Just a small idea for how a small change in the beginning of overlord could change everything later. I will only include the things that are changed by this action. For exmple Nigun will still be dead and can't be brought back as he not accepts the resurrection knowing who would be doing so

Anger fills my being as I look at the tortured body of Ninya. Her already zombify team mates dead in the background. Whoever did this will pay. But now I have a choice. Her team could not be saved but maybe Ninya could be.
It would could be a waste of a Resurrection. Then it hits me. This could salvage part of the plan for the sword's or darkness. Her team could not be saved they had already been seen as dead and zombies however the most useful member had been Ninya. I could explain it to the NPC of the Tomb as an experiment to see if resurrection still works in this work. And that the information she already gave and her Talent can make her useful to us.

Ninya is looking for her sister so that be something we are on the lookout for her it's unlikely Ninya will stay in Carne forever just long enough to recover before going back to trying to find her. No one's POV small changes up to workers invasion
Ninya lived in Carne for two weeks then decide to earn money to help look for her sisters. She decides to join a worker group as it would take longer to get into a new adventure group and would earn her less money in a smaller time frame. most of the Worker groups in the kingdom are part of eight fingers or in the employ of nobles so she decided to go to the empire where she became part of Foresight. She is still followed by a shadow demon
Aniz was less anger about what blue rose done when he found that Entoma was found that she had been found out in the open eating a human arm. He still said that if blue rose is a problem in the future, she can deal with them but warn that she needs to be more careful. As any human that found her doing so would have attacked and doing so in the open in the middle of a human city was just asking for trouble.
Tuare is still brought to Nazarick and given the position as a maid but instead of as because Ainz feels he owns Ninya. It to be able to guarantee her loyalty when he brings her back to add to his collection of talents. And as a gift to Sebas
Cocytus didn't need Demiurges help as he added that it's also possible useful talents could be found or born into them in the future and could help them learn how to govern beings of this world. On his own from the talk that Demiurges gave to the other guardians of why Ainz resurrected the seemly weak human. And that holding them could also give a larger undead army in the future if we just let them die on their own while their numbers grow and recover naturally.

"so, Demiurges is their anyone interesting in the worker teams. if so tell me about them" I asked the smartest being in Nazarick
"yes, my lord the Team Foresight has two interesting people with good talents. One is Ninya the human you resurrected the other is a 15-year-old little girl by the name or Arche Eeb Rile Furt she has the same power as the pawn you have acquired in the empire Fluder Paradyne to see magical power and potential and is also his former pupil. There are no other interesting talents in any of the other teams" the demon answered back

Arche parents put the family into a massive amount of debt forcing her to cut her education short to try to clear the debt. It seems mostly to look after her younger sisters or she would have left before now. She had enough though and decide to take her sisters settle elsewhere but needs fund to buy time and to help settle after moving allowing her team to live and getting her sisters to safe would grant us her loyalty. Ninya doesn't know yet that we have her sister so is trying to earn funds to help her find them she too has grown attached to the team especially Arche who has been teaching Ninya magic between missions. Reuniting her with her sister and letting the team live would be enough to grantee her loyalty as well" he answered back

No one's POV after worker invasion
Foresight lived Arche was given a deal to live on the 6th floor with her sisters who were picked up from their home and delivered to Arche and later they lived in Carne where her power to view magical potential helped with the project of a school on magic matching the empires.
Ninya was also put to work under Sebas with her sister. Imina and Hekkeran where given over to the elf twins to help on their floor alongside the elf slaves of Tenmu. Roberdyck was given over to Cocytus to act as the resident healer of the lizardmen village.
The battle of the plain and splat when ahead as planned as a show of force. The empire still folded when Ainz showed up to the Arena unannounced. And the dwarf where saved and sent their rune crafters to Carne. The frost dragon and giants taken over and quagoa beating and taken over. Though more where spared
The Holy Kingdom still faced Jaldabaoth and Ainz still faked his death ageist him and resurrected Neia Baraja who he and CZ got attached to. Starting the cult of Ainz as justice. And have Ainz take over the demi humans of the Abelion Hills. Later on, after Nazarick conquered the Beast men, the North and South of the Holy Kingdom would go into a civil war and in exchange for helping the north win the Holy Kingdom became a vessel of the Sorcerer kingdom.
The biggest difference is that when the Kingdom via Philip attacked the Sorcerer Kingdom. Accepted 'negotiations' and the terms where that every noble and member of the royal family would be investigated and the Kingdom would become a Vessel of the Sorcerer Kingdom. Purges of the nobles that where not useful and trustworthy then proceeded.
After this the Dragon Kingdom would become a vessel in exchange for the nation being saved from the Beast men. Which Ainz would use to test his army. After the Beast men were crushed both became part of the Sorcerer Kingdom via being vessels.
After this the elf kingdom was absorbed by having Mare and Aura assassinate the king and become the new elven royal family because of their heterochromic eyes which to the elf was a sign of royalty. Then had the nation become a vessel.
The Karnassus City-State Alliance would become a vessel of the Sorcerer kingdom in exchange for being saved from invasion by the Troll Kingdom. Ending in both becoming vessel of the Sorcerer kingdom. After the Sorcerer Kingdom destroy all but one war chief who surrendered to the Sorcerer Kingdom
The Great Minotaur Nation was becoming a vessel after Ainz challenged the Leaders of the nation to a fight without magic. And won
Wyvern Rider Tribes became a vessel after negotiation with the Sorcerer kingdom.
The Argland Council State take 30 years to join the Sorcerer kingdom and done so only for economic benefits and after see how the Sorcerer Kingdom was not cruel to its subjects. That and it's accepted of every race allow peaceful integration.
Finally, the Slane Theocracy feeling choked after all surrounding nations around them became part of the Sorcerer Kingdom apart from the Council State their historic enemy. Caused some small raid. Or at least that what it looked like to the outside world it was invaded and all leadership and scriptures destroyed or captured. Before using the cult of the faceless one to help keep the nation in check.
Blue rose would become an adventurer team of the Sorcerer kingdom after the Kingdom became a vessel. Though they still did work for their old friend Princess Renner.
Ainz did collect a lot of talented people and found that if someone has a talent there is a good chance that their children may have one as well normally the same as their parents there was a 40 percent chance of their children having a talent and 20 percent that if they did it would be a different one from their parent that had a talent. He even found out that the Reason Arche had the same talent as Fluder Paradyne is that Fluder himself was Arche's Great Great Grandfather. the result of a fling that Fluder had when he was just a teen himself? Proof that talents can go through generations.
