
The figure walked towards Sonic and out of the shadows. In front of Sonic was light blue hedgehog with brown eyes. She had brown cape with hood and gray jumpsuit. On her jumpsuit was green belt and her brown boots to the knees. Her gloves were like Tails' but they were orange, just like fire shaped dye in hedgehog's bang, what is shaped similar to Bernie's bang in Archie comics.
The light blue hedgehog said:" Call me Chase. I was the one who rescued you, Sonic the Hedgehog." Sonic asked:" You heard about me?" Chase said:" You said that yourself...and then jumped into the spear." Sonic sighed and said:" Enough with that spear!" Chase said:" You almost died back there and when king nows that you are escaped then he'll hunt you down. I did the same mistake, tried to attack him and then lost my life. Even my parents died because they tried to stop him." Sonic said:" I didn't know. I'm sorry to hear that. But don't worry, we'll bring end to this. But first we need to find the princess, who could be in danger." Chase said:" You are looking at her."
Sonic then shouted:" Wait! You're that princess!"
