"Crap crap crap crap! I can't believe I overslept!" Bulla yelled as she threw on her stocking and uniform, messily tying her red tie before running out the door with her bag in her hand. She managed to make it on time, with only minutes to spare, however, her path was blocked by a crowd of people.

"Excuse me! Are you one of All Might's students?! What's he like in person? How are his teaching methods?" The woman with a ponytail said.

"I-I don't have time to talk, I'm sorry!" She shouted, pushing through the crowd. As she made her way inside, she noticed Aizawa being interrogated behind her. She quickly made her way up to her class and took her seat.

Only five minutes later did Aizawa show up, greeting his class for the morning. "Good job on your combat training yesterday. I reviewed the video feed and results of your teams. Kaminari, work on trying to control your electricity in a compressed range. You can't keep getting stuck between either hurting your comrades or failing the task at hand."

"Yes, sir..." Kaminari responded in disappointment.

"Todoroki. You're strong, but don't forget that you have teammates. Rely on them, especially if you're in a training exercise. You'll both earn from the experience." He told the top student.

"Right, sir." Todoroki said quietly.

"Ashido, your Quirk was absolutely suitable for the situation you were put in, but you gave up too quickly when faced with a stronger opponent. People would lose their lives in a real combat setting with that behavior, so be more confident in yourself and don't be too quick to back down."

"Right, sir..." Ashido said, sulking over her defeat.

"With that out of the way, let's get down to business." Aizawa said, shifting the tone of the class. "Our first task will decide your future." With his words, the class tensed up and prepared for the worst. "You all need to pick a class rep." He finally said, relieving everyone's concern.

Just like that, the class went berserk. Everyone yelled left and right about how they should have been the class rep while Bulla lowered her head and doodled in her notebook. "Silence! Everyone, please!" Iida yelled, catching everyone's attention. "The duty of the class representative's duty is lead others. That's not something that just anybody can do! They must first have the full trust of their entire class. Therefore, the most logical way to fill this position is democratically. We will hold an election to choose our leader!" He explained, raising his hand stiffly into the air.

The class representative election carried on, disregarding the concern of a few of the students. Once the votes were turned in and written on the board, Bulla was full of shock. "HUH?! WAIT A MINUTE HOW DID I GET THREE VOTES?!" She yelled, looking around to see Yaoyorozu and Uraraka's smiles, along with Kirishima's approving thumbs up.

No... I can't be the class rep! I'm not prepared for this kind of job! Before her internal freak out could continue any further, Yaoyorozu suddenly held her hand, prompting her to look over as her friend gestured for the two of them to walk up to the front.

"Alright. The class rep will be Brief. Her deputy will be Yaoyorozu." Aizawa said lazily.

"I'm glad you made it to the top. I'm happy to have you here, and I'll be here to help you do great at this job." Yaoyorozu whispered, leaning over to Bulla's ear.

"I was hoping you'd be the class rep! That's why I voted for you!" She silently whispered back.

"I figured you could use the confidence boost. You'll pick it up in no time, trust me!" With a wink, Yaoyorozu stood straight once again.

After the remainder of their morning classes, the students were dismissed for lunch, where Pan joined Bulla and Yaoyorozu. "Sooo! How's day three?" She asked excitedly.

"It blows! I got voted to be the class rep!" Bulla told her, slamming her head on the table.

Yaoyorozu chuckled and continued to eat her rice in small amounts so that she could continue speaking. "That's correct. As her deputy, I'll make sure she doesn't mess up too bad."

"I don't know why you voted for me. I still don't get how I got three votes!" She whined.

"I must say, it's refreshing to see you emoting so much, Bulla. I can see that this position is already helping." Yaoyorozu told her with a smile, taking another bite of rice.

"I know, right?" Pan agreed, asking her new friend about their class.

That's not really it, though. Something about Bakugo's words... I just can't shake them. Bulla thought as she buried her face to hide a smile that she couldn't stop herself from making. For the first time in half a year, deep down Bulla actually knew that she could do this.

"There's our class rep!" Uraraka called out as she out her plate down.

"Why did you have to remind me!?" With her wails escaping her lungs, she slammed her head even more.

"I'm really glad you got the position, Brief. You were really incredible during our training, I thought you'd be great for it!" Uraraka praised, admitting her vote went to Bulla. "Oh, this is my friend Deku, by the way!"

"You already know me, of course." Yaoyorozu introduced.

"I'm Pan Son, from Class 1-B. Bulla's best friend, by the way." Pan greeted.

"I'm Bulla Brie-!" Before she could finish her quiet introduction, Bulla looked up at the boy with a mess of dark green hair. "You're Izuku Midoriya."

"That's right. But Uraraka and Kacchan call me Deku." As Midoriya began to explain, Bulla turned to the side and stared out the window. Strangely enough, the sound of the world around her began to fall on deaf ears, and her focus started to zero in on a figure through the window.

Every second that passed, the figure become more and more clear, until finally, she could make out a devious crusty smile. One that she thought she was rid of. Bulla slammed her hands on the table and shot up, snapping back to reality. Looking around, concerned faces stared at her for several moments before she realized she was breathing heavily, and she was covered in a cold sweat.

"Are you alright, Class Representative?" Iida asked her.

"Y-Yeah..." Looking back out to the window, the figure was gone. "When did you... Wait, why did you have to call me that!" She suddenly yelled once more. "I'm already sick of hearing it!" The once-small lunch group, now doubled in size, laughed at their friend's agony. It wasn't until an alarm sounded that everyone stood up and looked around.

"WARNING! LEVEL THREE SECURITY BREACH! ALL STUDENTS PLEASE EVACUATE THE BUILDING IN AN ORDERLY FASHION!" A robotic voice sounded as everyone began to rush out of the cafeteria.

No...! As Bulla began to run in the opposite direction, Pan grabbed her wrist.

"Where are you going! The exit is this way!" She yelled over the amalgamation of panic.

"I need to find another way out! I think that villain that attacked me is here!" Bulla yelled back, shaking Pan free. She joined her friend as the two manage to find a back entrance through the kitchen. As they stepped far enough away from the school, Bulla closed her eyes.

"What are you doing, Bulla?"

"Lower your voice! I'm trying to concentrate!" She demanded, squeezing her eyes shut and clenching her fists. "I can...I can feel a crowd of people... They're in front of Mr. Aizawa, and Mr. Yamada! They don't seem to be hostile, and beside them, there doesn't seem to be anyone else new here!" Bulla explained as she visualized the small collection of wisps that represented their Ki. Bulla fell to her knees, and Pan kneeled down to aid her.

"What did you do?" Pan asked her, lending her a shoulder and helping her to her feet.

"I found out that if you concentrate really hard, you can feel the Ki of everyone around you. I haven't had much practice with it myself, so the amount of concentration it requires really hurts my head if I use it for more than a few seconds." Bulla explained, resting her head in the palms of her hands.

"That's so cool! How'd did you find out how to do that?!" Pan asked her in excitement.

"It hurts to think, right now. Help me get to the infirmary."

"What about-!"

"They're not hostile. I'll bet it's those reporters from before." Bulla told her as police sirens began to blare. "I wouldn't put it past them to trespass. My mother always told me to never trust a reporter!"

"Right. Let's go get you patched up!" Pan told her as the two stumbled to the Recovery Girl's office.

"You sure you'll be alright here alone?" Pan asked her friend.

"I'll be fine. Please just stop my class and let them know that'll I'll be here for a little bit, okay?"

"Hm. Ya know, you forgot your lunch this morning." Pan told her. "It's stashed away nice and neat in my bag. I'll try and bring it to your class if Mr. Kan let's me, that way you can regain your strength a little faster."

"You know I appreciate everything you do for me, Pan, right?" Bulla asked her as the two exchanged a pair of warm smiles.

"Of course I know, what kind of question is that?" She asked, taking Bulla's hands in her own.

"Nothing. I just wanted to make sure. Now get back to class. Don't let me hold you up, alright?"

"I hear you." Pan let go of her hands and turned towards the door.

"Oh, and don't forget that lunch you made me. I'd hate for it to go to waste!" Bulla told her with a smile.

"Don't count on that, now. I'll make sure you get it." As Pan waved lightly, she left the room, passing by a speeding All Might. He zipped right past her and into the infirmary at incredible speeds. Wow! He's so fast! I can't believe she gets to learn from him! Pan began to walk back to class, happy to know her friend was okay. I need to be careful! With a teacher like that, she may very well surpass me! And then I won't be able to protect her anymore.

Bulla turned away from the window to see a puff of smoke hidden behind the curtain, hiding everything but a silhouette. I don't recognize him... But he seems so...familiar... "Oh, hello there, sir. I don't think I've seen you before."

"Oh, uh...I'm Mr. Yagi. I'm the custodian here..." A bony man hesitantly said as he poked his head out from behind the curtain, revealing an incredible mess of golden hair. "I normally work overnights, but I decided to start jogging in the daytime. I'm just a little winded is all."

"Oh, okay..." Bulla found him suspicious, but decided to drop it. She didn't think that there would be a possibility of him working with that crusty man.

"Don't you worry your pretty little head about him, dear." Recovery Girl told her as she walked next to the curtain. "This man here is as fit as a fiddle. He just tends to tire out easily because an injury he had a while back," she explained as she jammed a fist into his side, causing him to howl in pain, "so don't you mind him one bit. He'll just rest here for a while until he can get back to full strength. In the meantime, why don't you go ahead and go back to class? A simple headache won't get you out of trouble forever, you know."

"Yes, ma'am." Bulla told her, bowing her head. "Thank you for the treatment. It was nice to meet you, Mr. Yagi." As she left the office, she made to sure to briskly walk towards her class. She opened the door, and instantly, she was met by Yaoyorozu's smile.

"Bulla! I'm happy to see you weren't incapacitated for too long." She told her with relief, resting a hand on her chest.

"Yeah, it was just a really bad headache. I might have migraines or something. I'm not too sure." Bulla joined her friend and deputy at the front of the class. "What's going on?"

"You were about to pick the remainder of the class officers, however, I didn't want the decision to be made without our class rep." Aizawa told her, leaning against the wall on the other side of the chalkboard.

"Oh, right. Let's see..." Bulla put her hands in the crevice between her thumb and finger. "That includes the secretary, treasurer, and historian." Looking over, the class, Bulla spoke abruptly. "Uraraka, I nominate you as the new class treasurer!"

"Wait, what!?" Uraraka was filled with shock for a moment before being gestured to join the two at the front. "Are you sure about this?"

"You'll do fine." Yaoyorozu said reassuringly. "Trust in your class rep."

"I'm glad you said that, Momo, because you're going to choose our secretary and historian." Bulla told her with a sly smile.

"Bu- Why me?!"

"Because, you voted to put me in this position. So if you really believe in your judgement to choose a class rep, I'll trust that judgement even further." She explained.

With a sigh, Yaoyorozu stood up straight, looking over the seventeen other faces. "Very well. In that case, I nominate Tenya Iida as the class secretary, and Izuku Midoriya as the class historian." She said proudly as the two stood dumbfounded for a moment. As they got over their shock, they stood and joined the three girls at the front of the room.

"Why am I up here...?" Midoriya asked her, hanging his head.

"I've seen your notebooks, Midoriya. I've noticed that you're always jotting notes, and I deduced that you're a very intelligent and observant student. I figured there was nobody better suited for the position. As for you, Iida, in case you were wondering, I find your dedication to always follow through on the proper standards of being a student at UA fitting for the position of secretary." Yaoyorozu explained to them confidently.

"Well then, there you have it. Your class office will be these five from now until the end of the year. Show them the respect they deserve." Aizawa said before dismissing the students to be seated. "With that out of the way, today's training will be a little different. You will have three instructors, including myself, All Might, and another faculty member. This way we can keep tabs on you." He explained as the students began to mutter among themselves.

"Sir!" Sero called out, raising his hand. "What kind of training will we be doing today?"

As he held out a card labeled in large blue letters, he read simply. "Rescue. You'll be dealing with natural disasters, shipwrecks, stuff like that." Once again, the students began to mutter among themselves, working Aizawa's nerves. "Guys, I'm not finished." With the students promptly silenced, he continued. "What you wear is up to you. I know you're excited about your costumes, but keep in mind that you haven't gotten used to them yet, and they might limit your ability." With a single button press, the costumes began to slide out of the wall on their designated shelves. "This special training's at an off-campus facility, so we'll be taking a bus to get there. That's all. Start getting ready." With that, the class was dismissed as everyone made their way to the locker rooms, eager to get their rescue training started.
